Absolutely loved my stay. You can tell they really love their guest. Their rooms are well maintained and they think of everything to make your stay so enjoyable they want you back. Damien greeted us at our car and was so professional and knowledgeable about the hotel and area. This is a very chic hotel for very classy people. We highly recommend a stay here. We will return!

OH MY GOSH! I would give the Saint 10 stars if I could! When we first walked in the door from a very long drive, Damien greeted us with a smile, offering help and just an overall amazing attitude and experience. The staff continued to impress me for the entire five night stay. There are too many amazing staff members, from the valet and security to the cleaning staff and everywhere in between. James and Brittany, two of the overnight staff were especially amazing with great tips on places to go and were both on the ball when I asked for anything, especially when my feet were so swollen from all the walking and I requested extra pillows to elevate them. I barely made it back to my room and James was there. I only mentioned 3 of the staff but I truly can't mention every person because they were all so amazing! I can't wait to come back! Not as important as the fantastic staff, but the room was great, with a very comfy bed and the shower was heavenly! Thank y'all so much for making this the best hotel stay I've ever had!

Absolutely loved thirds boutique hotel by Marriott! Great fragrances in the room with providers shampoo, body wash and conditioner. The theme was amazing and the hotel bar featured a jazz band and burlesque show while we were there. It does lack a pool, a sleep feature and Netflix option on the television. But, the friendly staff and great location make up for that. I highly recommend this hotel. It's my new favorite!

After walking around New Orleans all day or if you’ve been in the rain like me, you will fall in love with the hosts opening those doors and greeting you with a smile and feel like you’ve made it home. The desk staff are very knowledgeable and kind. Great pictures with the decor . While it is really built for adults, my child felt like a movie star in the awesome bathroom with chandeliers and the robe. Great bath products as well. Room and beds are cozy. Great hotel choice and good deals sometimes.

The team at the Saint is great. Damien greeted us warmly in gracious New Orleans style to set things off on the right foot. The team at the Burgundy took great care of us both nights for drinks and great atmosphere. The events team Lacey and Sebastian were top flight and our meeting went off without a hitch. If you need a great place all around come to the Saint. Thanks to all we will be back.

The atmosphere is a treat and the staff was very attentive. One of the best over all experiences in we had in our travels. If you get a chance the food was amazing the bartender was very knowledgeable so we will definitely be back. A big thank you to the staff!

Ken out front is the man and has the best food recommendations. Bed was comfy and room is clean. Only real problem was the shower took a while to get hot... Everything else was great!!! Walk around the lobby it is a great place to just hangout

The hotel staff was awesome. Very friendly and super helpful. Room was good. Bed was super comfy. Only critique is the refrigerator had no space to keep my drinks cold because it was full of hotel drinks for purchase. Which would have been great if I didn't already have my own.

I spent my anniversary here. It is a very different hotel but Good difference. When we arrived we were given the play naughty suit with champagne to enjoy. I must say its a hit on my list.

Location, location, location! Blocks away from the fun, but far enough so you can get a peaceful sleep. This hotel is absolutely beautiful! Everything was perfect. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel special. This and only this hotel will be our choice whenever we return to the beautiful NOLA!

This hotel was great! Located close to everything you need to enjoy The Big Easy. Concierge staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. Kenny was especially great and hands on, always present and ready to offer assistance. Loved the playfull decor. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

Only issue was Housekeeping- they need an upgrade, either more staff or better trained staff. My room was not cleaned after the first night and after the second night only the towels were replaced and trash emptied. None of the toiletries were replaced, bed made, etc.

The decor is really cool, and the bar is awesome, but our room had some issues. For one, the shower barely drained, so by the time you're done you're in a pool of water. And the room didn't have a coffee maker. Not to mention there was a fun issue where our room keys stopped working... All in all it's fine, but could certainly be improved.

Some staff could use some customer service training. In particular, front desk staff working late shift: be nice to guests checking in late, try to smile and be welcoming. Room needed some maintenance help. Shower tiles fell off suddenly, maintenance guys came and retiled the bathroom but didn't put shower door hinge back on. Room smelled musty and moldy. Great location though, close enough to the Quarter without being smack inside the rowdiness. Lobby music too loud and obnoxious.

