Embassy Suites is a great hotel with all the amenities. It is conveniently located in a great shopping area. Good fine dining all around. Hotel has an elegant event hall. A gracious & smiling staff member will greet you in a beautiful lobby.

I stayed the night before a conference was held the day after at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. They have a social hour between 5:30 and 7:30 with free drinks, that was a plus. The breakfast offered was also exceptional. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Spent a night. Ate at the hotel restaurant. We stayed in a bigger room with two queen beds and a sleeper bed. It was nice. Very cozy area in the front reception area, great place if you have to meet anyone.

We weren't there long but it's very nice. Clean, modern lobby and room. They had complementary drinks at the bar. Every employee we interacted with was polite and courteous. We would stay there again in the future.

Room not ready when arrived, despite checking in 24 hours prior online. Greeter at desk very unenthusiastically offered apology. Otherwise staff was very nice. Requested extra pillows and towels which never arrived. Breakfast and evening reception are a nice touch. Overall a clean, modern place to stay.

Really like this hotel. It has a very elegant looking lobby area with open air aesthetic. The bar features daily specials and delicious items in the menu. In addition the hotel has many restaurants within walking distance near its vicinity, and if necessary there is a shuttle service offering rides to downtown Naperville. Also nice is its quick accessibility to the interstate so one can get back on the road or go into the city.

We had our company meetings there for three days. They were consistently slow on refilling the coffee. One of the main meals for lunch was pizza and the quality did not do a great job representing Chicago... It was cafeteria style pizza. The lunch boxes were terrible. We asked for one power strip and they said it cost $25.

Best hotel spot in Naperville. Beside the highway, and all the good restaurants are around it. Plenty of parking. Newly built. Great rooms and the best management staff.

Great location. Close to many great restaurants .Fabulous beds. So comfortable. Good breakfast buffet in the on site restaurant. Fresh and filling.

I stayed during winter weather, and unfortunately the warm water was being difficult, but I was top floor and last room in a fully booked hotel.
Good happy hour and food, fantastic bar staff and beyond adequate seating in the lobby.
I travel to this area often and this will be my hotel of choice!!

I attended a charity banquet at Embassy Suites recently and had a great experience. The venue was very elegant and well laid out, and the dinner was delicious. I look forward to attending events here in the future.

Fantastic service. Breakfast is so amazing, a chef does made-to-order omelettes that are sooo good!! Rooms are nice and well kept, I only stayed one night but would absolutely go back. It's also conveniently located around excellent restaurants

Large ballroom and great food. The entire staff from the servers to the hotel main lobby were friendly and ready to help.

When we got in to the bathroom there was no shower curtain, we had to ask for one and an employee acted as if we were criminals when we were eating our breakfast. She kept looking at us and walking by and looking at us after there was a misunderstanding she said we needed to check in for breakfast. We did then the looks and walking last with weird faces she was rude when speaking to us as well talking down to us if you will. Other than that issue my family and I enjoyed the room and food VERY MUCH.

It was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The room reminded me of a small apartment since it has a small kitchen so it felt like home away home. The front desk staff were all very friendly and made me feel relaxed. Also, the complimentary breakfast and welcome reception made everything special.

Room is newly remodeled and modern. Breakfast is great with eggs made to order. Really like the free happy hour.

Great hotel with a great location around a ton of good food options, a quick ride to downtown Naperville and close to the freeway. Friendly staff, clean rooms and a modern layout. Parking was somewhat limited.

We came for 1 night because it was close to a Young Living conference right across the street. This place is amazing! Beautifully decorated, friendly staff, great food for breakfast, nice bar in the evening. Loved the room too!

Excellent property from start to finish. I travel for business a lot and my pet peeves are lack of outlets (the outlets in most hotel lamps are never tight enough to hold the plug), terrible iron, and poor water pressure/temperature. This property sets the standard for all others in these areas. Aside from that, cleanliness is fantastic and service is fantastic as well.

Stayed here as part of a large wedding party. Definitely a beautiful hotel and we had a well-kept and perfect room. Unfortunately did not get a chance to enjoy any of the amenities, but by looks of it, would’ve have been a great time. Also the hotel is in a great location right across the street from various restaurants.

