This is an outstanding hotel in the middle of a major touristic area in Paris. The Pullman staff go above and beyond to make your stay pleasurable. The Pullman is a black away from the metro, and restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. The views were incredible from our hotel room. Some areas that are worth noting is that you aren’t in control of the AC and is something that I wasn’t used to. Also, a lot of places will treat you “differently” if you are an American. I was lucky since I am Hispanic; I was confused as a Spaniard and had no issues. But I did see American families being treated “differently.”

On arrival all staff were very friendly and accommodating. Service was amazing and definitely made you feel like you were in a 5 star hotel. We had a great view of the Eiffel Tower, a balcony to enjoy fresh air and a study desk to do work comfortably when needed. Only thing is we didn’t enjoy the food available in food service and preferred eating out. You are surrounded by a variety of eating places right outside the hotel and in walking distance. We would happily recommend this hotel to those visiting Paris and the Eiffel Tower.

We were in Paris celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and we decided to book our accommodation at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel. To our pleasant surprise, everything about this hotel was just wonderful. It locates about half a block away from the Tour Eiffel so the view from our window was always spectacular. The hotel lobby was contemporary and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our flight arrived very early in the morning so by the time we got to the hotel, it was only about 9 am. The front desk attendant offered to keep our luggage so we could get started with our explorations.
Our room was modern, comfortable and clean. We got 2 bottles of water everyday. The bathroom had a large glass shower stall with rain shower function was fantastic.
This hotel helped make our times in Paris more memorable. À bientôt.

I booked this hotel based on other reviews and location to the Eiffel Tower. The location is spot on! I loved the view of the Eiffel Tower from my room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. The robe, slippers, and espresso machine were a lovely touch. The icing on the cake was our bartender Ivan and the 👨‍🍳 chef, Andrew. Ivan was not only a crafty creator of cocktails but he was super funny and genuinely interested in us. We returned to the bar for our pre-dinner and lastly nightcap. He saw us coming and greeted us like friends. Always ask for Ivan! Andrew, the Chef, was great! Loved his story of how he and his wife came to be in Paris from California. Great move on behalf of The Pullman to bring this fusion of flavors to Paris!!! STAY HERE for the amazing Parisian experience 🥰👩‍🎨

The hotel is a great location and the rooms are quite decent in size and very clean. Thanks to cleaning staff. The front desk guy just ruined it for us. He was an extra at the check out desk and I think they forgot to train him for customer service. We waited for good 10 mins while he took his time doing admin work after checking out a client which he could have done after us. Buddy, a paying customer is waiting and after waiting there for a while we told him that we will come back later. His answer was 'ok'. Like sure whatever i don't care.
Our last day in Paris and he ruined it for us. Rest all staff were nice and thoughtful. The food in restaurant was decent and the serving staff were polite and knowledgeable. Steak was not a good cut though.

We stayed here for the first leg of our honeymoon. It was beautiful. The hotel was modern. The rooms looked very updated and clean. The breakfast was outstanding. There were lots of choices available, and the food was delicious. The staff was all friendly and very helpful. We did not know any french and all staff was very helpful in understanding us. We stayed in a room with an Eiffel Tower view, and it was worth it! The Eiffel tower is beautiful at night and even had a light show on the hour a few times. We were very pleased with our stay and its proximity to some of the sites we visited.

So far we are having a very pleasant experience. Check In was nice and helpful, the rooms are nice and service is fine. We booked a room with a view on the Eiffel Tower, and the view is indeed spectacular. Before arriving we thought they photoshopped some of the pictures, but no! I'm sitting on the balcony right now, and it feels like I can almost touch the tower!

