This hotel was perfect for our needs. We stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite. It also had a kitchenette. We loved the free breakfast and free laundry. I would stay here again.

Had an enjoyable stay, room was clean, plenty of space, and friendly staff. My only issue was that there isn't enough parking. Several guests had to park on the street later in the evening. Location wise, it's close to many shops and restaurants, walking distance to one of the best restaurants in the area.

The staff was friendly and upgraded our room. Room was a nice size and clean. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety. Would definitely stay again!

The staff was great and the breakfast was excellent. The breakfast attendant went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed so that was really great. We were not happy that, because we were here on the weekend and showed up after 5 on Friday, we couldn't get a refresh on our room at all for the weekend. There were 5 of us, so our trash cans were full and we have two kids in diapers so it wasn't great. They also have storage space on the floor and we opened that door and there were bugs flying all over the place! The bathroom layout was not great because you had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom and when we had a kid sleeping, you have to open the loud door to the bedroom and try not to wake the person sleeping with the light that shines right into the eyes of anyone sleeping. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and a great location.

Everything was wonderful. The ladies at the desk, the continental breakfast. The rooms were very nice and clean. The reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because they didn't have a pool.

Very clean rooms and helpful staff. The night staff was actually outstanding and exceeded all expectations. Would definitelyrecommend for extended stays.

Lovely suite w/everything I needed. Great breakfast with hot items and Happy Hour 5:30 - 7 pm evenings with entree and salad! Good coffee too. Friendly, efficient staff. Only downsides = no pool and VERY FIRM bed. Otherwise, live this place.

Very nice location, the people here were nice and friendly. The managers reception dinner has wine and beer on tap, courtesy of the hotel. The great room has a nice fireplace and the breakfast is a few levels above your typical continental breakfast. The rooms are clean and roomy and the cupboards have a full utensils and place settings for 4.

Beautiful place with great room complete with fireplace. Breakfast is much better than most hotels, surpassing the typical continental style by a long shot. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Oakbrook. Close to food, shopping and the highway. Three days out of the week they host a social hour where guests can eat and drink for free. The food is served buffet style and they also serve tap beer and bottled wine which was quite nice. The rooms were excellent with a nice view. I'll be happily staying again when in the area!

Affordable home away from home. Complimentary breakfast. Free shuttle within defined radius, courteous staff. Social night 3 times a week with free bites and drink. Excellent avenue to network and make friends. Gym and laundry set together. You can workout while your dirty clothes take a spin. Free WiFi. Beautiful ambience. Set in a serene environment.

Best I've Stayed The Night In Since 2012. A Few People Were Loud, and Smoking, But Whatever, It Was Expected. Nice Place to Stay.

My room was clean and bed was comfortable. Extra pillows and blankets in the closet as well. The only issue I had was that the air room was dry.

The staff was nice, the breakfast was good, and all the gym equipment worked. There was some trash swept under one of the beds, but there was nothing living or smelly. Since I slept on top of the bed (which was quiet nice by the way), not under it, I can forgive that. Everything else was as clean as you could ask for.

If you ever in doubt and not sure what place to pick in Lombard this is one to go for. You’ll feel like never leaving home in the first place. Friendly and forthcoming people, will satisfy all your needs. Ask for help and you’ll see. Thank you guys. I’ll for sure come back soon. Rich, you are the true spirit. Spacious rooms with all the amenities, warm breakfast every morning and friendly staff. Oh did I mention they even offer a dinner several nights of the week? Definitely would recommend to anyone that is needing a room whether it be a one nighter or an extended stay!

Very nice place. You get a dinner with your overnight stay on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday first night we had a large salad meat balls and buns chocolate chip cookies very nice. Drinks were coffee and wine. We also had a fire alarm go off at 12:45 in the building and fire department showed up

Gladys is awesome above and beyond should be here name , the rest of the place is cool to just no driver (shuttle in the weekends )

This is a great hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything is clean and it smells good. The breakfast is great, i was late one day and they still let me get the food.

Staybridge, Oakbrook is a family place..home away from home. Located in a serene environment with Lake at the back and Trees in the front. You can but to feel comfortable. The staffs here are good to Guests and the Manager is awesome. I'll definitely Lodge again whenever I'm in this area. Great Service. They've got unlimited free Breakfast for guests.

This was the perfect location as I had meetings at a nearby office. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great service. Their breakfast and dinners were excellent.

Amenities are lacking. Blankets, towels, furniture are scratchy, but the beds are comfortable and clean. Not a hotel for a weekend stay, as there is no housekeeping and no shuttle services. Breakfast is alright.

Pretty nice, suite I stayed in was one room bed across from fold out couch. I thought from the pictures it was two rooms which means I can stay up while my kids sleep.

The room is small, but suitable. It has all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was nice to have a full sized fridge and two burners on addition to the microwave. Actually having dishes and storage was nice.

Me and my fiancee stayed there Last year on a visit for Memorial day. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. We are traveling there again for independence day weekend and will be staying here!!

A mistake was made by the front desk in giving us the correct room. Once that was sorted out, the room we did get was phenomenal in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The paper thin walls were an issue however with my obstreperous neighbor. What the fitness facility lacked for in size it made up for in cleanliness. Not sure if I would stay again though to be honest.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean amd breakfast was great. We had no problems. Dog friendly is always a plus.

If you don't mind laying on concrete, I would suggest that over the furniture in the rooms. I've never met a more uncomfortable, crappy couch than that one. Food is ok. Free beer and wine three nights a week is nice. Laundry room is dank, and usually crowded so you have to get creative with laundry time. Definitely could use some maintenance in the rooms. Towel bar falling off, cheap shelving in the closets, water faucet in shower drip. Closets are unbearably small. Couldn't even close the doors because there wasn't enough room. Workout room is small, little equipment to choose from. Parking outside is limited. Plenty of places to eat and shop in the area. Staff is friendly. Overall, it's just okay. It will get the job done for an extended stay, but there's nothing "nice" about it.

Great hotel. Room is large and clean. Nice to have a full size fridge and kitchen in the room. The breakfast is pretty good. The dinner appetizers and beer Monday-Wednesday night is a steal

Great location, has a back patio facing a nice water /pond area. Breakfast is perfect. Big room, bed is comfy. Quiet and clean. We stayed in 4th floor, nice views. Only bad thing was the AC, super loud at least it worked fine.

Room was a studio suite with a queen bed, pull out sofa and a full kitchen. No issues with cleanliness throughout the hotel. We didn't use it but the hotel has a nice patio overlooking some wetland area with ducks behind the hotel. There were also BBQ grills available for use on the patio. The only downside was that we were visiting for activities downtown and the traffic on 290 was backed up both to and from downtown. Gladly put up with the drive to get this hotel and the significantly better rate. Also, there were plenty of restaurants near the hotel.

Not actually space for 4 as was booked. Worst sofabed i've ever "slept" in. Great for 2 people though. Good breakfast and nice area, just lower end of staybridge standards...

Small but very nice. Comfortable room, amenities for a longer stay. Service was outstanding. The free breakfast was better than most with some cooked food in addition to the normal waffle, cereal, and breads. I would definitely stay with them again.

It's very clean, there's breakfast & free dinner some nights of the week.what more can you ask for. Conveniently located with lots of restaurants and shopping if you like. THIS PLACE ROCKS! Monet Parker went above and beyond taking care of me and my vAuto crew. We are staying here for 9 weeks. A little over 3 weeks now and Monet has made our stay feel like home. Thank you for all you did and do.
