Decent facility for meetings- but a WiFi password would have been nice for meeting attendees

Very nice hotel from what I saw. I was delivering pizzas there so I can't comment on much more than the lobby and hallways and elevators. Lobby was nice and organized, front desk greeted me with a smile when I entered. Hotel was clean. Halls are very long though. I had to deliver to a room at the end of the hall and it felt like it went on forever.

Really nice place. I wish we had had more time there. Staff was great.

Very nice stay like home for 8 days. People at Front desk was very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Over the last few days, this Homewood Suites has installed new RFID keyless locks and upgraded WiFi. The locks can be read through my wallet, making getting into the room a bit easier. The new WiFi login screen along with a higher signal strength enhances Internet access and apparent network speed.

There's little I enjoy more than being recognized at a hotel. Good management creates great employees, and the adjacent Garden Inn folks are the best with Homewood very close behind. Neither hotel recognizes Diamond members with more than words and higher-end Internet access. (You'll have to have the Internet charges deducted from the bill.)

For what was presented for Sunday night fare was non-existent, hadn't been told they don't have a fare on Sun. Monday was not what was supposed to be. Facility had everything plus more than we expected. To have a kitchenette with full refrigerator was a pleasant surprise. Curtains block out sun a big plus.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with the essential items. But best of all was the staff, they were awesome! 10 star rating!

Very nice hotel, clean, great service. Food is included (both breakfast and dinner), and free beer and wine with dinner. Food was also very good for being included.

Basic highend economy hotel. I was pleased with the value of the stay. I would stay again if my preferred hotel was not available.

This hotel was great, and was pretty standard of what you come to expect of a Homewood Suites. The TV service was good and had an actual menu! The internet was pretty decent considering you are in Alaska, and the breakfast in the morning was decent. The staff were great and always very friendly. If I'm ever in Alaska again I'll definitely be staying here.

Nice staff very professional. Inviting lobby with nice ambiance. Indoor pool and fitness center. Convenient to the airport with lots of nearby restaurants. Spacious rooms nicely appointed.

Stayed for a week, it has good size suites. Workout room, swimming pool, good size fun jet hot tub. Good breakfast and limited free lunch (gotta catch it at the right time).

We shared a 2 bedroom suite - 5 people, 3 adults and 2 teenagers. While there were enough beds (including the pullout couch) - there was only 1 bathroom which made it awkward/slow getting ready in the morning. Our room also had a very awkward almost haphazard layout. On the positive side there was a good breakfast - healthier and better quality ingredients than 99% of the free breakfasts offered by other hotel chains. And a free dinner as well (between 5pm-7pm) which saves a lot of money for a family of 5.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Family spent a couple nights here and enjoyed it. Beds were very comfortable, and breakfasts were great (not just standard continental, but eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, fruit, etc). Located relatively close to downtown and the airport. Plenty of parking and near restaurants.

Rooms are clean and the breakfast was great. Only docked one star because of how oddly the room was organized. It was impossible to see the tv from the couch or chair... It faced the desk...

I love this place. First off, the staff always makes you feel so warmly welcome. Next, the rooms are so comfy cozy. The furnishing is sturdy and solid. The pool, sauna, and work out room is perfect! I love the free dinner and breakfast. It's always delicious. They do not cut corners here!

The room is comfortable and clean. I like that they have recycling bins. They serve a decent spread of breakfast and dinner. It's a nice place for an extended stay, and it's family-friendly.

The hotel is great. Maybe a little dated when surrounded by some newer hotels, but the staff is second to none when it comes to being friendly and going out of their way to make your stay as nice as possible. The rooms are large, and having a kitchen can easily cut down on food costs for long stays.

There for a professional event. Very much liked the facilities. The event was only a couple of hours so I don't have more details.

Awesome stay and staff members. Everyone was kind and so helpful. They treated me like I was a family member. So friendly. I was greeted with and smile and if I need directions the staff was there to help.

Centrally located in midtown Anchorage. Convenient to the airport. Adequate parking. Very friendly and efficient staff. Usual free hotel provided breakfast.. eggs, meat, waffles, fruit, pastries, etc. Filling, but nothing really special. Clean, spacious suite style room with a full kitchen. Great for extended stays. Noisy kids in the hallway quite late at night, but that the parents fault not the hotel, although there didn't seem to be any staff around to deal with it. All in all, I can recommend it and would stay here again.

Truly a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to airport was prompt. The breakfast was actually very well done. Coffee sub-par, but the breakfast casserole, fruit, bacon, and oatmeal was enjoyable. The room was cozy and I enjoyed having a stove, microwave, and full fridge/freezer. Pull out sofa was not very comfortable, but the king was nice. Black out shades kept the sleep sound. Climate control worked well. Never felt damp or stuffy and was quiet.

Good accomidations, nice rooms, friendly staff, had a very nice stay. The only thing would be the pool. To many kids not enough parents. And I understand the pool is rented sometimes. Maybe set a time for a kids free pool time so adults can relax without getting overly splashed. Other than that it was good!

Best people working here, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel itself is clean and quiet but it is an older building. Would stay here again.

Room was large but the continental breakfast was subpar. The milk was warm and the selection wasn't that great.

Check-in was fast and friendly, room exceeded expectations. We were comfortable and the accommodations were clean and homey.

After a week and a half sharing small hotel rooms with my family of 5 it was nice to be able to spread out. The 2 queen suite has ample space. The staff was very friendly, and the hosted breakfast and dinner were a treat. All in all I like their product.

Nice hotel situated close to the airport and downtown without being downtown. Has a standard breakfast that's very neat and well laid out. Not a lot of options but sufficient. Great service at both the front desk and the breakfast.

This hotel was amazing. They upgraded us to a suite at no charge because it was our anniversary. In the room was a cake that said "Happy anniversary" and a bouquet of real roses. During check in, Neal was extremely friendly and helpful.

Every winter my parents and siblings always checked in to this hotel for various reasons, room is clean, comfortable bed, generous staff and clean swimming pool and hot tub. This is the hotel where my 2 youngest brother learn how to swim. This year we are planning to check in again every weekend, funny cause we lived 2 blocks away. LOVE THIS HOTEL, THIS HOTEL ROCK,

The staff were great. They worked with us on our schedule as we had changes as late as the day we arrived. The room was nice, food good and the location close to most things that matter. They even held our bags for a couple days while we went fishing in seward.

We recently stayed at this hotel for the first time and will definitely stay here again. The facility is very nice, the rooms are spacious & nicely furnished and very clean. The complimentary breakfast & dinner made it a great value. We had the pleasure of dealing with many staff members including the hotel manager and could not have been more impressed by their professionalism, hospitality, and quick response around the clock. The location is great too... you'll definitely be happy with your choice to stay here!!

This is probably the best hotel I have stayed at for under $150. Complimentary breakfast and dinner (with adult beverages included) pool, super clean, and the suites were very nice. Courteous staff. Really enjoyed our stay here.
