We loved our stay here. They had a quietest and beautiful view. We had a great time. The place is really amazing home if you want peace and relaxation. It's a quiet part of the island, which makes us relaxed and peaceful. The room was nice and clean, complete with all you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. There's also a nice sandy beach near the property that is suitable for swimming. I felt like I owned this little part of heaven for a while. Highly recommended!

The owner is really friendly and has built a really nice place. The room is spacious. There's also a perfect size for a single occupant. We really enjoyed our stay here. For me, this is one of the nicest places I've stayed. The self-checkout system they have is good as well, so you don't wake anyone up. I would recommend to anyone who needs an overnight close to the airport.

I had a great stay at the Hampton, The staff was polite and very helpful in answering all our questions. There is no self parking and valet is $33 with unlimited in and outs. Our room was a nice size to fit at least 2 more people if we wanted company. The pool was heated but it was raining so I didn't get to enjoy it (I'll be back though :p). The gym was modern and clean. Our stay came with a free breakfast buffet that I enjoyed the following morning. Their waffle mix was delicious,we took our breakfast back to the room but if you want they have a large sitting area to enjoy your breakfast. Great place!

I checked in for this hotel last month when I was having a vacation. For the information of everyone, I have a great day spending there. The room that I am staying in was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Also, the staff was entertaining, very nice, and kind to me. Besides, the foods that they served me was good and better. In short, I loved everything out there. It was perfect to stay!

Perfect! My sister really likes to stay at this hotel since we were kids. She deeply loves the atmosphere and the great interior all over the place. Their food was incredibly great and terrific! My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and had a genuinely faultless experience. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Hollywood sign, Santa Monica and West LA, and the hotel staff sent up chocolate strawberries and champagne along with a lovely card. They also gave us complimentary lounge access for our stay, which we made great use of. The fitness centre and pool are also top-notch for a hotel, with a good selection of equipment in the gym, and the location is pretty good for getting back on the freeway headed in any direction. Would definitely stay here again, and can't thank the staff enough for making our honeymoon stay special.

My favorite hotel. The staff remember me, their rooms are super comfortable and beautiful. Nice large bath and shower. Private toilet closed off from the main sink area. The club floor room has awesome food and drinks. Love this hotel!

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel concierge, property and food was amazing. The spa is so wonderful. We received the best service at the restaurant, spa and lounge. That being said, on 5 occasions when we called housekeeping, bell services or guests relations no one picked up, we had to keep trying and the phone just rang, rang and rang again. The couple Times we got through there was no follow through. We needed extra blankets and sheets and waited up till midnight and they never came. The Bellman service never arrived. One crucial thing to keep in mind is if you need a receipt you have to absolutely ask for it at checkout, do not trust that they will send you a copy. Otherwise it will be 10 days later and you will be rerouted to a call center of Marriott and will be on hold for 20+ minutes. And then you won’t receive your itemized receipt and will have to call yet again, do not rely on the front desk to send you your receipt because they just won’t .

22nd floor room... absolutely beautiful. That bathroom make me wish I had one in my place. A soaking tub and a showering area. Made me miss Japan a whole lot. Decor is classy, but not gaudy and the comforters and bed were all very comfortable.

Very posh hotel in busy area of downtown LA. Next door to LA Live and Staples. The drop off area can get crazy in front. WP24 restaurant is good with excellent views of skyline. Service is excellent. Great place to visit or stay as guest.

The food is delicious and the room is beautiful. The bathroom has in mirror entertainment and has a deep soaking tub. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone .

I was staying the hotel during a business trip. The service is impeccable, worthy of the 5 star rating. I had daily housekeeping do a wonderful job, they even changed my loofahs daily (that is the first time I have seen this). The room was very spacious and had one of the fancy TV in the bathroom mirror. The turndown service included chocolates which I could not resist. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely chose to stay there again when I visit LA.
The only con is that you have to pay for the internet. If you know that in advance it should not be a problem, but was definitely a surprise for me.

