My experience there was awesome. The design is great and the breakfast there is really good. I didn't get a chance to go to the pool but it looks really cool and relaxing. I definitely would recommend the hotel to a friend.

Rough start BUT with a great ending. Overall a very pleasant stay thank you to the ladies in the AM the manager was absolutely accommodating and pleasant in every way, it was a great stay!!!

Very comfortable hotel within a few minutes walk of the Galleria mall. There is an indoor spacious gated parking area for your car. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle can take you to places around the area for free. The room was comfortable, spacious and well maintained. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Stayed for two days while visiting NASA space center. Decent accommodation. Quite and calm. Enjoyed the stay.,.

Got put up in Hyatt house for a night because Marriott residence inn over booked. Could not be happier with the hospitality of Hyatt house. Took the family to the restaurant for food and received excellent service and great food from angel the bartender. They even brought surprise chest for kids to pick a toy from. Never stayed at Hyatt before but definitely earned my business for future stays.

Close to major freeways...food...and shopping, with secure parkibg and great breakfast. The rooms are nice with equipped kitchenettes and comfortable beds.

I travel quite frequently and also am an online travel agent for perks. I can honestly say this was one of the top Hyatt's besdie Regency's of course however for a lengthy stay you have a chick decor, clean, beds are new, the kitchens are stocked fully wish dishes, silverware, pots, pans, BAKING dishes. Cleaning supplies.

The bar was a nice little area to visit plus the outdoor pool and fireplace was nice.

The breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE. Many options for those that have medical and dietary needs. Definitely will be staying there and recommend others to do so. Especially if you are traveling for business. Nice conference set up in the room as well.

We stayed for two nights. Clean room, comfortable beds, nice shower, amazing breakfast! The price is very great in the Galleria downtown. I especially love the kitchen area; Refrigerator, microwave, and stoves. All the supplies were prepared. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Houston.

Good price, room was clean. Cookers and utensils were nice too. Pool was kind of small but I could enjoy the sunbeds

Very comfy hotel. The breakfast is the bomb. Nice pool and 🔥 pit/ 🚬 area outside with a nice bbq pit. Most rooms overlook the pool. Staff is excellent. Infused water and cookies waiting for you as u walk in. Nice parking garage. My kids love coming here. The room have a kitchen that has EVERYTHING (pots pans, untesils, pans, bowls... And so much more). Cheesecake factory, wall of water and galleria are all close by. Wal-Mart is .5 miles away also.

Good service. Overall reasonable for the price. However, parking garage needs lots of updating: dirty walls, uneven floor. Grounds had lights damaged and speed humps mis-aligned. Breakfast was good. It included made to order omelets.

Hyatt House Houston is a fairly modern Hotel. The rooms are quite large and spacious. There is a bar and a restaurant in the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was just fantastic with many offerings. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything. The hotel has parking which cost $16 a day.

Overall it's a decent place and a good value. For about the same price as the two other Hyatts a little further up Sage, you get a kitchen and free parking. I'll definitely stay here again.

There were some minor flaws but nothing major and more than tolerable. The breakfast wasn't very good but I didn't try an omelet, which they make to order.

Parking is secure (gated), well lit and felt safe.

Expensive. Pay for parking... so even more expensive. Clean room but our bathroom had issues making rust water drip on our heads.
Only hotel we've been to in texas with No hot tub and Pool not heated. Our kids were really upset.

The hotel itself was quite nice. Clean, friendly staff, our only issue was the parking situation. We had to pay for parking, and then the gate and code system was a wreck! You had to pull so close to do the code, and then watch nervously to see if the gate would hit your car! It was obnoxious, maybe if we hadn't been in and out, it wouldn't have been as bad, but we were traveling to and from, making it difficult.

Not the nicest property, but the amenities were decent. There are lots of other guests active all night so there was a lot of loud talking in the hallways really late at night. The guest upstairs was also heavy footed in the middle of the night.

It is comfortable,quite, and convient.The services are great and the hotel staff is amazingly beautiful with helping the hotel guest with thier needs in all areas to assure that they are comfortable as possible . I would like to say that all the staff workers are wonderful,espically mr.John mr.Zach and ms.Crystalthey are outstanding wonderful.Mr.John is the greatest in assistance with guest checking in and giving information to help with excellent results

We went for a business lunch and the food and service was wonderful. Everything looked beautifully aesthetic and clean.

My townhome is currently flooded due to Hurricane Harvey. The girls at the front office have helped me out tremendously. They are easy to work with and has ensured my stay is great. They have also provided great information about FEMA and other relief efforts. This is a great place to stay with great amenities.

We were flooded out from Hurricane Harvey. I needed a hotel quick and they were able to get us a room and everything is so nice. You get a kitchen and a Living Room. Couldn't ask for more. They even have free breakfast.

