The manager was AMAZING! He was so helpful and he even gave our three kids some snacks for our trip down to Florida! He made sure we had everything we needed!

I absolutely had a blast. Staf was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfy. Felt like home. And we was celebrating my daughter's birthday. And the view from our window was stunning. We was on the 6th floor

Great hotel and staff. Matthew was especially helpful. Although some of the amenities were suspended due to Covid-19, we still had a pleasant experience. Breakfast was great each morning and the complimentary drinks were amazing! Bedding was comfy! Only issue was some of the guest caused a bit of chaos. But the hotel handled the situation very well. We will most likely stay again!

We often stay at the Embassy Suites hotels due to our large family size. The Chattanooga - Hamilton Place property did not disappoint! The pool was great for our kids (ages 3-13), especially our toddler. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The hotel itself was quiet and friendly. We took notice especially of the breakfast staff - so warm and friendly! And, as always, the full breakfast was excellent before our long drive home. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

Clean, updated and spacious rooms. Great place to stay for a short weekend or extended stay. Daily breakfast was one of the best at any hotel. Hot and cold options, also someone making fresh eggs and omelets. Nightly cocktail party (weeknights) with snacks. Great location, convenient to lots of restaurants, no road noise.

I've stayed at Embassy Suites several times in different states and its always been a great experience and ES at Hamilton is no exception. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Easy entry and exit from hotel. The added bonus was the note we found on the car when we packed up that they had cleaned the windshield during our stay. Top notch all the way!

Room was modern and clean and comfortable. A welcome surprise comparatively speaking to others. Good location. Wish I had more time to spend there.

Probably one of the best Embassy hotels I've ever stayed up. It was all the little things. Better towels, more comfy beds, and an awesome tasting breakfast. High quality stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast w made-to-order omelettes although I wish the breakfast hours continued past 9:00am. With a noon checkout time I think pushing breakfast into brunch, say 11:00 maybe, would be ideal. Still, I would not hesitate to stay there again. A very comfortable place to stay.

Wow......my family and I have stayed at several hotels while vacationing. Embassy Suites Chattanooga was the absolute best. The rooms were very clean and comfy, there was plenty of everything for my family. The evening reception was something we've never experienced at other hotels and it was very nice. Breakfast was the absolute best, the young lady that prepared the omelets was very couteous and quick. She moved the lines very swiftly and her remembrance is awesome. She remembered everyone's order off the top of her head and it was very busy this weekend. The outside area is beautiful, and they even cleaned the glass of your car!! I think Embassy is our choice when vacationing everywhere. Great job Embassy Suites!!

I am very satisfied with this hotel. The services are great. Complimentary snacks, beverages, and mixed drinks were unexpected. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the noise levels from others are almost non-existent. Just watch out for the monkey-dogboy that roams the hallways around 7AM every morning. This is an inconvenient haunting especially for business travelers. Leisure oriented guests should have no problems with this vapor apparition.

Very clean hotel with a nice outdoor sitting area. The evening reception and breakfast were great perks. The staff were friendly. The only negative way the pool water was absolutely frigid. My kids were shivering the whole time they were swimming and their lips turned blue. We were told the water was kept at 85 degrees, but there was no way it was that warm.

We stopped as we were travelling through and only stayed to sleep, but had a great stay. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were super helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Very clean hotel. The rooms are updated, spacious, & clean. The staff was extremely friendly and the complementary breakfast was good & had many options. A security officer paroled the grounds day & night which is a plus. We will definitely spend our nights in this hotel from now on when applicable. The rates are reasonable as well.

Just checked in. Ladies at the front counter were super nice and welcoming. One of the nicer Embassy Suites I have been in. Edit: The next morning we came down to have breakfast. The staff for the morning breakfast were genuinely sweet as well. Will stay here again when in the area!

Safe and clean. Very nice. Was visiting with relatives would stay here of we didn't live in town. Could be a great place for a weekend away for the kids.
It's not far from the mall and everything that is on Gunbarrel Rd. Easy access to interstate 75.
I haven't stayed there but my family was very happy.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! We booked our stay here in advance and at last minute decided to come a day early. We got a room at another hotel for the night as this one was full. The other hotel was only $30 less and the difference between the two were night and day. Embassy goes above and beyond for the price. Our room was clean and spacious. They do a great job with breakfast in the morning, all the food was hot and fresh and we were impressed with the selection. The complimentary happy hour was an added bonus and a great way to wind down after a day of fun running around Chattanooga. Our kids thought they were so special drinking their Shirley Temple's. All the staff were friendly and accommodating and our children loved the indoor pool. If we ever find ourselves back in Chattanooga we will definitely be staying with Embassy again!

the staff is very friendly, the hotel is located very close to the airport and from here you can move relatively easy either on foot or by car. Breakfast is better than the one offered by other hotels in the area, varied and as healthy as your habits allows. the rooms are spacious, well lit and clean. the furniture looks clean, tidy and with little wear.

