Great location close to many fast food outlets. Breakfast was great. Only downside was very slow wifi.

Overall, nice place to stay. We got a one-bedroom suite, and it was comfortable and spacious. There were two closets, one in the bathroom, and a second smaller one in the kitchen area, both were very convenient.
The kitchen was fully equipped and clean, though the coffee maker wasn't in the best shape, it did worked. The bed was *very* comfortable. The breakfast was good, the variety was nice, however the cutlery didn't seemed very well cleaned. Also, I miss a variety of teas, as there were only Lipton regular tea, and no green tea for example.

The decor inside the room was a little outdated though, and both the bedroom and bathroom furniture wasn't in disrepair, but could have been better (looks somewhat old). Regardless, I feel the whole experience, while nice, was a little over-priced. I've found similar (or better) quality at cheaper prices.

It has some issues with the facility but the staff are very accommodating (Mark is the front desk supervisor). I hoped they can look into the details and fix all the issues such as toilet stains, tiny mold near the edge of shower door track, jammed bathroom door, missing cabinet doors, blemished dining table top, torn hallway carpet, humid, dark & uninviting swim pool and the not working hot tub, etc.

It’s nicely located next to a shopping area and highway 84, but don’t expect very fancy or outlet stores. It’s good for extended stay or using the points for the night. There are Walmart, Marriott CY & Residence Inn nearby. The Red Liner diner was very nice and popular too.

Clean, nice hotel with great rooms. Used for wedding room block and they have us a compliment room that had chocolate and wine upon our arrival. Our family was comfortable, beautiful suites. No complaints!

Mixed feelings about this place. Comfortable room. I was very disappointed that the indoor pool didn't look very clean and the jacuzzi was broken. The complimentary breakfast good because they made a fresh omlet. While they had a great variety of very good breakfast food, it was cold. The fresh fruit was ripe and tasty with the yogurt. I was at that hotel because of a continuing education class, they had an urn that constantly ran out of water for the size of the class. The ladies bathroom ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. One of the 3 bathrooms was out of order (handicapped), 2 of the 3 days. They don't serve lunch food at this hotel, so I bought enough food for two days due to time restraints on the lunch break. My salad froze in hotel rooms refrigerator. I had bought soup and that worked out fine, heating in microwave. I requested housekeeping when leaving my room at 7:30am. They came at 5:15pm when I had just gotten into my room. I opted to skip it. The day I was leaving, they were kind enough to let me stay an extra hour, which I was very appreciative... The cleaning person kept coming to my room during my 10 minute breaks. The people were friendly and the furniture in the common area was very comfortable. They had a nice outdoor area as well. I would recommend that they don't allow people to smoke outside the front doors... every time I walked in or out, the cigarette smoke permeated in the extrsnce way in in between the two sets of doors.

I love this place. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff is always friendly. The place is always clean. Wish I could have afforded to go for my 30th anniversary this month. I would definitely recommend.

Met some friends for dinner. We ordered pizza delivery. Beer from the bar. Ate on the patio. Very nice. Clean bathroom. Helpful staff.

I don't normally give 5 stars. This hotel earned every one of them. I could have lived in our beautiful suite; so comfortable and spacious! The breakfast bar was the best we have ever seen at a hotel. Seriously impressive. All that and a great staff who make you feel welcome. Enjoyed it so much.

I went here with friends and family and let me just say, this was a wonderful place to go! The area was amazing and on days we just wanted to relax the indoor pool was nice. The front desk was a great help with all my problems and questions I had.

We stayed here for two days because we lost power. The hotel is very clean. The rooms were great. They were large with separate living room. The rooms also included a full size refrigerator stove top and nicrowave. The hotel is also pet friendly. They offer a nice breakfast every morning. I would recommend the Hyatt House to anybody looking for a quick getaway or just needing a room. Me and my wife and son had a great time under the tough circumstances

Nice rooms, great fitness equipment, access to a local gym and many choices for shopping and dining. Food at the bar could use a little work, but all in all a nice stay. They used to serve popcorn, though. I do miss that.

My family and I stayed in a two bedroom "apartment" with a kitchen, plenty of space for all of us. Kitchen was decently stocked, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, mugs and a few sauce pans. What was missing was a cutting board and a saute pan, not a huge deal though. What was pretty annoying was there was only 1 chair at the table so I knelt during meals and my daughters sat on the ottomans. Breakfast was delicious and we got great use out of the pool. Hotel is located in the middle of a very busy retail area, convenient for shopping and dining, not very pretty though... Overall, nice place to stay.

Our Stay was very good. Our room was clean, had amenities such as a king size bed, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. It was also close to several restaurants and across the street from a Walmart. Perfect when your travelling cross country by car and need a place to stay for the night.

