Very clean, good breakfast, love the suites with kitchenette for multiple days or family stays. Pool is exclusive to this hotel and not shared so it doesn't get terribly crowded. They are remodeling currently so i bet it'll look even nicer when they are done. Front desk staff was friendly and fast at check in and check out.

I have been a Diamond status for several years and I have stayed at this hotel before, which has always been just fine – but this place has really gone downhill since my last visit. I understand they are doing some updates, but that doesn’t excuse thing like:
• Smoke detector disconnected and missing in guest room
• Broken treadmills in fitness center (2 of them)
• Water dispenser in fitness center empty for 4 days (I have reported this each day with the same results – nothing done)
• Toilet paper not replaced
The management always smiles, says things will be taken care of and then nothing gets fixed. I love the Homewood Suites brand, but this hotel needs a lot of help to get back to what I’ve come to expect from Hilton hotels.

My Aunt & Uncle were overnight guests for 3 days & were very comfortable here. They said they had no complaints & would stay here again.

Everyone here is friendly. Breakfast is decent. Amenties are state of the art. Location is urban and accessible.

Hotel is under some renovations right now, the worse part is the A/C in the lobby and hallways is out. You walk in from 90 degrees outside to 85 degrees inside. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is great! The washer and dryers are very expensive to use compared to other hotels I've stayed at.

My 10 year old son, wanted to stay at this location.
He loves the basketball court.
The kid friendly swimming pool.
And use of the putt putt golf course.
He also enjoyed the state of the arts gym.
Most of all, he loved our King suite,

In the middle of renovations but such friendly staff and the rooms are nice and clean. Small breakfast but hot and fresh none the less.

Rooms were very clean, small apartment like. Very friendly staff I booked for the wrong day and they were able to change it for me without an issue. I also left my purse there by accident and had it returned to me with everything in it !

Newly renovated suites. Nice rooms great staff. Breakfast and evening social (food, beer and wine) included. Laundry and exercise room on site.

Hotel currently under construction so walls in hallway were stripped, ceiling tiles out of place, and carpet being replaced. Room was nice with microwave, stove, refrigerator, and cofee maker. Bathroom is very cramped for more than one person. Complimentary breakfast was good and staff were very nice.

The number ONE reason I always choose Homewood Suites as my home away home is customer service and this hotel is no exception, from the moment we walked in, everyone has been very nice, friendly, kind and pleasant etc. The food is always delicious, warm breakfast and my family loves it as much as I do.. The hotel is doing some renovations right now so the hallways look a little dirty but our suite was big, clean, comfortable, with a nice view to the pool, we enjoyed every moment here. Big THANK YOU to everyone who made our stay enjoyable.

2nd visit here just as great as first time...minor problem when we first arrived...but was quickly taken care of. Breakfast is pretty good as well.

Currently under some construction but still a great place to stay for the weekend. Beautiful pool area and great setting. Free breakfast wasn't the best.

I was in town for my brothers wedding. This place was cheaper than the other Hilton around so I chose here. The room was quite large for the price. King suite room. Only downfall was it was under renovation and my wall was a bit dusty. The staff was friendly throughout the hotel, from front desk to house keeping. The area was also quiet through my stay. Again these are just my own opinions and feel free to try for yourselves.

Best stay I've ever had at a hotel, in my life. They had a fully stocked kitchen with cutlery and everything. Awesome place.

Staff was VERY friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and spacious. The TV was a little small given the size of the room, but it wasn't a big deal.

Super nice front desk and kitchen staff. Pool closed with ice and pails floating in it. This was disappointing for my kids-the Hilton next door had a pool open, but we were not permitted to use it. Interestingly, we had just stayed in a Homewood in Ft Meyers and we were able to use the Hilton pool next door. With the outdoor pool, BB court and golf, the ideal time to stay in this hotel is during the warm weather months.

Good service, and the room was clean and quiet. Will certainly stay again. Alicia was excellent. very pleasant and professional.

Free breakfast and friendly staff who are accommodating. The construction that was taking place forced you to walk around the entire ground floor to reach the rear elevator. You normally could cut through the dining room which was closed off to reach the rear elevator and higher numbered rooms. I hope to return to see the renovations soon!

Very clean. The staff is very nice and prompt to help you. Hot breakfast includes cheese omlets, smoked sausage, french toast, fresh fruit and so much more. One of the best places to stay when visiting Atlanta. Near everything.

Well I didn't actually stay at this hotel, I did assist a friend and getting set up here. The staff was beyond helpful among the most compassionate I've ever run into. Notable among them were the two ladies named Alicia that made it very clear that our needs were their needs. We had a tricky situation and they Rose to the top to help us solve it. My friend, who is staying there a few more days, reports that the hotel continues to be spot-on in every regard. In addition to the usual amenities you would find at a Homewood Suites, this property is situated very close to extensive shopping. It is walking distance to a major discount department store that has a pharmacy inside, and is across the street from a large strip center with features including a movie Theatre. If one had an Extended Stay in North Atlanta I would have difficulty believing there's a better choice than this hotel.

