The hotel was very well appointed and clean. The room was spacious. I was excited about the made to order breakfast, everything looked good on people's plates. However, none of my party's food was very good. Some of it we didn't finish because of that.

Good looking property inside. A bit challenging to get to as it sneaks up on you quickly after exiting the hwy. Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice rooms that offer standard 2 room accommodations. Rooms are nice and the bedding is comfortable. Minutes from STL airport.

The hotel was very nicely remodeled and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. My firsts floor wheelchair accessible room was nice and large! There was a spot in the corner that obviously needed vacuuming, and I wish I would have been given more pillows in bed, but overall it was a great stay!

Room was extremely clean and nice. Service was A+. However, the unlimited drinks at happy hour was AWESOME! They don't water them down and boy does it make the night the merrier as time goes on. For this reason alone, they are a step above the competition. If you aren't the drinking type, a large indoor pool accompanied by a hot tub will help pass the evening by.

Fyi, they keep the temperature in the pool room at a steady 65°. So if you've got kids who love to swim, you'll most likely be happier at a different hotel. Indoor doesn't do much good for water temp when it's that cold!
Also, because the AC is kept in the room with the bed, the other room stays much warmer unless you keep the dividing door between the two open at all times. Honestly, probably better for the parents to sleep on the horribly uncomfortable sods pullout bed. And you'll want to bring your own blankets, since other than the one bed in a bag on the closet, the hotel has no extra blankets to provide warmth.

Excellent customer service at front desk upon arrival. Room was very nice, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was amazing; love the omelets and pancakes! Unfortunately my digital key never worked but we had the keys from the front desk that we used so it was no problem. We stayed to go to a concert at the Hollywood Amphitheatre and wished this hotel had a shuttle because we had to call a Lyft to pick us up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be coming back!

Stayed in 508 during our visit. We love the full breakfast offered. There are lots of things offered outside of the standard sugar filled junk. The guy who makes omelettes in the morning had been there for 21 years! The kids always enjoy the pool. Love the digital key option as well. The staff is quick and easy you work with. The access to the hotel can be funky if you aren't used to it, comes up quick off of the highway. We come here every year for our annual getaway. Definitely, recommend it.

We have had a lovely stay. Our rooms were nice and clean, and there was even a blanket in the room already. I usually have to ask for one special. We were missing a coffee pot however and didn't realize until we had already woken up. They also didn't give us any more cups when they cleaned even though we used ours.

Their Appetizers in the evening are great. The humus was really good. They were very accommodating for a recent family reunion. The facilities were great.

We stayed two nights and we are very happy with it. Would like to see the pool real more sealed. One side door leaks pretty bad into the pool room. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel,and atmosphere, staff was exceptional! Only reason not 5 stars was the location or access to the hotel can get you killed! Extremely dangerous, and not practical; one way in and one way out, on a one way on the highway🤦

Manager's reception is a plus. The cook at the omelette station is very kind and makes the best omelettes. The rooms are great but you can hear everything in the hallways. Free parking is a plus. Close to lots of good places to eat.

A very decent hotel near the Airport, they have shuttle service between airport.

Have a cook to order Breakfast, courtesy staff. They try to help for any thing asked.

They have evening reception, they server drinks and snacks.

The rooms are two rooms suites. Nice spacious rooms, room has fridge and microwave oven.

The staff makes all the difference. They went out of their way to accommodate my family. On top of that, it is an Embassy Suites, which always have great room layouts and a great breakfast. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Sort of friendly, mostly forced. Rooms were not very clean. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare. Strong chemical oder through out my 3 night stay. To the point of burning my eyes and throat. I will pick another hotel next time here.

The hotel was very easy to find and was very close to the airport - just 5 min drive away. There is a shuttle to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helped me a lot when I had issues with the door to my room. The room was clean and tidy. The staff also have great dinner recommendations!

My daughter's and I came late on 2/8/18 for a funeral which was to occur on 2/9... And because we were too early for check in we had to wait (not long)... which was fine. The night Mgr Ray was very professional and accommodating. He made sure we got into a room and enough blankets ...he made sure we were comfortable. He went over and beyond the call .... Great customer service from both Ray and colleague at front desk.

The rooms are very dated. The carpet is pretty icky as well. With that said I enjoyed using the gym and the made to order breakfast was great. Get one pancake and an omelette...yum.
The front desk was super helpful. I came up there pretty sweaty from the gym and they offered my another Hilton honors bag with water...probably because I looked like death. But it was much appreciated.

I pretty much always stay at hotels in this chain and this one was average comparatively. The room didn't have an obvious way to adjust the temperature and was a bit cold, the bed pillows were all the same hardness which for me was too soft. The rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful and professional, and the rate was good for the chain.

For the most part the hotel is fairly nice. Getting to it was a nightmare. There was only one entrance which was extremely easy to miss and you basically have to drive around the city again to get back to it. The suite we got left quite a bit to be desired. It was pretty run down in the main area. The bedroom and bathroom areas were ok. The sofa bed was absolutely horrible.... It was like sleeping on a gravel road. The roll away crib they brought in for my 1 year old wasn't great either and she refused to sleep in it. The area where they provide breakfast in the morning was freezing cold... The breakfast itself wasn't half bad though. All in all I'd say I definitely expected a lot more for the cost.

Rooms are dated but clean. The sleeper sofas need replaced they are dirty. Staff and management do a great job. The male chef in the morning making special order omelette was very good at his job. Very friendly and wanted to please the guest . The lady chef acted like she hated her job and was there for the pay only. Loved the free internet and parking. Embassy is in a great location, close to airport and lots of places to shop and eat just one exit down. Nightly reception was awesome. Free drinks and many appetizer.

