I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Great service. Great rooms. Great breakfast and great people cant ask for more then that.

Modern, business-like hotel situated very close to Gare de Lyon. Very clean, with good air-conditioning. Public bar area is quite attractive with a good range of drinking options.

Everything here screams 5 star, from the breakfast to the staff or the amazing location, being literally just opposite the metro. However, the reason I have given it 4 is because of the room size. The sizes of the room compare similar to a Travelodge. Not suitable for a family of 3. However the room contains great features like a fridge, shower and bath.

Overall I think that this hotel is great, not far off excellent, but the room sizes must be expanded for my family the come here again.

The facilities were okay.
However, the experience was not the greatest. We arrived at 4pm and we still waited over 90min for the check-in process. The usual check-in time should be at 2pm.
I wonder if there is any refund policy, since the customers would be charge for late check-out and the hotel could simply delay the check-in over 3 hours?

Ps: in the bin, there was still some leftovers from the previous customer

Rooms were nice beds were great. Service was a bit slow when we ordered food for dinner was excellent during breakfast.

One of the best hotel we stayed throughout our Europe trip. Great location. Lots of restaurant and pubs nearby.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. Located just 8 minutes (by foot) away from the long distance bus loop, and 5 minutes (by foot) away from the nearest metro station, the hotel is definitely worth it if you are catching an early flight, bus, or train.

However, room cleanliness was my biggest concern. While the bathroom was clean, there were certainly particulate matter (i.e. dust, spores, etc.) in the air that irritated my eyes and nose. The circulation is also poor in units on the first few floors.

So no, the units are far from being impeccable, as some other reviewers would claim. I personally would not crash here again given that some other hotels at the €200-250 price point are much newer and are similarly located near metro stops.

The Novotel is a beautiful hotel with great comfort and design. The proximity to the arena is great and the breakfast offers many choices.

.... the asiatic lady of the breakfast is a really professional and polite, excellent really, but an other member of the staff is a really peasant and arrogant, inadequate for stay in front of customers! a very good hotel for the rest.

Clean, modern, spacious and plenty of restaurants etc nearby. Loses a star for the fact that I could not connect to the internet properly. I am assuming that I can get this sorted out if I checked with reception - am giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Nice hotel, spacious and well-equipped room, friendly staff. However, part of the hotel and the surrounding area are under construction, which means occasional noises. Not many good restaurants nearby, the surrounding area seems to be not very active.

Room small but functional. Great location as close to sight seeing attractions, metro, train and bus lines, nice restaurants and on the right side of Paris for Disney.

Location was in an area under remodeling so I won't hold that against them regarding the scenery. Located a short a very short walk from the metro which allowed quick and easy access to all the major attractions of the city. The service was very kind and helpful even to those who only spoke English (they spoke it well enough to understand and reply, it was very helpful). The executive room was cozy and had everything we could ask for in a room. We spent most of our time exploring Paris but the times we were in the hotel and room was very relaxing and comfortable.

This hotel has served us well. The rooms are quite large, by European standards. The restaurant is very good, and accommodating for children. Despite a sporting/entertainment arena next door, the noise was essentially nonexistent (which is rare for Paris).

There are over a dozen restaurants across the road, where you can also find the metro stop. The nearby Bercy Village is quite charming, with shops, cafes, and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The Bercy Park, next door, is a nice place to relax and eat a picnic meal. The neighbourhood feels quite safe.

The Place is nice near the station. But the service, most of all in restaurant, is very bad if you have specific request. For example they are completely unprepared to serve babies. More than 40 minutes to' eat and menù only for 4 years old or more. They don't speck italian and just a little bit of english. The rooms Are food but small.