I had a pleasant stay.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Hotel is starting to show wear and tear. Pool was dirty and our refrigerator did not work in our room. Reception is nice and we loved that Ruth Chris was right next door.

Our family stayed at this Embassy Suites when my 19 month old son became very sick in the middle of the night. The staff went above and beyond, bringing us new linens, and offering up their medicine pantry in the middle of the night. Incredibly hospitable and kind folks there!

The Embassy Suites is very nice. The breakfast is great and the evening reception is a plus with snacks and adult beverages. Staff is very helpful. My only complaint is the housekeeping is a bit slow. We left our room for about 6 or 7 hours and our room had not been clean yet.

This is definitely one of the nicer Embassy suites I have been to. Everything was great and spacious enough for 5 people. Breakfast was complimentary and not bad for a hotel breakfast. If staying by the airport, I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was great! The staff was wonderful and Ruth Chris steaks was amazing. Our room was very nice and comfortable and we had plenty of space. Location was convenient to mall and on 10 minutes from Aquarium. I will recommend this hotel for your next stay.

Great hotel! We enjoyed our stay. The pool was a little on the chilly side. The room was clean. We stayed two nights. The staff was very polite and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. We will stay there again.

The most beautiful Embassy Suites I have stayed in! And probably one of the cleanest hotels I have seen, hands down. I stayed here for 4 nights and loved every bit of it. Absolutely no complaints from this guy. I will definitely stay here again when I return to the area. Thanks for the hospitality!

The suite I'm in is very nice. Breakfast was great. I don't drink coffee. I drank the hot tea in my room. When they cleaned my room, they didn't leave more tea, sugar or cups. I went to the desk and request some tea. When I got back to my room they had left me coffee, no cups, no sugar, no tea. Back to the desk I go.

It was a beautiful hotel! Really nice entry and first impression. The rooms were nice and clean. I would have liked some sort of shelf or something other than a tiny soap dish in the shower and a little more pressure from the shower head, but it was nice otherwise. The location was also great, because it had many restaurants and a large mall nearby.

On a trip, for work, just before a Christmas and I looked up my usual Hilton chain...Embassy Suites.

I have to say, this was probably the nicest looking location I have ever stayed in! Most Embassy locations are “nice”, but this one was way more “upscale” looking and it had a Ruth’s Chris restaurant attached to it.

It was located very nicely within a short drive to almost any shopping/ restaurant you can imagine and just beyond that...beautiful downtown Chattanooga.

The staff was friendly, as always at the Embassy locations, and the reason I keep coming back. I would definitely return to this location if my travels brought me back to Chattanooga.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities, but lacking in service. There was no bedding for the fold out bed in our room and only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival. Despite being told three times that linens and tp were being sent up, they never came. We had to go down the the lobby at 11pm to get it ourselves. Breakfast staff were super friendly and helpful.

I love this hotel!!! The ambience time you walk in, the very friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the entire hotel and the wonderful breakfast... It is all worth coming back for time and time again, like I do! There is nowhere else I'll stay in Chattanooga. It is close to everything you need... Shopping, restaurants, lounging, night life and so much more! If you are looking for a place that is relaxing, great ambience, great food and staff and has everything near by this is exactly what you're looking for! I will definitely be back!!!

Staying here was an unbelievable experience. Honestly, when we told people, they didn't believe us. I hadn't been anywhere that actually left a candy or treat in your room, but they left a cute Little Debbie Christmas tree with a story. We were invited to the hotels happy hour where you could get free drinks, even alcohol, and snacks. We had a separate living room and bedroom. It was a very nice room for a regular rooms price. The breakfast was great. The decor was pretty. The only complaints were that the shower took a very long time to warm up. When it did, it was amazing. The bed was okay, but not the most comfy. We stayed in a lot of hotels that week so there were direct comparisons but it wasn't bad. The staff was very friendly and nice.

Beautiful hotel. I have never seen the rooms, but the lobby and meeting spaces are very nice. I have attended several events at this location and the food is always good. Great for seminars, retreats, educational classes, etc.

