Amazing breakfast selections.. Made to order omelets are astounding! All the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Nice indoor and outdoor pools.. Will return every time I visit the area

One of my favorite hotels by Metro. Comfy beds and omelets make me very happy and they have it goin on. The con though may be deal breaker for others like, it's very family friendly so that means kids every weekend. Oh, and a happy hour every night for those that like to drink.

So far the hotel has been good. The evening snacks are good. Some people have trouble finding it though. The service has been ok. In the bathroom the towel rack is in the shower which is kinda weird. But overall it's a pretty good hotel

What!!??!!?? A great hotel just minutes from the airport??? You betcha. Open, airy, modern lobby. Huge free breakfast. Cool indoor and outdoor pool with serene patio garden area. Plus, Bonus, a happy hour with substantial snacks and free booze. Service was incredible and everything was great. Even the water pressure in the shower was awesome.

Really nice facility. One expects Embassy Suites to be nice, this location over and above, from the lobby to my room. Staff was great as well. When you check in after midnight after 19 hours of travel, a smiling face, snack if you want it, and a clean room is perfectly on point.

The hotel was close to the airport. The King sized room was clean, and it had a pull out bed in the couch. The complimentary happy hour always makes the stay a bit easier.

Hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast was amazing as usual. Managers reception was great as it has a lot of variety.

Had dinner with a group at the Burger Bar here as part of a business event. The food took a while to arrive, but it was delicious when it did. I and most of my colleagues did the build your own burger option and everyone enjoyed it. The service was incredibly friendly and I may return next time I'm near the airport.

A great place to stay, unless you watch taxes and fees. The house cleaning staff was excellent. I was on the third floor above the pool area and the only issue I had was a kids party at the pool. The music was a little loud, but hey, they were kids. The staff deserves a great big "boooya!!!"

While this Embassy looks a bit different from most others, the amenities are the same. The rooms are comfortable and look updated. The hot water was there throughout. However, the shower head didn't seem to be the best (which is often the case with Embassy hotels)- for instance, the message setting didn't oscallate internally but stayed streaming water out of only one of the three openings. Other than that, it's what you'd expect of an Embassy. The breakfast is always top notch and the manager's reception is a nice touch.

Almost a 4 but when I got here the place was hosting 2 sports teams and where there are people there is noise. I prefer quite low key places. Also the pool area was closed during my stay and that's one of the reasons I chose this location. The Build your Burger in the lobby area was fantastic and the bar had local cider, and breakfast was on par.

I stayed for one night in a first floor room. The staff was extremely helpful. The food was tasty especially the spicy feta cheese appetizer. My only negative comment concerns the shower. The water pressure from the showerhead was not enough. 4/5 for this hotel.

The staff are great and super friendly. The housekeeper Cheryl or Sherilyn (I forgot her name) is outstanding. She make you feel like you're at Mama's house. The facility is well-kept and the room service food is really good.

Only reason I didn't go to 5 stars: the room heater. We set it at 72, room never got above 69. I bumped it up to 75, room never got above 69 degrees... Sorry, but weak heaters are bad for my comfort.

Went here for business trip. Great food, extremely good service. Clean well kept rooms. Very friendly staff willing to talk and help.

Decent stay. Just a short overnight stay when a flight got cancelled. Rooms were a little old and TVs a little small, but room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Great business or family. Great food, pool, hot tub and lounge. Just a note if you turn on the TV and it continues to say assessing, happened twice in three month continued stay. If you don't want to wait for maintenance, unplug the power source wait 15 seconds and plug in and good to go plus you will look cool infront of kids or spouse. A must

I loved my suite. The living room area was comfortable. The lobby was recently renovated and is modern and welcoming. I had a made-to-order burger and fries at the lobby restaurant and it was quite good. The room was clean and well appointed. No complaints at all. The option to add on a "Qwik Park" (park and fly) voucher was very useful and well worth the rate... I paid for up to 8 days of parking what it would have cost for a SINGLE day at the airport itself.

Large double rooms, modern interior. Happy hour for 2 hours daily. Great breakfast complimentary omelets and more. Lunch menu great selections are simple or more. I think it's one if the better hotels around the Detroit airport.

