Decent hotel for the price. My only issues were with the side door that was such a pain to get open to go outside. It definitely inflamed my carpal tunnel evey time I had to use that door. The shower head was my only other dislike. Normally most hotels have awful water pressure but that was NOT a concern for this hotel. Quite the contrary, actually. I think if they used a shower head that toned down some of the water pressure, it would've been wonderful. Again, a shower head is a small detail to change, but it makes a difference between a shower that's painful by how strong the water pressure is vs. a relaxing one that still feels like it gets you clean, while still maintaining a feel-good vibe that goes hand-in-hand worn vacation.

Great customer service. There was bud light on tap and the food was excellent. I however did nit enjoy the bud light on tap on account of my young age. Thank you

Awesome stay! All staff members were helpful and friendly, the accommodations were spotless and we'll stocked and the food was light but very satisfying. Our sole complaint was our own fault, not recognizing the down pillows until the morning... The gentleman who checked us out apologized for the inconveniences anyway, and explained how we can put the preferences online so they always show when we book with them. We will be booking with them again!

The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is awesome with plenty of places to eat and metro Center mall is also there it has a theatre in it as well. It's got everything you need as far as things to do. The pool is small but no biggy, the gym is great, loved it. Breakfast was really nice, the lady who served it was friendly and fast. No complaints. The staff was nice, fresh soap and towels every morning. The only thing I didn't like was the front desk people they weren't very friendly hardly knew they existed. Regardless,I had a great time here.

Beat and budget friendly. Have lavish breakfast buffet. They also provide you eve snacks ( social) . budget friendly and rooms are big. Though needs a little modren touch to the rooms. Overall its a good hotel for both long and short duration

The staff was friendly, the room layout was perfect, enjoyed all the resources in the room. However the room itself had several quality problems. The toilet paper dispenser was hanging off the wall, the ceiling fans were not secured properly, basically a few corners were cut during this hotels remodel. Not a deal breaker, and I still enjoyed my time there. Breakfast was enjoyable every morning.

Older Homewood suites. Very clean, a bit run down. Food options were not as good as some of the other Homewood suites I've frequented. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Suites were nice. Workout room consisted of two treadmills, and elliptical, and some free weights. The breakfast was fairly standard

They run out of there coffee and tea in the lobby and there elevators are slow and 1 was on the Fritz when we got here. Breakfast is good and they have a supper/snack time at night. The beds are decent nothing to write home about however the pull out couch beds are the worst thing ever. We purchased inflatable beds to use instead of the couch.

This hotel is so nice! There is a lot to do. It has two pools, a huge water slide, tennis courts, basketball hoop, and the landscaping is all very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and found the staff all very kind and accommodating. The room was nice, and the balcony is huge. We were very happy with our stay.

Driving through Phoenix and needed a place to stay overnight. Everywhere else was all booked up. Staff wws helpful and friendly. Room was excellent! Very happy with the experience.

Great staff, complimentary breakfast and evening social. Plenty of parking space, and right off the I17. Suites are spacious. Couldn't ask for a better affordable hotel.

Place is fairly comfortable and clean and the hot breakfast was decent and most of the staff was nice. However, if you get a room near the freeway, as we did, it can be a bit noisy. Also, we had a few problems (an alarm clock that appeared off/ unplugged but still woke us up in the middle of the night, phone in the room that didn't work, etc.). The maintenance man agreed that we should get one night free, but the manager did not. I was annoyed with the fact that the only compensation he offered us for all of our troubles was a couple small bottles of juice. Patrons should not get woken up in the middle of the night for no good reason, so I was unhappy about that.

The hotel seemed pretty nice, although I only went into the lobby. It's decorated well, and they seemed to have a good selection of food at their commentary meals. The only downside is that it's not in a very nice area, but I can't really fault them for that.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The receptionist, whose name was Ashley, showed us a room that we asked to look at. She was very friendly and did not rush us at all. Stay at Home wood Suites, it is a very good hotel.

Not bad, but it's older (but renovated) and smaller for a Homewood (basically half the size of a normal one). Nothing special and since it was a bit out of my way, I probably won't venture back to it (rather choose another Hilton chain closer to my needs). The bathtub was wobbly and drained poorly, but otherwise the room was just fine.

Incredibly satisfying! Save few bucks for equal standard as Hampton Inn. Thank you so much peeps!

Nice Hilton. Good Location. Dinner and Breakfast not as robust at this location as it is at other Homewood Suites, yet the price remains as high as other locations. Very clean, nicely appointed rooms. Very comfortable.

Great hotel. Comfy room. Nice for an extended stay. Only downside no syrup for the waffles with breakfast.

