Beautiful hotel! The rooms were perfectly laid out, very spacious and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Dinner reception was wonderful. I've not stayed in a hotel with this this as an option. Our party enjoyed being able to sit in the lobby with drinks and apps and enjoy one another's company. The hotel offered a shuttle. We didn't need to go to the airport, but the shuttle did take us to the mall so we could go to dinner. All we had to do was call when we were ready to be picked up.

Was here for an event. Space was nice. Lobby had plenty of seating and a nice coffee shop and convience store. Only thing was it was difficult to park due to the lot not being big enough.

Booked last minute after our flight was canceled. The lady at the front desk ordered us a cab for free. When they took forever to show up, we opted for a uber. She refunded us the money!

The room was really nice and clean. They had a nice pool which we didnt get to take advantage of due to having a 6am flight the next day. Beds were comfy and the shower was great.

The next day she ordered us another cab, and had a small breakfast bag ready for us early bird. Wonderful job guys!

Housekeeping was great with keeping the room stocked and very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious, by far the best I've had hotel wise! The breakfast staff were extremely kind and helpful! They went above and beyond to make their guest feel welcomed. The hotel happy hour was wonderful as well. Great appetizers and drinks! We had a terrific week at the Embassy Suites and will visit again. Thanks for the great service!

This hotel was decent. The room are big and clean. My issue in room 507 on 7/6/18 was the A/C stopped working around 10PM. The front desk said they sent someone to fix it and I went out to a bar for a while. When I arrived back at 2AM the vents were blowing warm air with the temperature set at 60. I can't sleep in heat so I left. Thankfully, the manager Lucas Alexander made it right by refunding the room rate. I understand things happen. I would give them another try if I ever need an area hotel again.

This is one of the best Embassy Suites that we've ever been too and we have visited plenty. Nice updated rooms, very nice swimming/ work out area, and the breakfast was amazing. Whenever we visit Columbus this will always be our hotel of choice.

I was staying at the Hotel to wait for processing for MEPS the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the meals were great as well. Definitely would return to this hotel as a normal guest in the future.

Spacious, professional looking conference rooms, the staff was quickly able to rearrange conference spaces for new events. Large lounge area with a nice bar. Able to accommodate large groups of above 200 conference attendees.

Facility, staff, & breakfast are 5 stars. Happy hour is great but could use a protein rather than just carbs. The only issues I had were the biker group that totally blocked the entry way (which management didn't do anything about), and the family of kids that ran up and down our hall for hours. Their screaming woke our baby. We asked to parents to keep their kids quiet, but they did nothing to control their kids. So hotel A+, other guests F.

We had a great time working in this hotel. The ballroom was the right size for our client and we jazzed it up to fit their needs. The staff was helpful, the hotel was clean and decorated nicely!

The hotel location and condition are perfect for anyone visiting the Columbus area. Breakfast is free and above average for other Hilton branded locations in the area (breakfast time is 6:30 A.M.-9:30 A.M., M-Su). There is also a daily happy hour from 5:30 P.M.-7:30 at the hotel bar. I'll probably stay here again.

The staff were great and helpful. The cafeteria and bar were welcoming and we'll designed. The rooms are not fantastic but they get the job done.

Very clean. Staff tolerant of rowdy children during holiday periods. Excellent evening reception. Wonderful breakfast bar options included with room. Could have more staff im restaurant during breakfast hours to bus the tables.

The room was way to hot. The pool was being cleaned and would open at 4pm but didn't open until 7:30. The breakfast was awesome and the room was nice and clean, just to hot and no way to cool it down.

My son stayed and we visited for dinner. Great restaurant in house! BLT flatbread pizza and Caesar salad was excellent. Service was exceptional.

Booked the room on December 31, 2017 for $129, and was later charged 174.32. Upon asking why the extra charge, they stated it’s for incidentals and will return to my account upon checkout 3-5 business days later. This was not originally told to me at booking or check in. I thought it would be helpful to know. Arrived on 1 Jan 2018 @ 8pm. Was initially told there was no clean rooms, upon rechecking, they issued one on the fifth floor which is under renovations and not accessible for the night by the hotel elevator. If we wanted to use the elevator to the 5th floor, we had to ask the front desk to escort us through to the service elevator. Mildly inconvenient! Got to the room (King suite) and it was very pleasing to the eye and appeared to be a very nice room. Couldn’t find the TV remotes, which they brought to us and no trash can in the bathroom. Minor issues, Staff was friendly and helpful, bar closed at 10, we missed the free drinks and kinda wanted one after being on the road all day, missed that opportunity. Except for construction, I’m not sure why no other rooms were available, sitting here at breakfast, there are 6 total people eating. This hotel easily has 200 rooms.