Stylish hotel convenient to much of the city. Rooms and entire facility are boldly decorated in a naughty / nice theme which may not appeal to all. Rooms are comfortable and wifi decently fast. Staff was top notch at the front desk and housekeeping. Would stay again.

Absolutely loved this hotel!! The staff is amazing!!! The only thing that would make this better is to have a mini fridge in the room. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you could possibly want or need. The best hotel!!!!

If I could rate this hotel a 6 for "Special K" alone, I would. He serves as a concierge and is kind of like the Mayor. He can change a mood in a second and engages with EVERY guest - even the grouchy ones. That man is amazing and is possibly the most natural fit for a career in hospitality that I've ever met. He took care of all of our needs and ensured that we had an AMAZING time.

The hotel is trendy and unique - with super fun chairs that serve as fun photo opportunities and conversation pieces.

The bar is good but somewhat overpriced and small.

The restaurant is has delicious food, but SUPER slow service. They never put in my order, and didn't even pretend to care when it was pointed out. Our friends had a similarly disappointing breakfast on the first day.

Housekeeping could have been better - perhaps the hotel should upgrade the throw pillows, which did have some stains on them.

All in all, it was a fun hotel at a great price. Special K is in a league of his own and I would go to the Saint again to interact with someone who works that hard to ensure your stay is great.

Relatively reasonably priced. Great location. Right next to the french quarter. We were able to park across the street in public parking for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was not included but there are plenty of great places within a few blocks to get breakfast.

Just got home from NOLA, must rave about this hotel! It's not huge, it's not tiny, it's a just right boutique place. NOLA has some massive hotels, and I can only imagine I would have felt lost and unimportant there. This place also has a great location right on Canal Street. It's the edge of the French Quarter, literally. So you are close to the night life, but not so close that it keeps you awake at night - which is huge for us. Canal Street is also a great place to hop on a street car to anywhere.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our Concierge, Kintrell (sorry if I'm spelling your name wrong my friend) called us at home before our arrival and helped us make plans for our stay. He also booked us a great restaurant our first night, Mr. B's Bistro. Thanks for taking such great care of us!!
We only ate once at the hotel (no reflection on the hotel, because it is New Orleans folks, so many restaurants to try so little time) and the food was good, but our drinks were amazing!! Order the Lush cocktail, it was heavenly. And speaking of heaven, I loved the decor and the hip vibe at this hotel. "Sleep Saintly" "Play Naughty" four little words that sum up NOLA. Oh, and cheers to Manager Darryl who spent time with us talking up Scotch brands, can't wait to try his suggestions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice romantic stay. It would probably work for kids too - I did see guests with kids - but we left ours at home this time.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very convenient parking at their location. The room was perfectly clean and top quality personal products were on hand. Absolutely perfect comfortable stay.

Solid 4/5 stars for this boutique-style hotel. Location is great and rooms are pretty quiet. Beds comfortable, bathroom clean, nice in-room amenities and wet bar with water, booze, snacks. Room service for breakfast is an extreme pass. Staff is super nice. I'd stay here again.

Spent a night here for a client engagement, first time to New Orleans. Staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful, decor was eclectic, interesting and stylish. Room was wonderful, updated, comfortable. Client paid but I'm told the rate was very competitive for the location (900 block of Canal Street, very close to everything.) Really enjoyed the stay. Will be back!

