The free breakfast is very good. The rooms are quite clean, and it is conveniently located right next to a Fridays.

We stayed here for about two weeks while waiting to close on our new house. I can say a lot of good things about this hotel, but by far the best thing about it is the restaurant staff! They are such a warm group of women who truly know the importance of hospitality! We received such personal attention that we felt like family. We would definitely recommend staying here!

A little old. The building is a little old, but some.of the things are renovated inside. I usually go to Homewood Suites or Residence Inn and this particular one did not have a lot of the things that are usually included.
However, the rooms are very large and have big TVs and various other good things. Their "dinner time" is also nice as, it really isn't dinner, but it has a variety of fruits and vegetables which is pleasant.

Hotel is good, they often have receptions with food and drinks for their guests. My only gripe is their fitness center, which has machines that won't work, such as cycling machines that don't turn on, or treadmills where you can only increase speed but not reduce speed.

I stayed with my family and we had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite, as well as a 1 bedroom suite.The hotel itself is gorgeous, very clean, quiet, and definitely makes you feel at home. They have an indoor swimming pool which is a plus for people with children or someone just looking to relax. They serve a full breakfast that is pretty tasty I might add and a delicious dinner 3 times per week. The 2 bedroom suite I stayed in had a full kitchen with a stove complete with dishes, pots, and cooking utensils, dish washer, and full size refrigerator. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower in it for convenience. There's a king size bed in 1 of the rooms and 2 doubles (I think) in the other, as well as a living room area with a pull out sofa. Rooms are very clean and staff was nice.

Blankets were lovely. Our suite was expansive. Amenities including refrigerator stove and of course coffe pot. King size mattress incredibly comfortable,did the i mention the lovely blankets and fluffy pillows. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of delctibls. Enjoyed coffee and the morning paper. Will be coming back next time im in Newark DE for sure!

I love this place. It's a family type hotel. It may not be a 5 star but it gets 5 stars from me any day. The staff is great, facility is clean, warm cookies that welcome you upon arrival, and a hot breakfast in the morning is priceless.

Everything was cool, to get 5 stars? Maybe a better bed which won't happen respectfully due to cost and have the eggs.... more real? But like I said outsode of those two things, stay here it was cool.

Room spacious and clean, nice pool and breakfast. Horrible experience with the EV charger on site. It is set up to gouge people, keeps billing customers even though power has turned off. Unethical, and a BIG turn-off. We won't be back.

There is a lot to like about this hotel. The location is not bad from 95, the staff is friendly and the amenities feel to be on par with a typical Homewood. The lobby is quite cold, which is unexpected for a Homewood. The layout feels a little awkward as you need to go down a ramp to get to the first floor rooms. The room we had was a One Bedroom suite with 2 queens. We fit 3 adults and two kids in there comfortably - we all had space to ourselves.

This hotel was nothing short of perfect, and this has been my 3rd year here. The staff is very friendly, and all your expected amenities are available. Many places to eat and refuel around the area, would definitely recommend.

My company put me up in this hotel for a night, however, the room I stayed in could have very comfortably housed me for weeks if not months. It had a full kitchen with stove, sink, fridge and microwave. There was a little living room, and two queen size beds. It was beautiful!

It would be a nice hotel, but there were multiple issues. For example, we got locked out of our room 4 times because the key card disables when its around phones. Also, it must have been around 8:30 when teenagers came running out of the pool and into the fitness room screaming an ear piercing scream. I remember one of the girls yelling "...... my f***ing braid!" And no worker was around to see or do anything about it. There is also never a life guard on duty so if your child goes in and drowns when you're not watching, that's the end.

Comfortable way to travel with 2 family's (especially with kids). Kitchenette, living room, separate bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, the shower hot, the bed comfy. There was really no complaints. And the location was perfect.

The suite is spacious and quiet. The decor is a little bit dated and the appliances in the kitchen we're pretty old. However the beds were very comfortable and offered plenty of pillows. They allow pets with an additional fee.

The suite I was in was very comfortable. Good layout, comfortable beds. The couch's arms were a bit hard and uncusioned. Kitchen area was nice. Breakfast in the morning was good. Overall, would recommend.

We stayed here for a wedding. The room and service were great, right up until this morning when I went to shower, and found the shower dirty. The floor of the shower had dirty water marks all over it, like someone had rinsed off their shoes in it.

I mentioned it to the front desk, and they said they would let house keeping know, not that it helps me since I was checking out. So, nice room, bad customer service!

The parking here is terrible. I had to park across the entrance and there are no ramps whatsoever direct from the lot to the entrance. Why can they just make it easy? Rooms seem ok but hate the fact they have carpet in the bathrooms sink area. Plus the work out room isn't very privet. Its like being in a zoo for the guests to watch you do push-ups.

Nice rooms, basically a comfortable little studio apartment. Kitchen has a half driven small but proper fridge, decent assortment of tools and dishes. TV can be swiveled for bed, couch, or desk viewing. Wifi is pretty reliable for a hotel.
Only complaint is no tub, just a shower.

This place is my new favorite spot to stay when I'm in the area. The place is very comfortable and they allow pets which is even better. Everything about this hotel is awesome! Prices, staff, service, and the food they serve is very good. It took me for suprise when I saw the room had a full kitchen with the dishwasher. My kids fell in love with this hotel room too.

Hard to beat their service. I booked a King suite and I got upgraded for free to a 2-bedroom suite, which had one BR with two queens and one with a king bed. Each BR had its own TV and bathroom. And there was a living room with a sofa bed and another TV. This would be a great place to stay for a large family or friends traveling together. The kitchen came equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and cups/plates/bowls/utensils for 4 people. The free breakfast was great (including the freshly-baked blueberry muffin), and the staff was very friendly.

This is a wonderful place and I recommend it to everyone
