I always have a good experience with Staybridge and this location is no exception. Somehow they overbooked my room type so when I arrived, the front desk upgraded me to a bigger room. Great staff!

After a week on the road this room was fantastic! Ultra clean and ultra comfortable. It felt like home. In a great location near restaurants. The staff is super friendly!

The accommodations are simple but clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.
There was a huge storm while we were there and it knocked the power out for almost 24 hours.
No backup generator! (-1⭐)
The staff handled the situation well and did the best that they could. (+2⭐)

Power outage at Staybridge. Waited for 3 hours and still could not get checked in, we were told they may not have any power for 5 to 10 hours. Had to stay at the Holiday inn Express. It would have been nice if Staybridge would have set us up at another hotel. We got the last room at the Holiday inn Express.

Good and clean hotel... i recommended for familys... bedrooms are clean and big with kitchen.. good buffet breakfast... i love it

Clean room with small kitchen. Breakfast was well cooked for what it is but their sister hotel Holiday Inn Express offers better. Comfy beds. Would have loved a Keurig in the room.

This is the second time staying at this location. The staff is awesome. Very clean rooms and faculties. The breakfast is outta of this world! This will always be my hotel when I come down to visit my best friend! Thanks staff for keeping up on your hotel!

This was a great place to stay. Comfortable bed and a decent breakfast selection. The hotel is very well designed. We stay here frequently. Prices what they are, this is a good deal most of the time and is in an ideal place for visitors. Close to downtown and right off new circle where you can pretty much get to anywhere from.

Over time the cleanliness level has dropped a little, but the last stay we had was much better. We will be back on Derby weekend and I will let you know If it has stayed improved.

I completed a 31 night stay at this facility on April 23, 2018. I cannot think of a better experience that I have ever had at an extended stay hotel, and I've used them several times. From my initial interaction with Trevyn, to working with Eric, to chatting with Kayla and Kim, even meeting Keith during my stay I cannot say enough good things about these folks. They are courteous, engaging, enjoyable young people that take customer service very seriously. I did not engage much with the rest of the staff but when I did it was always very courteous. I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend Staybridge Suites Lexington to anyone.

Our room was very nice. Exceptionally clean. Very well stocked with all u needed. Bed was comfortable. Had a real good night's sleep. Breakfast was really good. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. Only a few minutes from the event we were attending, and not far from where we came into towm from. The room was fantastic other than the pull out twin from the couch being extremely uncomfortable I'm told. The breakfast in the morning was very good, however, it did seem difficult for staff to keep up with the demand. Otherwise staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for a Girls trip over the weekend to see Miranda Lambert in concert. This hotel was perfect the rooms were clean spacious. It's minutes from everything around. I will definitely book again when I come back thru Kentucky to do the Bourbon Trail later this summer.

We drove 12 hours to see Miranda Lambert at the Rupp arena after a long drive we were welcomed by this lovely young man named Trevoyn (I hope we spelled it right) He welcomed us with a smile and such great service!!! The other girl, who I can't remember her name I believe is his sister was just as kind. Because the two of them and our beautiful room at the hotel our trip was more than expected. Thank you both for being so great at your jobs and so sweet!!! If we ever come back to Kentucky we will certainly come back for not only the service but the room was immaculate and the breakfast was perfect!!!!

This was a great place to stay! Had a great kitchen and spacious shower and bathroom. Very Clean!!!! Staff is great, I had been in the ER the previous evening and woke up on our checkout day and did not feel well still and my SO went down the front desk and explained the situation and asked if we could have more time and the lady there told him that is no problem and she extended our checkout time 4 hours!! I am very pleased with Staybridge Suites Lexington and I will definitely stay there in the future if the need arises!! :)

Absolutely great room! Clean, Comfy bed, awesome kitchen. Only thing missing was hair dryer. Which I bet I could have gotten at front desk. Beautiful hotel. We WILL use Staybridge anytime we can.

