My room had it's own living room and kitchen. Super cute and the concierge was very helpful. Thank you Jesus!

Stopped by on my birthday to celebrate with a friend I really like these rooms because the bedroom is separate from the living room it has a very spacious bathroom a little bar office desk clean elegant I stood there before on another occasion downstairs at bar they have happy hour it was Lively but I stood there this time and it was shut down because of covid-19 hopefully the Lively bar will return soon they also have a delicious breakfast with a lot of options great customer service at the desk

the customer service that I have received here is just outstanding. I mean, down to the fact that every single staff member remembers my name, which has never happened to me. I even made a few mistakes on booking and they managed to sort my non sense out with no problems what so ever.

the rooms themselves are immaculate. completely clean well accommodated and I felt very safe. The hotel itself is also located perfectly very easy to get to. Is right across the street from the airport and within 5 to 10 minutes away from me Ontario Mills about 15 minutes away from Victoria gardens.

I will never stay in another hotel if it is not owned and operated by the Hilton family. You all have my business for life.

This place is in a great location to an airport and it is awesome they have an indoor pool. But the pool gets horribly hot super humid and unbearable to be in there to watch your kids. The staff is not very accommodating when there are no towels and bring out three at a time when they feel like it. If the kids get out of the pool to use the restroom they get water everywhere they can't help it and it is extremely slippery. The first time we went there they didn't have any caution signs about how slippery it gets. I didn't give 5 stars because they could improve for sure.

Good place to sleep. Only a few things that needed improvement. My family and I stayed in a king suite which was perfect for us because we are a family of 3 so our child was able to sleep on the pull out couch in the living room. The improvements that are needed are the shower handle, which was very loose. So if you were taking a shower, you needed to be careful because the water can just turn burning hot with you even knowing until you possibly burn yourself. Also, the sheets for the king size bed didn't even match. The sheets that were put on the bed were for a queen size bed and not a king. Kind of disappointing. I wouldn't recommend room service. Food wasn't too good. But the breakfast bar was pretty good. We are not too picky so these things didn't really bother us, but they might for the next person that stays at this hotel. This hotel has potential to be excellent.

The rooms are large and well decorated. However, there was a musty smell in the bathroom that I could not get rid of. I cleaned it with a sanitizer and then sprayed Lysol everywhere. Yet, the stinky smell stayed. The floors were sticky and my shoes stuck to the floors. The hotel overcharged me from the price they quoted me. I was told by the rep that I would only be charged for incidentals at check in a percentage of total price for my stay that usually amounts to about $50 as a deposit. Mine amounted to $33.19. However, rather than charge the percentage of my total stay that amounted to $33.19, Embassy imprinted my card for the total amount of my stay plus incidentals! They told me that once I checked out the incidentals would fall off that same day. That did not happen! Then, after calling them to find out what was going on, they said that it takes up to 5 days to release the money they overcharged me for. They do not act in good faith and honor the very things that they say! Very disappointed with them. Will never stay with them again! Gave them 3 stars because of the way I was treated. Rooms could be cleaner although they are large and well decorated.

We have stayed here in the past but this time it was a let down. Hallways, rooms were getting a bit run down. Pool was also 👎🏻it had so much chemicals it made our son sick as well as several other kids.
Happy hour was good. Wait staff in the breakfast area were very attentive and nice.

I travel to ONT frequently for work. The Embassy suites is typically my favorite hotel in the area to stay at. The rooms are very nice, the location near the airport is convenient, and the breakfast is the best I've had in the area. I'd given this hotel 5 stars but the front desk staff is hit and miss. I've had good receptionist but some have been rude in my opinion. All in all, still my favorite hotel in the area.

The hotel was great! Complimentary hot breakfast, nice clean rooms, and awesome modern design in the lobby. Service was very friendly and the food was pretty good too. Only stayed for one night but wouldn't mind staying again!

