Great hotel. Clean, free hot breakfast each day and dinner 3 days per week. Friendly staff. Easy location from the highway.

We enjoyed our stay here, the suite was roomy and the bed was very comfortable. We went to the complimentary breakfast and it had a great selection. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Clean hotel with a decent continental breakfast. The staff was really nice. The pool was being worked on when I was there. The AC unit in my room was as bit noisy, not so much that I couldn't sleep though. The shower head pressurized the water so much that it almost hurt to stand under it. Overall, it was a good place to stay for a week.

Nice, large rooms, and better than average room service. My room was a little dark but it did have a couch with a chaise (fancy!) a full size fridge, dishwasher, and a stove. The location is decent, with quick access to the freeway, a Wallmart super center nearby, and a few restaurants around.

Rooms were okay, they were clean. The kitchen has glasses, and wine glasses. Pots and pans to use on the stove, I thought that was really nice. They give you a couple of dishwasher pods to clean all your dishes in the dishwasher to reuse. It's nice!

Staff is excellent, above and beyond customer service! Rooms are clean. We stayed in a double room suite and had plenty of space.
Found a lounge on the 3rd floor near room 306 that had a new massage leather recliner and an automatic fresh ground coffee machine, which also dispenses hot water for tea, chi tea and hot chocolate as well!
Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place! The location is real convenient and beds are real comfortable. I've been here three weeks and staff is awesome. They even do my dishes if I cant get to them right away. This place is great and I highly recommend it!

Extremely clean. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Nice view. I stayed in the two bedroom suite and it came with full size fridge and all appliances and dishes like home. Highly recommend.

This Hotel is dedicated to Customer Service. They just remodeled the rooms and lounges. They have a great Theater room, coffee work area, pool, yummy breakfast and dinners included in the stay. We stay every time we go to Las Cruces!

This place is my go to. They're very accommodating and helpful and the rooms are wonderful. And of course the breakfasts are fantastic by hotel standards.

Very nice place... Room had a fully functional kitchen, with a microwave, two burner cook top, dishwasher and full refrigerator / freezer.. Nice outdoor area with a pool, water feature, two grills, a covered area and mini fire pits... Very nice staff also...

Rooms are nice and big. Free hot breakfast and free dinner mon-wed. Easy access from the highway. Staff is wonderful, especially Romona.

Really short stay passing through town and both overnight gentleman as well as the morning young lady were absolutely welcoming professional super helpful as well as the cleaning ladies and kitchen staff. Highly recommend I'll go back

The location is super optimal. Super close to the highway and easy access to Mesilla. Staff are excellent and super nice. The rooms are absolutely excellent for the price.

Great hotel , currently under remodel, but no noise at night or early morning. Parking lot out front is not for hotel customers you will be towed by the Pizza place. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great hotel. Warm and welcoming. Parking is sometimes a bit limited. Good breakfast and happy hour three nights a week is usually pretty good food - enough to make a full dinner from. Nice outdoor patio space off the breakfast room. Free laundry - two laundry rooms, so never had trouble getting a washer/dryer when I needed them. I'm back in Las Cruces this week but had to stay in another hotel since Staybridge was fully booked.

Every time I stay here staff is friendly. Room is always clean, breakfast fresh, and warm. Large variety of food and drinks. We will be back. Love the courtyard.

I stayed here 2 years ago before I moved here. This is the place my company uses for extended stays when we bring folks from other offices around the country. Breakfast is better than pretty much anyone else in this price range, plus they have free dinner a few nights a week. Very friendly staff and modern facilities.

Very welcoming during check in. Rooms were clean and did not have the typical 'hotel smell'. Offered free breakfast and free dinner, which was an added perk.

We had an issue with the Holiday Inn who cancelled our rooms for the night. The entire city was sold out because of a concert. Holiday Inn sent us to Staybridge because they had extra rooms. The staff was wonderful in checking us in, the hotel was clean, rooms were great. If we have to go back to Lad Cruces we will definitely be staying at Staybridge!

Everything was great after the initial check-in experience. We arrived around 11pm to check in and there was no one at the front desk. We waited around for close to ten minutes (!!!) before the front desk employees finally came back from where ever they had been. Otherwise, nice, clean room and comfy bed!

This was an excellent stay for us (couple). The place was clean, the staff were all friendly and eager to help, and the free meals were decent. I really liked the room, the soft bed, and how quiet it was. I would absolutely stay here again.

My family of 5 got a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect!!! The rooms were a great size, the kitchen was stocked with dishes and cleaning supplies (like for dishes). 3 flat screen TVs. It was great. The customer service was on point too.

Amazing hotel! Very clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast and dinner are very good and included in your stay. All employees are very nice and welcoming. I was there for a week, went to see Dr. Berkson. The hotel is very close to his office. I felt as if I was home.

Most pleasant hotel I've ever stayed at! The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is super hospitable. There's a wonderful little patio/garden to have my coffee/breakfast in the mornings (or relax at night), a not-so-secret massage chair on the 4th floor, and a 24/7 milk dispenser, which is amazing for grabbing a big ole' glass at night to help me sleep.
Five thousand stars. 10/10 would sleep again.

Nice hotel. Complimentary dinner M-W was nice, complementary breakfast was good. Some of the grout/tile was loose in one bathroom, and the windows didn't block out a lot of outside noise.

The room we stayed in was smaller than others we have been in with this company. Also, we usually depend on the fold out couch that has been in EVERY room we have had with this brand. Not so in this particular room and no roll away beds. However, housekeeping was very kind in working with us to create a comfy bed for one of our children on the floor. (We utilized the couch and cot we brought, too) If you need to get on the road before 7:30 on the weekend you will basically find no breakfast.

This is a very nice hotel to stay at. Lots of people stay here for work, as did I. The staff is very personable and gets to know you quickly. The 3 nights a week free dinner is a very nice touch. The pool is nice, as is the outdoor patio and gazebo. I've stayed here twice for work and would stay here another 20 times if I end up needing to.

Suites are great! A lot of room, kitchens, living rooms, and pet friendly. I'd stay again.

All of the staff at the hotel are perfectly friendly and professional in my experience, and I have been staying there quite a bit for work. Beds vary in comfort: I've never had one that felt outright bad to me, but they really range in how good they are. There are four types of rooms available (dual master, single king suite, dual queen suite, king studio), and they all have the same very functional (albeit modest) kitchenettes, living room furniture, and bathrooms. The showers are comfortably sized for me (bigger than some hotels, but not luxury sized) and have convenient shelves for toiletries. Food is not the greatest quality (the egg offerings at breakfast in particular seem to come from frozen or powdered packages), but it is decent and perfectly serviceable... especially for the price, and considering that it's free breakfast every day and free dinner thrice weekly. Rooms and common areas are all clean and pleasant, laundry facilities are clean and effective (and free), the outdoor patio, grill, pool, and hot tub are all nice...

Basically, it's not high end luxury, but is very nice for its price range, and will always be my top choice in the area for work travel.

Hotel is very clean. At least two hotel staff setting up and monitoring the breakfast rush. Tuesday-Thursday evening FREE food was again staffed well. How refreshing it was that the sales manager and assitant manager actually came around and talked to their guests.

If I owned hotels, I would stay here to copy their customer service.