After 30hrs door to door from Sydney Australia we arrived at Pullman Tour Eiffel where we were met with great enthusiasm and smile. Just the medicine after such a long distance. Upon arrival which was 10am both my wife and I ( buggered) where going to do tourist things before 2pm check-in. Wonderful staff at front desk stated that our room was ready. Wow just what we needed after such a long distance. Eiffel tower 2 min walk and awesome view from our balcony. The hotel is beautiful, service excellent, and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Jeff at the front desk.
My only complaint is that there are no drawers to place your clothes and the closet is exceptionally small. You basically live out of your suitcase. My MAJOR complaint is the so called “FREE” phone provided. I guess I was a dumb tourist and somewhere there must have been fine print I missed. I assumed I could use it to find my way around as it was easier to get WiFi...WRONG. Imagine my surprise when I saw several charges on my credit card for over $300.00 dollars. I barely used it because I was able to use my iPhone. Not very nice. Feeling very ignorant and taken advantage of.

We booked two rooms with king beds and a view of the Eiffel. We were very rudely told no you only have one. After showing them a confirmation they reluctantly gave us the second room. One with a king other with 2 singles... we accepted. What else could we do. Anyways, the one with the single beds for my kids... smelled like cigarette smoke! Although, "the whole hotel is non-smoking." Using the iron blew the fuse. They took the iron and never brought another one back. Oh, first day our room wasn't cleaned... but we were asked at 6pm if we wanted it cleaned. We had just got back from a full day spent out in Paris with our kids at 5pm, we declined. If you're willing to spend a little more stay somewhere else. I will be.

I was looking for a place to stay in the vicinity of the Eiffel Tower, and this came up. It's a great hotel, with great service and amazing French cuisine. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. But the best feature of this hotel was my room with a balcony showing the Eiffel tower so close. Definitely a great choice to stay in Paris.

The room was excellent, comfortable, clean and spacious. The disappointment was that for a lot of our time our TV in the suite was inoperative even though they sent techs to our room multiple times, and the iPad was also inoperative. House keeping was also very poor at restocking soaps, shampoos, towels, and coffee supplies for the 4 of us in the suite, however, despite a couple of irritating issues I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The view from our room was spectacular with the Eiffel Tower right there and the guest relations staff were absolutely phenomenal. Somehow, in a giant hotel in the center of Paris, once you'd checked in no-one ever had to ask your name again and ever time you walked passed guest relations they would greet you by name.

This hotel is very clean the rooms are of a very good standard with comfortable beds, I know this sounds a bit daft but the duvet and pillows were also a good quality...We had our 10yr old daughter with us, a folded bed was put in our room which also was of a very high standard not the cheap, nasty folding bed that we had in other hotels.
Bathroom was very clean and modern with large shower and bath.
Excellent service, friendly staff especially Serj from reception he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.
Staff all spoke English.
Breakfast was very good plenty of choices especially as I'm a vegetarian.

Really great view from the balcony. Had a mix up of rooms at first and went into a room without a balcony. The rooms are exactly the same, except if you get a room with a view and no balcony you get a semi- partial view of the tower from anywhere in the room, whereas a balcony room gets a full view but you need to go outside. I would recommend the balcony if it's not cold and you're not afraid of heights.

We also had a couple technology and customer service issues but overall a positive visit.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, convenient location especially for first time visitors. Best feature is "Handy", a dedicated connected smartphone that you can use during your stay. I called home, booked tickets, researched restaurants, and used GPS while accidently getting lost and navigated our walk all the way back! Highly recommend. Buffet breakfast is great as well, wonderful way to start the day.

I guess this is the closest hotel to Eiffel Tower where you can afford to stay. I loved the view! Ask for 4 and above floor room. Good room service. We tried the hotel's restaurants. Food was overall tasty.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice beds and really comfortable. Big TV and working space behind a big desk. The shower looks big and modern. Breakfast a bit expensive, we had breakfast at the cafe on the corner of the street. In your room there is included a "Handy" smartphone which is very helpful for tourists. So you know where to eat, shop, go sightseeing, or clubbing. Really great! The rooms with the view on the Eiffel are spectacular. It's a hotel you'll never forget. The staff is great, they're really friendly and polite. The restaurant of the hotel is delicious.

