This is my second visit because of their nice ambience, breakfast, and self laundry machines. Overall service suits their tagline "Feels like home", I recommend for a stay in Beirut.

One of the best hotels in Beirut with an amazing rooftop pool! Absolutely stunning!

Everything was ok until we have made a phone call. You pay 176 dollars a night and they charge you 4 dollars for a phone call from a landline lol. The rest was ok stuff is super friendly, they try to help foreigners as much as they can. Room are nice, clean, pool on the rooftop is awesome. Ou and the bed is very comfortable.

The customer service is top notch. A free breakfast for residents in the morning is given everyday. The rooms are amazing. The view given is breathtaking. The room is composed of a bathroom, a bedroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a balcony. Enjoy you stay!

excellent Hotel, located in the center of Beirut.
rooms are small apartments, quite big and well organised, with everything you could need. The hotel hosts a swimming pool on the roof with an amazing view on the city.
There isn't a restaurant inside the hotel (except for breakfast), but you can easily order take away and it will be delivered to your door. Hotel staff is absolutely friendly and will be help you with any need.

Great hotel

The hotel is so good in terms of facilities and its location is convenient if you drive and know your way quite well but if you don't; you will get lost easily.
As for the staff; they are so friendly specially Tarek at the front office and his colleagues in addition to Abu Ahmed who is the security guard who is so helpful and friendly and I have to mention Guy at the restaurant who is transferring the feeling of; being at home; while serving everybody with smile, friendly and enthusiasm to the extent that you always feel like you are absolutely welcomed.
And I have to mention Sara and Omar too.
As for what is not comforting is the noise. Noise of construction activities next to the hotel that are causing alot of en comfortable feeling something in addition to the sound of car horns.
These soubds are the only negatives her.
I have to mention that the grocery store is so close by; where you can buy all your stuff easily and promptly.
In addition to El barbar who is one of the most popular lebanee fast food restaurant who is close by too; you can get a couple of delicious shawerma sandwichs, salads, French fries and soft drink for 7 to 9 us dollars.
House keeping personal were good too.
