This is the third one we have stayed at since May and far and away the best one. The suite is fantastic and very clean. Complimentary breakfast is excellent as good as any restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The best 'StayBridge' hotel I have ever been to. I am a top tier rewards card holder with IHG and travel a lot for work. Of all the hotels in my travels with this chain, this was by far #1. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were super clean, so was the pool and fitness areas. Despite it being sunny and 75 degrees during out stay, it was a little chilly when the sun went down; we asked the staff to light the outdoor fire pit and although we got some odd looks, they were more than willing to accommodate us.

This hotel was very nice. all suites with good size refrigerator. Fantastic for the price.

Very nice hotel. The entire compound was clean. My room was large and spacious. The commentary dinners were very good and plentiful. Breakfast was very good. Every staff member I met was very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend the Staybridge!

Very nice hotel. I will always remember this place since i proposed to my girlfriend here. He said yes of course. Maybe i'll come back as a proposal anniversary or something like that.

Very Nice hotel. Clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. My only issue was the sliding bathroom door. I wished it completely closed and locked. There was a 1/4 gap and you could clearly see when others are in there. Would stay again

Very nice hotel only 3.5 years old. Great breakfast included. Rooms have full refrigerator, bar stools, DVD players, dishwasher, microwave, pots, dishes, 2 TVs etc.
One caveat: like many hotels on weekends, they also get families with kids running in all directions and yelling and squealing. Good idea to ask if any of these are scheduled when you intend to book. We loved our stay.

An amazing place. The room was super! The staff were very accommodating and the amenities like the pool, laundry and food area were a big plus. Definitely staying here again when I'm in Albany.

I wish I had the name of the staff member who helped our team out. He was outstanding. Praises all the way. We will return because of him. Rooms were spacious and breakfast was yum. A great night sleep after a good swim is perfect.

Very clean and comfortable. Kitchenette is very nice with full size refrigerator and a dishwasher. Nicely equipt gym for a hotel. Pool looks nice. Free breakfast. They also serve dinner for free three nights per week.

Picking up a friend at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Nice lounge with a den off to the side for privacy.

I love this hotel. It's in a great location, walking distance to the mall, movie theatre, and a bunch of good restaurants. The rooms are very nice. Lots of space and good desk to work from. The breakfast was great too. Good selection. Loved that they had real eggs - over medium just how I like them. I try And stay here anytime I'm in the area.

Very very pushy on noise Tolorence wasn’t making a lot of nosie and had Security called on me. Wondered what that was about ? I guess all darkskined ppl be watched a lot more. Everything else was great tho

I went to this hotel for a specific training Staybridge Suites was a very nice and well kept looked like they had a wonderful lunch for one of the parties having a convention there but in our room the tablecloth look like they've been balled up for months all wrinkled and just unconscious

If your looking for the best hotel in Albany, congratulations you found it. This place is above any other stay bridge I've been too. Why? Because they set there own standard that's way above IHG (owns the stay bridge name) or other hotels in the area. Staff is super attentive. Rooms are clean and well taken care of. Full kitchens with a 2 burner stove. They also react to problems QUICKLY. Last time I stayed there I had an issue with a loud family next door. Within 15 min of my call they moved the family to a less inhabited part of the hotel, or I assumed they did. The first hotel that actually moved the problem, not everyone around it that complained. Plenty of amenities and dinner is served 3 nights a week. 5 star hotel all day.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. After a long day of travelling I was excited to learn they had a complimentary dinner served with beer & wine. Would definitely recommend it!

Nice sized suites, great breakfast buffet, clean pool/hot tub and fairly priced! I'd recommend for a trip to Colonie or Albany.

Great hotel. Suites were spacious with full kitchens and living room. Bathroom in our suite was a little small but serviceable. Free, full breakfast was a nice touch and front desk is helpful. I would definitely come back.

Hotel is still fairly new so none of the rooms are outdated. It's located right next to a mall, which is nice, but still across a large parking lot so it doesn't get too loud from it. Amenities include pool, hot tub, outdoor basketball court, hot breakfast and a hot dinner during the week. I didn't expect much for dinner but was pleasantly surprised with a tasty pork tenderloin, stuffing, and corn along with a salad bar! Rooms are large for a hotel, with a stocked kitchen, King sized bed, couch, desk, and large TV. Bathrooms only have a shower and no tub. Rooms also have a coffee maker along with a regular and decaf coffees. All in all a very nice hotel.

The Staybridge Suites Albany was exceptional. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the simple fact that the heater for the pool wasn't working and that was a major part of why we stayed there.

It is an absolutely fabulous place even better than the other Staybridge Suites that I have stayed at it is clean and well furnished although it was very late when I got here my relatives are here earlier said the Wine and Food earlier was absolutely fabulous I would certainly recommend staying here always

This place is really nice. Is only a couple years old and everything looks brand new. Free breakfast everyday plus free dinner some nights (including beer or wine). Laundry machines are very efficient and free. Staff is great. Lots of amenities too. The mattress is very comfortable and all the appliances are nice and easy to use.

I've been here a few days and will likely be here many more days over the next few months and may need to add another start after staying a few more places around the area. This place is really as nice as my apartment.

First there was the Social (Happy Hour). Not only was there both red & white wine, there was beer--dark beer no less--on tap. And then the hotel threw in a very nice dinner--in this case a shrimp & pasta dish. Very good! But what was really great was the breakfast--real fried eggs! The whole breakfast buffet was nice. And, yes, the room was quite comfortable. It was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had...and overall it was really nice place to stay. And quite moderately priced to boot!

Staybridge Suites is awesome. The guest and staff are personable and genuine. The rooms are well kept and make me feel like I never left home. The meals were great and catered to my preferences. I am staying here for a training class I am attending. Will make arrangements to bring my husband for a two day stay in the very near future. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Great place! Our room was beautiful, included a mini kitchen with all the appliances. We only stayed overnight so we didn't get to use any of the facilities such as the pool, gym and basketball court. The complimentary breakfast was very nice! Will definitely stay here again next time we come back to Albany.

This place really thinks of everything. The staff was friendly and went the extra mile. Quality and cleanliness was excellent. Much better than comparably priced hotels.

This is the best hotel I've been to in a long while. I felt comfortable immediately. Not just with the hotel accommodations but also with the staff. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Great location. Modern, spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast and dinner. We did experience an issue with a noise in the room but they moved us to a new one with no issue.

Newer building, very nice design. Location is great, next to a mall and plenty of restaurants near. Would stay at the staybridge all the time if they were all modeled after this location. Great rooms and staff.

Awesome. If I come back to new York this is where I will stay. The rooms and food are exceptional. Babies and allergies had no issues here.

I am on a work tour in Albany. This is a nice place, great atmosphere and good amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The backyard is a great place to wind down for the evening.

Booked a suite for a friends birthday. I would come back time and time again they were accommodating about allowing for early check in so we could decorate the room, the suite was stunning and pristine and they thought of everything-stocked the room with anything you could possibly need. The suites have so much to offer the rates were so reasonable and the breakfast was endless and delicious. Thank you for being just what one would hope for! Hats off

The rooms and amenities were fantastic. Not only was there a good continental breakfast included, but the hotel also offers free dinners with drinks Monday through Wednesday! I would definitely recommend this hotel, and will stay again in the future!

New hotel construction (not old) and lot of services with spa and indoor pool. Room and breakfast were ok but the batroom door in the room was broken and couln't lock. Some of the chairs and tables in rhe breakfast area were dirty, but could be due to lots of families with young children staying at the hotel. Overall good experience.
