Awesome room, very large. Breakfast was great. Treated our soccer team great.

The staff was amazing. Got in late night and was greeted with smiles, jokes, cookies and water. The room was very clean and bed super soft, we didn't want to leave. Breakfast was delicious! My daughter loves making her waffle.

Nice room but found things that housekeeping doesn’t clean. Beware...breakfast area is very small. Long line for waffles keeps you from accessing other foods and if you cannot/do not eat pork the omelets might contain diced ham which I found out after eating 2 bites!!! No signs to warn people of that yet there is a sign for pork ham slices. Very frustrating!!! Manager did offer scrambled eggs which was very nice but the damage had already been done. Please fix this issue so others do not have the same negative experience.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Basic but clean. I like that everything is within walking distance with a McDonald’s right next door and Old Town Orlando right across the street. Parking is limited and the lot could be lit up more at night for safety. Not the best demographic.

The reception staff and housekeeping staff were so friendly! This made our stay even more magical. The man at the front desk, Elijah, was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The location is near highway but not noisy. Food, gas, and theme parks all within 10 minutes drive.The pool and hot tub were never crowded. Fellow guests were nice. Room was spacious, contemporary, and clean. Extra toiletries like razors and shaving cream available upon request. Breakfast options were many. There was delicious oatmeal, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, cereals, juice, waffles, and more! Fresh coffee all day was a great perk for me. As a Hilton Honors gold member I recieved a snack and drink at check in. We also really enjoy the digital key in the app.

The lobby was nice. The receptionist that checked me in was great, although when he told me that we had access to the Calypso Cay resort amenities such as their pools, jacuzzis, and mini golf, it turned out that the mini golf didn't exist. The app didn't work at all to check in, which sucked, but it was fine in the end, we just couldn't room where we wanted. The 2 queen suite was quite roomy which was nice. The sofa bed however was a double, not a queen, which would have been better to know beforehand. The only super downside was my friend in a different room on a different floor had found two bed bugs and had to change rooms. :( Otherwise it was an okay hotel. Not omg amazing, but definitely better than some dumps I've stayed in.

Was there for our honeymoon, the staff above and beyond for us. The room was so clean and nice. Best part was it was quite! We will definitely stay there again.

Elijah the night front manager was very friendly and made our stay there very comforting and welcoming. He always acknowledged us and was always available to assist. Great customer service especially him. Good breakfast and clean spacious room with great location. Probably the only negative I have is I hate stained carpet. Makes the room seem dirty looking. Management should consider changing over to tiles, after all its Florida in that way it generates cool air therefore much more energy efficient and cleaner looking for the rooms. Overall good place to stay !

Great location for Orlando attractions. Our room was a suite with 2 beds and a separate living area. Breakfast included was good. Just needs in-room safes, which were lacking.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating! The rooms are very spacious and clean. You also get access to the Calypso Resort with your stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great experience here. The rooms were very very clean and so is the bathroom (they also stock it with Neutrogena products). The bed is so comfy. The hotel is very modern and up to date and has a very clean homey feel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is delicious, just a normal continental breakfast with lots of options! I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

If you are going to EPCOT, great place to stay. Not to far and excellent breakfast bar. You can make Mickey waffles.

Great hotel! Stayed there on 3 different occasions and every time was a great stay! Rooms are clean and the bathroom is spacious. Housekeeping and the front desk are always very nice and do a great job! The complimentary breakfast is typical Hampton Inn breakfasts but it’s overall good quality food. The Mickey Waffles are tasty. Location is great! Plenty of surrounding things to go check out. Not far from the theme parks, about 10-15 minutes from Disney World and 25-30 to Universal. The pool is also a nice added bonus. Only thing I can think of as a negative was the fire alarm did go off one day and forced everyone to evacuate. Was just a false alarm though. Not a major issue for me but may be for some. I’ve stayed in quite a few Hampton Inns before but there’s a reason I’ve stayed here 3 times now. This hotel is definitely the best Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at!

This place has a clean feel to it. Stayed here on a last minute decision and was overall happy that I did. Had room on third floor, king studio they called it, so was very quiet. Room was very roomy and bathroom lots of space. The one thing lacking was size of the the t.v. looked like a 32". Otherwise not a bad stay. Just be prepared for what they call breakfast. I will say it was disappointing. Watery powdered eggs and overdone bacon. Nice pool and spa though.

the best Hampton Inns Suites I've ever been to but I never got to try out a room. I was there for work and installed lights at the pool you guys this summer enjoy those in evening and also installed a new light at the flag poles. it's an LED model it should last about 20 years.

