Really nice hotel. Clean rooms.and nice staff. The place is huge for the area though. Any way, a nice place to stay.

I am a Hilton honors member and with awesome discounts on stays : Doubletree, Millennia, Hilton Towers, and more. The Homewood suites are very cozy in it's presentation. "It's like being on vacation and yet your still able to comeback to home sweet home feeling." Make pasta for dinner with an electric stove or using the microwave to make popcorn for movie nights with family.

We had booked Homewood Suites for wedding guests back in May 2018. The staff was super helpful and very accommodating. They gave us a tour of the hotel along with addressing issues and concerns we had. We were able to coordinate and set up goodie bags for our guests when they checked in. Overall our guests had a good experience at the hotel. There are plenty of things around and close to downtown Lansdale. Minus the 1 hiccup one of our guests had at check in the rest of the time we didn’t have issues.

Nice hotel, nothing particularly fancy, but then again, not every place is the Waldorf-Astoria. Stayed here for business, was convenient to my company headquarters, and easy to get to, with Pennbrook Station just a short walk away, as I don't hate myself enough to drive into downtown Philadelphia. Rooms had a kitchenette setup, and the air-conditioner had an actual thermostat. The only downside is that there isn't much in the way of dining within walking distance, so that's slightly inconvenient, but anybody complaining that this place is 'in the middle of nowhere' is clearly the kind of person that thinks anyplace that doesn't have a coffee shop on every corner might as well be Siberia. Perhaps they'd like to stay at one of the hotels near the Turnpike and deal with that constant mind-numbing noise. Overall, a good place, and I can see why it's one of the preferred hotels for my company.

Had a very nice stay here. The hotel is HUGE. Great breakfast, outdoor pool, and the outdoor basketball court are the highlights. The fitness center also has a nice set of dumbbells. Only complaints are that parking seems to be at a premium and they keep the common areas very aggressively cold.

My family of 5 really enjoyed ourselves at the Homewood Suites. The room just fine , the employees were very helpful and attentive. I only have two things to gripe about 1. I feel that the breakfast could have been a little better and what I mean is a lil more variety would be nice. 2. The pool didnt look like it was cleaned everyday. Other than that we had a pleasant time .

The staff here is amazing, accommodating, and the epitome of true hospitality. The rooms are spacious with kitchenettes and dishwashers. I would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting the Lansdale area.

Our room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. It's a little pricey for the area but we needed a two bedroom suite.

Spent a night there when a family member needed to stay overnight at the local hospital. Some things seemed a little dated in the room, but everything was very well maintained, there were some updates made, very clean, and the price was reasonable. The lobby area was very nice, and the hot breakfast was decent. I'd definitely go back if I was in the area.

Interesting little place. Conveniently located next to the train station and some strip malls for restaurants. Rooms are well maintained if not decorated like the 70's. One issue though: I left a charger on my bed at the end of one of my stays. I know exactly where it was. The housekeeping staff assured me it was not there and wouldn't let me go look for myself. I'm convinced someone pocketed it.

We've stayed here many times and the staff are always so warm & friendly. Even the gentleman vacuuming the hall stopped to let us pass and assisted me with our room key when our hands were full and we were struggling. The only reasons they don't get 5 stars is that the sheets for the pull out couch were missing and their breakfast could use a few improvements. A minor inconvenience is all that amounted to, so we really have no complaints. 👍

Good friendly staff and clean rooms. Free breakfast and dinners that rotate on a daily basis. There is also free beer and wine on tap at night. 24/7 coffee as well. Plenty of parking with decent views.

I had a wonderful stay here. Anya checked me in n she made me feel so welcome, so friendly n accommodating as is the entire staff here. Housekeeping is on point as well. The rooms are great ,very spacious n homey. This is a beautiful hotel that really makes u feel like your home, I will absolutely return when I have business in the area again.

Nice long term business hotel. Full breakfast served was good. Rooms were CLEAN... So important. Front desk staff was very helpful. Away from the main road and traffic which was also nice.

Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff and a delicious complimentary hot breakfast served daily. The efficiency kitchen in the room will be great when traveling with the family. I hope to stay here again when visiting the area.

The Homewood Suites was a lovely place to stay. I stayed for only one night, but the room was large and clean, and there was always coffee and water available downstairs in the lobby. My only complaint would have to be that the elevator was slow. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. The employees were also very friendly.

Very nice hotel, food was average, rooms were very clean and nice. I could tell that, on the whole, they tried to go the extra mile in pleasing their customers.

My only complaint is that the heating system was so old! Every time it kicked in, it sounded like a lawnmower. Hard to sleep.

The breakfast was packed with people and the ladies worked thanklessly to keep up! Kudos to them! Very basic breakfast.

Nice size rooms but why are there double size beds instead of Queens?!?

I wasn't staying here but my family was. We all went to see the room and it was nice. They lobby was inviting and the person at the front desk was polite and greeted us as well.

Staff is very courteous. The rooms are spacious and perfect for what we needed. Full size fridge, a stove top, microwave, and all the necessary kitchen ware you'd need for a short stay. Water pressure in the showers were great, too! Within walking or a super short uber ride to lots of fun bars, restaurants, and shops. I would definitely recommend.

This was such a nice place to stay. Everything was sparkling clean, the rooms were great. The one we stayed in had a full sized fridge, two burners and had real plates, cups and pots and pans. There is a lovely area outside to sit with two grills, a pool and an enclosed basketball court. In the mornings they have a free continental breakfast with pretty decent food. Highly recommended

Friday nights are the best night to go- the cheapest. Has a kitchen, living room and bedroom. Very spacious and awesome place to stay for romantic getaway.

One of kind hotel. My weekend at the hotel was great. I fealt at home with the great large room. Great staff always smiling and helping with all your needs to feel at home. Great outdoor pool with hot tub.