One of the best hotels near the airport. Comfortable rooms. Pleasant, helpful staff. The restaurant food is good and priced fairly too.

Generous accommodations and the most delicious, complimentary evening reception for all guests. The wine and beer were flowing. This was other worldly.

The made to order omlettes are great and the manager gave us another room and credit because our heater was loud. Comfortable beds. It's by the airport but we've hardly heard any planes. Very good service.

Very nice time. We celebrate our high school reunion there. The food was excellent! I wish they had carry out! Lol. The staff was very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend the Embassy Suites! A+

Love this hotel. Beds are really nice and pillows are big and comfortable. Every time I've been there the staff has always been great and the free drinks and snacks for happy hour really can't be beat. Restaurant good is also pretty darn good, my last trip there I think I had 3 orders of their wings as they were that good.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The pool was really neat. But, there were some issues, especially since the room rate to stay to play hockey was $143 a night. There were no bath towels when we got there. I called and about 15 minutes later, they brought some up, which was good. Also, the first day we were out all day and when we returned, the air freshener in the room was so over powering that I got a headache. I called and they sent someone up and removed the air fresheners from the duct. They said there were two in each duct and there should have only been one. Another family also noticed very strong air freshener. Then, there was no toilet paper. I called and they said we would have to come down and get some as they had no one to bring any up. I would expect more for the price. Kleenex worked just fine. Then, I found the attached finger nail on the floor with my bare feet and my son found a staple on the floor that looked like it was from a cardboard box.

Great customer service and lobby. Room was a little out dated but did the trick in a pinch. Love the new flexible point system use from Hilton!

Front Desk did welcome me as a Silver Member with Hilton and did provide a welcome gift. We stayed in room 261 and is located by the stairs in the lobby. If you use the elevators, the signage only shows the rooms go to 260 (there is a 261).

Room was clean and loved the spacious room. Bed were comfortable and we all slept well.

Didn't get to enjoy the pool. Breakfast was amazing and hard to believe it is free, which is a great thing!

If you can find a great price, it is worth the stay here!

Awesome experience! From an 2am arrival that was one of the easiest I have ever had, to a front desk desk check out that remembered my name after an hour despite the busy atmosphere. Room was clean, comfortable very roomy. 2 tv's, separate sitting area, closed off bedroom. Breakfast was awesome, chef making eggs and omelets, pancakes and waffles was engaging and joking with people, yet moving line along. Other selections fantastic. Hotel had manager walking around chatting with tables in the morning, other staff clearing plates and wiping tables making sure all guests were accommodated. Totally impressed with my unplanned 1 night stay!

The stay was great. Best food at any hotel I've stayed at. Made to order pancakes, waffles and omletes for breakfast. At night the have free drinks and snacks. The bartenders we're all friendly and did not skimp on the alcohol. All the staff was extremely accommodating. We were put in a one king bed room when we needed two queens, and the receptionist got it fixed immediately. Great experience.

We had a very good experience with this hotel. When we first got to our room the guests across the hall were very loud. We called to all of we could move and the staff promptly moved us to a corner suite. The burger bar was reasonably priced, and is always great to get a full hot breakfast in the morning. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Checkin ladies last night were so nice. Very friendly and helped with figuring out dinner. Bed was quite comfortable, clean room. This morning breakfast was great. Love the omelette bar. Every person working the breakfast area was nice and quick to get items needed. Wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who was making sure all items in the breakfast area were stocked. He was very kind and his service stood out. Thank you all.

Beautiful place, but avoid room 108 on the weekends. It faces the pool and the noise is deafening. The Mgmt. adjusted the bill willingly to help ease the inconvenience, and we appreciated that greatly.

The room was nice, good complimentary breakfast. Only trouble we had was that they originally put us in a room close to the lobby, where a large gathering of people were congregating loudly at midnight, despite that we had asked when booking for a quiet room. We were however able to move to a second floor room that was much quieter.

