The rooms and appointments are very modern and crisp. Everything is clean and we'll maintained. The rooms are reasonably sized for the price. The included breakfast is very good compared to other hotels' free breakfasts. The evening snack time is not family-friendly.

Staying at the Embassy was really nice. I felt like I was staying in a small apartment. I loved the room. There was like a living room and connected by a short hallway was the bedroom. Both rooms had a TV. And I love the bathroom sink. The sink bowl sat on top of the counter to prevent bending..I LOVED it. And I like how they serve more than just breakfast... you just have to be ON TIME. I wish they had better vending for snacks/drinks tho. They had a small shop of drinks and snacks by the front desk but the items are kinda pricey. About $3 for a bag of chips I would only pay $1 for in a standard vending machine. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and I wish I could've stayed longer and got a chance to enjoy all the other amenities.

Location was 25 minutes away from downtown without traffic 45 minutes with traffic. Parking was fine. Rooms were and the staff was responsive to our requests. Breakfast included an omelet Chef that custom-made omelettes. The workout room was clean and well-stocked though two of the treadmills were out of order. There is a pool and a Whirlpool, though I did not go in either. Overall a very good experience.

The hotel is very nice, modern, and clean. The bar staff is very friendly and it has a great area too. The front desk staff could use customer service training. Our room was down-graded from a king to a double queen. Great unless you're a married couple wanting a king bed on your weekend away. They claimed that they didn't have our number to notify us because it was through Gen Con booking, but I have a hard time believing that. We were told that we were lucky to even have a room. My brother is high up in another chain and would never let his employees talk to guests that way. Retrain some of your staff in customer service and I would give it a 5 star rating.

We stopped at Embassy Suites Indianapolis to visit friends who were in town for a sporting event. What a fun hotel! The lobby and interior courtyard were filled with people. Guests had a complimentary happy hour and were enjoying the time to socialize. The hotel is convenient to Grand Park and the city of Indianapolis. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, too.

Beautiful all the way around. The rooms are very nice. There is a living room as well as the bedroom. The lounge also had a very nice atmosphere both at night and for breakfast. Well worth the price!

Very clean and lovely hotel. Great staff and service. I love how they offer Complimentary Happy Hour w/ with light snacks for hotel guests..... Only thing that caught me a little off guard is that the Bridge is gone in the lobby area 😣. It added spice and what made them different from other hotel chains. Now the lobby area looks "regular" and very boring. I wish they would of kept it.

On the 1st morning we awoke to our stay here we went down to breakfast only to realize everything had begun to be put away. My husband believed that breakfast ended at 10am and was wrong. It was currently 10 minutes after 9am. The staff was so kind. They allowed me to fix a breakfast for myself and my two children anyway. It may not sound like much but to a mother of a children who have special needs compounded by the fact that she has no vehicle with her and hungry children. Leads to added anxiety....VERY APPRECIATIVE TO THE UNDERSTANDING STAFF. Every day the staff are great. Hello here, how are you there, this place is amazing. Can't think of a better place to stay.

We stayed here 13 months ago, during their massive remodel. That 1st visit was chaotic at best and difficult to say the least. I didn't think it was fair to rate the hotel under those circumstances. Fast forward to the present, 5/12/18, the renovations seem to be complete.
The hotel is very nice and their staff has been equally as pleasing. Last year, not only was the structure under heavy stress, so was the staff and it showed.
This year the beauty of the building matches the peaceful attitude of their staff. I have stayed in many hotels during my adult years, I would recommend this establishment to anyone in need of a reasonably priced hotel, for all the right reasons. mm

So far we are having a great time here at Embassy Suites. Great price for the huge, amazing, up to date rooms and would recommend this place to anyone! So cozy and the ENTIRE staff is friendly. As soon as you walk through the door they are greeting you and always smiling. Breakfast is GREAT!! (like better than most restaurants) And the bar located right in the middle of the hotel is very convenient. Also the housekeeping staff is great as we left the 'do not disturb' sign on the door and they left us a nice letter and a bunch of extra towels and soaps. This place is great and absolutely beautiful!