We stayed here 2 nights and really loved it! It was snowing outside and as soon as you walk in there’s such a cozy environment with an awesome fireplace perfect for winding down or sitting and relaxing indoors.

The staff was really friendly and everything was very tidy and clean. They have an indoor swimming pool, wish we would’ve brought our swimsuits! It’s all good though we did enjoy their complimentary breakfast each morning. They had a nice little variety and Seattle’s best coffee in the brew!

Nearby there’s a Walmart, a movie theatre and a small shopping center in case you need to run out and get anything. They also have a bar in the premises.

The rooms are very clean and really nice. We stayed in a 2 room suite and it was wonderful!

Would definitely stay here again especially since it’s really close to Beacon where you can go out and get some drinks or eat really good food!

The staff was short handed for Christmas but you would never have guessed as they were attentive and top of everything. The one food complaint that I heard from guests was no bacon but overall nice selection. Nice indoor pool on a snowy morning. The kitchen are a was totally respectable with full fridge, dishwasher, sink with disposer, two burner stove, and plates, glassware, kitchen essentials. Very happy with stay.

Great location right of the Highway. Lots of food options nearby and convenient gas station with groceries across the street. The breakfast is very good.

The suites are perfect for an extended stay. Kitchen is great for saving money on food fir a family.

Hyatt house is a good hotel they have good service like free breakfast for guest they treat there guest well and it's unlimited food also the bathrooms are clean and easy they even have the paper u put on the seat so you don't have to put your bare butt on the seat. Hyatt is a good hotel!

The Hyatt House is centrally located to resteraunts and a Walmart. The hotel is pretty new and quiet. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. Each bedroom had it's on bathroom with shower. However since there was five of us the fifth person had to go through one of the bedrooms to use the bathroom. Too bad there wasn't a least a 2 piece powder room separate from both bedroom areas. But if we had of been four in our party it would have been ideal! The suite consisted of refrigerator, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, microwave, cork screw, dishes, silverware and a TV in each of the three rooms. I give the cleanliness a solid 9. The breakfast was simple 6/10 but it did the trick. I would definitely stay there again.

Was a nice stay at Hyatt House. The room was clean and spacious, but they had forgotten to add the crib for the baby even though I had called up twice to remind them. The breakfast was lack luster at best, most of the food tasted stale and the coffee tasted burnt. However the location was prefect for us and we really just needed a bee for the night. Would definitely try a different hotel in the area next time I'm in the area.

I had a wonderful time at the Hyatt House. This hotel is beautiful. They offer a fantastic workout room with plenty of machine options and they even have weights. Th lobby has a gift shop offering late night snacks and travel essentials. The complimentary breakfast could not have been better.

The rooms at the Hyatt House were as good as it gets. Clean and spacious. This rooms offers everything you would want in a hotel room. I was traveling with a co-worker on business and we had to share a room. There was plenty of room for all our stuff and we never felt like we were in each other's way. The Hyatt House was five stars and then some.

This is a nice hotel and my father and I enjoyed as near to a perfect stay here as anyone could hope for at any hotel. The staff is friendly and courteous. The beds are tremendous, clean and comfortable. I would happily stay at this property again and again and again. In fact, Lord Willin, we'll be back next week.

Had a great stay. Large rooms comfortable beds friendly staff. Steps away from Wal-Mart restaurants and the free Breakfast was the Best... The eggs were real... Minutes away from the water park. And they have an indoor pool. The only issue I have is the JETS IN THE HOT TUB WERE WEAK... So for that I take away a star... Great place...

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a 2 bedroom suite, with kitchen, living room. We found the space clean and comfortable. We were on the third floor it was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only deficiency in our room was a couple of missing door handles and the in room coffee maker was broken, wouldn't turn on. All in all a pleasant stay. Very convenient close to restaurants, North towards Poughkeepsie has more dinner offerings. Easy access to interstate. Pool was okay, small but kids had fun. We would happily stay here again.

We loved our stay, even though it was a short stopover on a road trip. The laundry room was functional and had several machines. The room was large with microwave and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the room was clean. The breakfast was truly excellent with made-to-order omelets and many other choices, even for a gluten free diet. The only problem was that the pool was so cloudy, the drain could not be seen.

Staff is always very friendly and the hotel is immaculate in terms of cleanliness. We asked several times about having a decent coffeemaker in the room, as much cheaper hotels now have Keurig's in their list of amenities. This is a real disappointment for anyone who loves coffee. Also, the hairdryer was ancient. The lobby redecoration project has unquestionably put to death any warmth about this hotel upon entry. This too is a huge disappointment. I doubt we will stay here again.

Service was nice. Free breakfast and is in front of Wal-Mart in case you want some fun night caps. Rooms are small but cozy. Hopefully you are lucky to get a room with a big tv.

