Embassy Suites Cool Springs is a wonderful hotel with great amenities and pleasant, professional staff. We did not have time to visit the pool while we were there. The location is close to the Galleria mall and numerous other attractions including only minutes from the Adventure Science Center. The location is easy to find and easy to travel to without all the traffic of the more populated retail area if you want a quieter sleep. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and had all of the amenities you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The meeting rooms were spacious and the staff was exceptionally courteous. The only negatives we could see was that the hallways could use a vacuuming. The bedroom was quiet but the living room in the unit had a lot of noise from the vestibule. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites Cool Springs and will return again and again.

My husband and I enjoyed EVERYTHING about our stay !. We were MORE than pleased with the room and the cleanliness of it . Very comfy and cozy. I think i enjoyed the bar more than anything...happy hour was from 5 to 7 free unlimited drinks!!!! Nice bar area ! We really had a blast. And omg I forgot to mention the breakfast !!! Best breakfast I've had in a very long time.. This hotel gets 5 stars from !!! We're already planning our next stay !

One of the favorite hotel chains. Visited here while in town for business. The evening meals were catered for our group and were delicious! Of course the breakfast was great and worth getting up early the for. Bathroom needed a bit more cleaning.

I stayed here last night as part of my honeymoon. We were immediately greeted warmly and found our room. It was a beautiful space. I will say it was a little too warm, and turning the thermostat down didn't do anything. Breakfast was great!

This Embassy Suites is location in a business district with easy access to the I-65. The hotel itself has a very impressive inner courtyard design that creates some noise issues with the guest room. Fortunately, the bedroom itself is located towards the outside of the building, our sleep wasn't disturbed by the noised from the inner courtyard. There is a very nice and large pool at this hotel, and it was quite busy the weekend that we stayed at this hotel. I don't usually spent time writing about the free breakfast, but this hotel has a very impressive breakfast display. There's an omelet station where you get to make your perfect omelet. Otherwise, this is a great hotel for the price point and the breakfast alone makes it worthwhile to stay here. Our stay was so short that I can't really comment on the service staff or the cleaning crew.

We love Embassy Suites and this one is no exception. Great hospitality, clean, close to all the Cool Springs and Franklin happenings but an easy drive into Nashville, too. Great breakfast, nice bar, 2 hour manager's reception for 2 hours starting at 530p. Rooms and facilities always clean.

Location is in a nice spot, just off the interstate but not to close to hear the traffic. Staff were friendly, the room were clean, and check out was easy.

Chose Embassy Cool Springs since my daughter was in a volleyball tournament very nearby. The location is great, the cleanliness of the room is fantastic, but the noise level isn’t good. We have had multiple groups of kids running past our room and a huge Mardi Gras party is going on the first floor until midnight. I would not have chosen this hotel if I had known it was going to be so noisy. Hotels are supposed to be peaceful and relaxing. There was no notice given that a very loud event would be going on. If you plan to get reservations here, ask before you book your room if there is a big event taking place in the hotel. I’m very disappointed in the price I’m paying and can’t even get any peace and quiet. The huge party also caused parking issues for the hotel guests.

The amenities were wonderful. My daughter loved the pool which was very well maintained and in the weekdays had premium towels, I guess they ram out though on Saturday because when we . The happy hour was a nice plus to have. The front desk staff were very friendly and worked to resolve any issues we had. The only complaint - there was a issue about house keeping.

The location is awesome. Right off of I-65 and away from the mall so traffic around is not bothersome. With it being closer to the mall a ton of shopping and eateries are available. The hotel was clean, staff was professional, the amenities are great. I will forever stay at embassy suites when available.

The staff was very kind and resolved my issue as quickly as possible, but I was charged for part of my hotel cost after paying cash in full without incidents. The Happy Hour is the best at any hotel and bar that I have seen. More detailed checks must be made for cleanup of each room. The curtain that covered the windows looking outside was dirty. The shower curtain was dirty. The size of the room is great, but not the price which should be at least $25 lower because not everyone will utilize Happy Hour amenity.

