I've attended numerous business related gatherings at the location, so this review is a summary of all of those experiences. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. There were times that I needed something fixed in their conference room that they fixed very quickly and effectively. There have been times that it was apparent that no one in terms of house-keeping had attended to the room even though an entire night had passed since their last event (excess trash left about and the room's tables hadnt been cleaned), and it smelled for the entirety of my event. They have gotten better about this though recently. The conference room isn't very well lit, as well. Beyond that, I can't speak to the overnight experience.

This place went beyond expectation. We are a military family of 5 who needed a place to accommodate all of us and this place checked all the boxes. I was so amazed to have a 2bedroom suite for a excellence price. Everyone had enough space for 9nights of hotel living. My kids and I enjoyed their beautiful salt water pool, jacuzzi and mini golf provided on site. Breakfast was served everyday and dinner Mon- Wed. Which is a big help on food cutting cost. My favorite thing about this hotel is their beds! I have never felt a bed more comfortable than what I experienced in my life! Last jut not least I would like to thank Natasha at the front desk. She went above and beyond from beginning to end with assisting my family. You will not be disappointed with this stay.

Was in town from out of state for a week of training for work. This hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The beds are super comfortable, the pool area is amazing. It is pet friendly, has a putting green, an outdoor gazebo with grills, and a huge exercise room. The service was phenomenal, room was cleaned everyday and Natasha at the front desk was hands down one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable of the areas in and around Houston which helped the group I was in tremendously when we came in from training looking for places to eat dinner each day. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone.

I just want to give Gaby a special thanks! After a rough day of travelling, my family pulled in after dark. I was tired but Gaby's energy was contagious. She was so quick to get blankets and pillows for my family and help us settle in. We return to Webster a lot, and up until this point have floated between hotels. I will definitely be returning due to the great customer service. For what it's worth, the hotel was receiving new beds during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable, and Natasha with guest services was very kind, attentive, and went out of her way to make our experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Great customer service. I would also like to mention the pool and patio are very beautiful.
Will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at many hotels all across South Texas and this is by far one of the best home away from home experiences I have ever had. Everything was excellent from the staff, to the pool view, surrounding area, and the hot buffet breakfast was definitely an additional plus. I have no complaints! Natasha made my good stay even greater by accommodating all of my request!

Outdoor pool is great, but unheated. Good is great, staff are receptive, rooms comfortable. BUT - always be aware of your dishware. I brought my own Shaker bottle, and housekeeping ruined them by staying the dishwasher automatically and doing my dishes for me. Ruined my cup and melted a couple parts. They also touched and moved my personal items, putting then away in places I never put them. Take pictures of your room and items before leaving.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and clean. The pool area and landscaping is gorgeous. From the minute I arrived, the staff(Natasha) was awesome. She was friendly, genuine and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel has basically been my home away from home for sometime now. Natasha and the rest of the staff are some of the best people to know. Kind, courteous very knowledgeable of the area. They always go out of their way to make you feel at home. Which really helps for people who are visiting for the first time. The rooms are spacious, recently renovated. The food is good and it’s in a great location. Once I stayed here. I never even thought of visiting another establishment.

Excellent customer service from all the staff here making this a home away from home. Management like AJ always make it his business to have a conversation with me. Natasha at Front desk always welcomes with a big smile and polite service to everyone of the guest. My favorite stay when I’m in the Houston area! Near lots of restaurants and entertainment at Baybrook Mall!

stayed here while our home was getting renovated. staff was super friendly! from the front desk to the house keepers all very very nice. breakfast buffet was awesome! The rooms were very clean, with a fridge & stove top.. cable & wifi included. pool was nice & shaded from the sun. will definitely recommend this to a friend and would stay again!

I enjoyed the location!!! A+ here. It's close to shopping off Gulf Freeway. About a 1/2 is the Baybrook Mall which has something for everyone. Lots of entertainment, shopping and food. The hotel was quiet, clean, and friendly. The kids didn't care too much for the breakfast foods but the waffle iron was wonderful as usual. Check in and out was easy. The pool looked amazing​ and true resort style. There was a mini golf area. They have a lovely lounge for movie watching. A first​ for me was free laundry area!!! There was also a nice exercise room. The hotel is pet friendly and the rooms are nice. The bed was high off the ground but comfy.