I absolutely love this hotel. It’s in a centralized location which makes it pretty easy to get around. With great amenities with shopping and restaurants right next to the hotel. I will say the best part of the stay would be the staff, they were very professional, extremely kind and pleasant and would go over and beyond in every way. This was my first time staying at this hotel and here in California and I will be staying here anytime I visit Los Angeles. Thank You guys for such a lovely stay and great memories to leave back home with. Ritz Carlton Los Angeles I recommend anyone to stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful view... Go up to WP24.... Dinner at the WP24 is not my cup of tea. My fiance and I went there when it first opened... Payed like $500 for dinner and drinks for expensive Chinese dinner...

Instead, go for the happy hour menu at the bar! Can't remember the name but it is the bar you first reach when going to WP24.

I went to eat dinner at WP24 and I fell in love with the view. The romantic, chill ambience was perfect for family, friends, business, dates, etc and the service was quick and waiters attentive. I'm not usually accoustomed to paying for water though, so that was a suprise when I got charged $20 for water! Just a heads up. There was a complimentary free dessert to accompany our meals which were very cute and a good way to end the meals which were delicious. I personally enjoyed the Curry Chicken and Short Ribs. It was very romantic and I would visit again.

Excellent hotel. Shared location with JW Marriott in great location. Homeless settlements in area blocks from hotel..unsafe. Traffic in area compounded by construction.

Sleek, semi-modern, and conveniently located - if anything in L.A. can be considered convenient. Service was on point, the room was enormous, and the view of downtown was pretty sick.

You get a higher end experience here but I expected more from the Ritz Carlton. I hate to say it, but that's a terrific suite and I still saw flaws that could be addressed.

More thorough cleaning, a better shower system, and a modern interior design would be welcomed.

Bottom line: it's clean, quiet, and worth the price.

Went to a nice bar inside the Ritz-Carlton for drinks with some friends. The atmosphere and feeling of being in there is relaxing and classy. I would definitely return for a drink or even stay in a room for a weekend.

The service deserves 5 stars, if Ritz has perfected anything it's exceptional service. I am giving a 4 star review because I expected more from the Ritz as far as rooms, lobby and pool. The hotel seems a little dated. Location is great if you need to be in downtown but there's definitely better options in L.A.

Very nice establishment. Staff is very accommodating and courteous. Rooms are very well decorated and comfortable. Dined at WP24 and the view was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Celebrated a birthday at this spot yesterday. Pretty cool spot. We were in the second floor in the bar but on the outside patio with a beautiful view of downtown. There was a fire place and heating evenly spread throughout the venue. Nice, comfortable furniture. Plenty of flat screens. Good food and drinks but a little pricey. They had two happy hour times though, 4-7 and 9-11. We were there from 8pm - 1am and food and drinks were flowing the entire time. The bathrooms were clean and conveniently located inside the bar. I'll be back. Oh I took away a star for the $20 forced valet parking. I hate the parking downtown anyway!

fantastic service. great restaurants. the lobby/lounge area is fantastic too. free fast WiFi. large desks and chairs for seating or working. tables on lobby have access for power for laptops or cell phones too. the rooms are great. everything you need is available at this hotel.

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are nice and are very, very quiet. The views are fantastic. The food is delicious and the staff are extremely professional and accommodating.

Visited for E3 Expo. There's some sort of magic happening here. I don't know what exactly makes this place so amazing. Oh wait, yes I do. I had the best Manhattan of my life. Absolutely fantastic. 10/10 would fly back just for that.

My family loves the Ritz L.A location. The service is second to none! They have the best staff. They are warm, professional, and hospitable. We have stayed at this location for several years and they never fail to impress.

The top floor bar was awesome. Really good cocktails to boot. If you're looking for a good view for evening drinks, I highly recommend this place.

Food was good but small portions and way overpriced

We had a dinner at WP24. Beatiful views and very stylish restaurant. Food was excellent, variety of spices was incredible. Very good customer service, perfect desserts. Wine was too expensive for the quality though. Otherwise, an excellent place for a special occasion.

The lobby of the hotel is really nice, but the rooms are small for what you pay and $50 for overnight parking is outrageous. Great customer service overall, though.

Absolutely outstanding. The rooms are large, the staff are exceptional, and the location doesn't get any better for downtown LA. The only problem I had was the lobby and elevators had an unpleasant aroma; it smelled like some kind of floral air freshener or cleaner and it triggered minor allergic reactions for my wife and I, but we could limit it by using the escalator to reach the second floor and then taking an elevator from there.

