We stayed at the hotel as part of a family wedding celebration. There was an error with our room and the night manager, Mr. Old School, immediately fixed the issue and upgraded us to a nicer suite. We appreciated the prompt and courteous service and it made our stay that much more enjoyable. It’s a nice hotel and very clean. We would recommend it.

Perfect place to stay when on an extended visit. Feels just like home. A nice breakfast buffet every day and dinner 3 evenings a week! Elevator needs to be updated; very slow and has stopped twice. Also the satellite cable goes out when raining...

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. We have always been pleased with our stay in the past. Two complaints: Our room refrigerator made noise and kept us up at night. Also, my husband and I called days ahead to ok having 6 out of town family members (not staying at Staybridge) during Monday's light cocktails and tending staff member that evening kept questioning me. He said he didn't get the message and said the general manager may be talking with me. I felt so embarrassed. We hardly ate anything anyway. Not much available as people loaded up their plates with chicken wings at the very start of serving and continued to do so when staff brought out more. Staybridge has really cut down on their cocktail hour food selection too. Staybridge in Oconomowoc has always been my go to place to stay with my mother while my aging mother's oconomowoc home had been under repair. Recently, she passed away and I felt Staybridge was the best place to gather my family together for a visit that evening. We never miss thanking the kitchen staff and housekeeping for their hard work and service, including during our recent stay.

We have been going to this hotel since it was brand spaken new. It has been a fantastic place to stay. Staff has always been awesome and helpful. Place has been always clean and taken care off. Brekfast has always been really good! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The suite we had included a well equipped kitchenette with microwave, stove top, large refrigerator and kitchen table. I gave the hotel 4 stars because the breakfast was ok but not great. Adding hot oatmeal would help immensely. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great stay.

We had such a great stay at this hotel. The staff was efficient and friendly. They really made us feel at home. They seemed to have pride in their work and enjoy working there which created a warm environment. The hotel is designed with the little details in mind that make for an easy and carefree stay. All the areas were impeccably cleaned and maintained. We will be looking for a Staybridge on our next trip!

This was a nice place and i really enjoued our stay. We were in the area to visit family for Christmas. Room was nice and able to accomodate four adults and three kids (+pack & play) fairly comfortably. Pool was good size and warm enough that kids spent hours in it. Breakfast buffet included with stay was also good with a variety of options (waffles, omelet bar, cereal, etc.) Would definitely stay again.

Been staying here for years during holidays. Rooms are always clean and I love having the separate bedroom from living room. Breakfast is above average for a hotel and the pool is great for the kids.

Very comfortable hotel stay. We have kids, and the large rooms make for a much more relaxed experience. Everything is kept up well. The rooms are quiet, with a great little kitchen. The breakfast is excellent. And James and Richard at the front desk were the friendliest and most helpful staff members I've ever encountered at a hotel. Never met them before, but they treated us like family. Made for a great stay. Only positive things to say about Staybridge Suites.

This location was extremely clean and welcoming. The room was gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast that was included was awesome - way beyond other hotel breakfast options, and included eggs, sausage, a waffle station, a wide variety of bakery items, breakfast toppings, cereals, fruits and beverages. I highly recommend staying here.

Clean rooms with kitchenettes, as there are dinners on select nights only. However each morning has breakfast buffet. Pool and fitness room. Can't go wrong

The Wifu and I stayed here 3 years ago for about a week and loved it. And now we're back and having the same great experience. Everything is spotless and the employees are helpful and friendly. We are definitely staying here the next time we are out there.

This extended stay hotel is beautifully maintained, comfortable and offers a lot of extra benefits that provide a lot of added value (free hot breakfast, free dinner bar/reception Mon-Wed, etc.). Well worth the stay!

When calling for reservations I was not able to receive the bereavement rate due to calling a 3rd party reservations desk. Upon asking about the rate I was not directed to phone the hotel directly. The stay was nice but I am disappointed at the customer service received.

Good food, clean rooms, quite, and friendly staff.

Love the rooms. Small kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. They are clean and roomy with a couch and a desk. They always refresh the shampoo, all the soaps, conditioner, and lotions which is nice. Usually places are sooo cheap with that stuff. They want you to use one small tube all week!!! Not this place, which seems little but I like. They change the bedding everyday and bring fresh towels. Then they have a nice breakfast with fresh fruit, several different types of juices, eggs, a meat, potato and more. And what I love the most is that Monday through Wednesday they have a dinner. Not its not over the top. They usually do a theme like tacos or pulled pork. BUT THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS!!!! Try their pulled pork!!!!! Its smoked and fall off the bone tender!!!!! and best of all, is its reasonably priced! WELL worth the money, and comparable to many other hotels that don't offer you crap, including more than one bottle of shampoo!!! When ever I travel, I will always stay at a Staybridge if I have a choice. Just hope there are more all over!!!

We have stayed here nuumerous times since 2013. Several times for two weeks and for 8 weeks in summer of 2014. It was very nice for the first several times. However last year (2015) and this year it isn't nearly as nice. The hotel is really looking tired, run down and basically shabby. The room furnishings are definitely showing their age. Couch and pillows are the same as 2013. Bedspread was VERY dirty. Had a huge stain on the underside. Chairs and stools in the breakfast area are very worn and have many tears where the seats are worn through. Breakfast menu is almost identical every day. Same goes for supper menu. The one bright spot are the employees, from the housekeeping staff to the desk staff and especially the dining room staff. Do not recommend.

Rooms were extremely nice and very spacious. Had more than enough room with 5 people staying in my suite. Also had one of the nicer kitchens for a hotel room.

The staybridge suites is conveniently located just off of I94 next to Harley Davidson. They are a very modern property with a few unique amenities. They have a theatre room, mini golf, and a social hour a few nights per week. The rooms were more spacious than expected and had full kitchens. The pool was really nice also.

Awesome breakfast, loved the rooms with kitchenettes, convenient location, and a staff that actually tries to make you feel at home. Yes!

This is is the best hotel that I stayed in Wisconsin. It had hot breakfast, indoor pool, and really good service.

This hotel was pretty much the best hotel ever. Everyone was very nice there. Good size pool, movie theater, board games. Stove and dishwasher in the rooms. Big breakfast in the morning. Tues-Wed-Thurs nights they have free appetizers and drinks.

Very comfortable large suite, with helpful and friendly front desk staff. Breakfast was over-crowded and its food only mediocre, so just go out to the nearby Starbucks or (better) to Bruegger's Bagels on the road going north to Oconomowoc. We will stay here again for sure.
