This hotel is excellent. My family and I stayed here just for one night, but it was a great stay. The breakfast was fantastic! They have a hot food buffet and made to order eggs. The staff were very friendly and nice

We stayed there overnight this past weekend. The room was nice, the breakfast was outstanding as always.

I was curious as to why they added the $8 parking fee, though, for self-parking. I imagine valet parking is more. It's a fairly new fee as I was told. If I pay $179 to stay for the night, seems like the self-park should be included, especially in a town like Norman(as compared to a larger city like Dallas, etc)

Stayed here several days for a conference. Love staying here. The rooms are always clean. The staff are excellent. The food is outstanding. The conference areas are clean and staff always friendly.

Always greeted with smiles and a very eager bunch waiting to help you anyway that they can. Nice clean rooms and a refreshing pool, lots a room, great breakfast buffet .....awesome time spent.

It was a nice place to stay room did have a wired smell. When I checked out paid my bill. The next day I find an extra charge on my credit card. Called to find out what it was got the run around. They charged me an extra day that they said THEY MISSED. I asked them when I closed out and checked out why didn't they notify me at that time. Very disappointing ending to a good visit.

Nice place to stay and bring the kids. Family friendly and easy access to all rooms. Fantastic place to hold special events like reunions and anniversaries or convention type events. This place has become an indispensable part of Norman, OK. The only miss really is that it is across town from the university. Fortunately Norman isn't too big. Rates can be a little high for a budget minded family but the free breakfast buffet/cook-to-order can compensate for the cost especially if you have kids or multiple guests in your room.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. Very quiet and love that they are let friendly.

The staff here is always helpful and friendly! This is my favorite place to stay in Norman. The breakfast is awesome and so are the rooms. I love the fact that they have a manager's reception that includes free drinks for two hours. The beds are very comfortable here! I highly recommend staying here!

Very beautiful and clean facility. Room was clean and spacious. The area around the hotel is nice and seems safe. Lots of stores and close to interstate. Breakfast was very good too! Very pleased!

It's hard to go wrong with Embassy Suites, and this location in Norman is another win. It's conveniently located, and is really well maintained. The staff is always friendly, and the suites are very spacious and well-appointed. The only mildly irritating thing that I found was that the bottled water in the room comes at an extra charge ($3.50), which seems a little strange considering that there are complimentary drinks in the evening and a breakfast buffet in the morning. Other than that small detail, however, I've been really impressed.

I visit this hotel twice a year for different conferences. Staff is always great and rooms are always clean. Love the conference area and how it can accommodate large groups or even small groups. There is a very nice happy hour for guests of the hotel. Great selection of drinks for you to choose from. Breakfast is downstairs made to order great selection of items to choose from. A really good benefit of this hotel is the bedrooms are adjacent to the front room so there's a door in between.

Room was great. Nikki at the front desk and Rich in maintenance were great. They were able to get me some much needed batteries!

The location of this hotel is great. There are restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby. The hotel itself is great. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the breakfast is great. This is the hotel we prefer to use every trip we make to Norman!

Nice conference rooms. Plenty of parking. Easy access to the highway. For those that enjoy shopping, it is near a strip mall. The rooms are nice and the staff are professional.

The rooms were spacious they even had a pull out couch. Happy hour at the bar, free glass of wine you have to present your room key.

I love the decore, amenities, staff is friendly and courteous, room is very comfortable. I enjoy the cook to order breakfast and managers reception of an evening as well.

We stayed here a few months ago. We recently got a new puppy and I bought a black light to help with cleanups while training. Anyway...I brought the black light with us and inspected our room. (Husband was kinda freaked when I whipped it out) The room was impeccably spotless under the black light. Great JOB cleaning crew!!

Love the hotel love the atmosphere. The only thing is the bar closes at 11. 300 people coming out of some type of meeting and were all turned away. Don’t understand why you wouldn’t want to make That revenue. Don’t know why you would want to make everyone leave your hotel and drive somewhere when you’re offering so much. Need to rethink that

We stayed here last weekend for my daughters climbing competition. Nice, clean hotel with great staff! Special compliments go to the breakfast crew. The guys working the omelet bar were working so hard and were polite and welcoming to everyone. The cleanup crew were attentive and also working hard. This establishment is top notch, and a perfect example of how a hotel should be run! Great job!!

