Wonderful hotel! Nice rooms, very clean. Big choice of restaurants at the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay there again!

excellent service from arrival to departure. The reception staff was very knowledgeable about places to go and things to do. The rooms met all standards and the hotel itself was very comfortable. Visited here to experience Christmas in Paris and was not let down one bit. It is ideally located in the heart of everything, walking distance to many attractions and food places.

Beautiful hotel, great service, what can I say it's a Marriott. And the location couldn't be more perfect at the heart of the champs Elyse.

I did check in through the application few hours before my arrival and i had to do another one for half an hour when we arrived to the hotel. The conceirge guy, the blonde one is very rude. The breakfast buffet very poor doesn't match with a 5 stars hotel. The beds are not very comfortable. The only advantage is the location otherwise it doesn't deserve the start rating or the money.

By far the best service I have ever had in a hotel. The concierge team was the very best. Loved it and can’t wait to go back to this perfectly situated beautiful hotel.

My father, sister, and myself stayed here and it was amazing. The staff and service was fantastic. The location was perfect. Rooms were very nice and clean and beds were comfortable. The staff really was something else! Everyone was helpfull and professional. The bar staf was great as well Jose was a pleasure to talk to. Ugo was one of the bartenders I saw frequently (as well as Jose) and he was incredible. They both were informative and gave great recommendations, not to mention the great drinks! If either of them moved to the states I would hire them for my business ASAP! 5 stars! Great hotel and great experience.

This review is for the meeting space. Great food, helpful staff. Meeting rooms were all subterranean which is fine but not my preference. Lunch and drinks were on the terrace which everyone really enjoyed.

Marriott hosted our Euro PCR 2018 Twitterati party. Hospitality at it's best. Beautiful setting in the Lounge with Bar and Apetizers.
They went all the way to make us feel welcome. Three Thumbs up Marriott and ofcourse 5 stars. We'll be back in 2019, you can count on it!

We stayed here for 3 nights and were disappointed throughout the stay. Before we get to the disappointments...1st I’ll say this is hands down the best location to stay. The Champs-Élysées is incredible and the hotel is in the heart of it. The breakfasts were ok. Now the disappointments. The staff and the quality. The rooms need updating - stained carpet, mold in the shower, uncomfortable bed. The staff (other than the receptionist at check-in) aren’t helpful or the nicest. We usually love hanging out at the bar enjoying wine...the staff and bartender weren’t welcoming at all, in fact made me feel un-welcomed because there was a small party taking up a few tables. The internet went down an entire day which is very frustrating when traveling for work or personal. Coffee was missing in the room Room service never answered the phone at 6:30 am the the front desk request for coffee was not filled before we left. If we came back to Paris I would choose quality and service over location.

Small hiccup at check in but the team worked hard to fix things and make our stay amazing. Special shout out to Paola for going above and beyond. Concierge has been fantastic and arranged a wonderful dinner overlooking the Eiffel Tower. They even took time to acknowledge my birthday.

Great location, old building with failing systems, expensive food

Staying at this hotel for just a bit over a week in March. The staff are incredibly helpful and lovely. My partner ordered a cake and champagne upon arrival and it definitely did not disappoint. Compliments to the chef! The location is convenient too and walking distance to the metro and several famous patisseries. The rooms are quiet and absolutely no distractions from the busy road or neighboring suites.
Giving it a 4 stars because rooms are slightly dusty, and carpet probably needs a deep clean. The mugs and glasses have a fine layer of dust on them. However, being allergic to dust, it didn't trigger any reactions.

Wonderful location, nice selection for breakfast. The pastries were super delicious! Nice room and the staff were the best part of my stay. Approachable, accommodating, kind and polite!

Drank the most expensive coke ever at their restaurant, I could then go inside to poop. The inside was very fancy and so was the toilet. Best pooping experience hands down.

4 star because the coke was so expensive.

5 star quality everything from check in to checkout this experience made our holiday more than memorable. Great amenities, decor, staff, food, and comfort. It's a must stay for our family

Gorgeous interior. Very spacious room. The staff was very nice (the doorman was a bit stingy letting us in one night, but I actually really like that, they don't just let everyone on the street in). Bed was a little firm, but comfy. Large TV, great WiFi, nice bathroom.

We had a wonderful experience at This hotel. Myra at check in went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of, demonstrating exceptional customer service. She could tell we were tired from walking in the morning and immediately provided us with water bottles. This reflects well on Marriott and would incline us to stay again in the future.

I must agree with the other reviews. This hotel is definitely not worth the price. The best thing is the location but other than that the rooms are dated. The whole hotel in general feels like it needs a complete overhaul. The bathroom was very uncomfortable. The bathtub was cracked. The toilet never flushed correctly. I never thought I would say this but it had too much water pressure in the shower making it impossible not to wet the floor of the bathroom when you took a bath. The only thing that felt luxurious were the bath products but the quality of the room I would compare to a la quinta inn.

