I would stay here again, just because from talking to the manager, you can tell she cares deeply about customer service.

I enjoy the layout of the hotel and proximity to work. just around the corner there is a nice pub, great bagels and good Japanese with a few places I did not try. The hotel's elevator is a bit oddly located, but there are nice amenities, with a kitchen, living room, nice bed and an ok bathroom. The AC is on small wall unit that does not circulate well, but still made my room more than comfortable. The pool is a bit small and could use minor maintenance, but they have a basketball court and grills that are very nice. Breakfast is okish, and normal for what to expect from a Hilton buffet. Overall, great for the low price, but no where near the nicest place if money is not an issue.

I loved it here, great service nice people at the front desk the bed was very comfy but the pool had too much chlorine in it and I couldn’t swim, other than that great stay.

It was a pleasant stay. I stayed overnight and had a lovely time. Everything went swimmingly and the breakfast the next day was exceptional...for hotel food I mean!

Very comfortably appointed hotel, convenient to massive office parks nearby. A nice Asian restaurants in strip mall right up Pierce Street from this hotel. Pool and whirlpool are a nice treat. Friendly staff.

Have stayed here multiple time over the years and they are always better with each stay. The room was spacious and having a place to stay with 2 room (2 bedrooms separate from the main living kitchen area) makes traveling with 4 kids a dream. The kitchen is great too because it allows us to make our own food without having to waste money on restaurants.

Great staff and very homey. My favorite place to stay when I travel. The good is nice as well. It's perfectly located to multiple great places to eat. I've never had their morning breakfast but my wife loves it.

Homewood is the place to stay when your away from home. It feel like home. There breakfast is always fresh. Costumer service very polite and they always greet you no matter how many times they see you. There social hours is the best everyone that stays at Homewood get to meet each other. And we're not strangers anymore.

Excellent hotel. I am staying here for the 2nd time and love it. Staff friendly, rooms are great, and breakfast is filling. The happy hour food is ok. They also provide alcohol for those that drink

My situation was something unique and I would rate 6 out of 5 stars.
I booked home wood suites located in North Carolina (my fault because I was going to NJ lol) and when I arrived NJ home wood somerset suites for check in, not only they helped me cancel NC home wood suites without any cancellation charges but also gave me same low rate which I dealt with NC home wood suites. Assistant manager, Sun ar, she was very helpful in this situation. I stayed here in King bedroom for a week, and I loved it!
You will find almost all the home needs here, laundry detergent? dish soap? counter medicine? they got it. They even offer to do groceries for you!! In my view this type of services and management would beat all the luxuries hotels out there!

We stopped here overnight on a long trip. Hotel staff were very friendly. 2 bedroom suite was very large. Bedroom and bathroom doors did not lock in the suite. Was glad i only had grown children with me so no one barged in. Some mold I'm bathroom makes me think they just wrote everything down and don't actually scrub everywhere. Breakfast had variety, but waffles appeared to be wheat possibly. Was a little disappointed overall but still love the chain.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is exceptional - very attentive and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The complementary breakfast was delicious and abundant. We were there for a family wedding and the staff was very accommodating to our needs, even allowing an after party in the lobby until 5:30 am! Highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here a lot. The hot tub was under maintenance this time, but the pool was still great! My room didn't get cleaned one night I was there until the cleaning crew showed up around 6:30, but other than that, I have no complaints at all! The area is covered in places to go out and eat, from fast food to nice restaurants. As far as things to do, if playing at a park is your thing, there is PLENTY of that nearby.

The staff have been extremely good. We had a warm welcome with a board containing our name and a welcome basket gift. The cleaning team come daily and perform a nice job. The morning breakfast is ok but the social event in the evenings are too good. We are enjoying our stay at the hotel.

Stayed there for 2 weeks with family. Very comfortable stay. Breakfast and evening socials food was great. Staff is really friendly.