It's very expensive, no doubt, but you definitely get what you pay for. It's a great place to splurge if you're vacationing in downtown LA for a few days. That plus one of their spa treatments and you might never want to go home.

This hotel is attached to the JW Marriott which is much larger. We stayed at both but definitely prefer the Ritz. Jw Marriott takes forever to get your valet car which you have to do. Ritz always has the car ready. They call you by name from the first day you arrive. They say they strive for a warm, intimate environment. They said hello to us and our kids every time. Valet was awesome. The staff also had cookies and milk for our kids after dinner and champagne for the adults with a cheese and fruit plate. All the convenience of staying at a smaller hotel but with the JW Marriott restaurant right next door and Staples center with LA live just out the door.

They really do "surprise and delight". Love the well trained staff. Incredible experience!

What can I say about this Majestic and Beautiful Hotel? The Ritz-Carlton has amazing service and elegance at every corner you look. You need a place to spend the night? Book and beautiful room. Bored? Sure, just walk anywhere from the Los Angeles Staples Center to Downtown Los Angeles in minutes. I honestly would prefer the Ritz-Carlton over any other place without hesitation. A 5 star review honestly won't do it for me. There are no words to describe the Magesty of The Ritz-Carlton. You have to see it to believe it.

Restaurant /bar on 24th floor was fantastic. Superb exceptional service as well.. Definitely would recommend.

This hotel is so cool and very modern. The rooms are beautiful, the meeting space is very chic and you are downtown LA surrounded by restaurants and shopping.

Great location across from the zoo and a few blocks from Ocean Beach. Great breakfast and lunch places a couple of blocks each direction. Rooms are neat and clean but small.

There are many amazing places to stay in LA but what made the Ritz-Carlton the best of all was Lupita. She went beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

Superior service , especially at the Club Lounge, food presentations good but a little skimpy. Parking $45 per night. Rooftop pool with almost 360 view.

Celebrated our anniversary here and had an incredible experience. The staff was amazing and made every effort to make it a special stay. The room was clean and had an amazing view of LA Live.

The staff is always kind and courteous. I love how they do not discriminate and always ask how I am doing!

I came to the Ritz to utilize their Spa and got a stress relief massage from Jennifer. She did a great job aad applied the right amount of pressure to my preference. I would definitely come back again.

Mauricio, The Banquet manager, was VERY VERY awesome. He gave me a tour of the hotel and the restraunt above. I was simply a traveller visiting the location and asked "is there a observation area?" He then proceeded to show me around and explain SO much of the city.

Im going to be living downtown in around a year. So his info and everything was amazing! I'll be back downtown in a couple weeks and am specifically coming back for a stay and some wine!! Greatly looking forward to it!!

Go to the 24th floor and eat at Wolfgang Puck! Personally, i think the view and the food are both breathtaking! The bar downstairs in the front lobby is full of sweet, funny, and strong mixing dudes. If you like it strong, that's your spot...if you like sweet funny dudes, its your spot too. Thanks for adding more juice in my g spot Jordan!

Divine and the staff is so proactive. You don't even have to ask for something, they will have asked you if you want whatever you can think of in a prompt and timely manner. Food is great, it's a wonderful place to stay on even as just a vacation spot itself.

I Love Staying at this hotel beacuse its right in the heart of downtown las Angeles! But My Last stay recently at the Ritz Carlton in Las Angeles was excellent UNTIL I had to deal with an $42.00 Dollar Daily Valet Parking fee once i check out and on top of that an already expansive bill to pay for the room.5 stars and Ritz Carlton go hand in hand. The club level lounge in this place is spectacular. i had an incredible staying at the Ritz, eating in the club level lounge, hanging out in LA Live. I wish it was a little more affordable here, because I would love to treat myself more often On your next trip to the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles, stop by ahead of time at the adjacent Ritz Carlton lounge or restaurant. The views are spectacular and the service and attention by the restaurant staff is outstanding. The restaurant manager went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating of all of our last minute needs. My wife and I were extremely impressed. Again the service in that regard was also outstanding. I highly recommend a visit there before or after you see a performance at the Staples Center.