The rooms were clean as expected for an Embassy. Staff was helpful and quick about special requests. Breakfast was well done and efficient. The pool was well taken care of. It was a great stay for the whole family!

This was a beautiful facility even during some upgrades in progress. The meeting room was spacious and well equipped for our large group. The catering was great as well. A really enjoyable event.

Rooms were nice and spacious. The noice level on the 5th floor was a good bit louder than we would have liked, but we were here during a soccer tournament and there were a lot of kids. Decent breakfast and the evening reception was a nice bonus. We would stay here again.

Came for a business meeting. The private meeting rooms on the 2nd floor were excellent. The central atrium was also very nice.

Check-in was quick and painless and the room was great. Breakfast was fresh and well-stocked even at the busier hours, which was great as I've often run into issues with breakfast at other locations. The only thing that I found somewhat annoying was that most of the parking was on the side of the building with the convention space but all of the elevators were on the opposite side of the building near the front desk. Aside from that, though, the stay was great and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone else looking to stay in the area.

Spent only 1 night at this hotel, and my company has a corporate rate with them... Overall, a very comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. There was no radio or sound docks in my room, that would've been nice. I was in the 9th floor, facing east.

I was not an over night guest, only there for a conference. The conference was comfortable and the acoustics we're good enough to hear everyone, even when their mic wasn't working quite right. The hotel supplied a very good lunch and plenty of snacks and beverages during the event. The only thing I didn't like was the trash collection process. I'm sure it was meant to be helpful, but I'm not used to just piling my trash up with everyone else's on a table outside the conference room. Maybe if there was a trash can for trash and a collection are for dishes?

Myself and several coworkers stayed here for a work conference recently. My room was extremely clean and comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail and friendly attitude of each staff member I encountered. The happy hour service in the evening was a favorite for our group.

Overall quality of the hotel was excellent. Beautiful view, close to a lot of good restaurants. Housekeeping did well about keeping room stocked and clean. The breakfast in the morning had a large selection, including an omelette bar. The food was average quality.

Great experience! We ended up leaving early, and they only charged us for the nights we were able to stay. The evening reception and drinks were a nice touch. The customer service was top notch from the moment we checked in.

This was a great place for a conference. It was well appointed and had plenty of space and commodities. There was a restaurant/bar and a small convenience store. I Iwould definitely recommend for large meetings or conferences.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The cleanliness is sub standard today the least. The fitness center was nit cleaned once during my 6 day stay. Even after letting front desk staff know. New towels and a made bed was all that was ever done in our room. I will state the catering staffs and bartender for the nightly reception we're great. Bartender at the Athletic bar was slow and unhappy. This hotel was able to accommodate a large group for a week of business training but updates are seriously in need of happening, especially at the cost

The rooms are wonderful, love having the separate living room area. Great for entertaining if you need it. The breakfast is awesome, love the omelet station. The staff is awesome and very helpful. The conference place was great for the event I attended as well as the food. You have to try the devil eggs!!!

I absolutely love to stay here!! The rooms are spacious and ideal for families. And the complimentary made tô order breakfast is THE best of any hotel because they don't charge you an arm and a leg like others do. This is my go-to place when traveling.

Pleasant staff, who helped with a free razor for my daughter who forgot hers. Clean rooms, clean hotel. Full breakfast included, but the quality of the items needs to be improved. Pool was clean, and for a hotel pool the chlorine levels were well balanced. Right off the highway, close to several very nice restaurants.

I was present for a conference, and was thoroughly impressed with the Embassy. The food provided was above and beyond what I expected; breakfast, snack, and lunch were all great. The facility was large, open, and comfortable. The staff were attentive and helpful. Wonderful experience

We were there for a business presentation. It was well staffed and they were very helpful. Our lunch was tasty too. Biggest croissant I've ever seen

Hotel was up to par with what is expected with Embassy Suite hotels. However, I accidentally left my sport coat in my room and they returned it to me a couple of days later. Unfortunately, acts of kindness are not to be expected these days. A nice surprise to know there are good people in this world.