The Saint Hotel had a wonderful location on Canal Street. It was only a few blocks away from bourbon street and put you right at the street car if you wanted to travel to a further location. The interior was beautiful and surprisingly spacious. The bar included various themed drinks that had interesting flavors. The single bedrooms were very nice as well. They included a mini bar and several snacks. The staff was pleasant to talk to and had a very light hearted air about them. All-in-all, it is a location I would suggest to anyone who wants the convenience of travel and entertainment with quality hotel booking

Amazing Hotel, a very unique and luxurious experience. There was a water shortage due to burst pipes in New Orleans when we were just there, so low water pressure and un-potable water were challenges they faced and handled well. Also I'd suggest adding a full length mirror in addition to the bathroom mirror in the rooms, but with that said, the service was OFF THE CHARTS! The front desk crew, the whole staff of this place are the friendliest and most helpful I've encountered. It was clear these great people enjoy their jobs. Every time we walked back through the doors into the gorgeous lobby and were greeted by those sunshiny personalities, the joy was contagious. "I'll have what they're having," I remember thinking. Because of the staff, this hotel deserves a 5 star rating, in my book. A special thanks to the lovely Bree at the front desk, and also Special K and Big Bob. The rooms are beautiful, extremely comfortable and quiet, and spotlessly clean as of the weekend of 1/19-1/21/2018. If given the chance, I'll go back in a heartbeat!

Love the naughty theme of this hotel with the Saint during the day and naughty at night. It is very artsy with blue and purple lights in the corridors. Rooms are rather large with high ceilings so you enjoy a spacious feeling. Staff were very friendly and willing to accomodate.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The bed was super comfortable, as were the pillows. Service was fantastic. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel was nice, but other than an edgy theme I didn't really see what made it so special to be part of an "autograph collection." The food from the restaurant was no different from what I'd expect at something like a Courtyard. I appreciated that the room had a mini bar, but mine wasn't plugged in so all of the drinks were warm. The ice machine on my floor wasn't working either, so I couldn't get ice to compensate if I wanted to. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but also nothing that would make me want to stay there again.

The hotel staff were friendly although there were a few times they could have been more attentive (waiting over an hour for 2 glasses to be brought to the room, only to end up cancelling the order after getting tired of waiting). My party did stay 2 nights over a very busy weekend so the waits and forgetfulness is somewhat acceptable and pretty minor. In addition, the standard rooms were on the smaller side but very clean. Overall, I would stay at The Saint again although hopefully for less than the almost $500/night that we paid.

Quite the interesting place! Live music most nights. The hotel has a quite interesting theme of angels and other things. Would recommend for couples.

I liked it better than the Ritz next door. The TVs kinda of sucked though. Not the best quality but good enough. They have COX cable...thought a Marriott brand would spring for some Direct TV but guess not.

Beautiful lobby and bar, perfect location. Not on Bourbon street so you don't get all the noise, but one block away so very easy access. For a "luxury" hotel the room was fairly basic, and none of the usual accommodations one would expect at this price point. Right next to the Ritz, may opt to stay there instead next time for the same price.

I stayed in a king room, design was modern and clean. It looked like somewhere James Bond would stay. Great bar with amazing cocktails. Friendly service and valet parking.

Wonderful customer service! I am cur staying here and along comes hurricane Nate. My son is a fisherman in the town of Venice, LA and was on mandatory evacuation. The Saint management arranged for us to switch rooms to accommodate another guest. Not only do I recommend this hotel but I will stay here and at Marriott based hotels from now on. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Nice hotel in a good location. Pleasant staff as well. Just be aware it has a unique vibe - might not be great for a family. Example - rummer on the foot of my bed says "play naughty". They're going for a "naughty" vibe.

We have been here before to watch the Bursleque Show which is awesome. First time staying here and it's a great value just 2 blocks from Bourbon Street. Easy self park across the side street for $20 which is a steal. Hotel has a cool non traditional vibe

First time in New Orleans and Ky, the receptionist, was beyond amazing in helping us settle down and provide to every need I had! The hotel has a great feel as soon as you walk in and Ky literally made the best first impression one can make. If I could, I would like to take her to Florida for my business!

We loved The Saint Hotel. It's right there by Duval Street close to all the main attractions-walking distance. It's a beautiful little gen of a hotel and we'd probably go back. We stayed 3 nights. The first night was in the shoebox of a double room. It's just not made for 2 adults!! Clean and adorable but way too small. It also had a funky chemical odor --maybe a wood cleaner?? The second night we asked to be upgraded as we were promised when we called earlier in the week. The second room--amazing!! Beautiful with 2 queen beds, large and accommodating. Beautiful decor like the rest of the hotel.
The only issue was the slight musty odor. To their credit the hotel has a dehumidifier-but it'll beep in the middle of the night to be emptied.
Slo got problem but the room makes up for it. Maybe it should have tile instead of carpet?