Can not say enough about our room! We stayed on the 9th floor, Deluxe Room with balcony & Eiffel Tower View. Our view was breathtaking- Definitely splurge & get the balcony & view.. you will NOT regret it! The room was big, especially for European standards. Amazing walk-in shower, robes and slippers to wear, and nice smelling toiletries. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable, especially after a long day of sightseeing! Housekeeping was great, & the front desk helped us with any issues that we had. Even brought us an ice bucket filled with ice & two champagne glasses when we requested it. Loved going out onto our balcony in the morning and having coffee with that view, and then at night with champagne and watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle! It was perfect! We are so glad we chose to stay here for our honeymoon! It was everything I ever dreamed of!

This hotel is in the best location of any hotel in Paris. The hotel has wonderful amenities to include an Android device that you can use with free calling and mobile internet for your visit. The beds are soft with great pillows. Many rooms have balconies.

Pleasant updated rooms with modern decor. You have a choice of wired or wireless Internet but...the speed is very slow. Another nice feature is the selection of international compatible outlets at the desk and bed. The outlets will accept European and American type electrical plugs. Room was reasonably clean. Air-conditioning worked but as is typical for many European hotels it was a bit weak. Generally quiet location which is nice when you are trying to get some rest. Another thing to be aware of is the bathtub/shower enclosure is only partially covered so showers will tend to get the bathroom floor very, very wet.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, updated and efficient. The free breakfast, in room movies and close access to the RER train were added perks. The view of the Eiffel Tower is unbelievable. My only slight complaint was the bed was hard but that is not unusual in Europe. I would highly recommend.

I stay here for work. Really convenient location being only about a block from the Eiffel Tower. Friendly and helpful staff. They do speak English and it seems they have some staff that speak several other languages. Subway is close by and an easy commute to the airport with only 1 transfer and about ‎€10. There is also a Direct Line bus to the hotel, no transfers and about ‎€15-‎€17.

Overall good, comfortable hotel. The bed was excellent which is very important to me. However, the air quality in the room was quite bad. I called the operator (even asking if they put me in a smoking room), but he told me that when the air conditioning system would clear it would go away. Well, it didn't. Also, I was locked out of my room (badge didn't work anymore) on the day that I had to check out, but it was still early morning. Very annoying as I was in a rush and a group of people waiting for me.

Check in was delayed by the staff with the room not being ready at 4pm. They were supposed to come to me in the lounge when ready but I got tired of waiting and went to check as it was ready. They forgot about me. The room key was not explained as to the effect of turning on the room electricity and getting the elevator to go past the 3rd floor. Then one evening the keys would not work for the elevator or my room. I spent what amounts to several hours of lost time to enjoy my stay in Paris. And finally, I checked my luggage in at the hotel in the morning before my 4 pm check in time, and went to enjoy my day. When I came back to the lobby at 4 pm, I saw someone on the staff trying to give all of my luggage with someone else's backpack to someone. Talk about timing on my part. I could have easily lost everything if I was a minute later. To make matters worse, the staff employee did give me my luggage and never even asked for my numbered bag receipt given to me at the luggage check-in. I told the lady at the front desk that was checking people in and she said she would tell the manager. I must have went through the lines at this hotel 4 times for various reasons. So just be aware and address the problems. Otherwise I would promote this hotel. Thanks

The best hotel staff I have ever dealt with. Had one issue with noisy people and the staff took care of it immediately. Very impressed with their hospitality. 5 stars all the way. Amazing to walk onto your balcony and be next to the Eiffel Tower. Our favorite destination ever. Can't wait to get back there.

Actually, I have one suggestion. If you could arrange for your guests to get advance tickets or bypass queues at some of the main attractions, that would be the icing on the cake.

I took my granddaughter to see the Eiffel Tower. Well, from our balcony it felt like you could touch it. It was a couple minute walk away. Many wonderful cafes nearby. Seine tours leave from below the Tower. Room was perfect for us, and the staff was so friendly and very helpful. Taxi stand out front; 24 hour taxi availability. So happy this hotel was our choice.