Great location and service, BUT... The rooms need maintenance. Our room had stained carpet, mold in the shower, threadbare towels and the sink faucet leaked. We don't blame the maid because the room was cleaned daily but overall room maintenance was missing. Lobby and public areas were maintained fine.

A fabulous address for your trip to Paris, but a dated hotel in need of remodel (esp for the price). There are other places in equal or more attractive parts of town that offer lower rates and nicer rooms.

Clean room and nice breakfast buffet. The room facing back does not have a great view but is quiet. Need to pay extra for internet service. The speed of LAN line internet connect is very slow.

Good place in the champselysees. It has good service but a bit crowded. There's a coffee and a restaurant too

5 star location. Right in the middle of champ elysees shopping center and next to metro station. Very convenient and beautiful.

The room was immaculate. Everything was comfortable and the location was perfect to sight see all around the city. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the staff were polite and helpful. Hotels like this are the reason I always choose Marriott when I travel.

You pay here for the amazing real state they have. Rooms are marriott standard, service is outstanding and the facilities out of the ordinary. I have been many times in paris and there are cheaper places than this, but remember that you are paying here mainly for the location.

This was a nice hotel in a great location to see the sights. The breakfast was great and the staff was attentive. It is also very easy to get to from the Metro.

Location was perfect for my 1st time in Paris. A few minutes walk to everything you need or want. Minutes from the train station, shops and restaurants.

Great hotel, the best location and the staff are excellent. Good facilities and has a fitness room and we'll equipped rooms. My only complaint, €11 for a normal bottle of Pepsi Max as part of room service. Otherwise it would of had 5*

Stayed here over New year's with my family. Extremely friendly staff. Every day we got some small snacks/surprises to the room. Made our Paris visit a truly pleasent and memorable experience.

The bar, especially the bar, especially if you are in good company or so go to enjoy a drink .... and an ambiance that is clean at this place. ... well I already said too much .....! Or maybe not enough ... either in France or abroad I prefer the bars of the big hotels. ... I'm rarely disappointed. ...

Hotel have a good location and I think it can't be better. But the what is bad as for this price and for the location of the hotel at the heart of Paris to have a room not clean and a bad carpet just have a look at the pic taken during my stay and is very unacceptable to have this type of carpet on Thai type of hotel... Except of that everything was fine.

Perfect location, nice room and a friendly staff

Platinum member here. All of our requests were accommodated, but I can not imagine paying the sticker price (we used points) for this location. The breakfast was unbeatable (free for Gold and Plat members). I am only giving 4 stars because random things made this stay not a full 5 star stay like we would expect.

1. We ordered food delivery one night, and it took 25 minutes from delivery to the front door to delivery to our room. All we were offered was, "I'm sorry." If I had known it would have taken that long, I could have came down and got it myself.

2. We had a bathroom rug for 1/2 our stay. One day, it mysteriously disappeared and never returned.

3. Water in our sink and shower did not drain as fast as it would come out of the faucets.

4. The window in our room was broken, and forced shut with screws. Very odd.

5. Some days we got water, some days we didn't.

6. Voltage converter in the bathroom did NOT work, and there was no indication of such. As such, I imagine some people's electronics will get fried using it.

An extremely good location in Paris, almost impossible to beat. That being said, many rooms do not have a good view, and can be on the small side. Breakfast also quite expensive if not included in your reservation. That being said, it is clean and comfortable and, again, there's not a better place to strike out and see Paris from.

Hotel with a arc de triumph on one side and roue de paris on other. Walking distance to louvre, eiffel. Centrally located yet so quiet. Very prompt service and good options in the breakfast. All worth the money spent as it saves all your traveling cost and time within the city for most of the major attractions

The locations is perfect to be a "home base" to walk around Paris and see the sites. The staff are attentive, friendly and welcoming. The rooms we beautiful as is the lobby. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return!

The young woman who checked us in (name started with an A, but can't remember it) resolved a room issue to our complete satisfaction We had ordered concert tickets on line prior to our trip that never arrived. The Concierge solved that in just a few minutes. All of the staff were positive and friendly. The room was immaculate. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and service great. We highly recommend this particular Marriott.

Would I stay here again, definitely not. As a 5 star hotel you expect valet or at least someone to tell you how the parking works. This place had none. The men in the parking area were busy chatting. If they worked there we couldn't tell.
Once we walked in, no one assisted us with our luggage. The bellmen were to busy chatting.
The dead bolt on the room door did not work. The bathtub faucet produced only scalding hot water. If you want a bath start it early and prepare to wait for it to cool or add cold water from the sink like we did.
The shower floor had visible soap scum.
90,000 points are just for location not service. Definitely not a 5 star experience.