Very nice hotel. Convenient to restaurants. Rooms are very spacious with separate living room with pull out couch. Complimentary breakfast is very nice, but finding seating can get tricky at times. There are 2 sets of elevators that run on the slower side especially when people are checking in or out. Great hotel overall.

Very good experience staying here. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Reception and full breakfast was a plus. Staff was very friendly, especially the assistant General manager that worked days. Sorry I didn't get his name. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place with delightful staff. We were above the pool so there was a bit of noise until the pool closed, but the rooms were nice! Complimentary breakfast was delicious!

We loved our stay at Embassy Suites. Our suite was very spacious and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room for our 3 kids including them providing us with a pack-and-play. Decently sized mini fridge and microwave, office desk and pull-out couch. The pool was clean and well kept and the hot breakfast with made to order eggs, oatmeal bar and good coffee was delicious and included free.

Disappointed in my stay. Floors were dirty in the hotel for the two days I stayed including the elevators. Trash and leftover dishes were left around the rooms and hallways. Asked for TV remote and glasses for the water dispenser in the workout room but nobody ever showed up. They screwed my bill up and had to call back three different times to get resolved. Liked the room but staff wasn't helpful.

The lobby has been nicely renovated and the evening reception with free drinks is always great. Breakfast is served in a very clean and organized setup and the rooms are clean and spacious. Great for extended stays or stopping on road trips.

Hotel has been recently remodeled inside, nice rooms, plenty of free parking, breakfast was included and had lots of options but the food was average. Slow elevators and at least in the room I stayed in, very poor wireless connection, maybe because I was next to the elevatirs. Overall a decent place to stay, hopefully I get better wireless reception next time.

I've stayed here about 10+ weeks over the past few months. Very nice hotel if you're working in the area - recently renovated. Nice common area with tables and bar. Appropriately priced food. I highly recommend this hotel for work if you get a good price on it. They are also improving with time.

The four stars is because this place never seems to get it 100% correct. There's always one or two things each visit. Either it's a machine in the workout facility broken, a less than perfect bathroom, an uncomfortable thermometer, a double charge on my card, or a broken elevator or two.

Rooms and hotel were nice and generally appeared clean. Breakfast was great, but seating was somewhat limited, unless you went further away from the breakfast area. Only three of the four elevators were in working order. They were often slow when responding to requests, like more toilet paper or extra towels for the pool area. It was extremely slick in the pool area. I saw several people almost fall when walking. There was also a boy who fell on his back and hit his head on the floor. He too was simply walking. Perhaps a different flooring would help with this. Overall, our stay was fine. I may or may not choose this hotel again.

Room was very nice. Checked in late, after midnight, our first evening on a Saturday night. There were a number of young, pre-teens, running around. Seemed like management should have stepped in long before they did after one a.m. Had some issues with housekeeping not coming back to clean our room after stopping by early as we were preparing to leave our first morning. Food was good at breakfast. Good variety, clean area and staff was friendly.

I'm a Hilton property loyalist, first and foremost. With that being said, I must say that I am disappointed with my recent stay. The quality you come to expect from a Hilton branded hotel is very high, and this property did not reach the mark. The floors were visibly dirty, the property ran out of towels, my bathroom was short-stocked on items, broken shower curtains, and peeling wallpaper. The aesthetics and inventory issues are going to be the reason I give Marriott a try for my upcoming week in Memphis. My wife and I were disappointed, as she is an former Hilton employee, we both hold the brand to higher regard than other chains. We will be exploring other options in the near future.

Great hotel! Amenities pristine. Sadly, our room smells like cigarette smoke and we have one lamp in our room that isn't working. The guests who came with us had very nice rooms. Nice enough hotel that I would try again despite the subpar state of our room.

This hotel has had a recent remodel and it very nice. My big issue is that on the weekend, the place was overrun with kid sports teams and the parents let the kids run unsupervised. The elevators are slower than you can imagine and the kids would stop them at every floor for fun. Decent hotel but the experience wasn't as good.