Not much to say. It was a place to sleep the night before going to Disney. Breakfast in the morning was acceptable. The only issue I had with it was the only source of protein was the "omelets". There was no bacon or sausage.

Despite being located next to the elevators on the top floor, the room was quiet and provided two good nights of sleep. Breakfast was good, and the Mouse-Ears waffle was tasty. Front desk was very friendly. And the parking lot provided TONS of pokemon for my son to catch, which is important to a 9yo south of the 29th parallel. Would stay here again.

the location was ideal, and it's not like you don't know exactly where you will be staying and what's around it before you book a room these days. the staff was courteous, didn't really have many interactions, which is cool with me, as I'd rather be left to myself as opposed to killed with kindness. rooms were really clean. we went with a big party and they accommodated is just as discussed.

Stayed here the night before my Professional Engineer Exam at Heritage Park. Extremely quiet if you ask for the 5th floor, even with 4 busses for a band competition. Comfy and clean room.

Decent local location close to everything. Right around the corner from a ton of restaurants and other shopping plazas. Hotel itself wasn't that clean and had to get sheets changed two different times.

Great hotel! It was a convenient location for visiting the theme parks and visiting family. The front desk staff were always nice. The room was clean.

Hotel is nice but the rooms should look a just a little bit better. I mean little bit cleaner. The heater wasnt working but it was just really cold one night and we forgot to tell the front desk. There should be more room to sit during breakfast not enough when its really packed.

Close to parks. Great staff. Night check inn ( Clara I believe her name was) was efficient, nice and happy. Just the type of person you need after a long day at the park. Rooms are spacious.

Service here was great. We stayed to visit the local tourist attractions and the location was great. No more than a 10-15 min drive to the outlets and Disney Springs. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast, parking and Internet was an additional plus. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the Orlando area and have a limited budget. Thank you to the hotel staff here, you have all been great!

Check in was crazy late, but the staff was super kind and expedited our room cleaning to get us in earlier. This have us just enough time for us to get ready for the wedding we were attending. Great service and around

Great staff and clean hotel. I had an issue with the stay towards the end but the front desk fixed it right away. I woukd recommend this hotel over others in the area.

Great location and clean. The breakfast and coffee was welcomed. Mickey waffles, fruit, bagels, and sausage were served. Digital key ability was a plus.. bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. AC unit a little loud. My room didn't have black out curtains, which can be a disadvantage when trying to get some extra sleep.

Needs some attention (stained carpeting, stickers peeling off elevator, shower grout was gross), but the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Good price - great location. We didn't use this, but we were told guests can use the amenities at the resort next door.

Fantastic hotel with great prices, given the location and proximity to Disney World. Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, and much nicer than even some of the resort hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast with mucky mouse waffles! Staff very nice and clean rooms. Good location for Disney. Have lunches you can take on the go if no time for breakfast in the morning. Beds are super comfy. Workout room has the nice Precoe machines like at the gyms. Very comfortable stay. I stayed here for 2 weeks on business, highly recommend.

I usually love Hampton Inns, but this one needs some work. The hall our room was on smelled like a toilet overflowed, our sheets were stained and our shower door was stuck. Also, the breakfast looked old and the coffee was gross. The one redeeming quality was the front desk lady. She was very friendly and helpful.

The staff at Hampton Inn and Suites are very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and had all the accommodations of home. This is where I will make reservations when I visit Orlando again. Thanks again Hampton Inn and Suites for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

There is a lot that is good about this hotel. Good location, close to food and parks. Room started nice and cool, I bought the faster internet for $5 and had no issues. But the Continental breakfast was just terrible. I mean it was so bad I had to go across the street to get something to eat. Also the TV in the room was tiny, it was actually hard to read from the bed.

Visited this location for a family reunion. The hotel was clean, and the staff was courteous and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the VERY few places I was able to book on very short notice. Especially in the area. Room was spacious and spotless. Pool area was well kept and water clean. Pricing was also very reasonable, being that it is during summer vacation. Staff was informative and courteous as they readily accepted my late check in and briefly showed me to the room. Very satisfied with this experience.

