Fantastic service here, with comfortable rooms and a healthy breakfast every morning. They have a great pool that stays open late and a sizable laundry room for longer stays. The only thing I would change would be the size of the desks in the suites - I would give up the full-size fridge for more counter space. Perhaps if they switched the ottomans for an adjustable-height table it would give a bit more flexibility. Overall, I loved it - easy access to highway and VTA, quiet rooms, nice layout and well-lit spaces with a pretty nice view from the top floor.

Very clean rooms. Clean, family friendly pool. Great cabanas if you can get it on time. Decent breakfast. Will stay here again.

What a great hotel in a very convenient spot! Staff is super friendly and willing the help. Breakfast was very good. Nice little bar and bites in the evening. Walking distance to a handful of restaurants, stores and a great Safeway.

Pleasant rooms. Good service. Close to my destination as well as some good local restaurants that were open late. I slept well and got stuff done.

Studio room can cover 6 in a room w/ usable kitchen. Complimentary parking and breakfast. Nearby walkable stores/restaurants.

Great location. Lots of shopping and food options very easy to walk to. Each staff encounter was incredibly professional, they were all very eager to please. Rooms are very spacious and include home amenities. The beds are fabulously comfortable. Great America is a little bit of a drive away but it was worth it to stay at a quiet Hotel we will definitely be back! We didn't take advantage of the shuttle because we have a 5 year old in a car seat but we inquired about it at checkout and they let us know they do have a seat for the little ones. Spectacular!!

This hotel was amazing. The decor was modern, and the room was large. It came with a kitchen, with a DISHWASHER, stove, and what not. There was a very nice pool, and a hot tub. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Nice hotel !!! It is at the Rivermark Plaza, Santa Clara. I stayed here for two weeks. It has gym, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. Service is really nice. They provide complimentary suttel service to office. I enjoyed my stay here.

One of the best places to stay in Santa Clara. Very close to good restaurants. Nice neighborhood. The hotel gets very pricey at times though.

Hyatt House is conveniently located next to Rivermark plaza, where there's quite a few good places to eat. I like Jersey Mike's, and the Indian restaurant next to it. Starts with an M. Anyway, I went there to catch a Pokemon, and I did. So as far as being a place that exists, I give Hyatt House five stars.

Very nice hotel. I had booked a studio room and it had a fridge, microwave, hot plate and some basic utensils. Its location is really good. It is located inside rivermark village which has a lot of food options. It is walking distance to Safeway. The hotel has ample parking. The complimentary breakfast was really good.

The hotel is next to a major road. The window sound insulation is not that great. If your room is on the road side, you hear car noise starting 6 am in the morning. The hotel is a little old too. However, this hotel offers free breakfast. The hotel is next to a local plaza that has some good restaurants and grocery shop. Overall, the experience is good.

Nothing to complain about, room was nice and comfortable. The only issue I had was that the people staying next door were cooking some awful smelling food that lingered quite awhile, but not the fault of the hotel. Room had everything needed and breakfast was nice.

Breakfast buffet （free!）was excellent with fresh fruits, made-to-order omelets, potato dishes, pastries, and good coffee. Our room had a nice mini kitchen; this was especially convenient for our family because the supermarket was 5 minutes away by foot. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and dog friendly with advance notice（I was told they intentionally keep guests with dogs on separate floors so they won't bark at each other. That was a nice bonus and worked out really well!）. That's my dog yawning.

Hotel shuttle is only for business or airport services and nose be prearranged 24hr in advance. Nice discuss and clean rooms all with small kitchens. Guest services are responsive and friendly

Great room. Has a large TV, table, sofa and a good table. The kitchen was well furnished with coffee machine, dishes, utensils, induction stove, microwave oven and a fridge. The suite had an iron box, hair dryer, and facial tissues available. There was also an iHome with a dock, usable with Apple Devices.

Newly renovated room, super clean and great staff. Hot tub and pool arr a great place to relax. Free breakfast in the morning is full featured with custom omlets. Very spacious rooms. Parking is free. Large amount of restaurants and other stores only a minute walk away, including a grocery store and library, fantastic location.

Nice extended stay hotel. Easy access to silicon valley area. Close to San Jose airport. Good breakfast and social hour! On major thoroughfare so road noise at night is a problem, they do provide ear plugs.

Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. My room had a kitchenette as well. For the size of the room that we had, the bathroom was smaller than expected. The buffet breakfast was excellent and hotel parking facility was in close proximity.

Room was very spaciois, kind of like a suite. Has a kitchen area with fridge, sink, etc. Only complaint is that the washroom is kind of cramped. Split into two sections, where tub and toilet are split off by a sliding door. The sliding door is very hard to close and the one in my room didn't lock properly. When choosing the room you need to know which room your side is facing. Mine was facing the highway and will be busy at night and early mornings. Good parking and close to a small plaza with shops including grocery. The morning breakfast buffet style had an okay selection.

Staff was nice and helpful but room was dirty. Used coffee cup in the sink, hair in the shower and the beds are really cheap. Breakfast was mediocre as well.

Well located in a shopping area, near 24X7 Safeway, but the staff and policies are not helpful.

Shuttle service reservation system (book in person exactly 24 hours in advance) is painful and extremely mismanaged. Even when you manage to book a slot, they still leave early without you sometimes or show up very late, making you miss appointments.

Stay at this Hyatt only if you're renting a car.

Or go to the *other* Hyatt House (75 Headquarters Drive) if you prefer significantly better service, pleasant staff and well organized shuttles.

Nice big room with cooking hub, witch is really nice when staying for an extended period. Nice staff, I had some post sent to the hotel prior to my arrival, that was waiting for me at the reception at check in.

