Some of the staff members were very helpful and nice, other, not so much. I could not move out of my Smokers room. The stench was incredibly bad. Also, I'm pretty sure there are bed bugs running through the sheets. But that is this room, I can't speak for the others.

The rooms were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was better than expected. We didn't get to the reception buy I expect it would be the same. The front desk staff was very helpful with our numerous requests and special needs.

Large clean rooms. Breakfast was overcooked but okay, just normal hotel fair. Not as quiet as I normally like. Needed more insulation. Comfortable beds.

We had an overnight stay here with 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The hospitality of the staff, surprise happy hour & roomy accommodations exceeded our expectations at every level and made for a wonderful one night stay-cation. Loved it!! l highly recommend it for every type of traveler. l will have a hard time going back to regular rooms after staying at Homewood Suites. They are competitively priced and guests get sooo much more when staying with them. Indoor pool w/ hot tub, kitchenettes, healthy and bountiful complimentary breakfast PLUS surprise happy hour buffet with free wine and beer, basketball court and so much more! Great all around!

Really nice clean rooms. Beds feel like new. I know prices fluctuate so I can't speak on price. But I really liked it here.

Room was perfectly fine and clean as expected. Only issue is the comfort of the pullout sofa mattress which leaves some to be desired. The rooms include a kitchenette, with a separate bedroom and living room. This place has been our go-to hotel in the Fayetteville area for the last few years and will continue to be so.

We have stayed at this hotel every year for about 5 years now. It's always been fantastic. Wonderful amenities, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. This year is no different, except the quality of many of the amenities has gone down. There is no longer dish soap in the kitchen, there are no extra trash bags in your room for the tiny trash cans offered and the toilet paper has became sandpaper. It doesn't change that we will be back, this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, but it's not quite as nice as it once was.

Everything at the hotel was great. I prefer to stay at Homewood when I travel on business because they offer a full kitchen and the evening social.

The location was great, just off the highway. The suite was immaculate, and the service was wonderful. They served breakfast and had a supper social. The food was excellent. I'll be staying there again in the future.

Room was good. My refrigerator was a bit loud. Staff was friendly.

Visited my in-laws at this hotel. Suite was nicely sized so I could hang out with them for several hours over some beer. Staff was friendly, but grounds were a bit dirty. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Overall this property is what I expect out of a Homewood Suites. In my particular room, a leaky toilet caused it to keep refiling with a very loud high-pitched squeal. Since I didn't want to wait on maintenance in the middle of the night, I just shut off the water to the toilet while I was sleeping. They get 2 stars for either not knowing about that or neglecting to fix it.

Good place. Be careful when you book because they ha e smoking rooms. I accidentally booked one, but the took care of it for me. Room I got smelled strongly of cleaner but has since disappeared. Nightly meals is a nice touch and having a small kitchen makes it so you don't have to eat out every night while on the road.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The bed was really soft and I slept well there, which is rare. I would definitely stay here again

We had a 2 bedroom suite that was very nice. Plenty of room for 3-5 people. The room was very clean when we got there. The breakfast is lacking though. What was there was just okay. It's good if you just want something quick like cereal or bagels.

The location was great as it was right off the highway, the rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable. The shower was my favorite part as the water pressure was great and it got really hot (first floor guest, I don't know if higher up had same experience or not). Breakfast and service was fantastic. Only thing that left me kind of wanting were the pillows. They were no where near firm; however, if you're into soft and able to be flat from squishy-ness, then they were perfect in that case. Overall, great time here as a guest, I would definitely stay again.

We were exhausted after waking up early and hiking all day. The hotel was more than accommodating. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. If you are wanting to visit Fayetteville or the hiking trails in the surrounding area, this is definitely a great place to stay.

Very spacious and accomodating. The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for a small hotel.

Love this place! Well kept rooms that are actually as nice as the pictures online. The pool is heated perfectly and the gym has great equipment. The social hour has a good selection for dinner Monday through Thursday and the breakfast bar does as well. Close to reataurants, grocery, and liquor stores and freeway. Great rooms,food, and amenities. Will be staying here more often!

We came from Mardi Gras and booked online during our drive. This hotel was nicer than the luxury hotel that we had in New Orleans for half the price! Very welcoming! 5 stars all the way! Clean rooms, friendly staff. The evening social hour was exactly what I needed too!

Pull out mattress was about 1 1/2 inch thick. Breakfast was nice.

The room was extremely nice, but my boyfriend had problems staying asleep both nights because the bed was too firm and the pillows were too soft for him, although I slept very well both nights. The second night we had problems changing the temperature on the thermostat which wasn't very user friendly, but we were able to figure it out after looking up a manual online. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well, and overall I had a nice experience.

The beds were very firm/hard and the pillows were next to useless. Our hotel room was nice in and of itself, but I'm mostly just sleeping in my hotel room, so not having a comfortable bed is a big no no. Everyone was friendly though and the bathroom was amazing.

For nice place rooms are clean and big. Breakfast was great expecially the potatoes yummy also I liked that you can rent movies free and has a little store in the lobby.this place is by lots of great food and also sports bars with nice laid back bands.

The food manager John loves his job and it shows. It was my first time to stay at a Homewood Suites but it will not be my last. Staff, rooms, and amenities were excellent and price was exceptionally competitive. If six stars were an option......I would have picked that.