This Embassy is quite nice. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the service is excellent. Free drinks and snacks during happy hour are a major plus, of course. The location is great, with several restaurants and places to shop close by.

The hotel is amazing with a great free breakfast. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star review is the towels are hard and feel like sandpaper. The bed is also rock hard which I know is personal preference but I would've liked it a little softer.

I have attended the Recovery and Prevention Conference here for the last few year. Facilities have been great. Staff are friendly and helpful. And most importantly I love the tasty and healthy food they serve. ☺

I have never had a bad experience at an Embassy Suites. This was no different. The room was clean and in good condition, the public areas were well kept, and the breakfast was great. There was only one small issue with checking in and being confused with family members who had requested a specific room which I ended up getting. Overall a positive experience, even with the mix up

Enjoyed my three day stay at this property. The only issue; based on a conversation with management they have some rooms where they have been unable to remove the smoking odor. This is 2017 rip up the carpet, tear down the drywall. This was a business trip and I found the conference food to be above average. Key!!! vendor water was always available. Property is well maintained and staff are very responsive.

It was very fancy. Right when you walk in the doors it looks great. The main event room we were in was huge not to mention it also looked great.

The rooms were nice easily navigated and fairly soundproof. Coffee shop at the front had wonderful service considering the 2000+ people at the hotel for the event. The biggest downside was how many people were in the halls making it impractical to get from one place to the other.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was polite. The breakfast and bar were fine. If there's a convention going on you might consider taking a cab or Uber because nearby parking can become scarce.

Loved staying here! Staff were very friendly and professional. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable! Also the food was really good!

New facilities. Salt water pool w/handicap access accommodation. Stayed on Premium level, corner area. Shower water kept cutting off. Complimentary chef was SUPERB! Great food and a great attitude.

Excellent hotel rooms. The rooms are central air so no wall unit blowing on you all night. The living room area is large and has nice furniture. Plenty of parking. The bar/restaurant is very nice and relatively inexpensive.

Great family stay! We had a great time and Staff made sure we had everything we needed and were so helpful... Rooms were clean and spacious and had the BEST made to order omelettes and hot breakfast bar and Happy hour in the evenings too! Would def recommend this hotel to all families!

Been to the embassy suites many times before and have always enjoyed it. The staff it's always very helpful and because of the size it's a great venue for conferences. Please having the shopping strip nearby is great for anyone out of town.

Great hotel in a great location in Norman. Free happy hour and one of the best free hotel breakfasts you will find. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Conference center is also easy to access and a great size. Friendly staff and nice furnishings.

Everything was nice, but they messed up our reservation. Gave us a single King bed suite, instead of the double Queen bed suite we booked. Ended up having to put one of the kids on the floor sleeping on top of the couch cushions as a makeshift bed. Embassy Suites offered little in return for the oversight, saying there was nothing they could do because we booked through a 3rd party website. Breakfast was pretty good for a complimentary breakfast, with made-to-order waffles, pancakes and omelets.

This is a great Embassy Suites site. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are nice. Breakfast is always good and the manager's reception is great.

The rooms were very nice. The pool area was not so nice. They need to have a time when there is just adults the kids were out of control. Only sat in the hot tub for about 15 mins kids were stealing the towels you bring in for your self. But everything else was great. Will be back

Conference rooms are very spacious, catering is delicious, made to order continental breakfast is fantastic. Very Clean suites. Indoor Pool and hot tub are guest friendly all year. Lobby is great for meeting with friends.

This review is for the hotel as a conference facility. The hotel as a hotel is very nice, but I'm not impressed with how they organize conferences. They put another group on the same hall as us and the was serious confusion about what group was allowed snacks, coffee, lunch etc, causing our group to run out of food for our luncheon. The food was good and the facility is nice but they could have easily given each group their own hall.

The rooms are amazing, they have a separate bedroom and living room. The complementary breakfast is wonderful too, they'll cook you omelettes, waffles, bacon, and there's plenty of other food. The interior of the hotel is my favorite because there is a giant fountain, a bar, and a cafe that serves Starbucks.

