Fantastic stayed after osu game. End up staying extra night. Location is great but staff and rooms are better. Very clean, breakfeat was tasty both days. Pool and hot tub are nice. Gentlemen at front desk was extremely pleasant and took care of all our needs. Very happy with stay and we will be back!!!

Excellent! Staff was very kind, room was spacious, clean and quiet. 2 like to get 2 bedroom suites, and this was our first time at the Hilliard Homewood location. We usually stay at the Upper Arlington location. But this location is our new favorite, due to the close proximity of numerous restaurants and shopping venues. We will definitely be returning.

The room we stayed in was very nice. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was what you would expect (cereal, waffles, eggs, juice, etc.)

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was warm, inviting and very informative letting me know where local business and construction was in the area so I was sure to avoid it if at all possible. Room was clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.

Multi night visit. I found the rooms to be quiet and comfortable. The kitchenette was adequately supplied with utensils so as to be able to prepare simple meals. Nearby are a variety of restaurants and stores to fulfill my needs. Coffee and tea were always available in the lobby. Breakfast was up to the standard that is expected in a hotel.

Stayed here over the weekend for a wedding and this hotel was so accommodating. The first night we needed to use the pull out couch and we couldn't get it to open. Called the front desk and within minutes someone was up at our room to help us. The next day we had hair and makeup and needed a taller chair/stool and the front desk lady brought up another chair for us. Staff was amazing. Not to mention my suite was so clean! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely stay again

The hotel was easy to find right off the highway. The rooms were spacious and incredibly clean. All off the staff were amazing. My sister in law is in a wheelchair and the front desk lady came in at 2 in the morning when we checked in just to make sure she had room to get around. P

Absolutely loved social hour. Atmosphere is very inviting. Thus far best hotel,lodge. Taking points away for housekeeping, kitchen and bathroom. I didn't not like the bathrooms. To small and plain. Kitchen could use remodel. The pool and jacuzzi is average. Overall I'm a happy guest.

I absolutely love this hotel! The staff is professional and friendly, the happy hour from 530pm-730pm is a nice touch! The calender on the refrigerator let's you know what is going on from day to day and helps you be social with other guest! The breakfast is hot and has plenty of options for all your needs! This is a very clean and nice Homewood suites, the two ladies at the front desk did a awesome job checking us in way before the check in time .If I came back to this area this will be the first hotel I select to stay in Columbus .

Hotel is so homey feeling. The rooms are so nice and roomy as well. The complimentary breakfast and dinner including beer and wine was amazing as well. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommended staying here.

I really liked the double king suite. The front desk associate was very kind and helpful when we checked in and out. My only complaint is about the $25 incidental hold on my card. It could have been posted somewhere or I could have been told about it during check in, but I'm sure that's a corporate thing, nothing against the specific hotel. Good visit, clean room, good breakfast selections.

Have stayed here a few times. Staff are extremely friendly. They went out of their way to get me an early check-in. Hotel is clean; pool is decent; breakfast a bit above some in this class. The location is also convenient to highway and Hilliard area.

Behind this wonderful Escape is a delightful pond where you can ponder your worries away and relax. It's only about 70 Paces from the backside of this wonderful Hotel. Hope you get to see it along with the comical dragonflies popping in and out from behind the brush that lines the edge of the pond.

Toby Miller has got to be the most hospitable, friendly and resourceful hotel manager I have ever met. A couple weeks ago my mother stayed there and left behind some personal belongings close to her heart. I went in to see if they had turned up in the lost and found with no luck. However, Mr. Miller did everything in his power to help me find those belongings. And while we did not find them, unfortunately, I could not have asked for a more helpful or dedicated hotel manager. The man has clearly made it his life's goal to provide the most excellent service and hospitality. The money that comes with it is just a side gig.

I stay here for business 5 days a week. The rooms are always clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. They have a good complimentary Breakfast and Dinner. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Columbus area!

The best extended stay by far! The cleanliness and customer service is and was outstanding. I enjoyed my stay immensely. Jeff is the greatest. The room is beautiful and spacious; it's perfect for what we need it for. Our suite includes a full kitchen as well as a separate bedroom and a full bath. I can't wait to explore it further!

The room was like home away from home. Small apartment style with all the amenities you could ask for. Location was near just about anything you'd need, and a short drive to whatever you want .

We stayed there this past weekend and it was an extremely nice experience. The suites were clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff (Chris) was friendly and very accomodating. We will definetelystay again and refer it to friends and family.

Free food was OK. Walking distance to a couple of good eating places as well.

Bed was comfortable. The room was nice. Also nice to have a stove and microwave.

One downside is the very slow Internet. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you need Internet access for business purposes.
