I had booked rooms with Homewood Suites by Hilton for my wedding night. Nancy Pham (Manager) was so kind and so helpful. She was easy to communicate with by phone, email or in person and made sure I had all the information I needed in order to help my guests book rooms. She also took me on a tour of the hotel and made sure I knew exactly what we were paying for. The honey moon suite where my husband and I stayed was absolutely awesome. We even booked it for the following night as well! The room itself was so clean and so fresh. The Jacuzzi was just awesome. I would recommend Homewood suites to anyone looking for a nice, clean place to stay. In fact, my husband and I are going to book the honeymoon suite for our anniversary in 2019! Thank you so much Nancy and all the hotel staff. All of our guests commented on how great the accommodations were. Not to mention the breakfast was really good! You truly made our night memorable!

Very nice spot. The suites are well-equipped and very clean. The morning breakfast buffet is great and, thankfully, contains a bit of fruit. There is a small pool and separate fitness center on site.

The location is a bit of an industrial park, but close enough by car to the center of the city.

Hotel was very nice, updated and modern. The breakfast in the morning was sub-par, with many staffers waiting for 10am to strike. The front desk attendant was amazing - she was very warm, welcoming, acknowledged people as they walked by (even remembering their names). Nice hotel in the area - worth the stay!

Very noisy. Had hard time sleeping. My room faced the QEW highway. Needs better soundproof windows. If not, bring your ear plugs especially if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise staff was pleasant and breakfast was decent

Nice hotel and good location. The jacuzzi tub was not very. Hospitality was great and so was the food.

Check in was extremely smooth. The price for my room felt like it was on par with the quality of the hotel. I felt very comfortable here and usually that's difficult for a hotel to accomplish. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were excellent. It would be a great place to stay for a week if travelling. They even started bringing out breakfast early when they saw there were several people waiting in the lobby.

Nice place to relax between visits to Niagra falls and Toronto. Excellent breakfast buffet. It is a homey atmosphere. Our visit was married 1 night by loud partiers in a nearby room. The management finally quieted them at 1:00 am. Also I don't recommend the sofa sleeper!

Has exactly what I am looking for in a hotel for business travel. Clean suites, quiet place, (small) exercise room and pool, and free hot breakfast. I have been to this area twice and stayed here both times with no issues.

It is a pretty big hotel with good customer service, but the price is a little bit on the higher side.

Super super friendly staff!!! The complimengary happy hour is a plus bonus: Monday through Thursday they offer salads, pasta, sodas, chicken strips, mini burgers, etc free of cost. Rooms are spacious and equipped with a two burner stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Definitely recommend it!

Located close to the highway, but not much around it. Service is very good. There was a breakfast and snack/meal at night with different themes. Room was clean and comfortable.

Everyone that works here is so very nice. The rooms are great and the servuve is top notch. Everyone has welcomed us with a smile and it has made my professional stay very welcoming.

The staff was very accommodating and let us use the dinner area for a baseball team meal. Basketball court and two BBQ's let you cook outside and keep the kids busy. A great family hotel.

Spent a 40+ nights here while working in Burlington. Great staff and rooms. The breakfast and dinner crew do a great job as well.

Very nice place for short term due to its high price. The room had full kitchen, bathroom, couch, two TVs with king bed and hot tub. Free breakfast was typical but overall very nice.

Ok place but very basic. No bar, basic breakfast. Beds are good like all hiltons. I only go here when the Gardenn Inn is fully booked.

Great location, great hotel (clean, friendly staff, ample parking) with the exception of painfully slow internet speed and connection. If you plan to connect to the internet to do office work or important business matter then look else-ware.

Nice and clean suite served by kind and professional staff. It has small kitchen with essential appliances. Great value for the cost. I would give them 5 stars if they had blankets without holes. I asked for extra blanket and it was clean but had holes. Not sure why!

Room was very nice. Kitchenette was well-equipped with everything you need. Lots of hot water and water pressure which is always a pleasant surprise. Shower head was high enough that I didn't have to stoop my 6' height to wash my hair. Staff was very pleasant. This is a very nice two bedroom room with a kitchen for the same or less than a comparable room without a kitchen. I recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Property is nice and clean. Rooms are accurate to the information provided on the website. GREAT location! (In between Toronto and Niagara, and close to Hamilton) so it was great for the attractions we were interested in visiting. Breakfast could be better, not many options. Service is good (not super awesome but not bad). Overall, good and inexpensive stay.

Nice clean rooms, friendly service with a great location. Only issue is there is one elevator and if it was busy it would take a long time getting down. Normally we would use the stairs however we hand our grandparents with us who have mobility issues. Otherwise a great place to stay, with very reasonable pricing.

We came here for a wedding near by. Having a larger family things can tend to become expensive booking two rooms but with this hotel we didn't need to do that! This hotel was very affordable and the size of the room was perfect to be able to get ready in without having to bump into someone else! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. This will definitely be our go to hotel when we are in this area again!

Superb! We stayed one night at Homewood Suites Burlington the day after Labor Day for picking up a family member from Toronto airport. Since we planned to visit Niagara falls the second day, we decided to pick a hotel in the mid-way to because the flight arrival scheduled in the evening. We also wanted to have a good Chinese dinner since we live in a town in Michigan where no good Chinese food around.

We checked in around 4 PM and got a king size bed suite. Perfect, there was a sofa bed in the living room for the family member. Two TV’s for each room. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was also a small kitchen with appliances, utensils and silverware. We saw a dinner menu calendar post on the refrigerator. This confirmed that front desk told us at check in the dinner (Monday-Thursday) would be served starting 5:30 was not kidding. We wouldn't think a room with the price we paid would have two meals included. However, we had to skip this nice offer since we couldn't stay for it as the flight arrival in the middle of dinner time. We also planned to have Chinese food too for that night. What a dilemma.

We got a great night sleep and got up for the so called continental breakfast. But no, was a hot cooked meal. Lots good fresh stuff and Belgian waffle too. When we mentioned to staff about the dilemma of dinner choice previous night, she said they could pack for us to go. Wow!

We would stay in this hotel again in the next time visit and hope others to enjoy the stay too. We didn't use the exercise room or swimming pool. However, we did visit once, not grand, workable.

We had to live there for 5 months on the ground floor. This hotel is a terrible place to stay during the hockey and baseball seasons. It turns into a loud party house and security does nothing to stop it. Both my husband and I developed health challenges due to the food. When we asked what was in the food they did not share it. We later learned that it was all prepackaged and full of additives.We are non smokers and there was NO place for us to sit outside. Staff sat outside at all entrances and dropped their cigarette butts making it a very dirty place outside. After calling Hilton head office on many occasions we later learned that all their management got fired. On the positive it was the only hotel where we could take our 2 dogs. I would not stay there again.

What a find!

We were looking for a pet-friendly hotel for our vacation and while normally having to settle for less-than-desirable accommodations while traveling, this Homewood Suites was top notch!

The rooms were clean and cozy and included in the stay is a (real) breakfast and dinner (M-F). The staff was very friendly and helpful and we saw about 6 other families with dogs staying there at the same time.

Homewood Suites made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable!