What a location!! If you are going to a game this is the place to stay. Restaurants are a 3-5 minute walk and it is like a community within the town, just awesome. The hotel staff so nice and attentive as well this hotel offers 5 star treatment. Rooms are big, clean and access to all offered is easy to get to. Good breakfast and coffee as well.

This hotel was nice. The room had a kitchenette, free wifi, and free breakfast. The room was also clean and quiet.

Check in staff were super friendly, the room was clean and really nice once we got up to it. The area is nice and quiet at night and the room had black out curtains which made the room really dark! Cleaning staff visited while we were out and retidied the room for us really nicely! Breakfast was great and you get the option to have a custom omlete that was lovely!

The lobby area was fantastic. The bar had a good beer selection and we were pleased that it had a few tvs for watching sports. Comfortable place to hang out with a friend staying at the hotel.

The staff at this hotel is wonderful! I've stayed here in the past but needed to be in Santa Clara last week and it was full. I stopped by when I was in a pinch! I was completely lost and my phone was dead. I was relieved to see the Hyatt House and pulled in. Miguel couldn't have been more helpful! He completely saved the day!

Room was spacious and updated. Has a kitchenette. Bed was firm and not sagging. Same for the pillows. Breakfast downstairs was delicious! ( Custom omelet, bacon, french toast, potatoes, cereal, fruit, etc).

Stayed in a newly renovated room. Super friendly service with Miguel who helped us at check in and greeted us throughout the night as we came and went. 1 bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Parking was easy with a 2 story parking garage. Complimentary breakfast was offered, but the bed was so comfy I slept in :)

We loved everything about this hotel. Located in a little strip mall with a grocery store and multiple restaurants. We were in town because we caught a 49ner game and this was so convienient.

Our suite was perfect for us, especially with the kitchenette. Room was very clean and bed super comfortable.

They also had a small bar in the dining area, a laundry room and a fitness room. Parking is free and located right in front of the hotel. They also offer shuttle service to and from the airport as well as shuttle service to the lite rail, if you're catching a 49ner game at Levi's Stadium.

The staff...from the front desk to housekeepers were very friendly, helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Like a home away from home.

Overall...you bet we'll be back!

Hyatt House Santa Clara is a pleasant, clean, comfortable place to stay. The included breakfast is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with groceries and eateries within walking distance.

The property is in excellent condition. Nice bar/restaurant/breakfast area. My room included a real kitchen: half-size fridge, 2-burner cook top, microwave, dishwasher. Plenty of free parking available. Wide range of restaurants within walking distance.

My rate was $260, and I'll stay here again at that rate, but often rates are higher.

Rooms were great, spacious and modern. There are plenty of pools with bars everywhere. The food was amongst the best part of the trip. The a la carte's amazed us and the portions of lobster and seafood were amazing. The beach was a little disappointing as it was quite crowded and smaller than expected. Nevertheless, the water was beautiful.

I stay here once or twice a month for business & personal plans.

The good: Staff is helpful & responsive. Value is excellent; I use the kitchenette in the room to prepare dinner & the hotel provides one of the best hotel hot breakfasts around, which together offset the cost of getting a studio suite rather than a basic hotel room elsewhere.

The rooms are always beautifully appointed, perfectly clean, and pleasant all around. The kitchenette is stocked with everything necessary to prepare & serve a simple meal. The plaza side is quieter, but my upper floor street side rooms have not been excessively noisy even during rush hour. (Never been in a lower floor street side room.)

The bad: This location has been plagued with minor maintenance issues. About half the rooms I've been in don't have a working ice maker in the freezer, so we have to go down to the front desk to get a bin of ice for the evening. Similar with toilets that run if you don't wiggle the handle. Once we had a room which had no working electric outlets. Giving the staff credit, they responded immediately and took excellent care of us, getting us moved into a new (problem-free) room without delay.

Overall, I recommend this location. The minor issues have been very much outweighed by the excellence of the rest.

My bill was already fully paid by the corporation hosting my tour. But, unfortunately, Hyatt House Santa Clara still billed me the full amount, and the bill was officially posted on my credit card account. If I had not checked my credit card and disputed it, I guess they would have billed twice.

Very nice place! Lift for pool & hot tub for disabled persons. Also a dog friendly hotel. Pricey but worth it if you're looking for a comfortable upper class place to stay.

We've had a couple off site meetings here at the Hyatt House and the meeting room is well designed for our size group. The food and snacks available throughout the day are tasty and we always get a lot of work done. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for an off site or meeting location.

Nice up scale feel, located in the Rivermark Plaza near the library and park. Very family friendly. Close to to major freeway junctions and near Levi Stadium and Great America.

I also enjoyed my two nights stay. The rooms are very clean and they have a kitchen! Safeway is very close by, so you can buy any grocery and cook it at the room.

Stayed at this hotel for a 4-day business trip. Astonishingly better than the Marriott down the street. Staff is very friendly. Suite was large and clean. Great bed with black-out curtains in the bedroom. Well-stocked . comfortable seating area. Loved the location which is convenient to many restaurants and cafes. Parking was also very easy. Overall just a great stay.

Only 1 nitpicky critique: there aren't enough power outlets. Only 2 at the desk, one with the lamp and one for the phone so I had to unplug something in order to use my laptop. The one at the bedside table is occupied by a clock and a lamp, so again I had to unplug something. A few expanded outlets would be nice.

Spent five nights. Great staff and location. Tip, get to breakfast early cause free food brings out the animal in people. As expected most other guest are like dogs who haven't seen food in weeks. The evening reception was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Currently under rennovation so there are some dividers etc. The rooms are gorgeous and the staff are so great! There is a happy hour weeknights minus friday with complimentary snacks beer and wine. How can you beat that!
