Very clean, reasonably priced, very large rooms. During the week they offer complimentary dinner featuring something different every night (flatbread pizza, full salad bar, soup, fruit cheese and crackers) and bonus complimentary wine and beer!!! I think from 5-7. They also have complimentary breakfast every morning. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Great hotel with Good amenities. The only problem I had was the have that the utensils and cutlery were not really in the best shape. Also there is lack of food restaurants around for vegetarians.

The rooms were fairly priced, the staff were very kind and delightful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable but the few that I had was not so great due to the electrical pole right in front of the window. The carpets were cleaned the hallways were nice the bathroom was very spacious along and welcoming. I would definitely go back and I definitely would recommend anyone to stay a night or more at this hotel. Didn't get a chance to look at restaurants nearby for delivery but I'm sure they would have had some nice recommendations. There's a Chili's nearby along with a Walmart and there was several other restaurants and stores, the only thing I don't like about it is the highway being so necessary and your travels throughout that area but other than that it's a definite 5 out of 5 for me.

Great and excellent staff. Very kind and provide good service. Rooms are ok. Bathrooms need a little upgrade. And pool needs a little more attention. But teally enjoyed our stay and had a good time. Free hot breakfast is excellent and the fitness room is more than good

Great location! Close to Sea World, 20 mins to the Alamo, Target around the corner, lots of restaurants near by. The breakfast is okay, good coffee, has a laundry room which is nice, and its a pet friendly place. Only downfall was one day they didn't service our room at all and one of the ladies at breakfast wasn't too friendly, it was a Monday. Overall nice stay.

The staff was amazing, very friendly, the room was very clean. The social hour was great.We really enjoyed our time there. I would stay there again and recommend to all my friends.

The hotel is nice. Everyone is friendly but I didnt like that the room had the smoke aroma in the air. The restroom is big and great for people who are in need of wheelchair services but the fact that water gets everywhere and risks of slipping needs to be revamped. Otherwise the place is good. Also breakfast is the standard affair.

The reason for the 3 stars: we arrived and checked in at 9pm our room that we confirmed online that morning was still "being cleaned" at 9pm. It had no towels, there was the last guest dirty clothes on the floor, nothing had been wiped clean. I'm not convinced the sheets were cleaned either.
Why give guest the choice of picking the floor or room they want if it will not be ready or up to a clean standard?

The staff was great. Especially housekeeper Vida. They have complimentary breakfast every morning and complimentary dinner M-Thu. The kids had a lot of fun. Close to shopping center, and about 7 min drive to Sea World.

Good location and friendly staff. That said there were a few things about our stay that made this a 2 instead of a 5. First off house keeping doesn’t restock towels and daily essentials regularly and see photo for how they make beds. Also there is a basketball court on the premise which is nice except when it’s 12am and you’re trying to get some sleep but can’t cuz some Steph Curry wannabe is dribbling incessantly outside your window.

Pool was great! Bed was firm and asked for extra pillows. Staff was friendly. Strip center nearby has great food selection, especially Tiagos.

Room was nice, pool is outside, gym is roomy, guest laundry room is on the first floor by the gym. Business center is by the front desk. Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly cheerful helpful and all around great.

Received our key cards for the room I selected via the Hilton Honors app. The front desk clerk is friendly. The room is clean. Even has a sofa bed. Never used the kitchenette. King bed is comfortable. The shower sliding door is broken. Didn't notify the hotel as we only stayed one night.
Breakfast was okay. They have Oatmeal, baked potato fingers, bagels, coffee, juices, fruits, yogurt, scrambled eggs, and self serve waffles. The breakfast is complimentary

Stayed here during our son's BMT graduation week. Very nice all around, room, breakfast, staff. Would stay here again. It's less than 15 minutes from the security gates at Lackland AFB.

Centralized location in the west side of San Antonio. Customer Service is what make this hotel stand out above all others around it. Restrooms are always clean and conveniently located. The food service in the lobby is great with always staff to help if you need anything or have any questions.

We stayed the night in San Antonio recently for a trip to Sea World. Homewood Suites was a very short drive within five miles of Sea World. The room was a perfect size for our entire family to sleep comfortably. I loved having the seperate bedroom from the livingroom and kitchen. The kids were able to hang out watching tv in one room while the adults were in the other room. The breakfast was a nice hot meal the next morning. They had eggs, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, fruit, cereal, etc. Another thing that I love about Homewood Suites is that they have children's books and board games available to checkout. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staff was great. Bathtub had not been deep cleaned. There was hair in and on the sides of the tub. We had to rinse it out before we used it. Carpet was frayed in places. Our kitchen outlets had been plugged up with what looked like caulk. Our coffee pot was too short for the coffee maker so I had to hold it up to allow the coffee to come out. I guess no one had figured this out for a long time before us, because the coffee items, like powder creamer, were so old they had become rock hard. Again, the staff were wonderful. The rooms just might need a little TLC on the details.

