Room is clean. The breakfasts are consistently sub par. The eggs and sausage are always cold even though they are kept in a warming bin. Ice cold eggs. Sausages were cold and not fresh. My son and I both got sick from the sausages 3 days we ate them. Coffee in the lobby is not replenished during the day. Waffle batter is far too heavy. Otherwise convenient location and nice staff. Would stay here again.

Really nice rooms, price was good especially considering the room size. Area was not bad, plenty of eating, Shopping near by, mostly drivable. Breakfast was not bad, would have like a few more options, but a fairly standard breakfast offering.

Huge room, decent price, pool , game room , delicious breakfast and not to forget complimentary dinner (Monday to Thursday). This place is a complete package. Next time I visit the city am not going anywhere but here.

I stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton because I had a house fire. Everyone was very helpful and kind and made things a little less stressful. It is greatly appreciated.

We went up for my son's birthday. The hotel was very clean the rooms were very clean and stocked with everything we might need to cook a whole meal. There was even balloons and a treat and a birthday card for my son when we arrived. This hotel goes above and beyond. We will definitely be back.

Amazing family hotel on harmony. Our kids loved the pool and fresh baked cookies. Our room was very spacious and felt quite comfortable for a family of five. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Fort Collins.

We enjoyed our stay here. My family and I got a suite that comfortable provided space and separate rooms for all 3 of us. We paid $411 I believe for a 3 night weekend stay. The room came furnished with a 2 top stove, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher and dining room table. We never visited the pool area but I would recommend for groups needing or wanting separate rooms!

The rooms are great, the kitchen is a plus for. The manager is very nice and the mantaince staff are very helpful. I feel like being at home. Great experience.

Had a great stay here. We booked a suite with 2 queen beds plus a sofa bed, it was perfect for my family. Property was we'll maintained, breakfast was good as well. The kids loved the pool and game room.

I must say, having complimentary apitizers with beer and wine on weekdays is great! Hotel is newer/nice, actually like it better then the downtown Hilton here in fort Collins. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Booking another week here next time I'm in town.

Would HIGHLY recommend! This is such a wonderful place to stay! It is clean, beautiful and the staff is incredible! Sue, Lindsay and Katy are the nicest people you will ever meet. On top of the great place and staff the breakdast is delicious and the area is well cleaned and often refreshed. We will be coming here for all our visits!

Checked in around midnight and was greeted with a warm welcome. Rooms are clean and having a kitchen with appliances is a huge plus. Breakfast is served every morning and they have beer on tap at select dinner events!

Room was well appointed with a kitchenette (microwave, hob, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery and full size fridge/freezer). Bed was comfortable and it was very quiet, so we slept very well. There was a pool, gym and games room but we didn’t have time to use them. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Evening snack and breakfast were ok but I would have preferred some additional vegetarian options/healthy options or to have things labelled such as the soup to enable me to know what I could eat or to avoid. All in all though we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We stayed at Homewood Suites recently for three days. It was WONDERFUL. Our daughter and her family live in Fort Collins and we travel there frequently. I've tried various other motels but never found one that really meets our needs. We will never stay anyplace else again. We sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling there.

My room was good. It was clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast was good. I didn't have many interactions with the staff so it's difficult to rate them.

When we arrived we found that while we booked and had an email confirmation that we had an accessible room the room they reserved was not accessible. The front desk quickly and efficiently upgraded us to a suite that was fully accessible. They were kind and helpful and didn't argue our need for an accessible room, which has happened at hotels before. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and good. There are evening activities to partake it. Sports room, pool and tennis/basketball court.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable and I had a huge bathroom. I plan on staying here again when I visit my daughter. Only about 15 minutes from CSU and close to shopping.

Karen the manager is amazing, as is the rest of the staff!! We had an extended stay and everyone knew us by name! Our room was always clean and ready for us at the end of the day. The manager's reception was good and beyond a light snack. Karen was often seen around the hotel in the evening. She made sure we were comfortable and even treated our dog with a Milk Bone. The pool and hot tub were always ready for use and relaxing. They even have utensils for the grills available to guests. Reception has a basketball for guests wanting to us the court. They have your needs covered. We will go back when we want a break from home and visit our home away from home!! Keep up the excellent work Homewood Suites Fort Collins Staff!!

These guys were very accommodating. We got a great price. They out us in a bigger room ( even when they were sold out) found us an extra bed (when there wasn't any left ) gave us extra towels with a smile. The food in evenings is a little on light side ( but we knew that ) - great value for money - breakfast and light dinners most nights included. Go try that some where else for s room this size at 115$ a night (need to be Hilton honours program which is free).

We were treated like a valued member of the family! We were there for a stay of ten days due to emergencies on two occasions, and enjoyed the spacious suites and varied breakfasts and suppers. The staff were very helpful to ensure there was always something available for our son with a restricted diet.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was impeccable and the pet-friendly environment was a relief in otherwise tense circumstances. Excellent!