Rooms were clean, breakfast buffet was good. Eggs, fruits , coffee, all good! Right off the freeway so it was easy to go around town. They provide happy hour evening snacks with wine and beer every week monday to thursday .we stayed in suit for 2 weeks with 2 yr old kid. pool is very clean and not crowded. House keeping did a good job . I would recommend to family with kids to stay .

Hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was nice. Smoke detector needed to be changed but overall stay was awesome.

Easy to access and convenient location. Looks recently remodeled and everything is very clean. The view from room 418 is a giant Hooter's billboard -- this can be both a positive and negative.

We stayed on the second floor. The room smelled of cigarette and was really warm. I turned on the a.c. come to find out it was not going to get too cold being it didn't go below 65. They are remodeling the first floor and the whole stay was noisy.

Big suites. Hot bfast. Social hour w food. Excellent showers. Very comfortable.

Room was not properly prepared: all lamps unplugged, only one phone (other was broken, in drawer) was in room, and that wasn't properly plugged in, either. Had personal items removed from my bathroom (toothpaste & loofah.) Fan above bed was caked with dust - and maid service turned that & all the lights on & left them on. Dust everywhere! I can go on...but NOT what you'd expect from a Hilton property. No apologies, either, though they offered me the opportunity to come down 4 floors from the opposite side of the hotel to get some toothpaste packets - further confirming commitment to customer service.

New interiors, but room still smells like cigarettes. The floor I was on used to be a smoking floor. Food was good and the staff is excellent.

Thank you to kayla James....this young lady worked a double shift and you would have not known it. Here kindness and attention to her job made our entire stay so NICE. .Hope this company realizes the value of this young lady as their employer. She is the reason we will return soon. The complimary breakfast is great with tons of choices. The bed is comfortable and the room is fairly large with a decent sized kitchen

Breakfast was always wonderful, most of the staff was kind, especially housekeeping. Their older female manager, I can't remember her name, was always rude & seemed to be bothered by every guest. The evenings were certainly a little more relaxed with their social hour and finger foods. I'll definitely stay here again, hopefully won't have to argued with the older female manager again but other than that, was an awesome experience.

Good place to stay with the family and easily accessible form Interstate Highway. Suites are big enough, clean and the Staff are courteous and very helpful.

The staff was very friendly. I managed to get an upgraded room. The rooms are dated but very spacious. Great spot for family with kids with the separate rooms.

Pretty decent. The breakfast is reminiscent of other similar Hilton properties, but it's decent with eggs, bacon, sausages, waffles, fruit, rolls, etc. The social evening food and beverages are only on weeknights, excluding Friday. There's a couple restaurants within walking distance. There's a movie theater nearby. The suite has a serviceable but small couch, and don't flip the cushions to hide that stain you made; someone else already did it. The suite itself is decently sized, and it's nice to have a separate bedroom from the living room and kitchen. You wouldn't make a gourmet meal here, but there's enough pots and pans and utensils to not need to rely on eating out for every meal if you don't want to.

The rooms were real nice, there is a nice kitchen with a full size fridge, dishwasher stove etc. A nice living room area and then the bedroom with a full size closet and comfy bed. The staff was curtious and trendy. I would stay there again.

Was a birthday party in ballroom for my niece and nephew 15 and 17. They spent the night as well . We were very happy over alll

Excellent room with a separate living/bedroom/bathroom areas. Decent breakfast of real sausages, eggs, cereals, hash browns. Social event has a paltry amount of food, but it's pretty good too, eg sliders, tenders, bud lite and wine.

Fantastic hotel. We stayed one night only, but I may not stay at any other hotel in San Francisco whenever I come back. We had a very comfortable room with a great view of the bay bridge. Clean, trendy, well maintained. The staff were very friendly.

ABSOLUTELY NO SECURITY! With a name like "Hilton", you'd think they'd have security standards. Within fifteen minutes of her daylight arrival, my wife's truck was broken into and our son's laptop was stolen. She had taken her first load of luggage up to the room, then came down to find her rear passenger window broken and our son's laptop, which was buried under blankets, gone. The hotel has absolutely NO security cameras, there are NO security guards, and the hotel staff pointed to signs, BEHIND my wife's truck, that said "Guest Parking: User assumes all risk." The hotel staff said, "We never have any problems out there!" However, when the cop showed up to take the report, he laughed and said he gets calls in this area all the time. He stated that there are no security measures at the hotel. With its easy access to the freeway, the short fence, and lots of homeless people about, it is a high-crime area. The hotel's security plan is, as the staff says, "We put up a sign!"

Other than that, the place was very nice, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

My family & I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. The staff were WONDERFUL and did everything they could to help us! My 2 year old was sick and James at the front desk met every request when we needed something, even bringing us items at 11:30pm! My husband's cell phone was found in the parking lot and returned to us by the front desk!!! The free breakfast was great. Easy to find, close to many things. The suite itself was a bit small for my family of 5 but, that's not the hotel's fault! Will definitely stay again!
