Very nice and very clean. The staff were welcoming and happy to help with anything that was needed.

The location is quiet, accessable, and in the middle of everything. The personnel we're very helpful and pleasant and the room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable.

Nice hotel, nice location, zero signs off the road to tell you were to turn. I had to guess each time to see if the road took me to the hotel since many of the retail chains had dead ends. I stayed here before anfther lack of signage is frustrating since the area is very congested with shops and restaurants and putting up a sign telling you where to turn doesnt seem that hard.

Great sleep rooms, staff was accommodating to our group's needs, location excellent and easy to find!
Will be on our recommended list if we're in the area again.

I am with a large corporation, planning a trip for a group of 8 folks at a VERY busy time in the area. Most hotels near our venue were sold out. I was working with the Director of Sales- Bailie. I cannot sing her praises enough. I received the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Bailie went above and beyond to coordinate my teams stay. Frankly put this a awesome place to stay they have studio rooms with every thing you need just bring your cloths they have everything you need to produce a meal there breakfast is hot and fresh the omelets are delicious a heated swimming pool indoor open till 10 and free movie rentals for your room. When we had a movie not work they resolved it in 5 minutes when we got to our room they called room and,asked if we needed anything . Convenient hotel with a very nice staff. I stay here a lot and they remember you when checking in. Rooms are comfortable and homey. Love the mini kitchen and apartment style rooms. Beds are comfortable with nice bedding.

All around a nice place to stay, a little ridiculous that the pet fee is as much as a room for the night. Other than that, no complaints. Was a perfect location when everything you need to do is up and down west walnut. I would probably stay again as long as we didn't have our pet dachshund with us. He's always with us.

This hotel is okay at best. The halls smelled like stale cigarettes. The bathroom was clean but the fixtures need to be updated. It is fine for a basic night but not what I am used to in Bentonville.

Very nice. Clean, quiet, convenient. Good complimentary breakfast. Complimentary Wall Street Journal newspaper. Friendly helpful front desk staff. Warm pool. Mostly empty when I there. Bedroom is separate room with closing door from living/kitchenette area. Pull out sleeper sofa was comfortable.

Location is buy a good amount of shops but the road that takes you to the hotel is not marked and very hard to find. The hotel was nice on the inside and the evening socials were tasty.

Newly renovated, rooms are great. Very clean, quiet area. Breakfast included and has a lot of options. Close to a lot of retauraunts. Employees were great, very friendly. GM extremely friendly as well.

It was a great hotel it was near a lot of places to shop and eat. There was a red robins right near us qe could walk to it. The hotel had a nice breakfast area and lots of options to choose from and had fresh fruit and yogurt. The fitness center is average size for a hotel had free weights, one bench and 2 running machines and a eliptical machine.they had a television in there so you could watch your favorite shows they have direct tv as there cable provider. My. Family came during thanksgiving so it was crowded but its a nice area to visit.

The staff are very nice people and they are professional. The cooks always make a great meal for breakfast and dinner.

I would rate it better if ice machine on my floor worked and the hot tub was not out of order. I would think that if ice machine was reported not working on a Thursday night...that someone should have had it fixed by Monday morning when I checked out. I also never did see anyone try to fix the hot tub. The hot tub was blocked off with chairs and yellow caution tape.

This hotel was very nice. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. No wear and tear. The free breakfast is better than most, and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool with a palm tree that sprays water. Would definitely stay again!

The staff was great! We didn't know we were going so they gave us a ride to where we were going. The guy was very nice! The rooms were clean and very nice!! The pool and hot tub was a great way of ending the long day! The breakfast and the staff were amazing. The morning staff was very nice when we called and got lost to make it back to the hotel. :) I would stay there again. My family enjoyed it!

2nd stay at the hotel and the staff is fantastic, room very tidy and typical of the Homewood suites very nicely prepared. Would recommend to anyone wanting to have a peaceful sleep. Will use in other locations in the US.

My Wife and i stayed at the Hilton 18/09/2014 until 24/09/2014. We found the place better than expected even tho the reviews were already good. From David Trapp the general manager and all of the staff it was a superb time. We look forward to staying there next time we visit my daughter. Thank you the Hilton.

GREAT suite for a great price!! Staff was friendly & professional. Breakfast offered lots of variety. Lots of places to eat around the hotel make it a super location. The suites are spacious & perfect for families!! We highly recommend this hotel!!
