Amazing hotel, one of the best I have stayed at, fast internet, bed was so incredibly soft. Breakfast was really good, quality eggs, crisp bacon and good hashbrowns. Would highly recommend.

This is a very nice place. It appears to have been recently refurbished. The sitting room with a fireplace is completely seperated from the bedroom. It's clean, well maintained, and welcoming. The people at check in were very friendly, and took the time to explain some of the town and it's offerings.

Super clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, and best cookies at 8 pm.

Excellent location, just waking distance to the down town. Nice and helpful stuff. The suites little bit small but sufficient for up to 2 adults and 2 kids.
I will for sure stay again.

My stay was comfortable and the room was small but spacious. Upon entering, there was the kitchenette and living room. Both of which seemed well maintained besides a smudge on the fireplace. The bedroom was nice, with a comfortable bed and nightstands with outlets on either side. There were a few loose hairs upon arrival. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with neutrogena products. The only bathroom negative was that our towels were hanging which means, according to the card in the bathroom, that they won't be changed out. This was not the case as every towel was taken and they were not replaced. One thing to note, we went for a late season ski weekend (a week before Jackson Hole closed) and they (Homewood) were not running the shuttle to the mountain. In fact, they had stopped the shuttle service a week prior. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again even though they could benefit from upping their cleaning a little bit.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. In some places it seemed like it wasn't cleaned fully. We had our towels hung up, but housekeeping took our towels and did not replace them with new ones. The breakfast and light dinner was nice- there were also cookies in the evening. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to many places in the town.

On heavy truck route get room toward the back. Rm 329 was good. Pretty good breakfast and small plates in evening. Manager was very accommodating.

Right in the middle of Jackson. The reception area & breakfast area has been remodeled. Although quite small very nice. The hotel must be older. The hallways smell old but the rooms are very up to date & clean. They allow dogs in this hotel. Don't expect to check in early. And they do not offer up grades for Gold members.

This is review is long over due. I have been here twice within two months. I was able to get a room that I had previously which was a comfortable feel. This hotel is dog friendly which surprised me, but at least I know where I can stay the next time I come back. The pool was down at the time of my 2nd visit, but the hotel offered reasonable accommodations if I would have had my heart set on swimming. I settled for soaking in the large tub in my room. I was able to do my laundry on site which kept me geared up for my next assignment. The meals were great during both of my stays. The chocolate chip cookies and milk at night made for the perfect finish of the day. I want to thank all the staff for the great service I received. I stayed in October and November of 2017.

Loved my stay here. No shuttle to airport.. Figure bucks to park, I got a room without a view and construction started at 0500 each morning. Nice room, nice people, no free breakfast, not even a piece of bread without paying $18 a person.

This place is great! The staff is super friendly and worked with us when we needed anything! Great breakfasts and hot coffee always available! They also have WARM COOKIES every night in the lobby. Indoor pool, exercise room, free laundry - this place has everything you need!

Very comfortable hotel. The staff was exceptional. In a quiet corner of town but close enough to walk to the restaurants and shopping.

Room very comfortable for two people. I would like more towel hangers in the bathroom. Breakfast had a nice selection of cereal and eggs. Light dinner fare in the evening was also very good. Salad and a hot entry. Staff was attentive. Any concern, however small was immediately addressed.

It's a cozy little hotel. It's clean, the staff is very nice, and there are a few amenities to add to the experience, like an indoor pool, a hot tub, complimentary breakfast, dinner on weekdays, and cookies and milk in the evenings. It's also conveniently located to get around all of Jackson.

I'm local working for a raft company. Picked up guests for our raft trip. It is centrally located with a very attentive staff. Our clients we're really enjoying their stay there.

It's a Homewood Suites in a fancy ski area so somewhat overpriced relative to similar Hilton properties in "regular" cities. That said, generally clean and the bed was comfortable.

Super friendly and attentive staff--can't say enough about how helpful they were (helped sort my reservation using points). Room was superb--clean, fresh and inviting. Nice accommodation for an extended stay, with fridge, mini dishwasher, and a couple plate burners. Great location, was quiet but easily walkable into the main part of Jackson. Hot cookies served in the evening!

Loved the in-room fireplace! The kitchenette was convienent to have, and the staff was very friendly. Cute town!

Very nice suite including full kitchen with everything you would need to serve a nice meal. Newly remodeled room, very clean. We were very comfortable. The hotel is undergoing renovations in their lobby area, but out stay was not affected. Nice touch with the Easter bag filled with treats on our door from the staff. Great stay, would return to this hotel.

Room very nice. Recently remodeled rooms. They were working on remodeling lobby so the location was a little out of sorts. The elevator and hallway had a strange odor. But again - the room was nice & clean.

Overall a nice hotel. Didn't realize so pet friendly (we did not have pet). Very friendly and helpful staff. Always asking what can they do. Only issue was a strange odor especially in hallways. Also would have been nice to be aware of so many dogs.

The staff is very professional and pleasant to speak to. The cancellation policy is however a little hefty. Very difficult to get a cancellation exception. There is no leniency for travel industry bookings (i.e. flight crews).

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Good location is walking distance to many good restaurants. Desk service was friendly and breakfast and evening snacks were good. There is limited free covered parking available which was great with all the snow during my visit. Only negative was that being on the top floor, my room was always too warm for my taste even with the heat completely off. AC not available in winter. Not a big deal though...I just slept with the windows cracked open.

Hotel was placed right in the heart of the city, could walk anywhere from restaurants/bars to the ski mountain itself. Didn't get a cab the entire weekend. Hotel staff was probably the most polite I have ever met as well, great hotel for Jackson!

Staying here for my wife and my 25th year anniversary. Only night two of five, but have had nothing but good things to say about the hotel and staff. It's so close to downtown, we walk and explore the town in the evening and explore the parks during the day. Will definitely stay here again!

Homewood Suites had a great feel to it. The staff was especially accommodating and very friendly. My favorite part was milk and cookies served each night. The only reason my review is 4 stars instead of 5 is that I was here for a wedding and the bride's itinerary did not get to the room on time. Also my shower was warm but never got hot.

The guy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful! He recommended some places to eat and shop based on what we told him we were interested in. Just stopped here for the night to be closer to the airport so it was a quick stay. Enjoyed the room as well--very clean and dpacious.

Great location to downtown, but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Needs renovation. Gym is non-existent. Breakfast mediocre

Broke washing machine was the worst of it. Everything else was great. Daughter loves the chocolate chip cookies, I loved the two beers waiting for me in the fridge.

This is a really nice suites hotel in the middle of downtown Jackson. It is close to all the shops, paths for running or biking. Once you park your car it was easy to walk around town. If you need to go further, there is a bus system.

The hotel itself is really nice. Traveling with kids, it was nice there were two distinct rooms so the kids could go to bed and I could stay up for a little while longer and not disturb them. The two TVs were nice too. The gas fireplace was a big hit with the kids.

The amenities were nice and the pool/hot tube were fun. The morning breakfast was more than enough. The time allowed for it was also generous. The staff was helpful and pleasant, something you don't always get.

This was definitely a good hotel.
