Stayed here as a last minute descision from the company. The breakfast choices are amazing and well made. The room had a serviceable kitchen. (oven, dishwasher, utensils, glasses, etc) The A/C worked perfectly and the bed was comfy with a choice of either a firm or soft pillow. I would have given 5 stars but the pool was out of order on my visit

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is clean and well kept. The location is easy to get to with plentiful parking. Nearby access to the highway. The area has plenty of dinning options as well.

What a great place to stay. Went above and beyond everything. Clean, organized, well staffed and offered breakfast every day n dinner couple days. And Mary is a fantastic host n her staff is awesome. Will definitely be back n will always stay at staybridge.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and knew the property well. Breakfast was quite tasty and the employees working in the dining area really made everyone feel welcome. Extremely friendly. Rooms are as to be expected. My only complaint, and it's a small one, but as we we're arriving at the hotel we went right by. The sign wasn't the easiest to see. It didn't jump out at you anyway. Overall a very nice stay.

Great staff. Traveling for business it was nice to arrive and chill for a happy hour being hosted by the hotel. The rooms are a fair size with a kitchenette that's pretty useful. The outdoor patio features corn hole and great seating.

I checked in with my family really late, 6 a.m the next morning. The front desk person was preparing breakfast, yet she had us in mind as arriving due to my husband calling in our late check in just before midnight. We were on a short family trip, just to visit the Indianapolis Children’s Museum, however one of our children, the 4 years old, had come down with a cough and fever. The room was ready and comfortable. We were in need of an extra towel and got it and everything else we called for (plumbing issues, seems to be a thing for ‘us’ when we go to hotels, occasionally), even the messy sheets needing changing due to a little overwhelmed diaper was taken care of immediately. We asked for a late checkout, we only wanted an hour (because our poor 4 yrs old did not sleep comfortable till 6am the day of check out) and we got and extra 3 hours. The breakfasts were well prepared and good on options. The pool was a 4.5 only because it wasn’t bigger (length/depth), yet it had a nice little Jacuzzi and was well maintained. The outside dining/barbecue patio area was nice look and feel too. The staff was amazing. The only reason we didn’t give a 5 was because there wasn’t any restaurant and we booked through a third party but didn’t get the exact room we thought.

Pretty nice. Had shower, no bath tub. Staff very nice. On weekends don't have hot breakfast until 7:30. Had cold stuff out at 6:30; fruit, toast, bagels, cereal, etc. During the week hot food is out at 6:30 a.m. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice outdoor sitting area.

I absolutely love this hotel. I stay here for 2 weeks at a time for work.

The rooms are big and spacious with a nice kitchenette to cook for yourself. Very clean. And the maid service is fantastic.

The "social night" is a great way to meet other guests and Mary.

MARY IS THE BEST PERSON EVER!! She is so sweet and nice and serves the beer/wine during social hour. She knows everyone and where they are from and will introduce you to everyone if you wish.

Jose makes the food during the "social hour". He make a good burger and the pulled pork is great too. He works hard and it shows.

Erin is the assistant manager and is just a sweetheart. She always has a good reccomendation for a restaurant or local activities. I've been here for over 3 weeks and she has never steered me wrong.

The hotel is great, but the PEOPLE make it fantastic!

Overall I had a fantastic experience here. Spacious, clean room. My wife and I liked the extra bathroom space so we could both get ready easily. Great facilities. Fitness room had a lot to offer and pool was a nice feature. Breakfast was fantastic. Very tasty food and great coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff. And we loved that we could bring our dog with us. I will be staying here again when I visit Indy next time.

This is absolutely one of my favorite hotels to stay at! The rooms are also clean, the beds are pretty comfortable and the service is great! They also have a hot breakfast everyday that is amazing! It has a variety of options for gluten free, vegan and dairy free! I would highly recommend this place for people on business trips, sports tournaments and college visits.

We came down from Michigan last minute and had a hard time finding a hotel when we got here. We called Staybridge and we're lucky enough that they had a room open and it was available for early check in. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, check in was quick, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning on staying in the Indianapolis area!

Spacious rooms with good amenities. Nice changing breakfast keeps it fresh, and evening dinner provided for weeknights is a plus. Friendly staff.

Our 'home away from home' every time we are in Carmel visiting our Son & his family....they live tight around the corner from Staybridge....always welcoming staff, clean, good breakfasts included. Great parking accommodation & easy access from freeway!!