It was a pleasure to stay with you as a first time traveller to France. Tower is only steps away, restaurant staff understands English perfectly. Friendly efficient easy check in and out. When we first checked in I thought "I am not liking this hotel" due to a couple of mishaps. I voiced my concerns and to my surprise a manager who was very polite and professional made it right. Andres Lopez-DaFonte, the manager, was a gentleman and took the time to listen to our concerns. Perfection is not the expectation but when service falls short it is appreciated when the members of an organization seek to make it right and I feel like that's what he did. They sent a wonderful token of their appreciation to our room and we very much enjoyed it. Thank you Andres! Yes, I would stay in this hotel again and yes, I would recommend to a friend or family member. The views of the Eiffel Tower are amazing from this hotel and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Great service and location. View of the Eiffel tower from the room. Cabs right outside, metro in close proximity. Amazing restaurant (Frame) on site. The second most comfortable bed I have slept in. Spacious rooms and they even gave you a cell phone to use when you were out. Gonna be tough to beat that!!!

Our first day started rough. We arrived at our room and to be honest Pullman dropped the ball in every imaginable way. We originally rated them 1 star. Their recovery however was legendary. Mistakes happen and no one is perfect but Pullman showed us they would do whatever it takes to take care of their guests. I run a customer service company so I can attest that not everything can always be perfect but the way in which they handled our situation made us completely revaluate our initial feelings of Pullman. The staff is wonderful and they treated us like royalty. Cannot recommend them enough. It's also the best view in Paris :)

The location deserves 5 stars. The rooms were okay. We had some sort of bugs in ours, but the housekeeping manager fixed the issue and did offer to move to another room, however we decided to stay since they sprayed and the bugs were gone. We had to ask for extra towels every day. Thought since I asked the first night we need more towels they would automatically remember, but that did not happen. The staff could be more helpful, specifically when it comes to helping with the local landmarks and how to get around. That's the part that I really feel needs some attention. Prices for mini bar items and breakfast are outrageous! One bottle of water is €5. We bought a case of 6 bottles at the market downstairs for €3.75. I understand the markup is needed, but this was a rip off. Breakfast was good, it's a buffet style for €26 per person. We ate their once and then found local restaurants within a walking distance for a lot cheaper. So, to summarize, the location is the best part of this hotel. The views from the room of the Eiffel Tower are breathtaking. Everything else was just average.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, very near to local Metro Stations and RER line from the airport. The facilities are excellent with a view of the Eiffel Tower. This will definitely be my 1st choice hotel for all my Paris visits.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I work for a hotel back home and understand the demand for the guest service agents. Camille had a very high level of customer service, she was very professional, polite and friendly. She made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean and well presented. We had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from our room and got some great photos of the view. I was very impressed by the set up of the check in desk, it felt more personal and relaxed. Rooms are fine (though our balcony looked a bit in need of 'sprucing up') and a disappointment that no chairs provided to sit outside. Eiffel Tower view was from one end of the balcony only, but a great view at that! Bed was comfy and linen had a nice feel.
Breakfast is very good, though service at hot counter can be slow at times due limited capacity.
Very handy to have taxi rank and CDG airport bus stopping right outside the door. This is a great location with the Seine just 'a stone's throw" away and a number of Paris' highlights within walking distance.

Very pleasant stay at the Pullman, rue Jean Rey, Paris. Although check-in was very slow, due to a queue of guests, staff were friendly and helpful. My room was well appointed and modern. Everything worked and the room was very clean. Housekeeping made up the room each day. Breakfast experience was superb - with a wide variety of foods available, including a jolly chef who would cook whatever eggs you desired. Hotel was quiet and peaceful. Well done and thank you Pullman.

Great location for visiting the Eiffel Tower. Best room is the Eiffel Tower view room with balcony. Worth the extra. Rooms look like they were recently renovated and were very smart and modern. And a good size too. Nice to see uk plug sockets both at the desk and by the bed.

I travel for work and know hotel Bars / restaurants are expensive. We stopped in for a nightcap one evening. We asked for a " American Martini" long store short, It was the SMALLEST martini glass we had ever seen, olives were dried up and small, and when we got the bill they were $20.00 each. $40.00 for a nightcap. We paid and left. Night manager at the front didn't seem to care. We didn't want our money back, just wanted him to know we were not excited.
Not the end of the world though.
Would never do that again!
Overall besides that we Would DEFINITELY stay there again.
Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Check in was really confusing as an American but overall service was great. 34 Euro for parking in insane. Breakfast buffet was ok.

