What an amazing find! Check out the best thermal spa ever! Still dreaming about it!

An incredible experience, 5 star service from the moment we arrived until we departed. Perfect concierge staff - he tried to find a dinner for us, as soon as possible.

The room was amazing, spacious and the amenities are from Bvlgari, you know I am crazy about scented body creams and flowers, which I was surprised to find them in the room.

The hotel is well known for the wellness services but unfortunately we stayed just one night, so I didn’t had time to experience this.
Breakfast was 5 star also because I had all the options for my meals, and I am kind of impossible when it comes to quality and products that I have to eat.

Possibly the only place in Spain where the usual bucket of G&T is a rip off (€19!). But, in general, very comfy hotel. Fantastic, if you like buses; as you’re a good 50mins ride from the old town. Massive fan of the daily Las Arenas newsletter that is delivered, feeling slightly guilty that we didn’t visit the Valencia History museum as it was the tip of the day everyday - the hotel seems very into arts and science. Nice free sweets at the reception- try to get them without being noticed. 5 stars for them putting a Xmas tree in the revolving doors - you feel like Father Xmas and it’s hard to leave.

Loved it. Very nice place. It was off season so it was not too crowded. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was great for breakfast. Service....well, they folded my clothes I had thrown around the room. I've never experienced that! Would love to go back in the summer.

You don't have to be a paying guest to enjoy the terrace at this wonderful hotel. If you want to get away from it all, take a vacation for a few hours at this beachside resort. You can enjoy a coffee to a full meal on their terrace, where the friendly staff will treat you like a guest. Day or night, the Hotel Las Balneario Las Arenas is at your service.

My family is from Valencia. I did research on this hotel to be as close as I could to my family, but close enough to the beach. This hotel appeared very pricey, but worth every euro. I enjoyed the staff, the amazing food, and the perfect location. I’ll be back here many times in the future. I’m very happy that I found This hotel for myself, my friends, and my family. The swimming pool is an amazing thing. It’s one of the larger pools that are seen in Europe. It is also one of the deepest pools that you’ll ever swim in. I wish I had more time to stay here at this hotel. Also, I brought my family that lives in the area to the hotel. The staff was so nice to them that I knew they were genuine people. This is what makes an amazing business. Again, I’ll be back many times in the future. Lastly, if you love Seafood, the restaurants next to this hotel will blow any seafood restaurant away in the world.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Restaurant food quality is great. Gave it 4 and not 5 stars as I think its a bit of a cheek to charge extra for an OK breakfast. I've stayed at better where breakfast is included.

This hotel is the best option if you want a beach location. I enjoyed my time and using their pool facilities. The food and beverage at the pool is a bit expensive. Taxi to Valencia old town from the hotel is about 10 euros. Beds are not the most comfortable and I would have preferred a choice of pillows which they don't offer. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from the city center and right on the beach.

Es espectacular. Isabel en el desayuno se luce con su atención, la gente del Spa es muy amable, siempre todos dispuestos a ayudar. El desayuno es muy rico, si algo no lo tienen te lo traen (Isabel). El lugar es hermoso, al lado de la playa, cerca de centros comerciales y de la universidad (lo último fue importante en mi caso). Totalmente recomendable!!!! Los felicito!!!

Incredible place, all the areas are like a paradise in front the beach. I saw almost everything except for the rooms, cause I did not stay, So, no clue about the average price per room or anything.
I went for a catering reunion and it was incredible how every person from the staff were taking care to all of us...
The food is incredible too, like to die for.

We haven't stayed here but I can give a sure 5 starts out of 5 for hospitality. After wandering around trying to find the nearest metro station, we decided to brave walking into this very beautiful and impressive hotel. We were greeted by the staff and helped by the lovely David. We asked him for directions in Spanish (being two very clearly English people!) and he gave us directions in very clear Spanish along with a map to take with us. This was so appreciated as we were there to practise our Spanish! That small attention to detail alone won us over. They were very polite, welcoming and friendly so despite not staying there I would highly rate their customer service!

Good quality accommodation but it was too expensive. Also some staff were surly. ...I wouldn’t go there again.