The customer comes first at the Embassy Suites. The services was spectacular. The staff was very passionate. The hotel appeared to have been recently remodeled. The furniture was modern and we'll kept. The free breakfast was awesome. This hotel is in a good area with lots of restaurants and convenient stores. It's also located on a main thoroughfare that will take you right downtown. We will be back!

When going to Indy, we always stay at The Embassy Suites. The service is great, everyone is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always clean and ready when we arrive. We love the free drinks and snacks during happy hour, and the breakfast is wonderful. We will never stay anywhere else.

I have been to the embassy suites in multiple states. This is the best room I have seen this far. I also thought the staff went out of their way to be hospitable.

The remodeling is nice. The beds are comfortable. Rooms are nice and clean. The bathrooms are way too small. The breakfast is mediocre. The elevators are slow. They make you wear a bright colored bracelet to breakfast which is annoying to me at a decent hotel

The rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very yummy. Fresh omeletes, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal with fresh toppings, French toast, pancakes, cereal, fruit and yogurt, and sweet treats. There is a happy hour between 5:30 and 7:30. I includes 2 complimentary beverages chips and dip, chips and salsa, vegetables and dip, pretzels, check mix, water and soda. The pool area was nice and the rooms were comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Indianapolis.

LOVED IT!

First, the girl at the check-in counter, Mikala, was sweet and warm even though you could tell she just hung up from a frustrating call.

Second, friends who live locally advised against me staying at this "run down" Embassy Suites, but I'm glad I didn't listen! They've remodeled every room and working on the rest of the building and, as you can see from my pics, the room was gorgeous!

I would recommend this Embassy Suites any day of the week!!

Although the hotel is under construction you can see the potential and the staff is very helpful and is working well considering all the things around them. The rooms are beautiful. Very convenient location.

Every room is a two room suite! Great views. Service is top notch. They offer free breakfast (cooked to order), free parking, and adult only hours for swimming pool and spa. Highly recommend.

I booked a room last weekend for my husbands bday. From check in to check out everything was perfect! (even with the construction going on ) The customer service was great ! Very nice and friendly staff. The room was very clean and spacious. I had ordered room service to be there before i checked in ... a bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries. Everything was there and set up very nicely. I did not know it was free breakfast until I read the reviews, so it would have been nice for the receptionist to let us know that information. But overall, great hotel ! I will def recommend.

Three guys working at a snail's pace for the three days we were there. 2 of 4 elevators were out of service. The two that were functioning operated so slow I'm surprised they didn't go out of service too. Would I stay again? Not while it's under construction. We've had good luck with Embassy Suites in the past, just not the greatest this time. Nobody asked how our stay was either.

We love staying at Embassy Suites for the cocktail hour and breakfast. Atrium/lobby area was under construction which we didn't know before hand but ultimately, our stay wasn't affected. Rooms are modern and spacious. Breakfast, Cocktail hour, and the pool was unaffected by the construction and we heard very little construction noise. We missed the beauty of the gardens/fountains of the atrium though. Our room was clean but we did have to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper as there was only 1 partial roll in the bathroom.

Instead of making guests suffer through construction at full rates, close this place until the updates are complete. We stayed here for a soccer tournament and what was a nice place to stay has turned into a nightmare. The boiler also went out the weekend we were there so we had no water. The night manager is a total piece of work, she has no business being in customer service. The only thing that made our stay enjoyable was Ian and the engineer i think his name was Jacob who was acting as manager Saturday night. The two Ashleys that are supposedly managers for this place never, ever called us back, as we put in several calls to them. WHAT A JOKE, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! I would never stay here again, EVER.

We reserved our room at the Embassy Suites on North Michigan weeks in advance for new year's eve. We had a couple friends that we were meeting for dinner and a movie so we asked them to have our room ready by 4pm. After two weeks notice that we were coming and needed to check in by 4pm, we were surprised to find out that our room wasn't ready when we got there. After waiting for over an hour, they still didn't it ready so we had to leave to meet our friends for dinner. 2 hours later, we inquired about our room again only to learn that they gave it to someone else and had to scoot us to another room.