I attended a conference at the Embassy. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The presentations were easily viewed and heard. The lunch provided was excellent. The first day was salad, lasagna and soup, and the second day was sandwiches, pasta salad, and soup. Both days were delicious! The hotel also offers a free happy hour in the evening for hotel guests, which was a great opportunity to mingle after the conference.

Have stayed here multiple times while in Columbus. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The indoor pool and fitness center are great for a hotel. The elevators were quick every time I used them. The daily manager's reception and breakfast are always great at this location. Access to the airport and 670 are excellent. It is close to the airport but I never had an issue with any plane noise including rooms with a clear view of the airport across the highway.

Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Managers reception was so good I skipped dinner. Will stay again if I can

Surprisingly , it was really quite in the room. I figured with the airport being so close that you would hear air travel. The quality of bedding, flooring and bathrooms were great. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, only one issue with the internal hotel reservation operator. Very poor service and attitude from the operator. All other team members made up for it. 1 employee away from an outstanding team.

Plenty of trouble with the fridge/microwave situation, one that never got resolved during my stay despite my request. Front desk staff could've been more courteous as well. Staff elsewhere were great, though, especially in the breakfast and restaurant areas, and if has one of the nicer fitness areas I've used at any Hilton property. Maybe Labor Day weekend have them unanticipated trouble, but I'm not likely to return here.

Rooms are great, with a delicious breakfast. I thoroughly enjoy Happy Hour each day. Their restaurant isn't bad, but NEEDS dessert options for those late evening cravings.

My stay was enjoyable; however, I left 2 items in the room after checking out. I didn't realize until I returned home. Called immediately and had to leave a message. Have called every day since and most recently asked for the manager. Had to leave message and received no returned call. Poor customer service! I may not return for future visits as a result.

Stayed only for a few hours due to a redirected flight that landed in Columbus. Hotel was nicer than I expected it would be. Clean, spacious, and friendly staff. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but better than typical.

Great hotel for families and for those seeking a more spacious hotel room. About a 10 minute drive from Easton and down town Columbus. World class breakfast that is free and a great pool area along with a nice and clean fitness room.

Room and amenities met expectations. Fitness room was well equipped with newer equipment. Bar and wait staff were very attentive and food was excellent. Overall, I would suggest this hotel to anyone staying for leisure or business.

Free breakfast buffet with an omelet station. Breakfast includes biscuit/gravy, sausage, pancakes, fruit, oatmeal, grits, and scrambled eggs. The room was a 2 bedroom. Stains were on carpet and couch. Hotel was unable accommodate extra blankets at the time. Staff members are pleasant.

Very quick drive to the airport. Friendly staff. Swimming pool is very nice. Loved that the couch was a pull out bed.

Mr. Sharpe, a manager, gave outstanding service. My daughter thought she lost her expensive watch in the room and he sorted through the garbage. The maid was also so sweet in trying to find the watch.
My daughter eventually found the watch in her bag. Breakfast was excellent and the help went above and beyond. The security guard keeps a close eye on the pool and exercise room. Reception was enjoyable too. Room was so clean!

Great hotel. Rooms were well kept and no dirt found. Couldn't hear any of the local air traffic at night. Restaurants had amazing food at decent prices.

The rooms are comfortable. The facilities are great. I love the freebies like free breakfast. Only issue which isn't a big issue is the amount of time it took the shower to warm up.

The hotel was very clean and there was plenty of space in the room. The staff was very nice and easy to deal with. There was complimentary breakfast which wasn't amazing but was pretty good for being complementary. Complementary drinks during happy hour were low quality but complimentary, and the bar is the evening was very good.

Very nice room. Pull out couch did not have any blankets, and when asked for a blanket I was given a very scratchy one. But pleasant overall.

Rooms were very comfy but was very confused as to why there was a microwave with nothing to use it for. The TV had every show that was needed and was very good in quality. The furniture was very comfortable and clean and I will remember this when looking for hotels to go to.

Was here for a professional conference. The hotel was clean and quiet. The conference rooms were set up and all technology worked without issues. I also had 3 meals provided and all were very good!

The hotel is clean, big and the rooms are very nice. They offer free happy hour drinks and free breakfast.

It is hit or miss here. During the week, it was quiet and quaint. On the weekend, it was simply chaos. On the floor I was staying, it was noisy from one end of the hall to the other. Kids were running through the hotel knocking on doors and running away. The hotel was not equipped to handle and control it. The walls are thin and conversations in one room are easily heard in the next.

Rooms were very nice. Being a suite was nice and spacious. Breakfast that was included with stay was very good. It had a large selection and food was prepared with quality in mind. Physical location of the hotel was convenient with easy highway access.

The rooms were standard but classy; everything worked properly and was in neat/clean condition. The food was great and dining the staff were kind as well. I stayed briefly but it was an enjoyable experience.