My family and I stayed here for my mom's birthday. She loved it! We rather enjoyed the beds and soft sheets and blankets. Also rather enjoyed the Manager's Reception at the bar.

My stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel near St. Louis airport was very nice. I chose this particular hotel because of good reviews and also because it wasn't too far from the many places I needed to go while in St. Louis. The staff was very courteous and greeted each guess with a smile. The rooms were well cleaned and spacious. My family enjoyed the continental breakfast and service was superb! If I'm ever in the St. Louis area again, I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again!!

The hotel was clean and very nice. The room was large giving us plenty of room. The serve breakfast in the morning that was very tasty. Good experience overall.

Not the best property for the money. They do have a wonderful Manager's reception though! The breakfast staff is second to none as well. The property overall needs to be updated.

Location is pretty convenient. Rooms were nice and breakfast was awesome. My only complaint is that the airport shuttle left a little to be desired, but it was sufficient and the driver was friendly.

Great staff and nice facility. Since they are popular and known for the included breakfast, I was not expecting so many shortages. The hotel did not appear to be full. And yet Saturday and Sunday mornings they ran out of forks, large plates and COFFEE! The awesome, but minimal, staff worked like crazy to get things back on track. My thought was that a reasonable investment in additional items would go a long way. Overall, it is still a good choice for families.

The bartenders were very rude & confrontational about taking a small amount of the Manager's Reception snacks up to my room so I could finish working; they refused to provide a styrofoam container to do so. The managers were great & did so each day, but it was a hassle to have to go find a manager each day. If this is a hotel policy, it is a bad one.

Room was dirty, cobwebs were on the walls, behind the beds were filthy, the windows were not clean, the bathtub looked unsanitary and grimey, the vents had enough dust to knit an entire blanket with. Breakfast (excluding the cooked to order food which was actually pretty good) was partially cold. Walked in on a guy in the room who worked there who was using our bathroom. Ordered pizza from Domino's, but the hotel banned them from entering. Lady from the maid service was in the elevator cussing and complaining about cleaning rooms. Most of the staff we interacted with were awesome, but I don't see myself coming back here in the future.

It was about average. Stayed 3 nights. 4 people in our room. 2 towels. Didn't replace toiletries each day. Hair that wasn't ours in the tub. Pool was nice, albeit a bit on the cold side, but towels were not kept in stock. Had to use small towels from the workout room twice.

They didn't vacuum under the couch, there was something sticky on the carpet. There were no extra bedsheets/blankets/pillows for the pull out sofa. Mildew in shower, dust/debris in corners of room. The room was spacious otherwise. Bring your own pillow, theirs are lumpy. If the cleanliness was improved it would be a pretty nice room. We also accidentally broke the top off of a glass bottle and needed a broom. We called the front desk and they said they were sending someone up. After an hour no one came so we called again, the man had an attitude and said someone was coming up as we spoke. 30 minutes later no one was there and we wanted to go to bed so we walked down to get a broom and dust pan. Pool and jacuzzi is nice. Breakfast was decent.

Perfect! Eclecticly charming and fantastic food. The service was great and personal. As an Italian, I would recommend it hands down... Mangia, mangia!!

The hotel overall was decent enough, but the bartenders could use some help. She made me an Old Fashioned, with scotch, without sugar, and without muddling the fruit. The food was so-so as well. The rooms were nice, the staff was friendly, and parking was a breeze.

Not the best Embassy Suites I've stayed in by far. Breakfast is isually one of the highlights, but the staff had trouble keeping items stocked and you'd find yourself waiting for several minutes till the next batch came out. Was there in a family trip but if I was on business and pressed for time I would've had to leave and get breakfast elsewhere.

Looks like it has been recently remodeled. Rooms could use a little more updating.

Nice comfortable stay. I left my portable router there and no one else but cleaning staff could have taken it. When I returned to the hotel a few hours after checking out, the electronic was gone. No one else had checked into the room. Staff was nice in assisting me to try and find it, however. No where to be found d after cleaning crew cleaned the room.

Love this place, the staff is incredibly friendly and go out of their way to accommodate. The food is pretty good and reasonably priced. Try the 'Gooey cake' :) The manager's special is always good and the bartenders are fantastic. Great breakfast & close to the airport.

We were at this property for a weekend business meeting and were immediately greeted by the welcoming and friendly front desk staff. It was a beautiful establishment. I could of given a higher rating but the location and lack of heat during breakfast hours killed it for me. The heat in my room was poor until I got maintenance for assistance. The laundry facilities were broken and couldn't dry my clothes. All lead me to pull down the score. Any other Hilton would of at least offered Hilton points. I got no offer only a sorry. Not acceptable.

Like this place a lot very friendly people great drinks. Why four, cause the room I was in needed great renovation. Was a bit rusty.

Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms look like they were renovated overnight, sloppy details. Rhett were several mystery stands in the bathroom and on the sheets. I expected more from an Embassy Suites.

The staff and acommendations were excellent. The cook to order breakfast and complementary cocktails are always very nice. The only issue was one working elevator the entire weekend. How can you have bus loads of people staying in your establishment and only have 1 elevator for your guest and staff? Unacceptable!!

Still some construction but nice. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Room service food was delicious and hot. Rooms are very modern, but there is a lot of dust on everything. All in all, great destination.