The rooms are big, comfy bed, staff is friendly and accomadating. Breakfast is really great with juices and sodas. Pet friendly. Traveling from N.Y. to TX and we have stayed with stay Bridge and they are really consistent with pricing, clean and comfy rooms, and yummy foods

I mean. My fear is being in a hotel which still have stains on the bed and stained tubs, this hotel is soooooooooo dope! I love it! The staff is awesome.

Very nice hotel for price. Located in quiet area close to shopping. Also has a path around the,property good for a short walk. Kitchenette is well stocked.

Shower pressure was excellent. Beds and pillows were good. In a quiet area at night but close to everything. We would stay here again.

Serves great breakfast but should have a variety of meat selection because not everyone eats pork. Offers free social and dinner 3 nights a week which is great. Great outdoor area. Friendly staff. My husband travels to Indy a lot for work and we always choose this hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional, the rooms are spacious and well kept and the location is perfect. There's free breakfast which is great for early meetings and you're running behind. They also have coctail hour and an evening meal on weekdays. The only downside is the workout room is a little small but the equipment is nice. All in all I love this hotel and wouldnt consider anywhere else for the price.

Terrific staff, warm and friendly. Suites include kitchenette with full fridge with is terrific. 2 TVs 1 in bedroom, one in "family" room. Comfy king bed. Breakfast and evening reception are great. Pool and hot tub for relaxing. A very pleasant stay at this all-suites hotel.

Good hotel overall. Decent room comfortable bed. Weird smell when you first walk in though. Pool was very cold. Great breakfast available.

We have enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious. The customer service was awesome. Two top reasons we stayed here was because of location and because they are pet-friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice, clean, friendly. The hot breakfast is pretty good and fairly diverse. We also liked the indoor pool. When the weather is nice, the patio has a nice outdoor fire place.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the bed wasn't up to par with other hotels. The courtyard is AMAZEBALLS! Great customer service. The rooms were nice. I'd definitely stay here again. Great place for a long term stay!

I had an excellent experience while staying at this hotel for nearly 2 weeks. The front desk staff was helpful and professional during the entire stay. They do an excellent job of connecting with the guests and making sure they will have everything they need.

The cleaning/maintenance staff couldn't do a better job at keeping the entire facility absolutely spotless and well maintained. They even have a laundry room with tons of FREE washers and dryers.

From Monday to Wednesday they have a social hour that goes on until 7:30pm. There is FREE food, beer and wine that they make sure does not run out. It is hosted by a wonderful lady that does a spectacular job at bringing all the guests together. I have never seen a social hour at a hotel with so many people that won't miss it for anything. A great deal of the people are regular guests that stay in touch and are like a small little family while they are staying at the hotel.

The rooms are plenty spacious and the beds are incredibly comfy. The WiFi is decent but I wouldn't call it excellent. The showers in the room have plenty of pressure and plenty large. It is only a $10 Uber to Broad Ripple if you want to go out and have fun.

If you are a business person that will be returning often... You will gain friends and have an excellent opportunity to network with many other professionals.

Do not hesitate on choosing this hotel while you are in town!

The Staybridge is like home. Free washing facility. Beautiful outdoor grills with a fire pit. Wonderful staff.

Stayed here for 2 nights while attending my niece's wedding. Very nice breakfast. Front desk friendly and efficient. Hotel is pet-friendly, so if you have allergies, not a good choice. The A/C in our room was a wall unit which was fairly loud when it ran. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and there was a full refrigerator and 2 burner stove top as well as a microwave. It bills itself as a suite, but there is no separation of the bedroom from the sitting area which limits the usefulness of the area.

The suite is very nice, comfortable, and fully equipped. The social time Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are great! The Manager is great and treats everyone as family. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very clean and inviting staff. I was there for a friend's graduation party and the staff was nice and courteous. Welcomed me and showed me where the party was at.

Great hotel. Clean rooms, faciltiy, and friendly staff. Free parking is also a plus, and location is great. If you have a neighbor, walls are paper thin. We could hear EVERYTHING that went on above us, and next to us.Our neighbors were not loud at all, just a regular volume during their conversation, and we could hear every word. Our bed was not the most comfortable, after sleeping 3 nights on it, it made us very achy.
Other than the walls, and bed that was in our room, this is a great clean, safe, and great quality hotel.

This is a great place to stay! Every time our kids have a tournament near Carmel we stay here. The staff is helpful, the rooms are always clean, breakfast is great and the outside area is perfect!

