Was here for a fundraiser/dinner. The convention center setup great for the event and the dinner was good. Went to the hotel bar afterwards for a few drinks. It took awhile to get served, even going up to the bar, but to be fair we did have a decent sized group.

Nice hotel, and spacious handicapped facility, but paper thin walls. You were right next to the interstate which I thought might be noisy, but you couldn't hear it over the crying baby next door. With the thin walls & our late check in it may have been our fault the baby woke up, but I'm guessing they would have liked thicker walls too. 😉

Very welcoming and professional staff. The rooms were clean and quiet. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. Probably by far one of the best if not "the best" hotel in Omaha. I would definitely be coming back. Thanks!

Nice hotel and conference center. We stayed overnight to go to the zoo for my daughter birthday. The pool was saltwater and not very big but it was very busy, at least 20 kids. The suite we stayed in was very roomy. It had a mini fridge which was nice but I accidently left my beer in it. A glass door fridge would have helped me not forget it. Great stay regardless of the beer incident!

We enjoyed our stay here! They have a Happy hour with free drinks and snacks! The Breakfast is phenomenal! The room was great too!

We went to the La Vista Nines in the Embassy Suites. I ordered a Ceasar salad with salmon. It was 😋 delicious and fresh. It was a generous portion and I brought home the rest of it for lunch tomorrow. We sat at the bar. The service was excellent!

Staff was really good. They are very intentive, and on top of the their game. The rooms are really nice and clean. I was really impressed with the breakfast.

I visited this Embassy Suites for a work conference. The location was great and was extremely easy to get to. The conference space itself was spacious, the food was excellent, and everything was set up perfectly.

Very comfortable new hotel, connected to the convention center. Everything you would expect from an Embassy Suites hotel. Great free breakfast and Happy Hour, makes this a good value. About a $30 Uber to the airport, as there is no shuttle.

If you want a large, clean, professional hotel that's got a modern sensibility in the Omaha area, with easy access to multiple highway corridors, look no further. The staff is friendly and helpful, there's a place inside that serves Starbucks coffee for the morning, the rooms are really spacious, and the bar is a nice place to get a drink, if that's your thing. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a great girls overnight at the hotel this weekend. We definitely took advantage of the happy hour drinks/snacks and the morning breakfast. Staff/service was great. I am again impressed with Embassy Suites.

Great crew, really on the ball here. Parking is a breeze and it's free, and the place is easy to access from the freeway. My one complaint is that there's not much in the way of fast food nearby, though the hotel has an excellent restaurant. The hotel is also adjacent to the La Vista Convention Center, so this is a good choice for larger company meetings or small to mid-size conventions.

Upscale lodging with good amenities and night-life atmosphere. The Nines restaurant is well under-rated. Should be a line out the door every night. Dont be deceived by dining at a hotel. If you try it twice it will become your regular dining option and a great place for your group to meet. Family friendly also. Free movie options to entertain the children. Room housekeeping should be improved.

Very nice hotel. Looks great, rooms are big and spacious. Staff was very friendly. An associate did have a problem with the cable TV in their room that they brought to the attention of staff that was not fixed. As well as the towels I used the second morning had a sour smell to them. Breakfast food was decent. Eggs were kind of weird, with a white color to them (scrambled) that was kind of weird though

This year, Christmas Eve breakfast (cook to order) was so busy. But the short order cooks were a well oiled machine and an organized team. So many families, and the hotel staff were polite and helpful. Thank you.

Great employee engagement, food drinks.

We stayed recently and everyone there was engaged. The front desk staff was nice, and we we're also greeted by another employee as we came in. Rooms were normal Embassy quality, one nice thing was that the heat didn't blow directly on the beds which is always a pet peeve of mine. HVAC was also very quiet which was nice.

The breakfast was better than I remembered and the coffee served with it was pretty good. The reception was nice, you got 3 tickets per adult and their tap beer glasses were probably pint sized. Pool and hot tub were pretty standard, Workout room was very nice with dumbbells up to 50. The treadmills were nice quality but I didn't like the belt itself, it was a little sloppy which means a decent potential for catching a shoe.