The hotel was, clean, well-kept, and plenty of space in a regular room. The staff were kind and accomodating. The evening social had a good selection of snacks and beverages. The facility had a workout room and pool (which we did not use) as well as foosball and pool tables. The elevator was a bit slow but the stairs were easily accessible.

We have stayed at the Fort Collins Homewood Suites periodically for over two years while visiting family here. The staff, especially Chris and Bobbie at the front desk and Jill and Sue at the breakfast/afternoon reception area, are always cheerful and friendly. They make my day brighter every time I see them. Some of the rooms look like they are ready for a remodel and I hope Hilton does it soon, just to make the rooms as great as the staff.

Booked a room with a King size bed for 3 nights. So far, so good! Complimentary breakfast, comfy bed, even came with a mini kitchen with a full size fridge with freezer, electric range with pots, cooking utensils, etc, and all for decent rates. Definitely recommended for long stays.

The hotel was extremely clean and well managed. The staff was kind and always cordial and respectful. The rooms were relatively large, and the city had an abundance of restaurants. If you have time, exploring downtown Fort Collins is fun and there are many restaurants and smaller candy stores located in that area.

Nice location. The pool was great and so was the hot tub. The room we shared was spacious and even featured a pull out couch.

The hotel is easy to find and the staff is very friendly. The front clerk on our first night gave us a map and pointed out all the stairs/elevators, as well as the best spot to park and route to take to the room from there. The room is spacious, with a kitchen, dining table, living area with couch/pull out bed and chair, and a separated room with the bed(s) and bathroom. The beds are firm but comfortable. The only thing I wished was different was the all white bedding. With two toddlers, it was difficult to keep clean. We didn't use the amenities while here, but there is a hot tub/pool, a workout room, game room with pool table, foosball/air hockey, and more. Pets are allowed. As far as service, they can do your dry cleaning, washing/drying, and even your grocery shopping. Overall this is quite an amazing place, for a decent price, though they did admit that online booking places can give a better rate.

My husband and I visited Fort Collins to spend New Years with our daughter and Son-in-law. This is an A+ hotel with helpful, friendly staff. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. The size and comfort of the suites were perfect. Our daughter was able to come and visit with us comfortably and we also enjoyed an evening in the game room playing pool. I highly recommend this hotel.

Every time we go to Fort Collins (3 times this year) we don't even look at other places to stay. Rooms are spacious, housekeeping does a great job, breakfasts and light suppers are wonderful. And the staff- the check-in staff are the friendliest anywhere. You can't beat the price for all you get.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The faculties were nice and clean. The room was spacious. We especially liked the extra amenities such as the pool, hot tub, work out room, basketball court, and game room. The breakfast had many options and we'll maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. There was a misunderstanding when I originally called to book my room, and I was given something different than expected. The gentleman at the front desk was not only extremely helpful, but also was able to figure out a way to get me the type of room I wanted without raising the price! I'd give 10 stars if I could for having employees who can use their brains! That is so rare any more it seems.

Great hotel for the price. Nice rooms, fun pool, and entertaining game room. I wish the complimentary social hour was included on the weekend stays as well but that is my only complaint.

Hotel is newer and in a convenient part of town. Rooms are a comfortable size and clean. Pleasant decor and bathrooms were spotless. Prompt response from maintenance to change a light bulb. Beautiful pool, hot tub, tennis courts and exercise room. The hot breakfast is a plus and dining area comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. Above average overallI and I will stay here again!

Great location, nice rooms. However, the staff at the front desk and the manager should be able to tell me if there is down in the bedding for allergy issues.

Front staff and breakfast crew were very nice and courteous. We were shorted almost everyday on supplies (towels, coffee, toilet paper, etc) with our 5 guests in the suite. It took until the 7th day of our 10 day stay before they started to get it right. Our suite had a bedroom, kitchen and living area which was dated but nice enough. The maid service was spotty at best. We had to ask them to clean and vacuum a few times because they just skipped very obvious things. The game room and pool are nice, but with the pool being enclosed, the chlorine smell can be overwhelming. Ft. Collins is beautiful and the area is very safe feeling. If you can't find a restaurant or store in this area you are crazy. I've never seen more food places in one area in my life. Overall, an average to below average stay based solely on the cleaning crew. Since comfort and hospitality are the main focus when staying in a hotel, I would at least consider another hotel with suites before finalizing my booking when I return next summer.

A terrible situation (not directly the hotel's fault, but rather the occupant of the room above us) led us to complain to the hotel's management. The response was overwhelmingly professional, prompt, and sincere--a heartfelt apology was just the start.

By the time things were resolved, the management at this hotel had earned our loyalty, admiration, and respect. From now on, whenever we're in Fort Collins, this is where we'll stay.