We love this place. Clean, nice rooms, perfect location within minutes from shops and lots of restaurants. Walking distance from Mellow Mushroom directly across the street. Service was excellent as well. Had an issue with loud neighbors when we arrived that night...called the front desk to complain and they were on it!! Did not hear a peep out of those guests again!!! Will stay here everytime we visit Chattanooga.

Excellent hotel with excellent service...all staff members were very helpful and resourceful. They help me arrange for 2 dozen roses to be waiting in the room as a surprise for my wife's birthday. Will definitely stay there again soon.

Day 2 update: this is the spot. The breakfast is very good, but also very busy on a Saturday morning. I can't believe it but they have the weekend edition of the wall street journal, which is truly unbelievable as almost no hotel coughs up the money for the weekend edition. There is a crunchy's chicken about 1.5 miles away I highly recommend for dinner one night. Winner winner chicken dinner

This hotel was great. I really loved the design and everything was nice and clean. They really pay attention to details. I was on a girls trip celebrating a birthday. Checking in, one of the ladies mentioned our purpose for being there and 15 minutes after getting into room the front desk sent up a cheese and crackers tray. What a great way to let guests know they were listening and it made a lasting impression. Thanks!!

We come to Chattanooga a few times a year and ALWAYS stay at this hotel. The location is right next to the mall and the Mellow Mushroom across the street is super convenient. The hotel has always been very clean and the staff is great. It also has a nice pool and breakfast! We will see you again next time!

Great room. Fantastic breakfast. Great staff. The only two things I would like to see improved are the parking and I could hear my neighbors very clearly. Rooms need better insulation or sound proofing.

Embassy suites are always so good. Staff is great. Decor amazing. Rooms werent small but they felt a little smaller i think bc the windows were fairly small for a hotel that size, so not as much natural light as you would expect. My only negative experience with the hotel was that it was so crowded it was very hard to find parking spot or a table for breakfast in the morning... i guess other people like this hotel too.

My room was on the 6th floor. The room as always was spacious and clean. The view was also nice. The staff from the person that checked us in to the person that cleaned the rooms were very friendly, and helpful. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to make sure my family an I were very happy. The breakfast offerings were just what we needed to start my day. I chose eggs over easy they were prepared to perfection. My wife really loves the fact that such a large breakfast with all of the choices was included with the room. We are very happy with this hotel!

Blown away (in a good way) by this property. It's top-shelf in the Embassy Suites family. New, clean, and staffed by professional, well-trained staff that seeks to please. Best bang for the buck in the area. You will be glad that you stayed here.

Our drive from Orlando to home was about 16 hours. We stopped in Chattanooga at the hotel my brother stopped at earlier in the year. Absolutely the best staff and cleanest room I have ever experienced at a hotel. Loved the text concierge service too.

Couldn't have had a better stay!! The room was wonderful. The cocktail hour was great and the service was attentive! Breakfast was delicious! We will definitely look for another Embassy Suites on our next trip.

Great Atmosphere. We enjoyed the evening drinks and finger food included with our stay rate! Breakfast was also provided. Overall very good value while staying in a first rate establishment.

Easy to find, pretty good parking and in a decent location. Mellow mushroom right across from it, shopping isn't very far. All the staff was very friendly, rooms were well cleaned. Didn't make it in time for evening reception but breakfast was pretty good, the cooked to order omelets were great as always. Also noticed while leaving there seemed to be an outdoor patio on the 4th floor? Wish I had seen it earlier. Would love to stay at this location again next time in the area.

Came for the weekend with the family. Very nice hotel, staff super polite and helpful. Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. My family really enjoys staying at the Embassy Suites chain of hotels.

This was a great place to stay for the family. My 4 year old slept on the pull out couch, and my son slept in a crib provided by the hotel. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great.

I have to say nice things, I work for this company. The rooms are always prestine upon check-in and maintained at your convenience. Guests can purchase cheese and fruit plates to be delivered in preparation for their arrival. Then later enjoy a first class meal, complimented by a your perfect libation in the comfort of your pajamas as room service is provided by Ruth's Chris Steak House directly from their award winning wine and spirits program and seasonally inspired menu.

Very nice hotel and location with excellent on site amenities. Staff was overall helpful, but didn't exactly put forth too much effort. Was disappointed in lack of plates and napkins in the suite.