My son (6 yrs) was very happy cause he received chocolate and gift (it was last day of Easter) just when we arrived... and staff was very nice and helpful with him all these days.. stayed there 3 days, very lovely days...

Tour Eiffel is just 3 min from Pullman, you can see very well from Pullman... view excellent and beautiful.

Room service was very good, staff are very kind.. just last night we had a little problem: room service forgot our dinner... I called them 1 hour later to ask what's happened... they arranged immediately and we received + desserts.

Breakfast was very strange first day cause many guests wanted to take the maximum and my son doesn't like to wait 20-30 minutes.. breakfast place is very small and I saw staff there didn't like to work so much... and not so kind...
..so, from 2nd day we ordered our breakfast to our room... and that was perfect! We paid for it 5€ / morning but was better and my son was like a prince :)

Price versus value is what comes to mind when considering staying at the Pullman Eiffel Tower. The room prices are obscene for what you're getting. The only justifiable reason for staying here is either collecting points or your work is footing the bill.

Great location, just around the corner of the Eifeltower. There is a private parkinglot located underneath the hotel with reasonable fares compared to the rest of the city.

It was a lovely experience to stay at this hotel - the room was very clean with an amazing view of Eiffel Tower, the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Caroline and Thomas who helped me to resolve a booking issue that was the result of a mistake made by me.Thanks to them, my wife and I could fully enjoy our stay in Paris. Location! Location! Location! This hotel was very comfortable and perfectly located next to the Eiffel Tower! You're within walking distance to everything you could ever want for a getaway in Paris, only thing I would add to the hotel is a couple chairs and table on the balcony so you could enjoy a morning coffee.
The rooms were comfortable and nice, but showed a bit of wear. The hot water in the shower could have been a bit hotter. Overall excellent value for your money.

We didn't stay here but what was super cool was the super cars that come outside the hotel. My boys got to sit in them. The owners were very good and let them take lots of pics

Excellent location but the rooms require some maintenance. The tap in my shower fell off in my hand. My friend blew out the power in his room twice by plugging in his iron. His kettle also would not boil water. Their lobby is not very inviting; it is just a large desk in the middle of a hallway with 3 computers on it. The staff stand around the table facing each other, not greeting guests as they enter. The hotel is less than a block from the Eiffel Tower though!

Fantastic personnel. Everything went smooth and the view was pretty damn good for a 2nd floor, double bed room.

The hotel was fine, but the attached restaurant had the worst service I have seen in a long time. We were there at a time when it was not busy, yet after receiving the menu we waited nearly 30 minutes and still were not able to order food. We walked out.

Misleading description of room, staff not very helpful, billed for a meal we never had. Do not touch the contents of the mini bar, the items inside will be automatically billed using a weight sensor. A true business chain hotel.

Nice clean, modern hotel right beside the eiffel tower. Shower was nice because it had a setting to come down like rain from the ceiling. TV was nice and modern with free movies and adult content on demand. I was able to stream from my phone to the TV.

There is nothing good about this hotel other than location. The tiny room has all of the charm of a college dorm room. The bedroom and the breakfast room feature 1950s retro furniture that is very uncomfortable to sit in.

My disappointing experience concerns my reservation with the Pullman Hotel, Eiffel Tower in Paris. I booked a deluxe room in March 2015 for my husband and myself with a balcony view of the Eiffel Tower for July 14 and 15. We wanted to celebrate "Bastille Day" by watching the fireworks show from our private balcony. I confirmed our reservation 3 weeks before the date we were to travel to Paris and had everything in writing. I received an email 5 days before we were to travel stating that "due to circumstances beyond our control", our room was downgraded to a garden view for July 14th but we could watch the fireworks from the 10th floor with the other guests. I called the hotel and was told there were "technical difficulties," but that the room would be available on the 15th if we'd like it back. We were very upset, (not totally surprised, however) and cancelled our reservations. We will not be staying there at any time in the future.
