The king's Suite was awesome had a nice jet tub right there just to the side of the bed, it also had a bathroom with a tub and shower. The night manager was really nice he even let us in after hours for about 30 minutes in the hot tub. Breakfast was awesome I highly recommend this place will go there again if I get the chance

My stay has been EXCELLENT so far. I am currently staying here and checking out tomorrow (I booked 2 rooms on a 2-night stay). At check in, the woman was wonderful, quick, and friendly. Everyone, with the exception of one maintenance man, was extremely helpful and friendly. I lost my phone and the front desk helped to retrieve it... Due to my severe cold, I was looking for orange juice on my way to walk my dogs. I was unable to find any juice. Noticing my search in the hotel "store", the man at the front desk got me juice from the kitchen machine at almost 2am! They were very accommodating for my dogs as well. I am very impressed and will be returning! Highly recommended!

Unbelievably great staff. Older, but well kept rooms. Suites are quite spacious. Fantastic game roo, nice indoor pool with outdoor seating. Nice work out room. Comfy bed and a rezl doir between bedroom and living room.

Loved it here. We visit the area frequently to visit family so like the home away from home atmosphere. We were disappointed that breakfast and coffee was cold. It was remedied quickly and I write this review just to alert them in case they need to check out their warmers in case of malfunction. Would definitely recommend this place.

They were very nice when I first got here. They checked up on me to make sure i was doing well. Everything was clean. The breakfast is also pretty good.

Beautiful hotel. Very pretty town. The rooms have couches in them that turn into a pull out. There's a door that separates the living room and bedroom and each have a closet and tv. Rooms have refrigerator and microwave+coffee pot

My son and his family stayed. We were going to a graduation and they let me leave my car there while we were gone. A wonderful place to stay!!!

Very nice hotel. Room and bath were nice, breakfast was hot and tasty. Great service. Hot tub amazing and pool was nice too as the water was a lovely warm temperature.

Had a great time I had a lovely pool and hot tub and I love the room the way it was divided into two rooms so my granddaughter had a room and we had our own room and to TV

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk attendants were friendly, however, we weren't impressed with the free breakfast. More choices would be nice (bacon, sausage, biscuits, etc) other than that, everything was great!

This place is amazingly clean the prices are affordable and there's so much to do just in the hotel. I definitely recommend staying here above any other hotel in this area. The rooms are huge. The beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly. The pool and spa are definitely amazing.

The room wasn't clean. The coffee was cold. There were wild kids running around all night and the front desk wasn't helpful in keeping them quiet. Do not recommend.

Looks nice from the outside but inside just a basic hotel. The rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was crowded and very blah (I ended up having just coffee, which was weak).

Stayed a week in a suite here. It is a comfortable place.

Decent breakfast with changing hot entrees. Cereal, oatmeal, bread, whole fruit, and waffles available. Cut fruit sometimes available. In the evening, freshly baked cookies are available.

Whirlpool spa and pool in enclosed room. Fitness room has a couple of treadmills, an elliptical machine, some weight machines, and some free weights with a bench. Never saw anyone else use equipment. The game room has some old (1980's vintage) machines but they work.

The rooms (suite at least) are decent sized with a separate living area and bedroom. Each space has a TV. The living area has a desk, sofa, and armchair. The bathroom is a bit worn but serviceable. There is a counter area in front of the bathroom with a microwave, minifridge, and small storage area.

Just spent the night here. Room was clean and bed was nice. Unfortunately there was a group with kids yelling in the rec room accross the hall late. You can here doors opening and closing at all hours of the night. Our door opened in the morning even though the security throw bolt was latched (does not work, just for show) and door then closed after it fully opened. Discovered it was housekeeping but they never announced themselves. Staying somewhere else next time for better security and a more quiet night.

I stayed here with my mother in a standard two bedroom room in July 2017. From the beginning to end of our stay, it was a pleasant experience with no dissapointments. To begin, our flight got in very late but the hotel-provided shuttle was clean and ready to go by the time we met Dan at the shuttle stop. Dan, the hotel agent who transported us, not only helped us with our bags but was friendly and provided good conversation with local insights during the drive. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the smiling face of Scott Mailloux. Scott was extremely kind, personal, and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was clean and had all the necessities. I did not get a chance to check out the pool but I did see families in there playing and having fun on my way to the hotel's complimentary breakfast. Again, the Front Desk staff in the morning certainly did not fail on customer service. One of the agents even walked from behind the desk to give me a paper bag for the items I was bringing back up to the room. The complimentary breakfast is a notch or two above what I would expect at say a Hilton Inn Express. I personally recommend using the waffle maker, bananas, chocolate chips, and maple syrup for a yummy and filling start to your day in New England. Whenever I fly into Manchester Airport, I will be staying at this Country Inn & Suites.