To be honest I'm not super picky when it comes to hotels as long as they do what they need to do. Overall the hotel was very clean with some dings and Nick's on the walls in the hallway and the carpet that was connected to the tile and the kitchen area was frayed. Good customer service so far decent breakfast

Great place to have a little longer stay. Decent little kitchen. Decent space in the room. Only reason for 4 stars is the pool was not always the cleanest and there was hardly ever towels out there as advertised.

The place is very centrally located for those who need access to Lackland AFB and Sea World. It's clean, hospitable staff, and complimentary breakfast and dinner is pretty good. Also close to a major shopping center (right across the parking lot) with plenty of places to eat.

I love staying here when I'm working in town. I love that I can grill and have a full kitchen to work with. The rooms are great and and the staff is super friendly.

Stayed here for 10+ days. Breakfast was fine but I've had better at other Homewood Suites properties. The laundry room had one working dryer with two working washing machines for most of my stay which caused a backlog with other guests on completing laundry. Toward the end of my stay the other dryer failed which left no on-site options for laundry unless I wanted to hang all my clothes which is frustrating from a hotel brand geared toward extended stays.

Needs some TLC. The pool has a dangerous top step, the pool lounge chairs are ripped, the pillows are past their life span. Wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable beds. There is an echo from the bathroom of one room to the bathroom of another room, and you can hear the next door guests. This won't disturb your sleep, because there's plenty of insulation between the bedrooms.

When booking online it seems like one of the more upscale hotels, but when you arrive its really just a regular hotel. Definitely does not match the price. We probably would have had a better stay at La Quinta or something. The breakfast is horrible, carpet feels nasty, AC kept going out, no sound proof on the rooms. Just a regular hotel. This was our 10 month olds firsr trip, so we wanted to stay somewhere really nice, and it was just ok... When we booked online, it said we could order a crib for the baby. They brought an old pack-n-play. We didnt evem use it.

This hotel is lovely. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast is full of choices and the rooms are great. Especially if you have a larger family. The price is a bit more than I would normally pay, but it is worth every dollar.

Quite comfortable, and very nice folks working here. Had short fun conversations with them everyday (just general stuff, no complaints at all).

The rooms are along the lines of a small 1 bedroom apartment, configured for what looks like a small family to have an extended stay. Large ground floor where complementary breakfast is served in the typical self serve buffet of eggs, some sort of potato and a type of sausage along with a waffle bar, carb case of bangles, alojg with fruit and finally a cereal station.

Wonderful staff great rooms and pricing. Great breakfast buffet conference room is great for events I had my baby shower there staff was very helpful always checking in to see if anything was needed. I would most definitely recommend very close to shopping centers and hwy.

Beautiful hotel. Huge rooms, very relaxing.2 TVS and rooms. Little road construction in the area make sure to exit one exit sooner then GPS calls for. Breakfast was packed at 930am +, so make sure u go early. Parking is convenient and easy!

Another great night at a Hilton property. Everything was exactly as expected. Checked in via the phone app and selected room I wanted in it also. Breakfast was also great. My wife and kids approve of this location.

Everything has met or exceeded expectations. The room is very nice, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is great. The breakfast is just fine, and the dinners during the week are surprisingly great. This is my 7th or 8th week of travel this year, and I'll say this has been the best by far. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to call home for anywhere from a night to a month or more.

Location is convenient. Very near to many different foods and entertainment options. Rooms were clean and well appointed.

The hotel was nice had feet good in the mornings and night, but if you called down to get towles for the next day or you need them that night they wouldn't being them up. You would have to call 3-4 times to get towels.

Amazing stay. Had literally everything you can think of. They did a very good job of providing the necessities. Great service and great employees also. Possibly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

Great hotel and very friendly staff! Pool, rooms and breakfast areas are very clean. The outdoor grills are a very nice bonus. We were in from out of town for our son's Air Force BMT graduation and would stay there again.

We had planned a quick weekend get away with the kids to Sea World. There was a problem with my reservation, they called me before check in to accommodate my family. They offered me a free suite for my daughters for the inconvenience. Everyone was really nice and everything was clean. It is conveniently close to Sea World and everything else, plenty of major stores like target, Wal-mart within 5 minutes. It is also conveniently close to plenty family restaurants. Over all great staff, great prices, great stay.