Nice hotel with free breakfast. Lobby is in a brand new condition but the rooms seem like they need to be updated. Bathroom is sub par. Had a burn hole in my duvet cover and had to ask for it to be replaced twice.

Outstanding Venue! It has lots of great amenities and fun for the entire family: (swimming, basketball, miniature golf, gym....). We had the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room suite. Great service everyday. We stayed for 5 days.

The room was a bit outdated, but clean enough. Breakfast was just OK, but kept well stocked. HDMI ports on the TVs were active, which is a big plus. Mixing part smoking and part non-smoking was the biggest drawback. All hallways and elevators smelled like smoke!

Everything here is great. But the dinners are hit or miss if they are good or not. You may have to hit up Joe's Crab Shack across the street.

Rooms Are Very Nice & Clean. They serve good breakfast.

My parents are staying here while they visit. I really like the room and the kitchenette. They provide pots and pans and anything else you could need. The only thing I don't like is that the "ice and vending" area only has an ice machine, and you have to go to the front desk and pay $3+ for a nasty bottled water or small bag of chips. Otherwise, they have been very happy with the stay.

Stayed here for a week long business trip. Room was clean and the hotel was well kept. The evening reception was nice. Free beer and a snack!

Check in was a bit backed up due to a few conferences/training, but very friendly and easy. The room was a very nice, clean spacious room. The lobby was nice, as most hotels are nowadays. The best part was social hour. There were a couple of beer choices, and a couple of wine choices and snacks such as chips/dip and salad. And each night had a different menu. I thought it was a nice touch.
Breakfast was standard, but pretty good. I would definitely stay here again. Nice area and nice hotel.

Location is good. Room was OK. Staff was OK. The business center computers were very dated and problematic and service issues came up a few times, but it is OK for a business hotel. The nearby Embassy Suites is a better choice because it has more restaurants in and around the hotel. This one has a lot nearby, but nothing walkable. I complained about the lobby music being broken/loud/scratchy/staticy here 3 days in a row and nobody fixed it or cared. That's a sign of how they manage the place, I guess. Same thing with the terrible old computers in the business center. Rooms were C+. Service C-.

This was my first visit to a Homewood Suites and definitely would stay here again. A beautiful hotel in a very nice area. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are large and are very comfortable. Hotel staff is very friendly. Pool area is great too. The free breakfast is great with lots of choices.

I cannot say more about the pool area! It was absolutely beautiful. It was a small oasis in a busy area. There was also putt putt and basketball on three hotel grounds. The hotel was clean and Kelley at the front desk was nice and also very helpful. The beds were just ok, but the breakfast was good. About what you'd expect, eggs, sausage, cereal, pastries. Overall was a nice stay.

I liked that this place was updated. The room was clean with no problems. The AC worked perfect, I liked that there were separate thermostats for the bedroom and living room. I liked the full fridge with stove and storage space even though we didn't use it. However, our stay wasn't very enjoyable. There was a family above us on the fourth floor and their kids were unacceptably noisy. I would expect a random thud or two. But it was constant bumps and bangs for HOURS. After a few hits on the ceiling and a call to the front desk it stopped for maybe 45 mins and then continued; almost seemed intentional. I e actually left the room for a night out and came back late thankfully to some peace and quiet. Sadly, we were woken up about 8 to the same loud noises which lasted through 9:15. We finally called the front desk and spoke to the assistant general manager and complained again. The noise stopped finally but we checked out a couple hours later just done. On top of that our key card kept deactivating while there and had to be changed three times. No explanation was given for why this kept happening. But the assistant general manager on the day we checked out was very polite and accommodating. We were issued a full refund.

The 4 stars are for the customer service at this hotel. I travel often and my stay here was one of my best. After a delayed flight, getting in at 11 pm with an infant, I just wanted to check in and sleep. The guest service rep at the front, Michelle, greeted us with smiles and excitement and it just started the experience off so well. The hotel was full that night and all the cribs were taken but she and one of the maintenance folks took the time to track down a crib for my baby to sleep in for the week. Every time we go to the lonny area, all the tag are quick to greet with a smile. Just overall a great experience with customer service.

Good location, but loud. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The tub filled with water while I was showering and the remote had a short in it.

I've stayed her several times during the past couple of years and it's always been a pretty good bet. Not the best Homewood Suites but certainly not the worst. The free reception and breakfast is pretty much all the same at Homewood Suites. If you want better food, stay at Embassy Suites.

All in all, I would probably stay here again for work.