The location is close to I-35 and the Norman airport plus many shops and restaurants within a brisk walking distance. The hotel has a wonderful open atrium down the middle and the conference area is large but still has a compact feel likes rooms are close together to make it easy to navigate meeting to meeting in different rooms. The main conference area is very large and spacious, suprisingly so for the look from outside the building. Food supplied by to our organization from on site sources was very tasty and service has been great this far.

I was there for a conference. I did not stay in a room. Meeting rooms were great. The food was good. Staff did a great job keeping things clean and organized.

We've been here several times. The lobby area is very warm and inviting. Facilities are in tip top shape. Evening reception hour and hot breakfast are an excellent touch.

I enjoyed my recent professional seminar experience at the Embassy Suites in Norman. The conference room was relatively comfortable (chairs are a little uncomfortable) and the restrooms are very nice. We were provided coffee, hot tea and ice water that was replenished frequently. Parking was adequate and the location was relatively easy to get to. The sound system and the AV equipment both worked well.

My daughter and I attended a birthday swim party for one of her friends. The staff that I encountered were nice and courteous. The pool area was clean and very nice as well as the rest of the lobby. I didn't see the rooms, but I'm sure they were just as nice.

I was there for a professional conference and have been there several times over the past 3 years . The venue is conveniently located and very nice. The area was clean and well taken care of, including the restrooms. All staff members I came in contact with were pleasant. The only issue was a minor hiccup with some of the audio/visual equipment this time but that could very well have been the company that was running it and not anything to do with the venues setup. I plan attend other events here again.

I attended a conference with 1200 other people and we had plenty of space. It was very comfortable, bathrooms weren't very crowded.

A great hotel. I attended a conference at their event center. The set-up was very organized and well planned. We were provided lunch as well, which was also very well-organized. I purchased a beverage from the coffee shop located on the first floor near their dining area; the service was excellent despite the large line of customers.

I just have to say I love the people in Oklahoma and especially at this Embassy Suites! Everyone on the staff is happy and friendly, the rooms are clean and love the set up with the large "living room" and I went to the front desk to find out where I could buy some bottled water and they handed me a bag with two bottles of water - on the house! I also forgot my razor and again went down to the desk and they handed me one for FREE! The breakfast was fresh and had lots of healthy options AND the FREE happy hour was nice and the cocktails were good! I would highly recommend the Embassy Suites in Norman and will stay there again next time I'm in town!

Great service along with great complimentary gifts ranging from sweets to water. Staff was very helpful and room space was more than ample for four guest overall. This place was a great choice and would highly recommend this place to anyone who is staying or visiting within the area

Location is convenient. The hotel was clean. The ballrooms were very nice. We were there for a dance convention. The service was great.

This hotel always has impeccably clean rooms and the friendliest staff. I know when I stay here that I will be greeted with a smile and be treated with the utmost hospitality. The continental breakfast features a decent selection of good food, and I enjoy the complimentary happy hour in the evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all those staying in Norman for events or conferences.

Great location with lots of restaurants around including the new Redrock Canyon Grill. The service was great and Palmer is an awesome asset to the hotel staff. The only thing I disliked was having to connect to the wifi every time I left the building- but that's normal at all hotels.

The location of this Embassy Suites is excellent because of its proximity to local shopping and eateries plus being 2 minutes from access to I-35. The service was very good and staff attentive. The breakfast service (included) is excellent! There are so many options that you won't walk away hungry. The room (a basic suite) was nicely decorated. The linens were soft and with a quality bed, it combined to help us get a good night's sleep. The only negative I mentione to the front desk clerk was that the shower drain was VERY slow to drain and after a 10-minute shower, I was in almost 3 inches of water and had to rinse my feet off in the shower spray as I stepped out. It may be minor to some but not the norm for me at Embassy Suites properties. Overall, I'd be happy to return to this property and hopefully make time for their evening reception. It looked very welcoming!

Went here for a Business Professionals Of America leadership conference, and greatly enjoyed the atmosphere and quality of the presentation rooms. 10/10 for business trips.

The room was beautiful, it was clean and had all the amenities. The pool and hotub were open late which due to my late arrival and early departure it was very convenient. I then attended a conference it its many conference rooms which were beautiful and well equipped.

This is a very nice conference hotel located in Norman, OK. Rooms are nicely appointed with separate sitting and sleeping areas. Conference area also does not disappoint with nice sized rooms and good WiFi throughout.
