The stay was ok. Shuttle service needs help. Valet was excellent. Tv didn't work upon arrival but was fixed by maintenance fast. Most staff was polite. Breakfast was good

I stayed at this hotel on a one night trip to Nashville. The hotel was very close to the couple things we came to see. This was the first hotel that I've been to that I had to pay to park, the charge was quite a bit for the one night. The hotel was nice and clean and the beds were soft and the pool was large but there were some things that just weren't as nice. The pillows were terrible, they would flatten out where you played your head and puff up around your head providing only discomfort. Additionally the bathroom presented certain difficulties; it was split into two half baths each with a sink and a separate utility, either toilet or bath. This made going to use the bathroom extra noisy in the morning when you had to use both. The both had sliding doors which we hard to close completely and even then left gaps for people to potentially look in. The breakfast was extensive but I didn't find many things to be very good. All in all it was a very fancy looking hotel but it was kind of a letdown.

Very clean and new hotel. Breakfast is included but there is valet only parking. If you are just staying in Nashville I would recommend using Uber or Lyft as you'll save a lot of money on parking and gas. The hotel is also very quiet for sleeping as you're not in downtown.

Ralph the Operations Manager was such a great help and very friendly. Excellent representative of your company. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our short stay. The shuttle service offered, was a great plus in allowing us to sight see in the area much easier! Thanks Again !!

Everything was perfect. Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The valet/shuttle driver (Kirk? tall, slender young man) was incredibly friendly and we had a lovely time every time we got the chance to interact with him. We took a shuttle downtown to the Ryman on Sunday night and there were some folks on our shuttle that wanted to go somewhere far outside the range. He told them he couldn't take them all the way there but he'd get them as close he could. I was getting nervous because I thought we were going to be late for our show, but it turns out, your staff member knew exactly where he was going and exactly how long it would take to make the best of a bad situation for other guests and still get us where we needed to be on time. My partner has also has several dietary restrictions and your complimentary breakfast was more than satisfactory. The room was clean and quiet. More than a great stay.

Good front desk service. Rooms are large and comfortable. Beds comfortable. Not a luxury hotel but good for the price. 5 bucks uber to bars at Broadway

The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. It's located near many local hotspots within walking distance.

Perfect place to stay! Incredibly friendly staff and clean, well kept rooms. The location makes it cheaper and quieter than downtown but still close to everything. Take a run down music row and through the Vanderbilt campus. Definitely hit Hattie Bs Hot Chicken but order ahead for pick up to avoid the line.

Good location. Wonderful staff. Nice amenities. Only issue is that bathroom doors are barn doors.

I recently stayed 2 nights at the Springhill suites near Vanderbilt. The location can't be beat. Great restaurant and bars are in the area.

This hotel is located only ten minutes by foot from Vanderbilt University in the middle of many good restaurants and within walking distance from downtown. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. There is free breakfast in the morning. Great staff will take good care of you. Note the parking is $25 per day, but worth leaving the car there and walk around Nashville.

This hotel has nice nice spacious rooms. THe rooms were clean and housekeeping provided good service. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were cramped but nice. Their free breakfast bar was nice to have and was always kept clean and not messy. The food was nice and hot and they never let the warm plates or cold plates get empty they were always supplying more. The staff was very nice and helped us much. Unfortunately, we had to leave the next day because they could not accommodate us since they were completely booked.

Easily the worst/laziest customer service I've encountered as a rewards member. I called back regarding a pair of shoes I left behind, and they said they'd let housekeeping know. With each follow-up (hours apart) they say only housekeeping can look and haven't heard back from them. Would only take 5 minutes to check for a pair of shoes. If you speak to Courtney at the front desk, be sure to expect minimal effort. 3 stars only because a helpful girl in the events department got back to me eventually.

Great location, nice spacious rooms. They have a shuttle bus that will take you downtown. They also have HBO for all your Game of Thrones viewing pleasure! It's a great hotel, I would stay here again.

Great place to stay! The shuttle drivers were amazing. They always had great suggestions on where to eat and where to hear the best music. The breakfast bar was fabulous! We couldn't believe all food choices it came with. Friendly staff.

Rooms were nice, service very good, price reasonable. But the shuttle service to downtown will save you a ton of time and money, not to mention shoe leather. Would stay again just for the shuttle.

Location was good. Walkable to midtown bars and short Uber to Broadway. Room was nice and clean, parking was easy and on site (25$). Breakfast was mediocre, as expected.

We stayed there Monday through Friday. We just checked out this morning and I was not impressed. We paid over $200 a night and had to deal with a room that had water in the floor the whole time. It was starting to smell mildewed by Wednesday. We told them when we first got there and took off our shoes and found ourselves standing on a cold wet carpet. They sent maintenance out and they just dried the carpet. By the next morning, it was soaken wet again. That next morning I caught maintenance going into the room next to us with lots of tools and driers. I asked him if the you could try and fix out room too. He basically told me there was nothing they could do as the rooms had been leaking from all the rain. Worst and nastiest experience ever from a hotel. I paid the same as other customers that got stand on dry floors and carpet. Lesson learned. I will go back with Hilton. They are the same price point, but so much nicer. I would have never had this problem with them. They would have moved us immediately. We had time keep shoes by our bed and keep them on any time we were going to be walking around in the room. Totally unacceptable!! You guys need to fix your roof problems if it is truly leaking from rain. I do have my doubts though as the water was coming out of the bath area.

Great hotel...However the cleaning people should not come in with their cleaning supplies and carts in the same elevator with guests on board....

The hotel room was perfect. I liked the toilet and small sink, separate from shower and main sink area. Very clean.

Nice hotel. Pendant lights in toilet room are made for people 5'9" and shorter. Street signage is not visible until you are at the hotel and the map marker in all the GPS systems has the entrance around the corner.

Location and room were all great. However the key card for parking didn't work right initially. However in the end it all worked out when I talked to the front desk about it.

Overall a good hotel, by Vanderbilt University and close to downtown Nashville. Friendly staff, who are willing to help and a free shuttle that takes you anywhere nearby (within 2 miles). Comfortable rooms with a separate sitting area and separate bathroom and shower. Lots of good restaurants and things to do in the nearby area.

Very nice and clean. Had everything I needed, including nice staff. Not many frills, though (i.e. free parking, a nice dining area, etc.)

Newer, great rooms, clean. Our room had a half bath which was great for getting ready. In a very congested part of town though.

New and modern hotel. Friendly staff and patrons. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Husband loved the pillows. I only wish the breakfast hours were a little longer but that is my only complaint. Shuttle service was very helpful in getting to downtown Nashville.

Heat doesn't work, staff unfriendly, shower drain clogs up, and hair all on towels....this is our honeymoon due to my wife's pregnancy and for the price of this hotel for the week you would think this place would be above expectations.....it was not. Because of all these things we are leaving the hotel in the morning. A five day honeymoon turns into a one day honeymoon. At least the pizza was good...

Nice hotel with all the typical amenities. The beds are really comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff were all friendly. Only complaint is in the design of the rooms- there are windows all around the top perimeter by the ceiling and while there are buttons by the bed to draw shades, the shades don't block out the city lights so it was still pretty bright when trying to sleep.

We spent 2 nights there this week as a family. Clean, new hotel with very friendly staff. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful, knowledgeable, and service-oriented. Excellent breakfast and terrific location. Thoughtful room design.