Fantastic stay! They were great to work with when we needed to check in early. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast in the mornings were above and beyond. 5 star place!!

This I would say it's probably one of the more enjoyable hotels I've been to in recent memory, they have a very nice and appealing layout on the floor there is multitude areas for seating where you want can talk with guests at one is meeting with and at the same time they provide complimentary snacks at a certain time of the day and they have quite a good variety of different drink specials and delicious meals for one to eat if one wanted to eat there they also provide a shuttle and are within walking distance to many fine upstanding dining options within the area I will definitely recommend someone to stay at an Embassy Suites if they would want to stay at a hotel that offers really good amenities

I love this hotel a lot. The breakfast is very good and the evening reception offers great choices of free drinks. Juan's margarita is best one.

I had a pleasant experience here. House keeping was exceptional and the staff were so welcoming and very friendly. I strongly recommend.

My goto place to stay when I'm in Chicago. This is what you expect from an embassy and it's a good value for the area. The staff like Will and Allison are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and the floors are thick enough that you do not hear the people above you. Made to order breakfast is good. Rooms look new inside so I think it has been recently updated. There is a lot of decent places to eat very close by including the restaurant in the lobby. I've stayed here on probably 5 different occasions in the last 2 years by myself for business and also with the family when visiting the area. Fairly close to the outlet mall and fermilab. The rooms fill up quick here so book early. Quiet upscale area and convenient parking on the back side if hotel with door close to elevators. Even as low as the third floor the water pressure in shower wasn't good. The AC worked well and they allow you to turn it down. It doesn't shut off after detecting no activity.

Everything you would expect from an embassy suites. The room was spacious and clean, everything was in working order and clearly labeled. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious.

Convenient location right off the freeway in Naperville. Staff was friendly. Rooms are great with a very comfortable bed with a nice soft comforter. Really enjoyed the made to order breakfast. I had a custom omelette with tomatoes mushrooms bacon and cheese. They also have hot and cold buffet items. Each night they bring out light refreshments and have free drinks.

Stopped in for a weekend away with my partner, was very pleased with the cleanliness of the accommodations, and the composition of the room we rented. The kitchenette was a nice surprise, and suited our needs well. TV sets allowed for input change and external HDMI cords, which is a big plus in my book. Breakfast service was only a couple notches above a by-the-book continental spread, but the made-to-order omelets saved it. I still rated it as five stars since breakfast was complimentary, and it doesn't feel right to knock an establishment because it's freebies are low quality. Additionally, the lobby was gorgeous, and the bar seemed fully stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Original check in staff was fantastic but the evening staff not so much. The pool was nice for my kids. The air conditioner in my room was very loud so I slept on the couch which was uncomfortable. I felt the room was nice but packed with oversized furniture. The bedroom was nice also. Over all the stay was fine

This is one of the best hotels we had stayed in Naperville, and we had been in a few in this area. Service is completely awesome and they have by far the best breakfast I had ever try in a hotel. Rooms are beautiful and very clean. Personnel is attentive and professional. If you're looking for a very nice place to stay in this area, this is the place!!!

Paid for a romance sweet. Not thing additional was provided than the normal premium rooms. Only one robe for the couple. Only showers no bath or hot tub. The pool was nice. Breakfast was ok. The free drinks and snacks was a nice touch and the hotel was pretty quiet. Beds were extremely comfy. Front desk is very friendly as well as other staff. Beautiful building.

Front desk staff is friendly. Housekeeping staff are very approachable and helpful. Rooms look like they are either brand new or recently renovated, and modern. Free breakfast includes made to order omelets, as well as any other hot or cold item you can think of. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel strikes a good middle ground between being overly "modern" and having regular elegance one would expect from a Hilton hotel. Being a relatively newly built hotel, it has many enjoyable and inviting features such as a comfortable lobby area with many lounges and seating portions for one to catch up with the party one is traveling with. Equally entertaining is the complimentary happy hour and snacks, which help one unwind while traveling. The rooms themselves are up to date with nice homey amenities. Additionally the location of the hotel is within a big dining and entertaining area that includes a churrascaria type Brazilian restaurant, Italian restaurant, Beer bar, and many others. With proximity to the Interstate and just minutes from the downtown Naperville area, this hotel helps add a nice extra to a good trip

The location was easy to get to from the interstate. The room was a little small, but very nice and clean. The rest of the hotel was well maintained and looked very modern.