Room was awesome as well as the staff, however the breakfast can use some improvement, the omelette on both mornings was burned and the bacon taste like it had been held over from yesterday and soaked in grease. I had supper on Tuesday evening and the burger was awesome. When we arrived on Tuesday there was no luggage carts so we had to make three trips to carry our luggage to the room. Overall Embassy Suites is always a clean and nice experience. Please train your cooks on how to properly prepare omelette s and invest in some luggage carts.

The rooms are very large and nice, the little living room area is convenient to spread out in. The evening cocktails and complimentary breakfast are very good, and the meals served during our conference were as well. The conference rooms were fine, although we had a few technology issues, but I'm not sure if it was the hotel or our group. Whichever, it was quickly fixed. There's lots of shopping and restaurants in the area, and it's fairly convenient to Nashville.

I had my wedding there... the halls were very beautiful and so do the views in the room in the 9th floor. The staffs were also nice except our bouquet manager. I think she was new and she didn't knew what to do and I have even problems with payments two weeks later...

The rooms are large, very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were great. Breakfast was far beyond the typical continental breakfasts or waffle station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There was a bit of confusion on the first day alone. While booking i asked if it had a shuttle to the airport. The rep said yes. I get here, call and ask and they said no, you have to use iber or a taxi. The room was quite nice, not used to soft beds so it bothered my back on the last night. The pool was real nice to end on a busy day. When asked how to unlock the room, as I'm used to just putting the card in a slot, the cleaning lady just looked and laughed. Not a fan of your guys' housekeeling. The other staff though was real nice working with. Very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was awesome and breakfast was great. The employees were extremely helpful and nice. The only issue was the bed hurt my back. Everything we would need for our stay to be enjoyed was there.

Pros: The location was good; easy to get to and close to everything. The hotel was quite nice. We were right next to the elevator, and didn't notice it at all. Shower head was nice and high (a plus for tall folks!). Didn't get a chance to try the hot breakfast, but looked tasty.

Cons: The TV signal wasn't great; the picture was pretty fuzzy. Not terrible, but worth noting. The bed was soft enough when sleeping on your back or stomach, but it was uncomfortably firm for sleeping on your side (not a great night's sleep for my pregnant wife :/).

Location is not too far away from the interstate, but there are no restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very nice. The ballroom events are well done and the food is delicious. Would definitely go again and recommend to others.

We spent 2 nights in a corner room on the top floor. The room was quiet and spacious but the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable. Breakfast was delicious and ran fairly late into the morning. To top it off there were complimentary drinks in the evening.

The hotel was gorgeous, clean and friendly. We loved happy hour having free drinks and snacks. The salsa was the best salsa we had ever had! The salt water pool was awesome as well! We can't wait to plan to come again!

It's a great hotel for a wedding etc. The lobby is very inviting and the architecture is nice. Try taking a picture looking up to the ceiling. The staff is great and helpful.

The property is beautiful on the inside freshly renovated. The restraunt was awesome as well was the customer service. I would highly recommend to come by and have a meal and some drinks. The menu was fair priced.

The room was excellent. AC took a bit of time to cool the room. Suggest turning it about 2 degrees cooler than you normally like it as soon as you get in the room. Came back a few hours later and it was perfect. Morning breakfast had long lines for made-to-order omelets. No line at buffet. Great central location to Franklin, TN. Short drive to mall and many restaurants. Not walkable.

I've stayed in 15 countries and hundreds of hotels, Embassy Suites Franklin is a gem of a find! The staff is attentive and super friendly, the beds are comfortable, free cocktails and even bacon for breakfast! Great location that's very convenient, only $24 uber fare to downtown Nashville.

Great location, friendly staff, great amenities! The restaurant and bar has great food, great service, but is a little pricey. Poor internet and WiFi coverage/speed, especially when they ask you to pay for it. There is no internet coverage in the meeting areas? They need to upgrade the beds to pillow tops, the mattress is ok, and get rid of the down feather pillows! I asked for a foam pillow, I got 2 more feather pillows!!!!!