We stayed at the embassy suites near Himilton Place in Chattanooga for the weekend. Our family of 5 had a great time and plenty of space in our room. The breakfast was wonderful and it looked like the evening reception was fun too, though we headed out to dinner instead of staying to partake. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room rate was reasonable. We would definitely come back to stay here again!!

We decided to select this hotel on a road trip home from Florida. What a great selection. The room was large and immaculate. The bed was comfortable and the room had a small bar/kitchen area including refrigerator and microwave and sink/counter area. The bathroom was large and there was a sitting/desk area when you walked in the door. We loved it here. Ruth Chris' Steakhouse attached and free breakfast, but it is not a buffet and there can be a line and 45 minute wait for food. We would stay there again.

Nice hotel. Wish they had a hot tub. But that's the only thing I didn't like. Other than that, I had a wonderful time and the workers were great.

The hotel is practically brand new; it's only three years old. I went to the hotel to attend a meeting and the conference rooms are nice and spacious. The rooms are very nice and the bathroom is spacious. The one thing I liked the most would be the lookout balcony where you can take in the scenery. I plan on going back with my mother to enjoy the scenery and conveniently located shopping and restaurants.

Everything about our stay was great! The hotel is beautiful! The complimentary breakfast is amazing! The room was really clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is in a great location too!

DISAPPOINTED

I really enjoy Hilton properties and frequently stay with Homewood Suites, Hampton Inn, and Embassy Suites. This particular stay was NOT typical of my experiences.

The decor and furniture are nice and well maintained. The breakfast was as good as it normally is when I stay with Embassy Suites. In short, all of the extras were up to par.

My disappointment came with the room...The one thing I really needed to be right. We came in from a day of traveling , checked in, dropped off our stuff and went to dinner. When we returned, it was late and we prepared for bed. After a while we tried to cool the room. After a while, we noticed no change in the temperature. I called to tell the front desk and she offered to give us a new room but it was after 11pm and the kids were sleeping.

The next morning, I mentioned it at checkout and all I received was an apology and an assurance that she told the manager. Their stated policy is that if we are not 100% satisfied they will make it right. I found their response to be lacking.

We paid the full rate for a less than fully functioning room. DISAPPOINTED

The hotel is beautiful, very welcoming and comfortable. The staff is polite, cheerful and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and stylish. All of these traits make for a very enjoyable stay and a desire to return in the future.

Absolutely the best hotel experience we've ever had. Stunning decor and design. Room suite was large and comfortable. Happy hour (complimentary snacks and cocktails) was such a treat. Breakfast was the best of any hotel breakfast we've ever had. Staff was super professional and accommodating. We also enjoyed the moon pie that was awaiting us on the nightstand upon arrival. And upon checking out, our vehicle had a note card on it stating they had cleaned our windshield.

We highly recommend this Embassy Suites Hotel and we will only stay at this location during future visits to Chattanooga. So happy with our stay.

Definitely not representative of the brand. The rooms are too expensive compared to other rooms within 0.5mi. Room size and condition was disappointing. Had to ask for a second towel even though two room suite was booked for two guests. Manager's evening reception had ample alcohol but very little else. We had to miss the breakfasts of both days we stayed due to the schedule of the event we were in town for, but they had no "to go" brown bag option or fruit like other Hiltons offer. Very disappointed and will not stay there again.

I love staying at Embassy Suites, and my experience here was still better than at most hotels. I found the room arrangement a little strange, and the breakfast service was slow compared to my experience at other Embassy Suites.

Great Hotel!! Staff was ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. I stayed there for 90, yes 90 days, for work this past summer. Rooms are great Breakfast and the evening reception are awesome perks. I will definitely stay here whenever I am in Chattanooga!

I've stayed in a few Embassy Suites and this is my favorite. The staff was great and I loved the breakfast buffet.

Embassy Suites is, in general, a great option if you have multiple people travelling together. I snore, so I can sleep on the sofa bed and not disturb the people I'm with.

I was at the hotel for one day and one night. I was impressed with the quality of service.
We had a big, comfortable bed with a spacious room. There was a microwave and micro-fridge in the room. The cooked to order breakfast was complimentary and kept me full for hours. I will stay at this hotel again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice rooms , breakfast, happy hour, pool and staff. It is close to restaurants and 75. I found it to be a safe area for families.

The front desk staff were amazing! When we checked in our room was still being cleaned so they promptly upgraded us to the Hospitality Suite without us asking. They must have overheard us talking about how it was one guest's birthday because they delivered a bottle of wine to the room about an hour later. Couldn't ask for a better experience!