Very energetic and inviting. Staff very pleasant, and knowledgeable. It was also in a very convenient location. However, there is no pool on-site and no transportation to the closest pool and we were not notified of the $100 a day fee up front for incidentals. I would definitely stay here again! 😊😊😊😊

From the time we arrived until we checked out.....nothing but pure great service is what the staff provided for my wife and I on our honeymoon stay at The Saint. Service here was fantastic. Rooms were beautiful and stylish. Staff helped us everyday with dinner recommendations. Bob was so helpful and sweet! Location is close to Bourbon st but not so close that you can hear it, (Quiet sleeping). If I'm ever in new orleans, I'll be staying there again.

Didn't think they would have burlesque shows, but the did. Don't suggest taking the kids to play pool after eight on Fridays. Hotel is centrally located between business district and French quarter. There is a self parking right next door the vallet won't tell you about. Literally has a side door directly across from the garage. Overall fun place.

This is my go-to hotel any time I stay in New Orleans. It's well appointed, perfectly located on Canal and I can't say enough about the staff. They go out of their way to make you feel right at home. The burgundy bar has had free burlesque shows and the pool table in the lobby is a nice touch. I recommend it to all my friends and family. Best hotel in NOLA!

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff was very friendly & attentive. The decor was beautiful and the hotel was close to various restaurants & shops. I highly recommend staying here!!

The rooms were incredible. Huge shower, SUPER comfy bed. The last star is only missing because we showed up at 6:30 pm and they we had to wait 15 minutes to check if our room had been cleaned yet.

The staff are lovely. The decor is awesome and the room was spotless. I can't wait to come back for another visit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone but my dad. I don't think his wife would appreciate the heaven/hell vibe or the burlesque show (which was great!) ;) We personally loved it, but a more conservative person might not. If you stay here, stop by the bar, the Envy drink is fantastic.

Staff certainly take pride in their hotel and offering great customer service. It's a boutique hotel and may not fit everybody's preference. A little dark and loud TV in the elevators. But nothing too drastic.

It was a nice hotel. The halls are really dark, I know it goes with the theme but it's creepy. We called to the desk for the bellman to bring the luggage cart and had to call back because they forgot about us. The staff was very friendly.

OMG. Amazing. Great decor, great band, visually stimulating place. The bar tender needs to know how to make drinks but the dirty martini's were out of this world.

Beds were decent, connected to a thin wall that if a couple were in the room adjacent you could feel them having sex. All doors slam on the 8th floor and shake the walls aggressively, waking you up through the night and morning.

Right in the French Quarter by Bourbon Street, fantastic lobby and bar with quality rooms and great lighting. Staff are friendly, and the place has an air of luxury and fun. Recommended for young adults in a party mood.

Stayed here for 5 nights on our visit to NOLA. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were always spoken to when coming or going to or from the property. Located nicely with trips to Bourbon Street and plenty of stuff nearby.

We requested late check-out from the front desk halfway through our stay and she said it would be no problem. We had a housekeeping supervisor of some sort knock on our door after normal check-out time and explained that we had late check-out and would be leaving at [specific time] and she said that she would have to check. She came back 3-4 times over about 2 hours and we kept telling her the same thing. Ended up out of the room an hour before we had told the front desk and while walking down the hall she radioed to someone and said that our room was finally empty with a bit of attitude. Not a huge deal but we ended up leaving a bit frustrated. Also, the shower floor was incredibly slick. No texture for traction combined with the cleaning solution or possibly the bath products made for a pretty scary time or two in the shower. Be careful.

Had an amazing time this weekend at The Saint Hotel!!! Loved the decor, and the theme of it all. Being in the center of New Orleans is absolutely wonderful and would recommend to anyone who needed a place to stay!!! The staff was so sweet and kind and always had a good word to say as we left. :)

They seem a little under staffed, the room was reasonable clean with a great view of the main strip. The staff is very friendly. The price seems a little high, but overall the stay was enjoyable.

