Good hotel good location and good staff

This hotel is very good. It consists of hotel luxury suites or apartments. The location is amazing with connection to City Star mall and all the shops, cafes, restaurants and movie theatres.
Weather you are there for business or pleasure this is the place to stay.
The staff is very friendly and you can feel very safe to leave your kids around.

Feel like home is the suitable words to say about this hotel .Always me and my friends come to stay at staybridge to enjoy with sitting together with the big suite that hotel upgrade to us .The Service and staff are very friendly special Mr.Amir the duty manager he pampers us .All reception team and Ms.Mira do thier best to make our experience is different .Also my IHG membership give us some privilges . The stay at staybidge should be with the breakfast but hotel arrange three days per week BQ food . If you come with ur family I recommend u to stay at this hotel

A great place for a family. Staff are wonderful

Staybride is my favorite hotel worldwide. It us under IHG group.
Staybride is famous of its large size suite, 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms. It has a unique humble feeling to stay here. In addition, this gives a comfortable feeling.
This place is the best to stay with a family and small kids.
All rooms are having queen size beds. Also they do have sofa come bed.
Some rooms are have tub in the WC and others having standing shower!
The hotel also have washing machine that are free to use.
It has a small health center.

The best! Is this hotel is lined to the shopping mall. City Start shopping mall one of the best and large shopping mall in Cairo.

The hotel is about 20mn away from the Cairo Airport.

This was my very first ever Staybridge Suites Experience and I’m very happy to say it won’t be my last. It is a lovely self catering apartment style hotel directly attached to the Cairo Citystars Mega Mall which is very handy. Being a IHG Spire Elite rewards club member, I was given a warm welcome and upgraded to a wonderful apartment with its own terrace which has superb views to over the surrounding shopping district and city. The room was lovely, the bed was cosy, an ambient tempreture is kept by a very good air conditioning. There’s a kitchen and everything you might require if staying long term, I was only there for a night but I could see that for a week or longer stay this would be a great advantage as they also have a laundry and mini store for supplies and a very good breakfast is included.
The apartment was very clean and well kept by an effecient house keeping, very tastefully furnished with comfy lounge and arm chairs and a delightful bed with soft pillow top which was a delight to sleep on. The room was made up brilliantly and spotless. 
The curtains in the rooms are block out, so a sleep in is possible. Dont forget to put your do not disturb sign out. And if your hungry, there is that in house store for some tasty snacks, with a healthy to naughty selection of food. The Breakfast served on the ground floor is a Buffet and has a large selection to meet all tastes all very fresh, delicious and tempting. This was my first ever Staybridge stay, as I always thought it was just self catering apartments but they are so much more. And I can see that this style of hotel apartment blend could be very handy for longer stays.
The only negative is as a IHG rewards club member where you earn 10 points for every US$ spent at all their hotels, with Staybridges it’s only 5 points per $. I don’t understand the reason for point variation and if I was needing extra points it may sway me towards a hotel rather than apartment, but that aside, a brilliant stay, great staff. Very helpful pleasant and lovely superb suite.

Excelent value for money.
Definitely one of the best hotels I've ever seen.
The lobby area is very small, but who needs it when the rooms is that large? They try to compansate for this by offering free tea and coffee 24/7 and by offering free snacks (real good ones) 3 days a week 😊

A safe comfy studios with a great room survice and nice view over the area of Nasr City. I injoyed it.

Superb rooms, facilities and service

Exclusive Suites in the heart of Cairo within the Intercontinental City Stars complex.

Perhaps the only Business Hotel in Egypt. The theme here is mainly "help yourself" but that's why it is sooo relaxing. Although it is a bit noisy because It's on the main street and that can't be helped but.. rooms are clean , they have good dinner available 3 days a week , suites come with full equipment for cooking including a microwave, washing machine, knives for bread, meat , chicken , cooking pots , cooking tools and the hotel has 2 big laundry rooms that can be used free of charge need just bring your cleaning powder/detegent so it's very helpful for a long stay. We also booked a limousine and the driver was on time, It was a Mercedes limousine fully equiped and had the latest newspaper in Arabic in English. The overall experience was very good but sometimes the staff might be late at getting you something you need or do the housekeeping so keep on asking!

Spacious rooms, location is very vivid. The lobby is a real disappointment though, with only two old chairs laying there, gave us a very bad first impression

بالمختصر المفيد وبعد تجربتي الشخصية تبين لي أنها شقق فندقية مميزة جدا قد جمعت كل عوامل النجاح بفضل العاملين فيه وإخلاصهم وتفانيهم بعملهم ممايوفر ذلك للنزيل الراحة التامة والأمان ، إضافة إلى الابتسامة التي لاتفارق محياهم وحسن الخلق مما يشعرك بحسن الضيافة والود والمحبة وهذا مالانجده إلا نادرا بأغلب منسوبي الفنادق الأخرى. سأكرر زيارتي لكم أحبتي بإذن الله عند قدومي للقاهرة من جديد.