The hotel is near all of the entertainment and dining that's only minutes away. There is a restaurant right across the walkway. The exit to the expressway is 1 minute or less away (I88). After 11pm, the secondary doors to the hotel are locked. Excellent security if no one is around. Huge Parking lot and plenty of lighting. The breakfast in the morning, by itself, is worth $20.00. Nice Facilities too. Good Choice to stay...

Horrible! We were there for a romantic night and ended up being surrounded by teens in hockey. Someone triggered a fire alarm and we were on our way out...but none of the staff were! Apparently it happens all the time. I was also appalled girls in soaking wet swim suits were allowed to go through the evening snacks, making a wet floor everywhere. The breakfast was good but I didn't know we should have brought tip money. We won't be going back.

The hotel needs some maintenance TLC but the staff was phenomenal. Everyone we ran into was smiling and willing to assist. Cook to order omelets and full breakfast buffet choices are included with stay. Small pool but warm water and clean towels. They also have a nice sized lobby with comfortable seating. Lots of restaurants nearby as the one inside holds odd hours. They weren't open until 5:30pm on Friday when we checked in.

Room was clean. Happy hour was nice and breakfast were great. Someone set off the fire alarm which isn't really their fault, but apparently it is not a super uncommon occurance. Someone managed to charge items from the gift shop to my room, they removed it without question, but somewhat of an annoyance.

We loved the accessibility to 88 and 355, as well as proximity to many restaurants. The pool, free breakfast, complimentary evening cocktails and the 2 BR suite are perfect for our family! Very clean, gracious staff and overall excellent stay and trip!

The hotel was well managed and fairly clean. It was as expected for the price with a smaller breakfast and limited amenities within the hotel itself. However the hotel met all of my expectations and the friendly and helpful staff made everything easy.

The hotel is immaculate, the staff exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond. We had eight sleeping rooms and used the private dining room for our family celebration. Perfect! We will be back again!

Nice hotel while in town for business. There are places to eat around the hotel and there is a restaurant in the hotel. Cook to order breakfast in morning, evening reception with wine, beer and light snacks. Had a little housekeeping issue and addressed to front desk and it was fixed immediately with a follow-up call from housekeeping manager. Hotel is quiet and service and staff friendly. Will come back.

Stayed for two and a half weeks this December and truly enjoyed my stay. Facilities and the staff are exceptional, very convenient shuttle service. Will definitely return when ever visiting area.

This is a very new Embassy Suites in Naperville, IL and is a great place to stay! One of the nicest, cleanest and most conveniently located have ever stayed in. The room layout is awesome with a separate living room, small kitchen area with two doors to the bedroom, bathroom. Very comfortable. Has a restaurant and bar onsite and there are many great other choices located within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Awesome hotel. Looks brand new. Rooms are fantastic as well as the staff and restaurant. Close by to a ton of great restaurants and a short drive from downtown naperville. Highly recommend this hotel especially for the price.

Hotel and suite were clean and modern. Staff was not entirely knowledgeable ( newer staff members). Nice pool but no hot tub. Free cocktail reception and made to order breakfast bar were great features!

When we walked in our room held to its expectations. The bedroom was big, living room area was just the perfect size and the bathroom was huge. The rooms cleanliness was excellent. We had room service too. Food was delicious! My only concern was that there was stand up shower and no tub. We had a newborn with us so thankgoodness no major washings were needed.

Husband and I went down for the complimentary drinks and snacks during dinner time. It was nice and relaxing. Breakfast was too notch! Hot and ready for your order!

This was an awesome stay. The bathroom was beautiful and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and inviting. The staff was courteous. The only issue was the inability to adjust the temperature of the room (even with manipulation of the thermostat).

The hotel had quite an elegant vibe, with a well dressed greeter at the door. We had two rooms on the fifth floor, and both were exquisitely appointed.

The best part was the free cocktail hour in the lobby bar. Free food and drinks for two hours!

Lovely atrium, bar, and reception area. The second rooms are small. Smaller than any other embassy I've stayed. Our room overlooked the roof and mechanicals. No hot tub.