Nice place for an extended stay. The rooms show a little wear but nice layout with doors to the separate sleeping area, a nice little kitchen, sectional sofa that would make a good kids bed and blackout shades for ease of sleep and privacy. Parking was $15 a night on top of the room charge, but it is secure and, except on the 4th floor, under cover so no hail worries. Breakfast comes with the room and had a nice spread including Turkey sausage for my stay. There is even an omelet chef! Recommend for road warrior business travel

Great place for extended stays. In room kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, stove with pots and pans provided. Microwave mini fridge with small freezer. Staff is great and will get anything you may need for your stay. Near galleria mall, offer shuttle to mall.

I loved our two night stay at Hyatt House, great location, loved the room layout . Brought our two year old and we were able to put him to bed in the room and turn tv around and have our time in the living room setting. It was very nice and loved the kitchen. Saved money by buying steaks and eating in. Great experience also a great breakfast they serve. Highly recommend this place. Anything we needed the staff was very helpful.

It was close to the galleria and the two bedroom room came with a stove, pots, pans, and a keurig. The receptionist gave me a water bottle upon entering (nice people) and also gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste when I told that I forgot to pack mine and needed to use one. The breakfast omelets were great, but the rest of breakfast was Meh. Great hotel and will definitely come back!

This hotel is perfect for travelers out of town for business. Nice pool, fitness area, rooms are good size. The staff are wonderful too. Anytime I am 8n the Houston area, this where I stay.

The room service was great! The rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping was unintrusive as well.

Location was good. The room was really awesome with a new type of style layout. Haven't seen a hotel like it yet. Pretty neat. Also the breakfast was okay.

Big comfortable room. Good ventilation system which provide a lot of fresh air to the room. Full kitchen and big swimming pool. Good complementary breakfast. But what i appreciate specially it's a service: managers on front desk trying to help you in any situation and make your living in hotel as comfortable as it possible

Our stay had nothing but First class service. The rooms were beautiful and extremely large and spacious. Comfortable bar and pool. Access and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping just across the street.

I am giving this four stars. Rooms were roomy, location great for us, price fair. It has a great free breakfast. It is clean and staff are courteous.

The reason for not giving five stars is that the attendant asked if we had a car. We did. She gave us a thing to put in the dash and told us to use the enclosed ramp, using our room key to get in. I was surprised to get a $16 per day parking fee. This should have been disclosed up front. Whether or not that was a fair price, it should have been disclosed. I did not think to ask, but I feel it is their responsibility.

Other than the parking thing, it was great.

If you would like to have that home feeling while visiting another location, the HYATT HOUSE is a place to stay! Great service and they go the extra mile to satisfy your needs! The rooms have a lot of space that other hotels don't have.

Breakfast was very good with omlet station but I chose here because of free parking after looking through reviews but the hotel charges me about $17 per night. Don't believe all reviews here. I stayed on the 3rd floor but there was lots of noise. It disturbed me so much could not sleep well.

Affordable rooms. $90 for a king with pilot sofa. Comfortably sleeps our family of 4.
Great breakfast bar included. With omlett station.
Also an evening bar with beer wine scotch etc...

Crispy clean with outstanding customer service. The breakfast was good and they have a make-to-order omelet station. However, the type of room you get is very confusing; there is conflicting information that describes which room has the full kitchen and which one does not. Other than that, get ready for the parking garage fee, which is typical for hotels located in downtown areas. Extremely short drive to all the stores in the galleria area. Overall great experience. The location is fantastic for our visit with family, the hotel is within walking distance of a few shopping venues. The rooms we rented were furnished and stocked with everything we needed and the staff was very friendly. Great stay.

Great staff! The rooms were incredible and very comfortable. Continental breakfast was spot on. The only downside would be the layout of the hotel which at times was very confusing. Either way we will definitely stay at a Hyatt House again

The room felt like an upscale apartment and was so inexpensive it was unbelievable. Would definitely stay here again and suggest it for anyone who is looking in this area.

Gorgeous hotel! Very close to the Galleria, but not much else. 100% reccomended for traveling professionals, but maybe not for sightseeing/touring Houston.

I use Holiday Inn Express and Marriott properties when traveling. Easy to make reservations and contact the front desk of the property. The reservation process with Hyatt has been anything but easy. Long wait for service. Used the online booking tool but could not get the rate I was guaranteed. When calling the front desk at the property the phone goes unanswered and rolls to the automated reservation team. This is very poor customer service. So why stay at a Hyatt property? Gift cards! For a free night stay I will put up with a little hassle. If this was coming out of my pocket, HI or Marriott are the primary choices. Buyer beware!

Nice accommodation. Everything you need. Convenient location to the mall and west University. Great breakfast buffet with an omelet bar. Would stay again and would recommend to friends.

Excellent amenities. Great for long stay. Kitchenette with pots, pans, dishwasher, ice maker. Living room with couch and desk area. TV turns around so you can watch in bed or in the living room. Breakfast free each morning and different each day. Gym, pool, room service. .. this place has it all !!!

I spend 2 months in Houston Hyatt house. It was enjoyable. Hope to come back again sometimes. Thank to the all staff that made my stay perfect.

If you have never stayed @ a Hyatt house, you need to give it a try. It is on the upper end of the price range but you get what you pay for. Extremely clean and quiet rooms. Great service and just a fantastic overall hotel with nice amenities.
