They are under construction/midway thru renovating this location. Staff was helpful, but nothing was all the way complete. Pool area is nice, (no hot tub) but again....not finished. I believe this place will look great once completed.

This is one of the best home woods I have stayed at. The room layout is great and very clean. Staff interactions have all been pleasant and accommodating. There area is nice with food nearby in walking distance.

Ataff and hotel were perfect. Very clean and comfortable. All of the staff that I came in contact with were very helpful and had great attitudes. I could not have wished for a better experience.

We had a great stay here. They are working on the courtyard, but none of the construction bothered is at all. We had a 1 bedroom suite, and it was nice with enough room. Located about 20 minutes from the downtown Kansas City attractions. Just about a mile up from the very nice Zona Rosa shopping community. Easy to get in and out. Almost no traffic.

A recent stay with husband and 3 children. When I booked this hotel, I specifically asked about the pool being open. I was assured that it was indeed open on the Monday that I booked. Upon arrival on Thur, I was told that the pool was closed and given a pamphlet to a near by pool. I was completely frustrated, since I specifically asked at least 6 times to verify before I booked. I was told that they would reimburse me up to $30 for the nearby pool. I advised the clerk that that would not even cover the admission into the pool for my family, let alone the inconvenience to pack and drive somewhere that was unfamiliar. The clerk adjusted our room rate. Hot breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety for an egg allergen kid. We had much better choices at the Hampton inn in Iowa. The room was clean, though the bed sheets were not changed and when asked for 2 more blankets, was told that they had none. The pool had opened on the last day of our stay, however, seemed unsafe due to construction on the Orion next to the pool deck.

Very nice suit. I liked that the bedroom was a separate room, and the shower was not full of mold like so many hotels....

Staff has been great, the food good and the rooms are nice. Some oddities in the rooms such as the thermostat being behind the TV and the fridge opening into the table. But other than that the experience has been fantastic

We reserved our room 3 weeks before our stay. We weren't given the top floor like we requested. There were ants in the bathroom, as well as pubic hair behind the toilet. We were assured when we requested to change rooms, that if we gathered our things together, that they would be moved for us to another room. That didn't happen . I would not recommend this hotel.

Very nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable.

Decent rooms for sure, but had significant issues with our reservation. We called the location directly and they misspelled our name and got the dates wrong. It was a real shock to get there and hear from the staff "all our rooms are full". It took a manager to solve the dispute and find a place for us, but we were nearly turned away for these mistakes.

In midst of remodeling front lobby so not really fair to be too critical. Complimentary breakfast is good with rotating choices daily. The managers socials are ok. Nice salad and rotating items. Hot dogs were good but pizza was a mess.
Rooms are very nice with plenty of room and kitchenette area. Hotel recently went smoke free however some guests ignore that. Evidently smoke in the bathroom. Interconnected exhaust system draws the secondary smoke into other rooms.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Will even pick up groceries for you.

For what they charge a night, I expect higher quality than this. Wallpaper peeling, spills that weren't cleaned up before we checked in, mold in the shower... and the dishwasher wasn't installed correctly. When I slide out the bottom tray, it shouldn't tip the whole machine forward. That's what the screw holes are for. Also, our ceiling fan wouldn't work no matter what combination we had the pull chain and the light switch on or the directional switch.

The room was okay. The door did not close all the way so it was loud and let light in. The staff was polite and the free breakfast was good.

Old-school Homewood Suites with natural wood trim, ornate carpets and sitting areas in the guest floor common areas. I prefer Homewood Suites because of the ceiling fans, but wish they would all revert to this warm and home decor. It might be time for a real deep cleaning and fixing spree at this property. Overall, a safe bet.

A decent place to stay a night or two. The breakfast options are good, the rooms themselves smell funny.

A great place to stay if you are looking for a home away from home. Cleans rooms, wounderfull accommodations. If your traveling and need a place close to the Airport, Homewood Suits is the perfect place to stay.

I stayed the night here on short notice after standing in a four hour long line to get vouchers after a cancelled flight. We arrived late and our rescheduled flight required us to leave at 5AM, long before the breakfast would be served. The staff went above and beyond to open up the breakfast area and put out most of the food early for us, knowing we'd been through a travel nightmare already. I would definitely stay here again under better circumstances.

Very friendly staff . Clean rooms. Good breakfast although not as many varieties as other locations. Would have preferred a waffle maker like others have. They seem to be hit and miss between hotels .

This hotel will become my new go to when I am in the Kansas City area. It was set up lie a 1 bedroom apartment. It had a small kitchenette, and more than anything it was clean....no mold or mildew in the bathroom ceiling or shower, the bed was comfortable, and the continental breakfast was good...