Beautiful lobby, awesome staff and all the Embassy Suites quality. Not the typical room layout with louvered shots separating the living room from the combined bedroom /bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff has been very accommodating to our 2 year old toddler. Food and service have been great and our actual room is lovely. Would recommend.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites on April 6-8. Overall I very much enjoyed the experience. My room was amazing and all the staff were warm and welcoming. However, their airport shuttle service was very disappointing. I asked the front desk the night before if I needed to reserve a space on the shuttle for the next morning at 6am. They said no there would be plenty of room. I got to the lobby at 5:50am and waited. At 6am a driver entered the lobby and said there were only four spaces available and with that four people arrived out of nowhere and rushed for the shuttle. I had to wait for the next one, which arrived at 6:20am. Fortunately I always leave extra time to get to the airport, but was very annoyed. Under this method one could easily have to wait for several shuttles before having room to board and when dealing with flights nobody has time for this.

This hotel is actually pretty nice. The lobby and buffet area are clean and well organized. The gym is newer with precor equipment. There is free breakfast and happy hour and the staff is very friendly. I would stay here again.

Worn, but clean. The staff was great too. Overall a good stay, but in need of an update. I would stay again, but would look elsewhere first.

I have stayed at the Embassy Suites several times when its location was convenient for business. The lobby is quite impressive and the breakfast and evening receptions meet expectations. The noise from being an airport location is as problematic as you might expect and the rooms are starting to show their age. But my stays here have been adequate, the staff has always been wonderful, and this has always been an nice place to stay.

Wonderful breakfast as always for an Embassy Suites. I did not enjoy the king bed. It was too hard for me. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Beautifully remodeled hotel close to DTW. Shuttle runs 24/7. Great location to Airlines Parking or Quick Park. Decent on-site food options.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at. Right next to airport and they'll even pick you up at the rental car return. The free drinks and snacks each evening make it well worth the stay. This past stay was the first time I ate at the restaurant and the food was great. Staff couldn't be friendlier. Did I mention free drinks and snacks every night (at least every night I've been there).

Customer Service reminds me of Las Vegas. The atmosphere is diverse, light, friendly, and real! We're spending EVERY Thanksgiving HERE from now on. The Guest Ambassador, Claude, is phenomenal .. Prime Las Vegas Hotel management!!!

Room is HUGE and very nice. Love the bar area behind the desk right inside the door. TY, Teresa and Jennifer do an outstanding job in the lounge. Complimentary nightly reception is excellent!

The room was exceptionally nice, we got a good rate, breakfast was good, free drinks from 5-7, great pool and hot tub, the service was great, I couldn't have asked for a nicer stay.

Very polite and professional staff. My room had a frozen AC unit and they quickly came to me with keys to a new room!

Lobby is very inviting but rooms are dated and need maintenance. If you are picky about how swanky the rooms are, you might be challenged. On the brightside, comfortable and clean beds. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Made-to-order breakfast is a treat. Seemed to be a popular hotel judging by the number of guests!

The stay was amazing and so was the staff! The front desk night manager, Tatiana, was absolutely a big help and she was so kind. You can really tell she enjoys her job! She also gave me a very cozy and clean room that even my kids enjoyed! I've never been treated so wonderfully at any other hotel and I will definitely come back!

Very nice hotel

Recently stayed here at the embassy and the renovations are lovely, they have new carpet, wallpaper as well as dimmer lights throughout the hotel. I found it to be a remarkable stay. The staff was very courteous and paid attention to detail. As far as housekeeping... I had a do not disturb sign on my door my whole stay, by the 3rd day when I returned to my room it had been cleaned and a few of my belongings were missing!!! Did not agree with that however, I expressed my concerns with the front desk the next morning and Jim took care of the issue. Thank you Jeannie, Akilah, and Jim for the great stay!!!

Everyone was so nice. Its easy to get to from the airport?

Nice enough place - seems to have been there a while but has been renovated & looks quite contemporary inside. Comfortable quiet rooms. Have stayed there for nearly 30 nights this year - breakfast the standard Embassy Suites made-to-order breakfast but the gentleman flipping the omelets really wants to be somewhere else - he never cracks a smile and does a poor job. Internet is Hilton slow - Netflix is a non-starter.