Love the location and amenities. The hotel rooms are quite run down (stayed here 5 years ago, as well) and they smell weird. We actually had to ask for a room change as the first one we checked into smelled heavily of BO. Gross! The second room smelled a bit funny, but not too bothersome. Service is hit or miss at the front desk. The guy who checked us in needed more personality. The second guy, Cedric (I think...), When I asked for a late check out the next morning, was a lot of personable. Overall, I like the all-suite rooms. Good hotel, but rooms need a facelift.

The Embassy never disappoints. It was comfortable for me and my children, the pool was nice, they brought towels, the breakfast was amazing. The managers reception was awesome after a long day. Everything was great.

Has potential. While walking in to hotel the happy hour patrons were cat calling my wife - really low class. Drunk man in elevator lobby added to the excitement. Not enough parking for cars, had to park my full size in a compact spot. Hotel was nice and new but lots of other choices in area for the money.

The front desk manager Luis Castelan made our stay exceptional. He was able to provide us our room early. He was very professional. This Embassy is a great place to stay. They offer great amenities and services. The staff is phenomenal. Breakfast and the evening reception are always amazing. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall I would give this hotel a 3 star rating for roomny thanks to furnishings and housekeeping. The breakfast buffet gates 4 stars. I would give 5 Stars to the friendly staff and a special shout out to the front desk manager, Luis and the shuttle driver Denise who when out of the way to help me retrieve personal property inadvertently left behind still give me plenty of time to make my flight. Many thanks to a thoughtful staff.

Have really enjoyed staying here! They have a free snack bar in the evenings as well as free breakfast. The entire hotel is kept in pristine condition- All day long I see employees painting, cleaning windows, etc. the beds are insanely comfortable as well! Love my room and how it overlooks the mountains and room service food is delicious. Only things I didn’t like were the $4 soda that came with dinner was maybe 4oz, so a few sips, and wish there was a fan in the bedroom. Lol! I know, first world problems! LOL! They were great! Will definitely be back!

The hotel was in a very convenient location. The service was friendly and professional. Breakfast, parking, and wifi are included, which is a plus. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

When as the night desk person for not towels for 6 people in a room he only gave me 3. Asked for more pols towels and we had to wait for a while. The was NO blanket for the couch bed and when we asked they insisted that it was in the closet which it wasn't. The only thing in the closet was 2 pillows. When they brought up blankets it was another sheet 🤤gave up on asking. Other than that everything else was good this was just the first time this happened to us cause we always stay here. Must be new people work here.

Very attentive. Excellent place for small conferences. We'll worth considering for business meetings.

I love staying here. The Manager's Happy Hour is the bomb, breakfast is good, and the front desk was very helpful. I can not wait to stay here again.

My father and I have stayed at this hotel for the Grand National Roadster show the past two years and we have loved it every time. Im not someone who often writes online reviews, but one interaction truly turned my experience into one I wanted to share. Ms. Corliss Brown, the wonderful woman working the front desk, put the biggest smile on my face and made me feel like I was staying at a friend's home rather than a hotel. Not only is the hotel absolutely beautiful, the rooms extremely comfortable, the service fantastic, but the staff are the ones who bring it all together. There are free drinks from 5-730pm and the food is great even for someone with a very restricted diet. Not only will I be coming back, but I will be recommending anyone coming to the area to stay here as well.

I attended a professional meeting in one of their small ballroom/conference rooms. It was a cold and rainy evening. They had a small trash can in the middle of the hallway catching water from their leaky ceiling. Conference room was cold. When they turned on the heater, it just blew colder air into the room. Everyone had to put on their jackets to try and stay warm. The meal served was good. However, the waiter kept taking our plates before we were finished.

The lobby and breakfast area have a very nice aesthetic and is clean. They even have a bar and restaurant on the ground level which is convenient. The complimentary breakfast is indeed if there better ones I've experience in my travels with made to order omelets with other various hot items. The staff was very friendly and engaged the guests. The room was spacious and to be expected. However, the shower was in need of repair and looked like it had been worked in multiple times which have the bathroom a junky feel. The pool area was also messy with leftover drinks from the night before, wet paper all over, and always out of towels (which took over an hour to replace once requested). Those are some minor flaws that can be improved upon so don't let it deter your stay here. I would stay here again.

