Thomas and Emma at reception were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room (suite) was adequately spacious by Paris standards.

The staff here were exceptional! Very accommodating and treated us like we were the only visitors at the hotel even though it was quite busy the days we were there. The room was more spacious then expected, with all of the amenities we hoped for, plus some. The bathroom seemed brand new and very modern. The room was spotlessly cleaned and the bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel with perfect central location. Rooms aren't massive but are very good quality and exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good and well worth the money but if you prefer there are loads of places around to go for breakfast. The central location makes for a huge choice of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Best thing about this hotel though was the staff. People on reception but particularly Salah were amazing, super helpful and so friendly. Altogether a brilliant stay. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this Hotel for the France versus England game. It is in a great location with many of the major tourist attractions in walking distance and the rooms are bright modern and spacious. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The highlight though was the breakfast, one of the best we have ever had in France.

Right in the center on the city. Really connected as have metro station just next to it. Rooms are little small if you book basic room overall a good place to stay.

Nice hotel and close to the metro station. All staffs are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is just ok because did not change the hot dishes when I were stayed 7 days. Room is clean and a bit small

My stay at this hotel was very good. It is located is a great area for food, shopping and site seeing. The room had space and was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were always helpful and very friendly. This has now been made my To Go hotel whenever I stay in Paris. Hope they don't change how great they are!

Good place to stay! Located just next to the metro. Nice and helpful Receptionist. Moderately expensive. Good for family and couples.

Its ok. clean rooms clean bathroom. I just dont like the elevator. Croissants in breakfast is quite good. For price its ok not great but not bad either so 4 stars.

A very good hotel! I will miss seeing all of the staff who were more than very kind, very welcoming and helpful in everything. It was important to me that the staff took the time to talk to us and enjoy Paris to the max and did they excel at it!!
The hotel is very well located and in the center of all the action with a metro less than ten steps away. Maps are given as well as suggestions of things to see/ restaurants to eat- thank you Thomas and Charles!
Breakfast had a great selection of sweet and salty foods. A good selection of coffees, teas, cereals, yogurts, ect.
I also appreciated the different newspapers which I found helpful to keep up with events going on at home and elsewhere.
All and all thank you so very much for making this stay so magical! We will definitely see you all again!

Nice hotel close to many things - stores, restaurants, Metro... The staff is very helpful and speaks English well. The rooms are a little small (even the superior room we had), but of course, it's Paris and all rooms are small! I would likely stay here again if I get the chance to return to Paris! Merci!

Great location. Half an hour walk from the louvre etc. Rooms clean - not spacious not small though. Right next to metro station so good access to the rest of the city.

Beautiful room in a very nice area. There are restaurants and cafes in the area. Staff are courteous and speak both French and English. Room sizes are nice and they are very clean and updated.

Very small room, but clean. Metro station right in front of the door that is the reason I have it the 4th star. Good stores located next to the hotel. It was quiet and staff very nice. Storage for luggage a plus!

The hotel is on a busy street with lots of shops and cafes, which I loved personally. It is also feet from the metro which gets you anywhere you want to go. The hotel made us a bunch of recommendations for places to visit as soon as we got here. Would recommend!

Staff are friendly and helpful, directed me multiple times to some good food and helped me figure out how the metro worked. Rooms aren't ready until pretty late in the day (~3 pm), so keep that in mind if you're staying.

Very spacious room (for Europe standards), I've been to quite some HI in the US and abroad and is probably the most complete and nicest I've been. Breakfasts are awesome with full selection, big and comfortable room fully windowed to the street, the pastries were simply awesome, not your typical US HI pancake machine kind of breakfast (even when I like the machine), way more options and the food is great. Location is great as you have quite some dining, coffee, mini market options close by and a metro entry just out the door, bus stop a few feet away. Very nice.

Ok hotel, good location. Priceline has this as a 4 star hotel, which it is definitely not. I feel duped. I wanted something nicer than this quite average hotel.

A very central location, perfect to visit the main touristique places and go out to nice small bistro.
The room are extremely small. Don't plan to spend too many nights.
The list doesn't reach the last floor so you have to go through very narrow stair, OK with small luggage.
The staff is OK.
Breakfast is very average.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and decent size with a good window view of the city. Breakfast was from 7-11am and had a large variety of choices. The hotel is in a great location in the city center, with metro, shops, and restaurants all around. Hotel even has a bus to transport you to the airport which is great!

Good if you are just going to explore the city and gonna need a place to crash and have shower. The only reason I say this is because the rooms are small. Everything else was very good.

Very pleasant rooms and a good supply of amenities. With it being in central Paris and on a main road it does get incredibly noisy, so best to keep the windows closed.
The bar downstairs and free use of a computer and printer proved perfect for printing off boarding passes for the group.

I like the Friendly and nice receptionist , the room are clean and comfortable ,pillow are soft ,hotel look very modern and they have a very good location and reasonable price . BUT the wifi are not free only for members (I am one of the member) , room are not spacious , food is just ok , they dont provide complimentry drinks , no bell boy and no gym room ,but thats not a big deal to me

I had a superior room, and it was generally good.

Internet failed once on a technical issue and i was told to "just wait". That was annoying.

The location was convenient; however, the Internet service was intermittent, rooms are small, and interesting front desk service. The breakfasts were great.