Classy rooms, beautiful architecture and garden area, pet-friendly with a city park behind the parking lot (not much more than an open grassy field but that's perfect for my dog, no fence but lots of room for activity). Extremely convenient location just outside the heart of Carmel and about 20 minutes in the car to the airport.

Was part of a meeting group that was renting out the conference space for this location. The staff members we very accommodating and the room was perfect for a group of about 8 - 12 people. Always provided water and lets us get food from the breakfast bar. Would have been nice if the internet was a bit faster but we managed just fine. Would recommend if your team needs and offsite meeting space very reasonable rates.

This place exceeded my expectations far more than I imagined! The girls at the front desk were nice and very helpful as well as the guy at night. The whole hotel was very clean, even the pool area. We came all the way from Cleveland, Ohio and I actually had never heard of staybridge so we were afraid to run into a poor experience and thank god we did not! The outside of the hotel is beautiful and there are grills and tables to relax at.What tipped the scale for me was that there is free guest laundry! I'm just really impressed. Oh and not to mention the price was great which is why I wasn't sure what to expect . I probably won't frequent Illinois, but now I know that Staybridge is an excellent choice and I will book future stays with them at other locations whenever possible.

We had originally booked with another hotel, but when we found a bed bug while checking in they put us up for the night at Staybridge Suites because they didn't have any other open rooms at the first hotel that night. We ended up loving Staybridge so much that we called the orriginal hotel to let them know we would stay at the Staybridge for the rest of our time. They were absolutely lovely, very sweet, and friendly staff. Everyone was very friendly with my kids. We loved the free salad bar dinner party on Monday night, and Mary was a wonderful hostess and remembered us to say hi and chat for a bit in the morning. The rooms were very clean. The pool was a great way for the kiddos to get out their energy and the hot tub was good for the adults to relax. Next time we come back to the area we are planning on staying here again.

Stayed there on a business trip. They are very accommodating. They upgraded my room for free and they provided free dinner and breakfast. Also free beer. Always a plus.

Our usual brand was not available so we tried Staybridge Suites.
The staff was extremely gracious and helpful.
The facility was well appointed and clean.
The price was in range for the area.
The room was lovely and well stocked.
The breakfast was excellent.
But the bed was too hard and the pillows too soft. It was the bed/pillows that made it a 4 as opposed to a 5.
However my husband, the fussy sleeper, suggested we stay there again.

Staff is very friendly. Building is new and everything is very nice. Breakfast was good. Would recommend.

I was at the hotel for a Mary Kay party. The facilities were very nice; the room and lobby were both very clean and nicely decorated! The staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful!

I like the staff they were nice. I didn't like the breakfast maybe I expected more. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable and they leave you plenty of extra blankets and pillows which I like. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

This is a routine stay for us - birthdays, soccer tournaments, any overnight in the Indy area. The staff is always pleasant, rooms spotless, common areas welcoming, and breakfast pretty good for hotel. Love the pet policy - very easy and helpful when we must travel with our four-legged friends.

It's the only place I stay in Carmel/Indianapolis. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfy. Mary, the head of hospitality, is probably one of the nicest ladies you will ever meet.

We had a large group staying at the hotel for 3 nights. Originally we were booked for a large suite and suite to unforseen circumstances (a previous guest was still in need of the room) they moved us to 3 connected rooms, and was very accommodating. The rooms are clean and well laid out.

I came to Indianapolis with a group for the annual Gencon convention. We reserved a large suite to accommodate all of us together and to allow space to play games in the room at night. The Staybridge had everything we needed for a great stay. The rooms were spacious and well-priced, and the warm breakfast buffet was superior to most complimentary continental breakfast offerings. We would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay here! My wife and I were making a trip to Indy and needed a place to stay at the last minute where dogs were allowed. Luckily there was a room available! The staff was really friendly and the amenities at the hotel were great! Breakfast bar had a nice variety of breakfast items. My wife loved the pool area and enjoyed the hot tub very much! The room itself was very clean and cozy. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely try to stay here again if we need to!

Great hotel with even better people staffing it. The social nights are great. Look for Mary, the sales manager, she's the highlight of the stay. If you have to be away from home, this isn't a bad place to stay.

This hotel is awesome! I stayed for 5 nights while traveling for work. Great breakfast in the morning to start your day off right, wonderful staff, and awesome rooms. I would stay here again in an instant!