My wife and I attended a reception there and the service along with food and beverages was very nice. Polite and helpful staff throughout the facility. I have been here before on other occasions and have never been disappointed. The place is warm and inviting which is great on cold Nebraska evenings.

This was a nice big place for the event we attended. The service was excellent, the food was good and I didn't have any trouble parking. The facility is right off I80 and was easy to get to. Parking out front was difficult so park around the side that was cherry.

Good spot for a work Christmas party. The drinks were good, and the venue was nice. The food was good, but definitely not enough of it. They should have been a little faster refilling stuff as it ran out. Otherwise a good time!

Had lunch in their restaurant the day after Thanksgiving. Food wad delicious and portions were good. However my kid wasn't a fan of the pizza. Waitress was attentive and very clean.

The carpets could use a good cleaning or replacing. Otherwise great hotel, I stay every year and it's always consistent service. Breakfast is great!

It was an extremely nice hotel. It was very clean and it was beautiful looking. The rooms were pretty big. The location is kind in the middle of things in Omaha. The service was good and did exactly what I asked for.

Very nice location for professional meeting. Good space for multiple class sessions simultaneously. Chairs with table are more comfortable than the largest room where there are side by side chairs with no arms.

Event was great. Food was pretty decent. The only slight that makes this 4 stars instead of 5, I walked in not knowing where I needed to go, and the staff was completely clueless as to what was going on. They eventually pointed me in the right direction, but you would think they would have known right away which room the event was in.

This is an excellent hotel. Nice spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed. The check in was very smooth with a knowledgeable front desk clerk. The breakfast was awesome also and not to mention the evening reception. Also the taxes are lower are worth the look.

The hotel is slightly dated but the rooms were great. The hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful. Our room was not ready at check-in time however they were able to assign us a different room immediately despite all the eclipse traffic. The breakfast area could use some re-organization to better expedite the made-to-order line. The breakfast buffet food was cold both mornings. The managers reception was excellent. The pool was nice but the water was extremely cloudy. All in all still worth it and will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy. I had the best night's sleep in a long while and the shower was great! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would say the only negative to stay was breakfast. I wasn't terribly impressed.

Accommodations are exceptional, as is the staff! Amenities second to none! Beds are very very comfortable and rooms are quiet and spacious!!! Will definitely look to Embassy Suites for future accommodations!

Embassy Suites never disappoints us. The entire experience was enjoyable and relaxing. The only"negative" was when I asked for a room away from street traffic. Our bedroom faced the interstate. That said, we were far enough away and the exterior is built well enough that I didn't hear the traffic, so I didn't score down for that.

Very accommodating! Stayed for my daughters 10th birthday party and everything was wonderful! The only draw back was the pool area. Very loud and lots of chlorine. Otherwise the pool was large enough to accommodate a lot of families! The girls had a great time!

Friendly people everywhere you turn. Very clean rooms. Comfortable sofa and bed. Lovely, fresh, breakfast every morning. Fresh fruits, cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and juice or milk or soda or coffee. Lobby has good lighting, plenty of seats, and the sounds of waterfalls and fountains, very relaxing.

Update, I added a star to my original review after a recent stay. They have fixed the problems with breakfast that occurred during my previous stay. Glad to see improvement.

Jake is great , he is an awesome employee . My shuttle bus service was great and thank you so much for helping us out Jake. The breakfast really good , made to order pancakes which includes chocolate chip pancakes and blueberries pancakes, chocolate chip waffles and blueberries waffles. Made to order omelets and eggs hot bacon and sausage. Mangers reception is wonderful snacks and best margaritas.Only thing , there was a lot of chlorine in your pool.

Room was decent but it was professional and people used laptops. Mine died due to now power outlets in the tables out close to us on the walls. Coffee was okay but could have added the option for flavors not just half and half. Also there was no soda or any drinks available with lunch.

The employees were very professional and welcoming when I attended a meeting here. They had a plan in place for a lactation room which has been the BEST one I have used to this date. It has a bathroom, locks, a do not disturb sign, and a refrigerator if needed. Very impressed!

