I cannot say enough about this hotel. It has a great location for the back bay and down town activities. We walked everywhere and it’s right on the t if u want to take it. Happy hour ant 4p and free coffee in the morning was a bonus. Clean with great staff and has a competitive price.

We enjoyed our most recent stay here (stayed here before when it was the Kipton Nine Zero). William at the front desk was incredibly polite and professional. The room was clean and so was the rest of the property. It’s super close to Boston Common, which has Park St Station (subway station), and also a public parking garage which is underground (under Boston Common). Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance as well. It’s definitely a great choice for couples. If you stay here and are looking for quiet and romantic restaurant then definitely check out The Merchant which is just two or three blocks away.

I'd give this 3.5 stars if that's an option! I booked a room block here for my wedding back in October - wonderful location, clean rooms, friendly house staff and front desk service. My contention is the night before the wedding the toilet in my suite was continuously running/making a screeching sound and keeping me awake all night. There was seemingly miscommunication between the staff in terms of what happened and they were not very responsive in terms of reimbursing me $ off of my bill/only gave me a small discount which I truthfully didn't think was adequate after spending so much $ there and bringing a lot of business. I unfortunately never received a reply to the last email I sent which I felt was unprofessional. Definitely great hotel and location though!

This place is great! Highly recommend. We arrived extremely early for check-in and they had a room waiting for us. The room had stellar views of Boston and everything was high quality and very clean. The room was spacious, good AC/heating system, big comfy bed and spacious clean bathroom. The whole staff from the valet to the concierge were friendly and helpful. Very good vibes all around!