This is an amazing hotel! We started off a another hotel that was sub par. So some friends and us left and stayed here . How wonderful! Amazing staff , friendly. Clean rooms, nice pool. Free breakfast and free dinner( on some days). One time I requested towels at the front desk and by the time I got to the room they were already waiting on me!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was amazing. Good variety and the food was great.

The rooms have kitchenettes! That's major! The staff and service is great, so great you might be able get breakfast a little late if you're lucky. That's definitely not true in case management is reading this.

We drove from out of state and got into town earlier than expected, so I asked if we could check in 2 hours early and we were allowed. That was amazing since I have a 2 year old who needed a nap. The hot breakfast is very filling and was able to get even the toddler to eat. We also found out that Homewood Suites has a free dinner on Monday through Thursday nights with a spread that varries by day. I will definitely be staying again in our future visits.

Good hotel with comfortable beds. This place is very clean, organized and in a good location. The breakfast is very good with eggs, sausages, fruits, juices, water, coffee, , breads and pastries. I would definetely come back.

This place is my go-to! The manager Tyler Roundtree is amazing they had messed up and over charge to me the night before last and he reimbursed me... also any time I've ever had any issue their staff has been more than willing to help very promptly and always with a smile on their face. Also the rooms are very large, affordable comma kitchenette including fridge , microwave , excetera. Also Daily hot breakfast and they also have dinner served every night except for the weekends I believe. Love that place!

Great hotel. It's not a plush place; it's affordable with large well-kept rooms. No bar or restaurant but there are a few directly across the road. What stands out, for me, is the staff. Attentive, efficient and genuinely friendly.

Very nice location. Right by the train station

The rooms are very nice, lots of space. My complaints are mostly minor, but may be more bothersome to other people. The TV services were difficult to use, as I wasn't able to change channels unless I manually put the channel in or went back to the menu screen, which makes channel surfing impossible. The shower is roomy, but our shower head was caked with hard water residue and about 1/4 of the holes were completely clogged. Nice lobby, nice people.

My girlfriend and I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to return. The staff members are very friendly, the rooms are very spacious, and the complimentary breakfast is great! The penn brooke station is a short walk from the hotel door which makes for a nice train ride to the city.

The dinner service is hosted by very attentive staff.

Lovely holiday decor, cozy fireplace, and coffee & hot chocolate made the cold evenings comfortable, and the suite style rooms are perfect for our family of 6.

Reservation included a crib but they ran out when we checked in. Night staff was rude. Very clean, nice layout. Breakfast had lots of options, eggs were strange looking. Only 1 elevator for too many guests. Would stay again but plan more time when leaving, and would bring a pack'n'play for infant.

Convenient location, great amenities, polite and attentive staff. They make staying here second best to being at home.

The room was very accommodating and comfortable. We are only staying a couple nights, but you could stay here over a period of time comfortably, with anything you could need. King suite is large enough for our whole family and bedroom is quiet enough to keep outside noises out.

I had a brief, but decent stay at this hotel. It certainly seemed overpriced, but I was also a last minute guest. A pretty standard breakfast was included. The room was nice and the staff obviously put quite a bit of effort to display the towels etc in an ornimental way.

The hotel, and employees are very nice and welcoming. The only problem is the hotel only has one elevator and it is slow. Especially when there is a lot of guest staying at the hotel because of events and such.

Friendly, professional staff that positively impact the guest experience. Great location on train line to Center City Philly (45-50 mins.). Nice to have the hospitality spread at the end of the business day, including a cold Yeungling beer. A particular shout out to Kiersten and Assif at the front desk and Asst. GM Tony. All were a pleasure to see each week while I was on an extended work assignment. Good value!

We were very disappointed with the way this hotel is run. We made a reservation for a room with two queen beds and upon arrival were informed that our room was changed to a king with a pull-out couch, which meant one of us had to sleep on the uncomfortable pull out. We were never contacted to see if this change was acceptable to us, which it was not. When going to make the pull out bed, we noticed that we did not have a blanket for the bed. I figured it just required a simple call to the front desk. I was greeted by an abrupt person on the other line who told me that the blanket was in my closet and if not that he had no extra blankets to give me. I was flabbergasted and replied, "Are you serious?" Which he replied in a very rude tone, "This hotel is very booked tonight and we have no blankets." No apology, nothing. This hotel needs to train their evening staff to be more courteous and try to find solutions to the needs of the customers and also not switch reservations without notifying or clearing it with the customers. One bright spot was the daylight front desk attendant, a very pleasant woman from Russia. They need more workers like her!!

My second multiday stay here in the last few months. The staff here is the most friendly and helpful team that I have ever experienced. And they seem natural at it, as if the were vetted for employment just on their loyalty to their customers. I've been here long enough to meet most of them and unbelievably they are all like this. Just as an example, one of ladies on the reception staff helped me get my luggage up to my room on the fourth floor... would not take a tip. And that's just one example! Welcoming kind and courteous... taking the time to make sure their customers needs were met. I can't say enough... what a crew!

The morning breakfasts have always been healthy and fresh throughout my stay. The evening chow wasn't so good so I dined out most of the time.

Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. No problems. Nicely furnished with spiffy kitchenettes. Housekeeping staff proofed their skill.

The washers and especially the dryers are old and due for replacement. I use the delicate setting on the dryer that I tried and I think my cloths got too hot. This would be an inexpensive upgrade to the hotel.

My card keys were reliable. The room temperatures were easy to control.

Good place to stay for a long period and good for business travellers. They offer free breakfast and dinner (with free beer and drinks between 5-7pm) .. would come back but they need to update the rooms and the facilties. Elevator is slow, gym is small .. but well .. it does the job. I'd give it a "good" overall rating