We had our conferences here and we had a blast the stuff was just lovely....the food was awesome and they was always around when you needed them...and the place always clean we did a three day conference her..they enjoyed us and we enjoyed them. I recommend anyone to stay here. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and our boys (3 years & 22 months) stayed here for 3 weeks while my husband was working at West Point. The hotel staff was always very pleasant. They have a decent breakfast every morning with an omelette bar. The one bedrooms are spacious but only have a shower, while the two bedrooms are duel masters and are great. They are very spacious, one bathroom has a shower the other has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is nice but only has a stove top, no oven so it makes cooking a little difficult for those staying longer periods of time. There are a few reasons I didn't give this location 5 stars. 1) When we moved to a two bedroom, I ended up finding an empty beer can and and an empty beer bottle under the couch. I also found broken pieces of clear glass on the ground in the kitchen, they were slightly smaller then the size of a dime, but obviously a safety hazard for my small children. I brought it to the attention of the front desk evening staff, but never heard a word from management about it. 2) The laundry room is terrible and deserves a 1 star rating. It is a shame that such a nice looking hotel has such inefficient laundry facilities. Both the washers and dryers are over priced at $2 per load. There are 3 washers, 2 top loaders (one of which was out of order our entire 3 week stay) and a front loader that does not have a very large load capacity. There are 8 dryers. Several of the dryers have rust issues inside around the lint trap. The biggest problem with the dryers is that they do not dry properly. The sign says drying time is 30 minutes, but clothing is still wet after 1 cycle so you either have to pay another $2 to dry again or lay your clothing out flat to dry in your room. The first time I did laundry I paid the extra $2 only to find the clothing was STILL damp (that is $6 to wash and dry 1 load that is still not dry). Rather then waste any more money on future loads I paid wash and dry once, then laid the clothing out in our room to finish drying them. I mentioned this to front desk one evening, but they didn't react as if it was important or a big deal. Even the Extended Stay Americas nearby have better, cleaner laundry facilities that actually work. Like I said too bad because it is a nice hotel. Over all 4 stars is what I give them because in general we enjoyed our stay here.

We were at this hotel because we attended a wedding and all the guests were staying at this hotel. We hung out at the bar but then we were told that we had to clear out because another party was coming in. We weren't happy about that and everyone was spending lots of money at the bar. It didn't make sense to me that we were all asked to leave. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful. The rooms were very nice and clean. I would recommend it.

Very clean and relatively modern. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent places to eat within walking distance, including an awesome 24 hour diner that has good beer and a full bar. Included breakfast was really good.. better than most Hyatt's I've stayed at.

This is a great place to stay in. Beautiful surroundings. Rooms are neat and clean, organized. We had booked one bedroom suite witb kitchen. It has all the required things in Kitchen. Near to Walmart Sam's Club.
Overall nice experience with staff and facilities.

I arrived here after a 6 hour drive on a 6+ month old reservation and they said the room wasn't ready -- at 5pm! They told me it would be another 10 minutes, which was definitely a lie to buy time. After waiting 25 minutes, I pushed them more and after getting 4 different people on it, and 15 more minutes waiting in the cramped lobby with uncomfortable chairs, it was finally ready.

The room is decently clean which is the only reason it's not 1-star. However, I arrived on a 93 degree Sat+Sun and despite setting the AC to 65 the moment I arrived (the lowest setting), I'm writing this review 8 hours later lying in bed and unable to sleep, as it hasn't been below 76-78 all night. I cannot sleep. The tiny vents are barely blowing AC (which is cold at ceiling level).

Not sure if they've just cheapened out or what - but definitely not coming back here again. There are only a few basic things that I expect in a hotel, and these guys failed at two of them.

It was a really nice, clean, well run hotel... The breakfast was great and the bar is a lot of fun. It was perfect for my group!

absolutely fantastic experience here and I want to thank everyone that worked the front desk while I stayed for 2 nights. I am a disabled combat veteran traveling with my service dog and this hotel was very accomodating when I asked for a room on the first floor. They smiled at me every time I had to pass through the lobby to let my dog outside. They made sure we were accounted for when a fire alarm suddenly went off one morning due to some burnt toast in the kitchen I guess. everyone was just so kind. and I can't even explain how beautiful the hotel and the individual room was. like a 1 bedroom apartment minus an oven, just an induction top range. I have had horrible service or just flat out denied service at hotels when I mention my service dog. has anyone ever seen a 20 lb service dog bc I havent. my dog is 70lbs and pretty standard.

I find it as a pretty good hotel to stay at. It's very quiet there every time I go there and I get great service from the splendid employees. The one thing I find that is lacking is possibly the size of the pool. It is 4 ft deep max and not all that big. Other than that, I recommend this hotel rather than the hotels surrounding it.

great stay but i hated the day clerk she was mean and not welcoing and did not care for kids needs, but the one who worksat early mornings was nice and welcoming.