The food area staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our largest complaint was about housekeeping. We checked in on Wednesday and noticed popcorn strewn through the halls on the 7th floor as well as garbage on the floor around the receptacle that was located by the ice and vending machines. On Friday morning when it was still there, we informed the front desk. It was finally cleaned later that day. The housekeeping staff obviously rolled their carts over the popcorn and passed spilled trash yet nobody cleaned it. In addition, an employee at some point would pick up dishes that guests left outside their rooms whom also could have notified the appropriate personnel.
We didn't request service to our room on Thursday but did on Friday. They did not do a very good job. We had hoped they'd sweep the bathroom floor but didn't.
After having spent over three months at various Hilton properties throughout the year, we had sufficient points to use on this stay. We feel our points were wasted in that the property was not as expected.
At other properties we've witnessed staff sweeping, mopping and overall tidying throughout the day. Needless to say we were disappointed in the attention to detail of the staff at this location.

Well furnished and functional room.The room was bit dusty and a few dirty drinking glasses. New Hotel only about 6 year old with a high functioning lobby including dinning area and bar. Good central location close close to the airport and Interstate 10. Overall worth the price. I booked this room through a 3rd party booking site but I was informed that they offer discounted rates for certain local business so my advice would be to call and check rates before booking 3rd party.

Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Perfect place to hold business meeting. The hotel manager even hosts nightly reception in the bar area with free refreshments.

The suite was very comfortable and had plenty of space for two people. I was only in the room for a small amount of time, but I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Facility is new and very clean. The bar, restaurant, lobby area are all very spacious. Elevators are quick, rooms are spacious. I worries about noise from the freeway and airport but didn't hear anything. Parking lot is on the small side but I found a space each night. Close to many reataurants and Ontario Mills Mall. I would stay there again.

Hotel looked nice and clean. Food service could improve. Expensive for mediocre food. Automatically added 20% tip on bill for one person.

The BEST hotel in Ontario....hands down. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast and happy hour are amazing.

Right off the Freeway, very hard to miss. Very clean interior, professional staff. Only issue is if the hotel is heavily booked, parking is a nightmare. You'll have to park on the street with signs that say "No parking 11pm to 5am" so park at your own risk. Rooms were very nice and spacious

What a great hotel. Beautiful building. Great, friendly staff. Amenities are spot on. So quiet even though it was a packed weekend and right by the airport. Wish I could stay here everytime I travel.

I go here quite a few times a year. Usually there's some kind of tournament going on in the area so there are usually tons of families on the weekend. Become a Hilton honors member so you receive points toward your stay. (My last two stays were free because of points) less than a mile from the airport. Beautiful views of the mountains.

We had a wonderful experience employees were very polite and respectful. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the buffet we will definitely be returning.

My phone and my laptop are unable to connect in my room. Brought this problem to the attention of the staff and they let me know that I could always go downstairs to the business lounge, because I want to Skype with my family in the business lounge. If you're from a quiet town listening to the 10 outside your window really stinks. You can only take the room temperature down to 67 so if you run hot you're screwed. They did offer some cold waters. The continental breakfast is good and it is clean but does me no good to have an office area if I can't use my office equipment. This is going to be a long 3 weeks. The only left me decaffeinated pods, need I say more.
UPDATE: My room finally got changed I'm up higher and on the other side of the building so no more I 10 noise but there is train tracks real close. It does have the joining door for the next week so I can hear the guy in the next room over and it does make the room feel smaller. Yes my Wi-Fi is working. To this point they have resolved every issue I have had.

VERY friendly and helpful guest. I stayed overnight with my kids and after checking in, i asked them off i could change my room so my kids can see the planes and trains come and go .. long story short, they were VERY eager to help is get the best view. When ever I travel to Ontario I stay at this place. Location is very convenient and I like the suites. Service is always good. Breakfast is included in the price and surprisingly quite good. Coffee can be little better. There is an evening reception on weekdays with beer, wine and light snacks.