Beautiful facility. Gorgeous pools. Great rooms, spend the money and get the beach-view room. The restaurant and bars are pricey but in line with being at a high end resort. Other than being right on the beach it's not located in the most impressive part of town. The spa was also great and the thermal circuit was totally worth the time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and for the most part understood our poor attempt at speaking Spanish or spoke English well enough to help us.

Very nice place and great staff. Room service not so good once they were usually very busy and most of the food on the menu were not available. Great breakfast and very attentive staff! Overall the experience in there was great. I’d recommend this hotel.

Met friends here. Beautiful place but 6 euros for a wine! Lovely wine bar across the road for 2 euros for casked wine.

Stayed for business conference. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms with a limited supply of complementary coffee. Buffet lunch tasty but went cold very quickly. All staff excellent.

The location in summer is the best because it's in the beach. You can sit in the bar and see the beach, but in this season it a bit worst because nobody is in that zone. The rooms are amazing, very luxurious and full of details. The service is very kind and available for whatever request. It's a very nice place to stay if it's not important for you how much money are you able to spend.

Great location, food and personal. Rooms are clean and the bed is more than oke. I would recommend for sure.

I can only speak for the spa and the general gorgeousness of the hotel lobby/grounds but the service and amenities were absolutely amazing. I would go back in a heartbeat. I already want to! 😍

GL is not this ... That is what you would expect from a maximum 4 stars hotel .. the only thing that i realy like as a GL is the bad . Costumer service not excellent , and way too much noise that wake you up in the Morning . Not a GL.

What a luxurious hotel. Absolutely lovely setting and the staff are all wonderfully friendly. Breakfast selection is fantastic and the view of the sunrise is amazing from the large outdoor area. The beach is also close by with easy carded access. The gym facilities are good for a quick workout to keep the Tapas in check. The indoor pool is of a small size but fine for us as we were staying off season so we had it to ourselves without kids. Beds are comfy and complimentary water and coffee on first night is a nice touch. Towels are provided for pool side and no issue taking them to the beach. Only downside is the showers in the room which was a cubicle style multijet affair that leaked and did not have a consistent temperature. We had two adjoining rooms and both showers had the same issue. The shower above the bath was good but the screen insufficient so the bathroom ended up soaked. However, that being said, the cleanup is the hotels problem and they did take care of that everyday but it would be good if they update the showers to something more simple and reliable. Overall a superb experience and good location for the beach, and only 10-15 euro taxi ride to the city centre.

This is the best hotel/resort. Genuine service, spectacular views, easily accessible, beautifully appointed. Cycling opportunities are many or simply lounge around the resort. The staff standout for their patience and service.

What you expect from a 5 star hotel but I wouldn't recommend the chicken burger from the bar it's odd chicken (they did say it comes up pink) but still the taste was odd

We recently stayed at this hotel. From the second we arrived the staff were fantastic. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool & sea. It was fantastic. A proper balcony. The room was great. We had dinner at the restaurant & the staff again treated us like royalty. Food to die for. Sadly. We wanted to stay an extra night but the hotel was fully booked. We plan on returning soon to see more of Valencia and will definitely stay here. Cheers. Mark.

Only one small remark: please use pre-heated plates to the main dish !!
The fish was prepared on the table, but the plate was cold....

nice hotel, but tgere are a few issues: bad wifi and found a dead bug in bathroom.

Nice and original infrastructure .

* during breakfast a women of the kitchen passed with a full black plastic bag rubbish between the guests (haccp ?)
* noisy fountains till midnight
* 45min waiting for a starter at diner in the restaurant
* breakfast : no cook for preparing something 'on place' example eggs , only self-service
* plastic showerbath : strange noices when you are moving

perfect.... 4th floor sea view suite is great.. they use "eau d'orange verte" by hermes as their shampoos and gels etc, It still takes me back there when I smell this....

Nice rooms. Good food. IT IS QUITE DISAPPOINTING TO PAY 21 EUR DAILY FOR THE SPA POOL AND FOR THE SAUNA. IT IS A RIPOFF. yes there is a separate indoor pool bot it is not enough warm for kids under 5. The outdoor pools are nice bot not heated. The internet wifi is free but it is so SLOW you that it is only good for emailing during the day. Anything else you should at night. This could be a great hotel but small thing make it 3 stars.