Wonderful service and rooms very comfortable. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Only complaints would be the keys not working and having to change them. The pool was cloudy to the point that the bottom could not be seen and the chemical smell was strong. I still would recommend this hotel/ suite. The breakfast was good.

The hotel staff are all so nice! We enjoyed the pool/hot tub, free breakfast and free dinner/social hour Mon - Thur. The room was spacious and having maid service daily was wonderful!

Nice hotel, I guess I expected a little more since they said it was recently refurbished. Checked in around 7 tonight, coffee was like mud in the lobby. Room was ok, amenities are nice. Just went to make decaf coffee with food we got and the last filter someone used was still there GROSS! Plus silverware was dirty. Quiet room. Nice staff.

Good location for us. Nice suites. Beds don't seem like a normal queen, but can fit two People. Bathroom didn't have a fan. Did have a full kitchen and couch in the room. Very comfortable and good of a weekend stay.

I stayed here on Jan 28 2017, the room was nice and clean. I loved that there was a stove top for me to cook as well as pot, pans, dishes and utensils. but this is not the place to stay if you plan on having a few people in your room, the Front desk supervisor named Fletcher came to our room and threatened to call the police because we were loud. I won't be staying here anymore! You have to be quiet after 9pm.

Big room, has all the amenities. The staff is great. They serve breakfast everyday and light dinner during the week. There is a pool on site and a basketball court. Only complaint was the side doors didn't always unlock with the key, which required me to walk all the way around to the front.

Fast, easy check-in. Very pleasant staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers. Pool is not huge but clean & nice for a quick swim. Complimentary breakfast included eggs, sausage, home fries, toast, bagels, pastries. They also have a few cold cereals, a few juices, coffee & tea. Food area was well kept by staff.

I stayed here for two weeks while I was training for a promotion. They are extremely helpful and all the workers are pleasant and polite. The suites are clean and I appreciate the space the room provided! The complimentary breakfast is awesome and the hotel provides access to an office, pool and gym. I would definitely come back.

On vacation from Orlando, we really enjoyed our stay at Homewood suites. The manager on duty was Mr Fletcher and he was outgoing, friendly and professional he really made us feel welcomed. Rooms were spacious and very clean, indoor pool was nice and breakfast was okay. The main elevator was out of service and the hallways were hot , but other than that it was a nice hotel and I would recommend.

When I checked in, the room type (1 Queen bed) of my reservation was unavailable. This hotel changed my room type to 2 Queen bed type and charged me by more expensive rate. I send an e-mail to ask customer service. Their response:

I absolutely enjoyed my Stay here! They were very accommodating to me and my 40 quest. I would recommend this place to everyone. Only draw back, the pool stopped midway through our visit

Went to Somerset NJ for a wedding and stayed at the Homewood Suites and it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very nice and the place was clean and spacious. Parking was available all day long, free breakfast was delicious, and the kids enjoyed in the pool, the water temperature was perfect. Perfect for a small getaway with 3 little ones. The location is also very convenient to stores and the highway perfect for me and my family.

Great experience. Hotel staff is friendly, and they are glad to help me for any issue. The room is clean. I love this hotel. If I visit NJ next time, I must choose this hotel.

I stayed here several a few times a month. I really like the property and that it's centrally located. The room are comfortable, like home away from home.

I was here for a total of 2 weeks on a long business trip. The entire front desk staff made my stay very pleasurable. They were very helpful and accommodated any special requests and needs. Some of the staff members even went out of the way and were very approachable and friendly. One of the best stays, and I pretty much live out of hotels with the job I do so that has to tell you something.

Great rooms. My husband is handicapped and the rooms are perfect for him. The employees from the GM to the housekeeper are all terrific and are more than helpful. Had a few glitches and they went out of their way to help us. I would recommend this Homewood Suites. When in NJ we are running from morning to night and love coming back to our room. Very relaxing. Next time will bring my bathing suit, the pool is very inviting.