The Embassy staff went the extra mile on multiple occasions during my stay. When I locked myself out of my car (phone, ID, credit card, keys... everything inside) they helped me call AAA and shuttle to Enterprise. They were always understanding and friendly, helping make my unfortunate evening bearable. Five stars for the reception staff!

Great location in ontario, very close to the highways and shopping centers. The location had nice size rooms and the evening socials were healthier than other embassy suites that I've been to.

We needed a hotel that was close to the airport. This hotel was much nicer than I was expecting especially for the reasonable price. The rooms were nice and spacious everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was great.

The rooms were very clean, spacious and cozy. The staff was very friendly and inviting. The hotel was very clean. Definitely will be staying here again for pleasure and business.

As to be expected from Hilton hotels. My mom was in love with our room. The breakfast was delicious and the location is right off the highway and very close to Ontario airport. For Hilton honor guests you have the option of digital key which helps a lot!

The bathroom floors had little black hairs. The linens were wrinkled. We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned and the linens to be replaced while we went to dinner. Sadly none of it was done when we returned. ALSO the USB outlets DO NOT WORK. Bring your own plug unless you want to charge your phone at the front desk.

Conference rooms were nice. Well lit, very comfortable, the staff was nice. Wifi needs to be a little more accessible. No LTE reception in the conference room, don't make me beg for (or buy Wifi).

I training area was a good size held about 80 people at once which was good for the company event. The AC was a cold to my liking.

This is a nice Embassy suites. Not sure if it's a newer design but it lacks the center vaulted ceiling area. The breakfast is too notch and amazing for a free breakfast.

Went for a company sponsored training. Room temperature was very comfortable. Accommodation was nice as far as tables and seating. Parking was adequate and location is right off the fwy. Lunch staff was excellent. The people behind the counter though seemed a little more detached but I may have just bought them at a bad moment. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would recommend to book or stay.

I booked online and got a great rate. Staff were very friendly at the front desk and they gave me two free bottles of water. They offer a complimentary cocktail reception/happy hour and cook to order breakfast. I ordered room service and it was pretty good. Only thing they need to improve on is the hallways are filled with food trays after guests had finished their room service. The food trays outside of the guestrooms look extremely tacky. Please make sure the hallways are checked often and empty food trays are removed. THANK YOU!

Disappointing. Rooms were small compared to other Embassy Suites I've stayed with. Staff was nice enough. Bar area was quite noisy and obnoxious during happy hour time. Breakfast area was noisy as well and food was below average. The cable tv lost signal in the evening for several minutes. My main problem was that hotel overcharged me compared to my quote with online booking service and front desk was not really interested in helping me resolve situation on site. My kids really enjoy the Embassy Suites concepts, but we won't be staying at this location again.

Very clean room. Lots of amenities, 2 complimentary drinks, nice pool. Awesome restaurant and bar. The only thing I didn't like was that the walls were way too thin.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The room was was not in the best shape; food left in the fridge, broken tile in the bathroom, spots on several walls, and what looked like it could've been mold in the shower stall. The service was friendly. One of the staff did enter my room without knocking, which could've been awkward.

stayed here 10/3/15. positives: BIG room, fair price, paid 138+tax. free adult drinks, great breakfast- had something for everyone, made to order omelets were awesome. pool is indoor which was great cause Sunday morning it was raining but we still got to swim and use hot tub, which was nice and hot. friendly staff. we had room service which was great- ordered Calamari-made perfect, shrimp-again great, mac&cheese and chicken strips, and wings. all was good, large portions, and fair prices. negative: when we pulled out the sofa bed they had not cleaned under it and food and trash were everywhere. told staff they recommend we take pictures and email to manager no apology or offer to come clean it up. very disappointing. overall would stay again.

area very big and accommodating for breakfast--was at the busiest time did not order made to order breakfast because of long line--had instant eggs etc were okay, pastries okay etc. over all was a great stay, clean quiet room...not a lot of delivery options for dinner unless using room service...all in all, planning to stay at this EB again when returning to the area because it was clean, comfortable and quiet with great proximity to the airport