The room was very nice. My issue was with the air conditioning. The air did not appear to be working when I got to my room. With the thermostat set to 62 today, the room is only slightly cool. The vending machine on my floor did not work. The one on the floor below me did not have a working bill acceptor.

I have been here three times now for MEPS. The first two times would have gotten a 5 star. This time is a three star. The lady doing the dinner for MEPS was not necessarily rude, but you could tell she was annoyed that there were supposed to be 70 something of us in the hotel. We are all here to either sign up for or ship out to the military. I would like to think that the person doing these dinners might be a little more polite. Especially when there are only 13 of us at dinner at the moment. Sorry that we are getting ready to serve the country? My bad?

Great location. Comfortable rooms. Very busy hotel. Pool way to noisy BUT they offer adult hours which is great. Breakfast was awesome. Came for a long overdue mother daughter weekend and had a great time

Great hotel, very nice and spacious rooms, nice staff. Good price. The only problem is the WiFi kept cutting out for just a second. This happened last month too so it might not be an isolated incident

Great stay, loved every part of the room. Front desk workers treat you like royalty, great personalities. One and only issue was weird clanking/banging noises from pool room. I wasn't sure if someone was knocking on the door or if it was just pool equipment or pipes. Small issue overall. Look forward to going back when I have time for a few days and to get the couple's massage.

Love this hotel! Great staff from the GM Kenneth to the breakfast associates Nik & Gary. I love this hotel and their amenities. I really enjoy the heated indoor pool, jetted whirlpool, breakfast buffet, cooked to order eggs, shuttle service, and price to value. I travel weekly, so trust me, comfort is paramount for me. The rooms are updated, and have nice bathrooms and spacious rooms. I really feel at home when I'm here.

Apparently there was some hockey tournament in the area? Over 30 kids in the pool, pure chaos. Hardly enjoyable. Breakfast was chaotic. Obviously the gentlemen cleaning and refilling for breakfast hates his job. The hotel and pool itself are really nice. Needed a pillow last night and called the front desk and didn't get an answer. Walked to desk and said it would be delivered. An hour later it still wasn't there and walked to desk again. Spent a little time at the bar and get back to the room and only a pillow had been delivered. Overall a nice facility with a Starbucks and bar. But was far from a relaxing weekend.

My grandson loves the pool and the great breakfast. I always let him bring 2 friends and a cousin.... Gotta love the boys.

I stay there when working in the area a nice modern embassy suite. Staff is helpful and friendly. I have been in rooms with little to no hot water though so now I check every visit before I unpack

I was in a meeting room which was very comfortable. The lobby was inviting and the bar area was cozy. The waitress was friendly and took care of the table's drinks promptly.

Such a nice hotel. I attended for a professional event but would have loved to stay. The conference rooms were clean and staff was very friendly.

The room smelled sort of moldy and we couldn't figure out what it was until the ceiling fell down. Called the desk to change rooms which was no issue however they told me I could come down and get a key instead of offering to bring it up to me. We were on the top floor at the very end of the hallway and I am 7 months pregnant.
Breakfast was good.

Everything was great as usual! I just wish they would open the seperate dining room during breakfast. There's never enough room, and always overcrowded, but they keep that dining room closed.

I had an amazing time at Embassy Suites. It was a beautiful place. The room was very large and clean. The free hot breakfast bar and omelet station are great and have a great variety. The happy hour every evening is also amazing with free drinks and appetizers. I will be staying here again and recommend that anyone going to Columbus do the same.

Very impressed with this hotel. I stay in a lot of hotels for work, so I anticipated this as just another hotel. When I arrived I was impressed with the lobby and rooms, especially for the price. Great place to stay for the price.

Great hotel, with a good atmosphere, it feels very relaxing. Had a nice fitness area and the pool was heated so no complaints from me. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I'd recommend it to everyone who needs a hotel in the area.

Definitely one of the better hotels in the immediate vicinity. My mini suite was clean and accommodating. It was very basic and blah in aesthetic appeal. The restaurant is open and charming. At 5:30 they provide drinks and finger foods. These are simply to tide you over until dinner. But fine as the lead in to dinner meetings, etc.

The free breakfast buffet is HUGE and and DELECTABLE, the service was great, all accept for one thing. You can't swim from 10:00 - Midnight due to "Adult Swim" even though there is never any adults. Was told by the front desk that children could swim with a parent during adult swim, apparently the dick manager checks every 5 minutes. He denied what we learned from the front desk and kicked us out. I don't know if I will be staying here for Columbus Ohio Comic Con next year. :/

I stayed here will taking the ASVAB test for the navy. My room was spacious and very comfortable. I loved how the shower is accessible for people whom can not stand. Most of the staff are nice and easy going. I wish I would've gotten a chance to swim. I definitely will on my next stay. Highly recommend this hotel.