Excellent place to stay and having a full kitchen and separate rooms is amazing! It was like having a full apartment. The room was stocked with dishes and pans etc.. and even had a dishwasher. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

This is the type of restaurant that we love! Friendly owner, wait staff and bartender (Andrew)! Awesome food - you must have the Hot Brown. It is the owner's grandfather's recipe. And it is very reasonably priced! We will be back.

Great hotel. Good location for downtown Lexington. Nice room, full kitchenette, comfortable bed. Only there one night, but would recommend this place. Oh yeah, included breakfast today serviceable.

Very nice hotel with apartment style rooms and a better than average complimentary breakfast. The location is great as well - close to gas, groceries and dining.

I have to say that I have enjoyed staying here in the last two years but lately this year things have changed alot of great people have left and there are still great people there,but I think from a year ago it had gone down hill, hopefully the ones are here now can change it around for the better,this is just my opinion, besides maintenance needs to do more the taking out the trash

The staff were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Each stay I encounter my room's are always clean and tidy with plenty of towels to go around. Shout-out to the housekeeping crew!!!

The rooms were great, but the main hit is for its poor breakfast. I stayed 4 nights and encountered empty coffee canisters every day. The "changes every day" breakfast was pretty much trash. I travel a lot. It was better than a carb heavy motel "continental breakfast" but only because of the mass of yellow "scrambled egg". I have had free breakfasts like this at Super 8s which cost $60 less a night. I was really disappointed by this.

And as a glaring reminder of the attention and care paid by the staff, across from the front desk is a nice whiteboard which displays local goings-on and the days weather. It was a couple days old. On the date of this photo it was 60F, raining, and the 22nd.

Wow!!! I have stayed her twice and both times were AMAZING. I honestly did not want to check out. This is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at aside from a resort hotel. The hotel is very well managed and has a very friendly and accommodating staff. Everything is clean and well maintained and the prices are very resonable. The location is a little ways off the expressway but it is well worth the extra 5 to 8 min off I-75. Trust me if you choose this hotel while staying in the Lexington area you will not be dissapointed!!!

Great place for longer than usual stays in town (14+ days)! Nice social hour early in the week in the evenings along with beer and dinner. Staff is courteous and haven't came across any issues!

Staybride Suites is a great place to stay. It is luxurious, comfortable, and clean. It is a non-smoking establishment with a wonderful staff. My family truly enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were a great size, well equipped, and maintained. Very nice place to stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond. They even helped with my dead battery in my car. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel for short or long stay, great accommodations for a trip with a newborn, and staff are very friendly. Some essential info:
- If you give them your email address, you can get a late check out. We were able to get it at 1pm.
- Wifi is free, but upload and download are capped at 4 Mbps
- Rooms also have cookware, utensils, toaster, pitcher, coffee machine and filters, microwave, stove, fridge. No oven.
- pool has lift chair for accessibility
- breakfast is standard hot breakfast, nothing fancy
- surrounding area very nice and clean; small outside mall with some restaurants within walking distance across the street

Nice place, but the breakfast lady needs help. She had to cook put dished out and clean all by herself. It is too busy for only one person to do all of that and it affects the quality of service. Other than that, it is a great place to stay.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet lacked; the eggs were dry, no sausage only bacon no other variety. One of the three days we stayed there the floors in the buffet area where so sticky our tennis shoes were sticky all day. The breakfast experience was really lacking in such a beautiful hotel. This is sad because its one of the reasons I booked the hotel and paid so much $$$$$ over the Breeder's Cup weekend was to get a good breakfast and be on with our day. The tables were not wiped clean in the dinning area. So, the hotel was fabulous I would stay again for the room but not the breakfast. I also mentioned it to a staff member who acted like there was not much you could do about it. So, take your chances on breakfast being a good experience but the hotel is awesome!

New 2015 suite hotel. Really well done and very nice people. Great evening reception and wonderful breakfast. Such a value for the quality.