So amazing can't wait to go back. Perfect location, perfect rooms, perfect hospitality, this place was a 10 out of 5 stars! Would totally recommend it to anyone looking for something different from the main Hotels!

A classy hotel for trashy people. Very nice and comfortable but decor would appeal to people who wear Ed Hardy and bedazzle their jeans.

Was really disappointed. Location is excellent and the front desk and housekeeping staff were very good But that was it. The hotel is very noisy with metal doors that don't keep out sound slamming all day and night. There was construction going on on the second floor and the workers tracked cement dust into the elevator and lobby all week during my stay. My room safe didn't work and maintenance never fixed it in the eight days I was there. The blue lighting in the hallways is interesting but more negative than positive. I expected Marriott quality but was pretty disappointed. Fair value for the price.

My boyfriend and I stayed here October 13 through the 15 and our stay was AMAZING! The staff here was very welcoming and showed great hospitality. Sharon and Special K in particular were very helpful, warm, and sweet making us feel right at home. Incredible experience!

Gorgeous, modern and full of character. Kevin, the manager is a joy to be around and the most accommodating person on the planet. We spent our honeymoon at the Saint and I don't possess a lexicon extensive enough to compliment them. The whole staff is incredible, the rooms are luxurious and modern (not to mention the suites ;) and the lounge is beyond imagination. I WILL be back there. I'd love to make it a yearly pilgrimage actually. Thank you guys so much! I'll see you again soon.

Attended a live jazz/burlesque show in the lobby bar. The drinks were well mixed and not inordinately expensive and the show was great. The open access pool table was greatly appreciated by all and the ambiance was upscale without feeling pretentious.

Rooms are very nice. And everyone is really nice. Only thing is that reconstruction is going on to restore originality

The Saint Hotel contains elegance and charm throughout, is well maintained and clean, offers very comfortable rooms, and serves the best breakfast buffet I've ever experienced at a Marriott property. The only knock I give is to a very inattentive bar staff, which places socializing with staff, free pours for friends, and looking at phones above waiting on guests (two nights in a row). Other than that, it's a great hotel.

Great place to stay in New Orleans. The rooms are big and comfy. The staff is really awesome. They helped me surprise my wife with flowers and champagne for our anniversary.

The reception and hallways had the feel of a very expensive night club. The room was immaculate. Nice quiet AC (not a window unit!). A frustration was the water sale case in the place of what should have been a fridge. TV didn't have reception for half our stay and internet was very flaky. Shame.

My husband and I travel a lot and always stay in 4 to 5 star hotels. This hotel was one of the nicest and BEST location for a New Orleans vacation! The staff, well let me just say, I have never ever experienced a friendlier, kinder, more informative staff in the 50 years we've been traveling! I wish I could remember all of their names, but the one that comes to mind is Brandon, the door man. Wonderful guy and many ideas for places to visit or drink/eat. Thanks Brandon!

Only one suggestion, with everyone there being so kind, friendly and helpful, where in the heck did you get the grumpy, snobby, unpleasant female bartender??? She does NOT belong there! Find someone who will reflect the friendliness of the rest of your staff.

Outstanding experience. We were a little concerned from some previous reviews but we loved this place and will stay there again in a heartbeat. Great location, the room was nice and very clean, and all of the staff were absolutely outstanding. We were always greeted enthusiastically and with smiles by everyone. The best help came from the concierges, who helped not only provide info and suggestions about the area and things to do, but even helped book some excursions on our behalf. They have a turn-down service at night complete with chocolates on the bed. When it was time to check out they had a car service ready for the ride to the airport (same price as a cab). These folks went way beyond our expectations in every regard. Can't recommend it enough.

Stayed here with my sisters for a birthday celebration weekend last year. Greeted warmly and staff was most helpful. I totally loved the exposed brick in the room, the theme and uniqueness of this property - the hallway with black light! Definitely a grown and sexy property and close to Bourbon Street and trolley. Highly recommend this property.
