Perfect place for holidays very friendly staff, very good restaurant especially Granite bar recommended

It is absolutely worth getting a golf cart from the reception and exploring the hotel grounds. There are labelled hiking routes and extensive spa areas including different temperatured pools outside. Alot of edible fruit plants like pomengranate or orange. Between the coastline and the golf course you can hike up pass the pizzeria and overlook the estate. If you take the golf cart to the opposite direction you eventually come to a picturesque bridge. The breakfast buffett is very healthy and delicious.

A perfect level of excellence and simplicity with a simply unique view on the beautiful Mediterranean sea. Truly, one of a kind!

Top notch resort.
Golf course is resort style, wide fairways but it a good challenge, particularly off the white tees. It's in good condition and not overplayed
The restaurants and spa are very good, there's a good selection of places to eat; haute cuisine to more simple rustic food.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Overall, if you're after a relaxing and upmarket break, this is ideal.

Lovely holiday destination

Wonderful place. Great localization. Rooms with all the facilities of a five-star hotel. Restaurant with delicious Italian and European cuisine.

Best resort I have seen.. just along the sea with huge campus and golfing area.. rooms are large and maintained.. staff were helpful and supportive.. beautiful landscape in surrounding.. if you are thinking a relaxing vacation this is one of it.. very calm with and peaceful environment.. enjoy cycling in this huge campus.. and spend leasure time near the beach..

Gorgeous resort with top notch spa. This is true relaxation at it's best. Amazing food, excellent golf, first rate spa and fitness facilities. Close to many attractions and night life. A definite bucket list addition. Reserve one of the villas.

Very nice resort and really 5 stars. Top rooms, top area...well mainrained and clean. Really top staff. Superp breakfast and top class SPA. Perfect place which we clearly recommend!

So we got upgraded to classic suite which is gorgeous that's costs in august 10k for a week (currently November) which for me is far to much and doesn't offer the finesse and quality for this price with cheap light switches and fittings but we are off season and paying £200 a night so excellent value

The spa facilities are excellent with heated outdoor pools but juice bar etc is closed season and had to run round to try and find towels. Would of loved to have some massages but at 150 euro for 50min massage I don't think it's worth it.

Food is quite expensive aswell (bugger and chips 19 euro but beer is ok at 5 euro a bottle

This place obviously is your golfers dream with beautiful surroundings and 3 x 18 hole courses

Stunning property with two excellent 18 hole golf courses and a short 9. Set on a large plot of land about 15 minute drive from Sciacca. Rooms are set away from the main buildings mostly overlooking the golf courses and sea. Some open directly on to the grassed area around the courses and are worth paying extra to get. Restaurant choice is good if you plan to eat in the hotel most days but it's a fair way to any other local venues if you want to go out. Taxi or car hire is a requirement. Service is excellent and the staff have a high attention to detail, obviously created from a skilled hotel owner.

This place is absolutely incredible! From the staff and food to the activities and services, it really is fantastic and super familu friendly!

European Tour makes a stop at Verdura Resort

The Verdura Resort and Spa is a jewel of a resort, an oasis of taste and charm, nestled cozily along the coast of Southern Sicily. The resort, including a substantial and well-tended golf course, is nicely secluded from the relative chaos of Sicilian driving and the endless ranks of charmless, buff colored, ferroconcrete blocks that grace an otherwise stunning landscape.

For non-golfers, the resort is well located, about equidistant from the out-of-this-world majesty of Selinunte, a bastion of Greek and Carthaginian antiquity, the Doric glory of Segesta, and the mind boggling Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. First timers will be dumbstruck by the archeological riches this corner of the world has to offer.

The resort itself, in addition to golf, features creditable spa facilities, and good dining options. The Zagara Mediterranean restaurant was just so-so, with comparatively indifferent service and decent, but not great, fare. Both Amare and Liola offer more relaxed, enjoyable dining options. Buon Giorno serves arguably one of the finest breakfasts of any resort I have visited. In addition to many egg dishes, the vegetable juicer, the succulent dried fruit buffet, assorted cereals, and the range of fresh fruit is a visit to health-heaven.

The somewhat pricey rooms are large, clean, and well laid out. Housekeeping services were excellent and the unfailingly pleasant demeanor of hotel staff made us feel that we were more in Asia than Europe. We thoroughly enjoyed our five days there. We visited the resort with 4 other well-traveled and demanding couples, all of whom concurred that this destination is to be highly recommended.

Sehr schönes, weitläufiges Resort. Kostenlos bereitgestellte Velos in genügender Zahl helfen die Wege bequem zu nehmen. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick, leider recht ringhörig.
Interne Infrastruktur Ende April (Nebensaison) eingeschränkt. Uns fehlte einiges an typisch Sizilianischen im Angebot. So hatte man das Gefühl irgendwo am Meer zu sein, nicht unbedingt auf Sizilien. Da der nächste Ort etwas weiter entfernt, ist man auf die Angebote im Resort angewiesen ( Sciacca gute 20 Minuten Taxifahrt ).

Splendide ! Tout simplement parfait. Que ce soit au niveau des chambres que des services, pas une faute, pas un reproche à faire à cet hôtel de qualité. L'équipe de l'hôtel, très agréable, est constamment disponible, accueillante et joviale. Les chambres sont propres, fonctionnelles, confortables, avec une vue sur le golf superbe. Les plats des 3 restaurants sont excellents ( mention spéciale au restaurant de poissons Amare ). Le spa et la piscine sont extraordinaires, l'eau est chaude mais pas trop ( le circuit de bassin à bulles massantes de différentes températures comme les thermes romains est très sain, surtout le plus chaud pour moi qui suit un peu frileux ). On peut se déplacer dans l'hôtel en vélo ou voiture de golf. Bref, tout ce que l'on peut attendre d'un hôtel de luxe. Si vous avez les moyens, sautez sur l'occasion !
