Despite since initial hiccups, the stay way great. What breakfast sustained me through day's activities and the room was welcoming upon my return I would only say the television interface needs to be improved. Scrolling through channels is so 2017

Nice hotel. Homewood suites ate pretty consistent. This was the last stop on a multi country trip and we stayed at Homewood suites all the way. There was a small issue with a piece of furniture in the room and they dealt with it very quickly and professionally.

You have to ask for everything. All the 1s we have stayed at in the south have been wonderful but here the air didn't work for 2 days without any comp on our bill. Ice maker still doesn't work. No towel had to go ask every night. No computers to get our directions from. We had to go to another hotel. Again with no comp on the bill. My mom is an honors member so they could've just given her some points but they didn't. I think we will just not come back to this state again. Thanks Homewood I hope they restructure your whole management it needs it. They couldn't even tell me what was for dinner and it was 5:15. REALLY????

We stayed in a king suite, the room was huge, pretty kid-proof for a hotel, and very clean. The kitchen area was very nice, and I loved that there was a full size fridge. Staff is friendly. No free wifi though, which is a bummer.

Went for a company workshop so we used one of the meeting rooms that we were very pleased with. Friendly staff, delicious snacks and fruits.

The location was great. Seemed to be very close to the middle of everything. The rooms were pretty good. We did have an issue with our TV at one point, but not enough to actually bring down the overall rating. The pool and hot tub were nice. The service was good and there was a nice large breakfast in the morning. When we needed anything, the staff was very attentive and very helpful

Room is roomy and clean. Super friendly staff at the counter and breakfast, I stayed in a king bed suite, and a sleeping sofa, full size refrigerator and microwave oven and dish washer. Laundry is free too. Very happy with my stay. Will come again on my next business trip.

Decent hotel. The pool was broken while we were there which was a bummer. The nightly social was great to grab a quick bite and a drink.

I can't list enough positive adjectives for the Grand Rapids downtown Homewood Suites. The rooms are HUGE. It is an old historic building that has been converted. There are exposed brick walls and old 2" wooden slat floors. Very cool ambience. The bathrooms are modern and large. The complimentary breakfasts were good. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. It is located within easy walking distance to museums, restaurants and shopping. My only negative is that the inroom coffee maker uses pods for 1-2 cups. A regular coffee pot would be much better.

Friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. Our room was clean and comfortable. Nice to have a full-sized fridge to bring our own drinks and snacks. Close to everything in Brighton. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others.

Stayed in a special suite that was very cozy and nice. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was super spacious, and there was even a small kitchen! If we were staying more than one night, that kitchen would have been super helpful to reduce food expenditures by cooking our own food. The breakfast in the morning was as expected for a hotel, but not bad overall. The eggs and meat were good, and I especially liked the waffle iron after trying a bite of my girlfriend's waffles. My only real complaint was the television. The cable was in standard definition and the TV was high definition. I understand a lack of channels, but having poor quality TV on such a high quality screen made it not even worth using. I would have only found the TV useful if I had brought my own computer with HDMI cable or maybe my own gaming system, but definitely not for watching the provided cable/antenna television.

Always a great place to stay when travelling. You are able to have breakfast and dinner during the work week. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was okay, not bad or great. Free laundry was helpful over the holiday.

Great breakfast, awesome rooms. Would give this 5 stars but our rooms were not ready until 6 pm! If check-in is at 3, we should be able to check in at 3! Plus the worker was pretty rude when she "informed us" that our room was "nowhere NEAR ready." Ok. I'm not asking why it needed a deep clean, but I'm just glad I had a place to sleep!

Very nice!! I love not being in a cracker box! It truly is like one bedroom apartment. Bedroom, bathroom, living room & kitchen. The bathroom is showing it's age, but is very clean. I will stay here again.

Beautiful rooms, easy haighway access. The breakfas was very good for a continental, and the staff was sure to keep things fresh all morning.

Great hotel, loved the comfy room and convenient parking. I also appreciated the amenities like dishes, breakfast, and coffee. No HD channels in room but HDMI inputs available.

It's right off of the street, within walking distance of lots of shopping, entertainment and eating areas. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the employees were friendly. Great place to stay

Attended a wedding here. They offered a shuttle to the venue which was great!

The facility was very nice. The staff was all wonderful, particularly the brefast staff who helped me with food even though I came after breakfast had ended. My only complaint is that the hot water went out while I was staying there. It was going to be fixed the Sam morning by 9am, but I had to leave before then and wasn't thrilled with a cold shower. Despite that, I would absolutely stay at this location again.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Amenities were great and in house meals were very nice.

We checked in at 6pm and took the kids swimming unfortunately their were no clean towels available at the pool so we had to share 3 towels between the 4 of us from our room.... We asked for fresh towels both for our room and for the pool area and unfortunately the front desk told us that they do not have any staff until the morning that could get us clean towels?!!!!!!!! Super frustrating for a hilton!

Decent location in Brighton. Rooms are getting tired with flat pillows and furniture. Breakfast and dinner meals are great for free/included meals, plus all you can drink beer and wine are a plus. Would have given 4 or 5 stars if they update the bedding and interior.

This hotel is in a nice centeal location, close to the freeway but quiet. The windows open so that you can get fresh air. There is free breakfast everyday, and a dinner ootion Monday thru Thursday. The rooms are comfortable, but the decor in the rooms is pretty out of date, and they need a little upkeep. Overall good value.

Friendly check in staff and open common area paired with efficiency suites featuring a fridge, microwave, stove-top, sink, dishwasher, and a modicum of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.

Overcharge! This will not happen again, Home wood Suites Brighton Michigan. Check your receipts people. Frank reversed the charges to the credit card but only after I had to go all the way back there, which was a total inconvenience.

Attended for a wedding. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice, and clean. The shuttle service was great to have, although they could use bigger shuttles...

The rooms were passable but the lobby wasn't kept up and the construction next door was noisy.

We used Homewood Suites as the hotel accommodation for our wedding. Apart from an uncomfortable experience with someone from the dining staff, our staff was lovely. The vast majority of the staff was kind and helpful. We utilized the shuttle to and from the venue, which was an AMAZING benefit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in need of hotel services in the Brighton area.

The staff is awsome! David is a great and attentive. The rooms are.... Well... roomy.... They have a variety of room choices. Great location.... walking distance to downtown Brighton (lots of drink and food choices)

The room was in good shape from what I observed. The A/C unit was struggling to keep up with the quantity of people in the room preparing for our event. Did I expect it to be able to keep up, no. The main lobby was nice and accommodating for what we used it for as well.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The lobby seating is newly expanded with rows of upholstered benches, making breakfast or late night sitting that much more comfortable. The facilities are clean, room service is good, and noise doesn't really carry. The only negative is the breakfast offering; but then, this is a chain hotel.

The rooms were nice and well kept. The staff was kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. There location was great. Close to everything but tucked away.

We couldn't have asked for a better location for our niece's wedding guests to stay. The staff was very cheerful and welcoming. Wendy was wonderful to work with for all the details. The breakfast was good, the accommodations were stunning. The "after-glow" in the lobby went for hours with the staff even helping to heat up some frozen pizzas that some of our guests went out and purchased. The shuttle service between the hotel and our venue ... Waldenwoods ... was prompt and courteous, and the driver was fabulous. We highly recommend Homewood Suites in Brighton.