Our stay at Homewood was comfortable. The room or suite was very nice. We used the refrigerator to hold the contents of our cooler. There were two television sets, one in front room and other in bedroom. Thanks King bed was especially comfortable. I made coffee in the provided one cup pot in the morning. The only irritation was there inadequate wifi service.

Hotel smells a little strange. Services were adequate. Breakfast was good.

Room was a good size, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the bathrooms were a little dingy looking, but it worked. Location was ideal for our bachelorette party. Everything was close and convenient!

I am here for work. Love this place. Friendly staff. Evening snacks mon-thur and phenomenal hot breakfast. Room service keeps suite spotless, while I'm gone. They have even a grill for us to use. Full kitchen with cooking pots and pans. Feels like home.

Staff were friendly..housekeeping was always making sure the room was in tiptop shape, beds were made and clean towels were on hand.

Nice suite in a safe area. Good for families traveling with kids.

Great location near KC airport. The past few times I've stayed there has been great. The only complaint I have is during breakfast hours. No plates this morning. Last stay no eggs. No sugar for coffee. No fruit. Bus tub full to the brim. 2 workers working the breakfast buffet and all they do is talk in the back room and don't clean or fill the items.

Great location from where I am working. The shuttle service is decent. And my room is pretty nice.

Stayed there for 3 weeks-for work. Food okay. Staff very nice and helpful. Small rooms. Easy to get in and out of. Has shuttle to groceries/Wal Mart and nearby shopping center/Zona Rosa.

Hotel was clean and neat. Staff was courteous. Room was big enough for me, my wife, and our three kids not to trip over each other. Two televisions, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and and all the dishes or utensils to avoid eating take out. Close to airport and a lot of shopping/restaurants. Will book here again on return trips to Kansas City.

The hotel was very home-like. Small, quiet, and peaceful. Excellent staff. Clean facilities. Breakfast was below-average and bathrooms weren't the best. Overall a great experience.

Home away from home! Kitchenette, rooms separated from each other for privacy even when sharing, with a dish washer, full refrigerator, and stovetop. Breakfast served every day. Dinner served Monday thru Thursday with drinks. Lovely.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and relatively clean. Only needs a little updating, but a good stay overall.

Stayed here over anniversary weekend based on the photos I saw online. While the room was not what I saw in the picture, I was still pleasantly surprised. The room I received was like a small studio apartment with fully stocked kitchenette with full-size fridge, stove, coffee maker, etc. I could easily see staying for a week. The only down-sides to me were that the rooms were somewhat dated and just smelled old. The movie rental solution was pricey but had great options.

This hotel was on par with other Homewood Suites I have stayed at. It was clean and roomy. The breakfast was good with hot and cold options. The staff was very friendly. It was out of the way from normal Kansas City tourist spots, but it was easy to get to them by highway. This was an impromptu trip and we were able to get the room we needed (2 bedroom suite) with only 4 days notice.

The hotel was very nice and in very clean shape. Very much enjoyed the "happy hour" in the evening. Food was good and plenty of it. Only reason for the 3 stars is because there seemed to be an issue with the fire alarm. It went off twice during our stay, quite frustrating.

I'm on travel for the government, but I paid a little extra to get a two-bedroom suite and being my family, 3 total beds. The room is so amazingly perfect for us! The kids are on the other side of the living room from us, so we can stay up and relax without having to sneak around quietly. Each room had a TV, we could watch three different things! We were sad that the outdoor pool is closed this time of year, but Embassy Sites next door let us swim in their indoor pool, which was great. Love this hotel, will definitely be back.

The breakfast was very good. The rooms are nice. Except one that has a really bad mildew smell to it.

Super friendly staff, pet friendly hotel with nice rooms. All suite hotel with outdoor pool. Stayed with my two large dogs and staff were really welcoming. Love that Hilton allows you to check in on line and pick your own room! Really good continental breakfast for a hotel, pretty standard food options but the staff are super attentive and keep fresh food constantly available. Parking can be super difficult as they get really busy at times and the lot gets packed.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Front desk is short handed but make up easily with hospitality. Will stay again in an instant! Recommended + smoking rooms on 3rd floor if that's yer thing!

Nice sized rooms and liked the central pool and basketball court although we were out of season for it. Would have liked a bike in the exercise room. Could not find a thermostat to adjust the temperature, so we had to open a window to be able to sleep comfortably. We would recommend this place to someone looking for something roomy and affordable.

Rooms a clean. Hotel is a deal for the price.

Do not book the room next to the exercise room, people run at all hours of the night. Otherwise it was nice and accommodating.

We stayed 2 nights with this hotel. We were very impressed with the size of the rooms. We even had a balcony which was very nice. We did have to go next door to the sister hotel for an indoor pool. Which was very chilly running back to our hotel room wet in October. We would stay here again.
