Amazing. The best hotel I've stayed at in Paris. Extremely helpful, polite, a wonderful hotel and the restaurant "Le Cocottes" is to die for. Not kidding. Just a brief walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Great location.

Location is great. Reception staff and service was also really good. Has a nice restaurant inside the hotel. The rooms are nice and new but a bit crammed. Also don't like the fact that the toilet is so far away from the rest of the bathroom but maybe that was the floor plan if just my room. Either way it was a good experience staying here.

Update 11/21/19 : So at checkout they said they will email me final invoice. Been two weeks no email and I even emailed them to send me invoice and no reply! Not just this they charged my card in two amounts which adds to the correct total but from an expensing point of view caused so much headache. Why would you break the total I to two separate random amounts and then charge the card. I am inclined to take away a star for poor invoicing and post departure service.

Lovely hotel. Lovely staff. Food and drink too expensive. Made to look ignorant over wine choice. Had a Muscadet dessert wine, very sweet, on main wine list for dinner. Should not have been there. Undrinkable. Waiter brought more expensive Sancerre as replacement which of course was lovely.

Great location near the Champs Elysee and Arc du Triomphe. No night life or dining in the area though. Great rooms, excellent service.

Although the suit was extremely small the service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. And the hotel is situated in a nice area very close to the Arc de Triomphe.

Nice hotel and location, the rooms are very silent and pleasant. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. However, the beds are a bit too fluffy for me, we should have the choice to get a more firm mattress while booking the room. And the breakfast could have a bit more variety as it's the same every day.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 days in Feb , we got a luxury room with road view, the room is very well designed with decent space and very nice shower... Coffee machine is available and bed is comfortable...
Gym is very small and only equipped with cardio machines ... Only one restaurant in the Lobby and breakfast is bread , croissant and only one type of eggs and sausage ,you can get the same breakfast at half price outside the hotel 3 min walking.
The added value for the hotel is the staff so kindness and its location in a calm street 3 min walking from the champs Elysees and surrounded by many nice restaurants at walking distance...

Arrived as part of a group of 12. From the beginning we were not welcomed and staff were really unfriendly and not professional. Some of them did not serve us while we were waiting at the reception despite they had nothing to do as hotel was not busy. We did not received any straight answer for our questions and were interrupted while talking to them.
Rooms are small but clean and hotel is in a good location. Unfortunately the service at the reception wasn’t good. I would not recommend to stay as it is really expensive what we paid for.

Modern hotel with friendly staff and best location. We ordered soup and beef for dinner and it was perfectly cooked and cured. Strongly recommend.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Customer service is unbelievable! Breakfast is unbelievable; whatever the mood strikes for they have: from cereal and breads, to mushrooms, sausages, and fish, milk, coffee any way you want it, fresh juices of many kinds, and pastries galore, I seriously cannot express how delicious breakfast was. I don't know that it's the same through the entire hotel but in the Junior Suite the toiletries were from Hermes with the most delicious scent. The suite also had a tub (separate from the shower), perfect for soaking my achy muscles and feet while drinking a cold beer after walking around Paris the entire day. I had a fantastic experience at Sofitel and highly recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel for a solo stay near the Arc. The standard room was small but had everything I needed. I appreciated the sizeable closet and the gorgeous shower. The Hermes toiletries were an amazing touch. The breakfast, which can be added for an additional charge per day, was delicious and provided a gorgeous setting to wake up to in the morning. I loved the restaurant (which is where the breakfast is held) and the decor of the restaurant was stunning. The bar next to the restaurant was also great, and had a wonderful selection. The staff was very friendly but not too pushy. Room service was delicious. Also, there were a number of TV channels in English, which I appreciated.

Location is good. But the breakfast was limited. We always stay at Sofitel but this one had really limited breakfast spread. No eggs😑

WiFi was terrible unless you paid 24 a day. The connection was obviously throttled. It seems petty, but the lack of decent WiFi for a highly regarded hotel can be a deal breaker in this day and age. Staff were friendly and courteous, found them very obliging. Our room air conditioning was feeble given the very hot and humid weather we had during our stay.

I took my boyfriend's daughter for her University graduation gift. We had the most amazing time. Each morning we woke to the beautiful aroma of fresh baked croissant and freshly brewed coffee. We visited the ballet in the opera house to see Gueselle. We had a the same driver the entire week and visited all the amazing high lights of the incompatible City of Paris.

Absolutely lovely-- great location, lovely room, comfy bed, wonderful service.
The only things that could've been better: Although the concierge was, again, lovely and accommodating and helpful, the few recommendations she made when we asked for non-touristy, quality food seriously missed the mark. She told us to go to Carette by the Eiffel Tower, which was absolutely dreadful. Ridiculously overpriced and included tasteless tea, vat-scrambled egg (scrambled egg soup really), bad service, just a really stupid experience. We were completely baffled as to why anyone would recommend this place. Another place was for a good bakery-- she gave us really specific directions (and my husband is seriously like a human GPS) and the place just simply didn't exist.
The hotel has a new restaurant (opened around August 20th 2015) and was, obviously, highly recommended by the staff. We went with high hopes and everything was beautiful.. and completely tasteless. Just really disappointing, like they forgot to season anything. Oh well!
All in all, would stay here again- everything that really mattered was very pleasant!

We have a 5th floor corner suite. It is clean well appointed, comfy bed! A lovely space with a great corner street view. My wife & I found the staff friendly & accommodating. We arrived at 10 am & our room was ready 15 mins later. It's a great location and an easy walk to many Paris attractions.

I found hair in my breakfast ! Then they sent me a candle as an apology. When we checked out a day before we asked for our final bill... Then they surprised us with 300 something eur !!! It's weird cz we always paid cash !!! The only thing that we didn't pay cash was Landry one time use and few orange juices ! And on trip adviser someone did mention that check out they add room survive charges for fun!!! Over all the stay was clean ... But the hair in the food and the charges disappointed us . Even when we were arguing down they didn't help much just gave us attitude