Booked a 1 King suite, was decent, though a bit small. Barely had enough room for the Pack && Play for our toddler with the hide-a-bed folded it for our 6yo. Only one side of the King bed had an available outlet for phone charging - I had to unplug the alarm clock. But since the time on it was wrong when we got there, I'm assuming everyone does this. The Xfinity cable was terrible - not a huge deal for me, but half the channels were pixelated and would drop out. Not sure if this is on the hotel's end or Comcast, but at least in our room, don't expect to watch much. Otherwise happy, and price was good for what we got.

I had the opportunity to stay at the country Inn & Suites in Manchester. I enjoyed it very much. Very friendly and respectful staff. They do everything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Great place!!

Friendly service, nice clean rooms, nice pool, decent breakfast. They have water flavored with fresh fruits in the lobby and they rotate the flavors (cucumber lemon the first day and strawberry the second day). Convenient to the highway.

This Hotel is absolutely incredible: definitely deserving of a 5-star rating. From the minute my family and I walked in the doors, we were in contact with the friendliest hotel staff I have ever had the honor to meet. They took care of all our needs and answered all of our questions with the utmost confidence and respect.

Breakfast is served daily and consists of a breakfast protein, eggs, and starch. The kitchen staff does an amazing job making sure a variety of foods are offered. While the same three food groups are served every morning, the eggs can be in the form of omelets, patties, scrambled, fried, etc. while meat can range from bacon to sausage patties to sliced ham.

The hotel rooms themselves come equipped with hair dryer, functional and accessible shower tub, television, couch, armchair, desk, mini-fridge, soft beds, and abundant closet space. These features will undoubtedly make one feel right at home. The carpets and walls show little to no signs of wear and the room had no foul or musty smell about it.

Other facilities include a fitness center, pool/hot tub, business room, game room, and meeting space in the lobby. The fitness center comes with dumbbells of all sizes from 10 lbs to 35 lbs. It has a total gym lifting machine and two treadmills and one elliptical. It has a water station and fresh towels for guest use.
The business center consists of a stationery table, two desktop computer workspaces, a printer and a telephone. These utilities will allow anyone to complete important business matters in any circumstance. For children, the game room is an excellent feature. It has many styles of arcade games for children to be occupied while their parents are working. The pool ranges from 3-5 feet in depth. It is completely indoor and heated. It comfortably accommodates about 20 people.

[Inn] conclusion, Country Inn and Suites, Bedford, is an excellent choice for all family types. Whether you stay for one night or one week, this hotel will be guaranteed to have the best facilities, friendliest staff, and the cleanest rooms in the area.

The room was spacious for our family of 6, however th epillows and bed were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was a step above a continental breakfast...but not by much. egg/cheese help yourself omelette with salsa and green pepper onions. make your own waffles was a hit for the kids, but the line for the one machine was a bit too much to deal with. Pool was small but not too chlorinated. For the price, it was a decent value. Would stay again, but plan on breakfast out and extra extra pillows.

Rooms were clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast was the standard waffles and cereal fruit ect. My only complaint was my bed was way too firm for me.

Location was good for my work trip. The room was spacious, and internet was fast. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. The free breakfast was very good, and is served on actual plates and silverware, not plastic and paper products. Overall satisfaction was excellent.

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding night. The room met our expectations. We did have an issue with the jacuzzi in the room. The drain wasn't working properly, after a call to the front desk they sent up Ben to fix it! Overall we enjoyed our experience here.

Rooms are sufficient. Evening front desk staff was not very helpful. Breakfast is included and not too bad.

The Country Inn & Suites by Carlson in Bedford, NH is exactly what you'd want for a casual business trip / training event. The facility and rooms are well kept and of better than expected quality even though the hotel is relatively cheaper than others in the area. There is a small pool and hot tub as well as a gym with free weights and treadmills. The staff is super friendly and who doesn't like a free breakfast? Located just 10 minutes from Manchester. Will definitely be staying here again for the 2nd half of my training in a few months.

We spent one night here so that we could get to the Manchester airport early in the morning. The room for all six of us was a little tight but comfortable.

We really appreciated the free shuttle bus to and from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.