Have stayed at this Hampton several times now while visiting Disney. It's a great place to stay with comfy beds and a good breakfast close to Disney. With a Wal-Mart right around the corner.

Very nice hotel and location. Only 15 minutes from seaworld, free parking, and breakfast is included. Staff is very friendly. Hotel was recently renovated as well.

Great stay! My one and only complaint though would be the fridge didn't cool at all. Other than that it's awesome.

Rooms are very large and nice. The complementary breakfast is great and the staff are nice. Provides great back access to Disney. Only minor nit is that the elevators could use some work. They feel safe but just look a little trashy with duck tape holding things to the walls.

Very big rooms and easy parking. It has a weird entry from the road and the room could be cleaner. The biggest thing is the refrigerator take forever to cool anything.

To be expected for a Hampton in a high rate area. I would stay again because it was clean and convenient, but if I was looking for more of a vacation spot I would look elsewhere.

Room was spacious and clean. The hotel is only about 15 minutes from Disney. Good overall impression.

The room was nice. The pool was and hot tub was decent. The breakfast was average. The main complaint was that we picked it because it had a free shuttle, however, the free shuttle came so late and took so long to get to the parks, it was kind of useless. The other thing that was very annoying is that their key cards were very finicky and would often erase themselves locking us out.

The room was huge. We loved this hotel. Our family of 5 actually had enough space!!! Friendly staff and price was on point. We visited in November though when prices are a little lower.

Favorite place to stay to visit Disney. Great rates, great location, and currently undergoing remodeling floor by floor so it will only get better. (but honestly, it doesn't even feel like it needs an update yet--everything is well maintained, beds are comfy and clean, standard hotel decorations).

Great hotel. I came home to Florida for a wedding and they were a family friendly hotel with lots of space in the room. It was comfortable for me and my 4 kids. They loved the mickey mouse waffles and the eating area was very nice and always clean. The house keeper women with the glass was amazing and i appreciated her help with my kids during breakfast. She didn't have to make waffles for my kids but she did. Awesome hotel. Awesome people. Im from Orlando and this part of town is to busy and filled with tourist plus its super far from my moms house in west Orlando. But i would stay again. This is offiy my go to hotel.

Location is convenient yet away from main road so quiet and serene
Room (2 queens) was large, spacious and nicely furnished.
As always - Hampton Inn has great bedding
Only complaint was the breakfast - hot items were warm at best and not attentively attended to

It was great! Breakfast was insane, they need to open the room up so it's easier to form queues for the various spots. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Lots of people shouting in the halls at 3am, for some reason. Not the hotel's fault though, crazy guests will be crazy. Walk-in shower was awesome. Toilet is fine but it makes this weird tone when flushed. Overall our stay was superb.

Nice but the breakfast area could use some more attention. If your there for breakfast get there early as its a small dining room and even smaller buffet area. Expect extra long lines for the waffle machine.
Room was nice and clean. Although the TV was small for the large room we had. We also attempted to use the fold out couch but upon opening we found that the mattress was old and could not be slept on.
Overall - good for single business travelers who only need one bed and wake up early to beat the breakfast line. Bad for families on vacation.

Off the beaten path and the facility seemed a little small inside. But overall, the staff were very nice and the rooms were clean. Food was ok, not a lot of choices and the eggs weren't the best. Overall though, it was: easy to get in/out of, able to avoid the turnpike, not a abad hotel to stay at/clean.

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast crew were very friendly and provided excellent service.

The bathroom did not seem like it was cleaned. There was a half used shampoo in the shower. One half of the toilet paper dispenser was not securely fastened to the wall. The bathtub faucet also was not secured to the wall. We asked for additional shampoo at the front desk and they told us they only had conditioner left. I have stayed at quite a few Hampton Inn locations and this one was definitely the worst.

Bedroom and bathroom is pretty big and clean. We are satisfied. I recommend this hotel.

We got a double with queen size beds. the room is big the, breakfast is real good.....

We were informed that we could swim late but then told to return to our rooms as soon as we steeped in the hot tub. Our room had a faulty cabinet which would not shut along with the fridge which wold no shut and the microwave did not open. If you are looking to spend the day in Disney and have a nice relaxing soak in the hot tub look else wear for the pool closes at 10, however if you are looking for strictly a place of sleep and breakfast included, this may be for you.