Excellent hotel! Staff was excellent. We stayed on the second floor and it was a bit noisy at night so if you are looking for a more quiet stay, choose a room that is higher up. Made to order breakfast was wonderful!

Attended a social event in one of the ballrooms. The ballroom was spacious and the temperature was comfortable. The food was outstanding. The media presentation exhibited clear picture and sound. The staff was friendly and professional.

The company I work for has yearly safety meetings and we rented out all there large halls to give awards and interact in large groups for the purpose of factory safety and improvements, we were treated well and service was good, for what we needed

Embassy Suites in La Vista did a wonderful job hosting the banquet I attended last weekend. There was plenty of food and very classy table decor. There was plenty of room to accommodate the 100s of people who attended. The staff was very good about cleaning up our plates from the table once we were done.

This is one of my top 3 favorite properties in the Omaha area. Fantastic breakfast, great rooms and friendly staff. If you get a chance get an upgrade to an executive room. WOW!

My family and I had a great time! We got a room for New Years Eve. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The other guests were very festive anvd calmed down shortly after midnight. Wonderful night.

the free breakfast had bacon, biscuits gravy, eggs, sausage. on top of all the cold food selections and juice, coffee. they offer a social hour 5-7 with fruit, veggies, chips, and free liquor drinks. tahts like 2 free meals, and drinks. they had a hot tub in the pool with public showers for rinsing off before and after swmming. their couch was amazingly comfortable, where can i find one like that?

I had an amazing experience here the front desk people are super friendly and informative about the area. We went down to ask if the had a pizza place close (you don't even need to order out the food they have is super good especially breakfast!) They gave us a list of delivery places. It was my Daughters 16th birthday they where so nice about us having extra people to come and swim and the staff kept telling her Happy Birthday! The rooms are big and clean and the whole place is super kid friendly in the evenings they set up video games in the lobby area and have a movie theater room with family friendly movies along with a bar for the parents! One thing i must say needs improvements is they need more pop and snack machines or a little convenience store that sells snacks and pop at an affordable price 4 bucks for a bottle of water is a bit much other then that i have no complaints!!! I will totally be back if it says this nice!

Very nice place. But the service was lacking. The event started late. And dinner service seemed behind all night. Food was pretty good but during dessert coffee was supposed to be served and only some tables were even offered it. Also I didn't appreciate the staff cleaning up the bar area during speeches and awards. The noise was very distracting

The room was wonderful, clean, though it did smell odd like crayons. The staff were very helpful and made our stay as comfortable as they could. We ordered room service where they were prompt and the food was amazing!

Pillows were way too soft for me so that was a challenge, normally I bring my pillow but left it home this trip.

Swimming Pool was good (water was way too cold for us to really enjoy). Other people mentioned the same thing. Hot Tub was enjoyable, clean, roomy and not to hot. It felt great sitting in it.

Breakfast was pretty good and the guys (can't remember the names) working the grill knew how to keep up and get everyone's eggs just right. ( they deserve a congrats, we caught them at their best)

Parking was good and easy to get in and out of.

Please Move the Smoking Area away from Front Doors, having to walk through smoke is not a great way to enter or leave a great property.

This hotel location, while comfortable, does not approach the level of "finish" that I typically expect from Embassy Suites. This appears to be another hotel chain that was rebranded. Also, simply things like robes and bath slippers are not in the room, by default. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious. The staff is very courteous and helpful

They have nice rooms and an amazing continental breakfast which included an omelette bar. My only complaint was that wifi is not included with the price of the room and costs an additional $5 per day. Overall I had a very good experience.

The rooms was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was competent and helpful. That is what gets the five-start review. The restaurants need a bit of work, however, especially at these prices. They just seems a bit frayed at the edges - the dishes always look a bit dirty, the food is a bit bland, when you call room service they are not the greatest people.

Attended a work banquet at Embassy Suites- La Vista. The ball room was very large, well organized, and adequately stocked with resources needed for the presentations and entertainment that occurred. The only staff that I had interactions with was the bartenders. They filled that role nicely, but there may have been a couple rookie bartenders in the group. The cocktail