We come here every year for our family Christmas present. The staff is great and always accommodating . We can't wait to come back in 12 months. The rooms are well kept and the price is reasonable. Good location to plenty of shopping and food. We are sad to leave, but we will be back this time next year!

I loved staying here. Couldn't experience the pool as it was under renovations, but the rooms were beautiful and clean and the staff was super nice. And who can beat free drinks at happy hour from 5:30-7:30!

The hotel was clean, tidy, well maintained, and reasonably priced. The room was pleasant, right up to the point where we had to use the pullout sofa bed. I don't know if they make a thinner, softer mattress than the one in this room. It was exceptionally uncomfortable, and frankly a bit difficult to sleep on. That detail aside, the rest of the room was fantastic. I do recommend this hotel, but if you do plan on using the foldout bed, plan on bringing some form of mattress topper to save your back!

Very clean and the service was especially excellent. Rhoda, an employee of the Embassy Suites kitchen staff, provided me with exceptional service today. In spite of a busy morning serving guests, Rhoda fulfilled my request for an item not regularly served during the morning breakfast: sour cream. At first worried they didn't have any availavle, she went to the kitchen, was gone for about ten minutes, and came back LOOKING for my family and I with the cup of sour cream in hand. It's the little things that make an overnight stay successful. Great job Rhoda, and thank you for making my breakfast experience at Embassy Suites exemplary.

My wife and I stayed here with our four month old daughter. We got a room with two queen sized beds and a tub for a good rate. Ashley at the front desk was very helpful and kind; despite our short notice reservation, she took care of us. Had a great trip to Indianapolis. This hotel is about 20 minutes to the children's museum or zoo and there are lots of restaurants nearby. I choose Embassy for the omelets in the morning and the spacious rooms. They never disappoint with their friendly service as well. They also have complimentary snacks and drinks for a couple of hours in the evening, which is nice. If you are travelling with a baby, they have pack and plays available, just ask. Overall a great stay. We will be back.

Embassy Suites by Hilton was nice, not exactly what I would expect for a Hilton property, but nice all the same. The hot tub was not entirely functional, the jets did not work, nor was it very hot. The pool was very cold. The staff was professional and courteous, with the exception of some painters who were pantomiming about smoking across the building. The room was clean and comfortable, certainly no complaints there. Overall a good experience, if not entirely what I would expect from the Hilton name.

We had a game evening using their boardroom suites. The room was quite nice. The service was just a bit off by way odd miscommunication. We asked for extra towels and over the course of the night 4 sets of towels were brought up. Overall a solid 5/7.

Very spacious suites with nice furniture and comfortable beds. Indoor pool only. Good free breakfast. Free drinks 5:30-7:30 every day in the atrium. Tons of restaurants around it, plus one and a bar inside it.

This was a very clean hotel with nice facilities. They have a nice pool and hot tub with a basketball court on the side. Service was great as well and there are many good places to grub in the area. However this was not a very nice part of Indianapolis. There were other places that were much worse so it wasn't all that bad. I would say it is definitely the nicest hotel in the area. Also it is a great place for families as it has a lot for kids to do but also had a nice bar and a happy hour with free drink until 7:30 and free breakfast until 10:30 that was pretty good for free breakfast. Overall we had a great experience and the kids loved that there was a pokestop in front as well as a Pokemon gym to keep your kids entertained if that is their cup of tea. We also brought a service animal and the hotel was greatly accommodating about this.

This is 1 of the worst hotels ive ever stayed at. Spennt 135 a night in this crap holr town for a room and "Jen & her sarvant boy" think they r the law If u ever r on town do not dtay hete.

I think some of these reviews are a bit harsh. Sure, it's not the newest building around, but it's still very decent. No reason to "avoid" it. I doubt there's a better place to stay in the I-465/Michigan area. If you've been to one Embassy Suites (I've been to a few) I think you pretty much know what you're going to get. This location was at least up to par with my expectations. I do feel the going rate is a bit high though. Would give it a five star if it were about $30 lower.