We were in town for a graduation and had requested a early checkin when we spoke to the IHG agent on the phone. However prior to our checkin the agent had not informed the hotel. Natasha greeted us warmly and was happy to accommodate our request. Everything about the room was excellent! We had some of the best rest we had in along time! We will definitely choose this hotel the next time we are in this area.

WOW! We were displaced because of water damage in our home and have been staying at Staybridge Suites in Clear Lake. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, food, amenities, and atmosphere. AJ Akinribade, along with his staff of Lynette, Gaby, LePing (spoils you rotten for dinner, always serving with a smile on her face, and trying to figure out how to make your experience even better), Kaitlyn, Maricruz, Valerie, and Nayely were fantastic. Courteous, pleasant, accommodating, and welcoming. The cookies in the lobby (along with dog treats), hot coffee at all times, a full breakfast every morning and dinner (wine and beer as well!!!!) provided Monday-Wednesday were such a blessing to us! We checked out today and moved back home, but ready to go back to the dining room for dinner!!!! Hotel is clean, warm atmosphere, and was a blessing for our family. Thank you AJ and your entire staff for a wonderful stay during a challenging time for our family!!!!!

Beautiful, kid & pet friendly hotel. Stayed in a 2 bdrm, 2 bath, sofabed suite. Fully stocked kitchen, dishwear, cooktop, microwave, full size fridge. Extra storage rooms available. No charge guest laundry next to gymn which is very nice and convenient for long stays and with kids. Nice view of pool and commons areas. Full breakfast in the am and nice social events during the week. Menu varies day to day week to week.
Only con was, house keeping forgot a very LARGE bag of garbage in front of room door from a previous guest. Then room had a funky smell to it when we got in. They remedied both things and all went well afterwards.

Very friendly staff. Everyone greeted me and asked about my needs. Rooms were clean and beds were VERY comfortable. Loved the decor! Will come back for sure.

They have complimentary dinner Monday to Wednesday... The staff is kind, and the gym is great for a hotel gym. Really a great experience!

Fire alarm went off at 12 A.M. and lasted for an hour before fire dept. came and reset alarm. Staff was apologetic but no discount was given for the over hour long disruption. Other than that the hotel was O.K.

Very nice suite type room. All stays include a simple buffet with wine & beer in the lobby Monday thru Wednesday. Staff was very good at addressing an issue we had with low water pressure in our shower.

I stay at a lot of hotels for work and travel , Staybridge is consistently my favorite stay. You basically get an furnished apartment with breakfast, dinner M-W, free gym, laundry, pool, sauna. It’s a great home away from home . If I had any complaints I’d suppose it can get hard to book a room during certain times or if you don’t book in advance. But that’s a testament that people enjoy staying here

The place was recently remodeled and evertlyhring in my room looked new and very clean. The bathroom was nice and clean, which is all I could really ask for. The kitchenette was nice as well. Good location; tons of restaurants around and close to I45.

I was only there to visit family staying in the hotel, but staff was friendly, the hallways we're quiet, and the new renovations look amazing!

The location is great but the rooms have no I've bucket and you have to bring the one from the fridge and the trash cans are small The breakfast is great and so is everything else

Spent two years at the Holiday Inn in Baytown, Texas. This place is beyond doubt the superior location!

Staff is super professional and very friendly. Hotel seems clean and fairly up-to-date. Internet is really fast for free wifi. 50mbs. Freezer in the fridge was pretty noisy for a bit, but it seems to be cleared up.

They are really nice and they have everything you need like kitchen aids..they have a really good breakfast and during the week they have dinner too..I would really recommend this place.. love it..

Since IHG had a problem with my review through their site stating it contains PII and legally sensitive information WHICH MAKES NO SENSE... I'm posting it here. Gave them a bad review since my front door to the room would stay open unless you forced it shut, it smelled, the blackout curtain would not close, the double doors that divided the room would pop back open upon closing and the bathroom door wouldn't close either you would have to force it just to be able to leave it cracked. Below is the other part of the review...

Had too many issues with the room to merit a good review. Our entire group felt the same and will be looking for another hotel when we go back. Only good thing was the outdoor pool area which our families enjoyed. One thing I didn't mention on my comments was the safety hazard we would run into everyday when walking to the elevators, people would leave the pool soaking wet and drip themselves to their rooms leaving the entire hallway floor wet and slippery; not the hotels fault, but it's obviously a problem which needs attention.

It was a nice hotel. It was very easy to find my way to the room my event was in. The staff were very helpful.

Currently under construction, but otherwise a nice hotel with a salt water pool, a small minigolf course, exercise room, no extra charge laundry, cable, Internet, kitchen in the bedroom with a fridge, stove and microwave, breakfast buffet, room service, house keeping, and all that you'd expect of a hotel. The staff are very friendly.

A good hotel, now (July 2017) under remodeling but the rooms and all the facilities are OK. The fare includes a hot breakfast buffet, a good addition compared with other hotels in the zone. It's only 4 minutes from Space Center Houston and the Clear Lake.

The suites are roomy with a full size fridge/freezer and basic cooking supplies. The rooms and linens are well taken care of. Current construction ongoing, but the noise has not been noticable and the hotel works to minimise the intrusions. Breakfast is nice, about average for hotels of similar price range. They also offer free dinner 3 days a week, but u have not been able to take advantage of it.

Really nice rooms. The bed was like heaven. They had some construction going on. They would have gotten a 4 star if not for the construction.

The rooms are large and fully equipped. There is a gym on site that is reasonably well supplied. The lobby is large, private, and has a big TV. I enjoyed my time here.

Room was great. Very swanky. Bed was comfortable. Shower was pretty good. Breakfast was horrible.

The hotel was still in the process of being constructed. Which wasn't a bother for me, however, the interior construction was very rushed. Most of the paint was poorly done, and some of the fixtures on the walls fell right off. I appreciate what the hotel was trying to do. However,I just recommend that they get better contractors.

Low rates. Free meals (breakfast & dinner... not sure about lunch because I wasn't at the hotel during lunch hours). Very accomodating staff. The rooms are very nice and cozy. Will be back again!

When I typed the address into my navigation system though, it took me the wrong place and that was a little annoying.

The location was perfect for what I needed points east of Houston. The Staff was accommodating, professional, and resourceful. Each day of my five night stay, I was greeted with that special Hamptonality, even when the weather decided to shutdown the satellite TV reception. Two times! They are currently remodeling. Even so, this place has everything you need: clean quiet, comfortable. The staff at the front desk are also very helpful. The back patio area with the swimming pool/hot tub is very nice and relaxing.

A very conveniently located hotel with really nice suites. We had s suite with two rooms. One room had 2 queens and 1 room had 1 king. The rooms were connected by a living room. The living room sofa also turns into a twin bed. In addition, you can request a rollover. The hotel has free breakfast, indoor and outdoor pool with a hot tub and great service.

Happy hour us great and Leping is the best!

Very clean rooms. Got a two bedroom suite for our family of five, truly the best way to stay in a hotel with kiddos. They get their own room with their own TV, we get ours, but it's all in one suite. Nice kitchen with full size fridge, small stove, microwave, toaster oven, and even dishwasher. There's a small living room area between the bedrooms. The pool is warm and beautiful, well kept and comfortable outdoor area. Only complaint/advice is that if you don't stay up late, ask for a room away from the pool area. Kids were shrieking and squealing until well into the night, very loud even with windows closed. Otherwise literally no issues. :)

I was impressed with Staybridget suites. The location was nice and clean. Landscaping was well kept. Inside was nice and clean. The desk clerk was nice and very friendly. Everyone working there was nice and friendly always with a smile. I will stay there again.

I love this place! I've visited my husband on 2 separate occasions while he has been there for business for a long period of time. The staff is extremely helpful kind and courteous, the rooms are clean and spacious and overall feeling of being welcomed! The gym has up to date equipment and the pool and spa are beautiful! We have stayed at many hotels that are are are much more expensive and Staybridge inn compares if not trumps those other hotels! Very convenient location and close to many great tourist sites and dining! Looking forward to going back! I can't say enough great things about this hotel and long term stay! I loved the location it was near a mall. The room was great and beautiful the only bad part was that the air conditioner didn't work. The service was great.

I travel a lot, so its rare I am impressed with a hotel. I stayed here for 1 month while working in the area. Wife and kids stayed with me for half the trip, and they loved it here. Rooms were big and clean, and mine came with full kitchen with separate bedroom. Internet was fast which was a big plus when I had to work from the hotel. Pool/Hot tub were perfect for the family. They even have complimentary dinner and drinks 3 nights a week. To top it all off the staff here at the hotel is excellent making my Wife's stay for 2 weeks comfortable and were excellent handling my obnoxious toddlers :). I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to the area.
